I went to Nail Haven because another nail place had me sitting for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come do my nails. Nail Haven got me in right away and Vivian did an amazing job on my nails. The owner Jennifer was very nice as well. Will definitely be back!

It was interesting.. first time I have ever had to air dry my pedicured toes for 30 plus minutes at a spa. Had to ask them to clean the dead skin around my toes which they somewhat did.

AMAZINGGGGG! I got my first dip manicure by Vivian and LOVED IT! She also gave me the best gel pedicure too - and truly my toes have never looked better. Making my appointment was so easy and the receptionist and other employees were so friendly and welcoming! Definitely the best spot for the best nails!!

Shellac polish peeled right over the next day like kids nail polish. Pedicures are nice for the little over average pricing. The facility is clean. Half the staff doesn’t speak English well enough to be personable. They offer discounts on an app but they’re not great & they expire too quickly.

Nail techs are sweet. My nails came out crooked, and cracked. :/

Worst pedicure ever. Rather than cleaning the sides of my nails (don’t we all need that?!) she trimmed the nail in and down...praying I don’t get an ingrown toenail as a result. “Grated” to the point of pain even though I did not need it. Massage time was only rubbing the scrub hurriedly. No relaxation during this 30 minute pedicure. Yes, only 30 minutes. Then the polish job was so bad another tech pointed it out. I had her remove it and will do it myself at home. And they still charged me full price. Won’t be going back!

I’m not one to write reviews, but I came here the other day for the first time to get my eyebrows done. I had read great reviews online and it was a closer place than the ones in Boerne. The lady put the wax on and it was hotter than normal, I didn’t think anything of it, I my face was so red around my eyebrows for the remainder of the day and I had gone in around 6pm. The next day it’s STILL red and it’s starting to itch and scab over. The wax literally burnt my skin around my eyebrows. I am so so mad.

I was very upset with my experience here. I went with my friend and although her acrylics turned out very nice, my SNS dip was done so poorly. She started cutting back a lot of my natural nail and then when she went to put on the new tips she glued half of them to my skin and to fix it she just ripped them apart. Then more customers started coming in and I think she got stressed and started to rush through the dip which left them bumpy and not covering my whole nail. I assumed that maybe she would buff them done and smooth them out but she spent maybe a minute buffing them before applying the final coat. There was even a point when she looked down at them seemingly trying to convince herself that they were not as bad as they look. I came to get my nails redone before a nice trip so I could show them off and am so displeased with the result that I am going to a better salon today to get them redone and will not be returning to this salon.

I’m never disappointed with this salon! I go to Vivian and my dip nails and pedicure are always perfect! They also have complementary drinks to relax! I really recommend it!

My favorite pedi place ! I have been going to Nail Haven & Spa for over five years now. Vivian and her staff are so kind and do a great job consistently. I love the relaxing atmosphere with calming spa music. (Its especially nice to NOT have an annoying tv on.) Being offered water or an adult beverage is a nice added touch.

I ABSOLUTELY love this salon! If you want a clean, salon with a very calm, friendly and relaxing atmosphere, you have just found the BEST salon. When other salons seem to rush through a pedicure, here, the technicians (all of them) take their time, and I have always received the BEST massage with the pedis. I have had both gel and acrylic nails done at this salon and my nails have never looked better. Oh, and you get a Member Rewards card (no fee). For every service that you get, they will stamp your card and on the 10th service you get $10 off!

First of all, the receptionist doesnt stop what shes doing to greet you or even make eye contact while shes talking to you. Second, it took almost 2 hrs to get my old set taken off & new set put on. $55 + $10 tip, my nails started lifting 4 days later! I had them repaired, but a few days later, they began to lift again. What a shame!

Came with a friend for the first time but decided not to have my nails done after being told just 10 more minutes for an hour and a half (on a Thursday). Second experience was better on wait time but my nail tech seemed very inexperienced. She kept messing up and saying oh Ill just buff it out later, which she did, but my experience with her was uncomfortable. She didnt seem to know exactly what she was doing, especially when she was buffing my nails with the drill tool, she burned me at least three times to the point to where I had to pull away because my nail beds were on fire. This place is overpriced and just not worth it at all.

I’ve been going to Nail Haven for four years and have had excellent service and a pleasant experience with each appointment. I would recommend this establishment to everyone.

Went in for a massage and was told it was 60/hour. After the massage had them run my credit card and got a receipt for $75.00. The massage therapist decided during the massage that I needed a deep tissue massage and did not disclose price or the fact that she was doing a different massage. Then when confronted about it advised me I did not have to leave a tip but the original amount would not be charged.

I experienced the WORST manicure and pedicure ever at Heavenly Salon in Leon Springs. The pedicure was painful, but I endured it. At check in I asked for the hot oil manicure, just oil, trim and massage. There was no oil treatment, and the tech filed my nails straight across down to the quick, and are all uneven. I have been trying to grow out my nails for months, and was devastated. I am very disappointed and needless to say will never go back.

Stopped the nail drimmel to fight with her daughter and then glued the nail to my skin which was painful. I asked her to remove the two nail tips she had glued to my finger and instead of soaking, she aggressively scrubbed.

The worst fill I have ever had. I had a few nails that were pulling up and the nail technician put a huge glob of pink on top of it so now it looks like its pulling up but sealed around the edges. Also, she cut 4 cuticles and when I asked if she had the tool to clean under my nails so had no clue what I was talking about and asked someone else who loaned her one where she proceeded to cut me so bad the bleeding did not stop for 10 minutes. The girl had no clue what I was saying when I got to the front to pay as she barely looked up from watching a video on her phone. $45 for a job that was horrible.

Mislead to an upgraded and of course more expensive service. Asked for pedi with added reflexology massage. Why dont you get (this)? Its our current special. Me, and that comes with a massage. Yes What did I get charged for? The upgraded pedi that was described to include a massage plus the added massage. All and all I DID NOT get an $80 quality foot massage/pedi. Both mediocre. I wont be back. Anyone want this we are sorry, here is $10 off your next service coupon? Oh that is $10 off $50 or more.

I went here for the first time( didnt know they were offering a promo for first time customers or else I would have got 10% off but its okay) and had a pedicure done by Eddie. It was amazing. They have tons of different types of pedicures to chose from, I got the 48 Dollar Hawaii tropic Pedicure & it was amazing. Everything smelled so good & I love how they use real fruit! Big plus point in my book. They offer you wine or water when you sit down. I love the layout of the place. The pedicure area is perfect, ( nice relaxing music, Waterfalls, Comfy Chairs, Decorations). I love this place because it DOESNT have a TV which is PERFECT. You dont go to a spa to watch TV you go to rest & relax. While I was sitting there enjoying my 60 mins Pedicure, this girl walks out of the back area like she just got a massage or something & I didnt know they did massages & facials Until I read the brochure at the front...& now Im going to be going back for a Massage & Facial soon! This place is amazing & I will be a frequent customer for as long as I live in this area! Thanks for being so awesome! Im going to try out the green tea pedicure next or the hot stone one, I cant decided. Im already thinking about the next visit.

Nail gel has peeled twice after 5 hour visit. I’ve never had an issue where my nails have been messed up after leaving any salon.

Male nail tech was too rough. When finishing dip application, he cut my skin in three places. Since this happened toward the end, I was just wanting to leave.
