I called and schedule an appointment for just a simple manicure and pedicure. I got there and had to wait almost an hour to get started on! Not only that, but the workers asked everyone (at least 10 people) if they wanted something to drink, except for me! RUDE!! I didn’t even end up doing my manicure because God only knows how long they would have taken to even start me!

The staff is very friendly, fast and do an excellent job. They dont have problems doing short nails when requested, like some military personnel need. Pricing is reasonable. Small chairs so your child can also get a pedicure.

I love that a mini Massage comes with a Manicure. Techs are nice and help to make your Experience relaxing.

Nice salon, friendly staff and good selection of polish and services. Spa pedi was nice. Only knocked it down a star because I made an appointment to have the pedi with my daughter at the same time and they almost had her done before they even started mine. Busy place, so I would definitely recommend making an appointment.

I have been to this location multiple times for my eye brow waxing. Always a good outcome. The lady is very nice and does a good job, overall I have not had any problems.

This was my first time to NB Nails & I can’t wait to go back! BeBe did my nails with a square shaped dip. I can’t stop looking at them; she did an amazing job. Everyone was very friendly and I felt comfortable. I’m so glad I took a chance and will now change my nail spot!

Ive been going here since August. Everyone is very friendly. Prices are decent. Just be aware they charge $20 more for Gel polish. The deluxe pedicure is my absolute favorite. They do a sugar scrub, hot towels and a parrafin wax dip that really does work, my feet always feel so soft after. They have a nice variety of colors and make great recommendations if you cant choose a color. Some manicurist were a little rough with my cuticles (small cuts/bleeding) but it only happened twice. I will definitely keep coming back, they are all really nice and make you feel welcome and the end results are always beautiful.

I’ve been going here for over 4 years and I’ve always gotten great service!Today i got my powder brows done by Hanna and they are amazing!She does permanent make up at the salon and she’s amazing, she’s such a perfectionist.If you’ve never been here you should definitely visit you won’t be disappointed

They left nail polish all over my nails and all over myCuticles. They look okay, but I think in San Antonio, this is the worst dip I’ve received.

Got my nails done here twice with John, the first experience was okay, the second not at all. Took him too long to do the poor job he did on my acrylics. I had to soak them off a couple of days later because they were noticeably terrible. I also asked him not to use the electric file because I want my nails to be stronger and he nearly took one nail completely down to the nail bed. Would not recommend.

I really like this salon not because of their huge selections of nail colors or the great deals they offer, but the professional staff they have. The staff at NB are the best. Does it quick and clean if you want them to or they can take their time and give you proper attention. The salon is clean and tidy. I like the decor here as well simple and relaxing to the eye. I would recommend this salon to go to!

I love NB! I usually see May! She is my favorite! Everyone is so nice, I have been coming here off and on for about two years now. Im reading so many negative reviews and wondering how and why. My nails are always done beautifully and if I ask for thick nails for work they make sure it is done! Ivebroken them on accident before and May was able to fix them so that they would last! Designs are always amazing, yes they get slammed so you may have a wait time but its worth it!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved going to this nail salon and it was our first time going and my daughter and I loved it so much. The staff was very friendly and great customer service. I definitely recommend getting Hannah as your manicurist. She did an awesome job on my nails.

I went here the other day after work and it is the worst manicure I’ve ever had. It was so bad I was speechless and just paid and left. My manicurist was John, I can’t speak for the other manicurists but he did a poor job. He cut me twice from filing my nails so hard and left powder residue on my hands. I just wanted nice nails for the holidays.

Very disappointed. The ladies here seemed like maybe they know what theyre doing, but unfortunately for me, I got the older gentleman with the mustache. Who apparently is the owner. DONT GO TO HIM! The pedicure looked decent, but NO MASSAGE. No joke, he put lotion on my legs and rubbed for like 20 seconds each, didnt rub my actual feet. Thats the best part! Now the manicure was a joke. Didnt even ask for polish, just wanted them shaped and buffed. My husband could have done better. Came out with jaggedy edges and still lots of skin that I will have to cut myself.

My daughter and I went in for a girls day mani. The woman my daughter got seemed pleasant and did a good job on her nails. The woman I got seemed like she didnt like her job, was acting like i was intruding on her personal time, and did a HORRIBLE job with my gel color. There were empty colorless spaces left on my nails and 6 of my nails were sharp and jagged on the tips and/or sides. We will NOT being going back here.

I took my friend recommend to give this place a shot and totally happy with their services. The salon was really nice and clean. The owner and staffs cleaned up everything after every customer. I am a picky person but I have no complaint about their works. They did a great job. Love to be back.

The cleanliness of this place is great. However the quality of the work not so great in comparison with other businesses close by. During my pedivure, the scrub was rubbed on and right back off and the hot towel process took all of 30 secs. They ask if I want design and then said they could do a design. Im like look at these plain toes

They are always so understanding of my torn up nails and I am so grateful for that. All the ladies are seriously talented and creative. Its great because they have a lot of sample nail tips and such so that you are able to look at the designs to try decide what you want. Thank you for my beautiful nails. I will be back!!

Im really impress with the services here! The tech working on my manicure was gentle and would massage my hand every now and then. Which felt amazing! She was so good at filing and painting my nails! Each one was just perfect!!

I had such an amazing experience here! After having an extremely horrible experience at another nail salon in town, I must say this salon is more than a breath of fresh air! I came in for a pedicure and new set about an hour before close. Hana was more than accomodating, so friendly, skilled, and kind. She stayed an hour past close to finish my nails and didnt once rush. She listened to exactly what my needs were and my nails turned out great! Will definitely be coming back and will tell all my friends! Thanks!

I have been coming here for a couple of years and Ive never been dissappointed. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional. Ive always been happy with the quality of their work. Even though Ive moved a bit further away recently, I still pass on other salons in my area and drive the extra few miles to come here!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a good pedicure. I went here based on the good reviews. The technician scraped my heels so bad that it started to bleed. I now have a bandage wrapped on my heel because I dont want it to get infected. Will not be returning.

First time at this salon and three of us went for simple manicures. We could have done a better job at home. We came out with misshapen nails and unevenly applied polish. The french tip is crooked and not applied evenly on all nails. We came home and had to file away the rough edges and try to form our nails back into an acceptable shape. Will not be back here.

Had a basic manicure done. No polish just the buffer to make the nails shine. The woman wasnt paying attention the whole time and only shined the top of the nails. I had to get her to re do it twice. Never coming back here. It was probably just that one woman. The other employees seemed very friendly and thorough.

This is the first place Ive been where I actually felt like I got a pedicure as its supposed to be, with someone actually taking the time to pay attention to doing things right instead of trying to get done asap. They really paid attention to the cleaning and pampering and shaping... cuticles... everything thats supposed to taken care of. It wasnt rushed at all. Fantastic!

My first visit was last week, salon is nice and all employees including the boss are very friendly. I went there to gel my gel nails removed and I ended up doing both pedicure and nails they did a great job and price was very reasonable. I recommend this place.

Second time here and I got the worst pedicure. Nice lady dug into my big toe to get out skin near cuticle but cut me real good and now its on the verge of infection. Probably not her fault but still an unpleasant experience. Will probably not return.

Too much conversation the tech did not realize she messed up my paint twice. The paint on my nails looked horrible. :( Felt uncomfortable. Was asked if I wanted a drink, asked what they had, seeing the wine sitting there, was quickly told I will get you water. I am looking for a new permanent nail salon.. This definitly is not it!

Lots of choices of brand nail polishes that are cute. I had a deluxe pedi and it was amazing. You get complimentary waters and its a nice very ventilated place unlike others. Great experience.

The guy who did my nails was quick and I liked that, he didnt use enough glue to set my nails and drilled the heck out of my cuticles. A week later they all popped off too, go figure!If you do go here, see BB, she seems to be the only tech that does fair work. And if youre hunting for a great place, make the extra drive to Asiana Nails, that place is phenomenal!

Went in for a spa pedicure today. My nail technician was so busy watching the girl sitting next to me that my nails came out crappy! The service was rushed, stray polish remained arpund my skin, and not a thank you when I walked out the door. I definitely will not be going back. Horrible!

The technicians here are very rude and unprofessional. A lot can be read from body language and facial expressions - if they speak vietnamese between each other then they may be talking about you. At my attempted first visit, they spoke vietnamese to each other - making rude comments about me, as well as other customers.I understand and speak vietnamese - coming in I spoke english and requested to have a manicure. I asked how long the wait was - the lady answered 20 minutes - and I asked 20 minutes wait? She answered 20 minute total time after she rolled her eyes.After hearing multiple rude comments made about me taking my time in choosing a color (1minute at most) with another technician about being slow - I inform the lady that I understood and speak vietnamese and that I did not appreciate hearing the negative comments in vietnamese about me and their customers. The only good part of my experience was leaving the establishment, before sitting down to hear anymore negative comments about myself or others in the room.Had to give 1 star since I cant give 0 star.

Worst place ever to get a brazillian wax i swear they dont know what they’re doing because she used like 25-30 strips to wax because she was doing pieces little by little so down there is swollen, still has wax, still has a bit of hair, and hurts.

I asked for a new set with shellac, & the woman ignored everything I said. All she did was paint my nails with the shellac & didnt even make my nails even, never coming back here again!

They did not do them thick enough, 2 of my nails broke off, 2 of them were crooked and the lady who did mine was rough and left me to go do some older ladies nails, upsetting .
