I always get Kim to do my mani pedis and eye brow waxing. She does an excellent job always. Be sure to schedule an appointment with her.

The lady did not cut my cuticles on my toes.The polish job is that of a 5 yr old. She said she would come back and redo them after I had my eye brows waxed. When I finished the wax, and went back to get my toes repainted she was gone. Another lady said she went to H‑E‑B. My toe nails look horrible. Please don’t waste your time and money!

My daughter and I have been getting our manicures and pedicures here for years. Entire staff is accommodating and good at what they do. Always Look forward to our next visits.

My favorite place to get pedicures. They are so sweet all the time and do exactly what I want. My sister has also done manicures here a few times. The first time was not that good but after we spoke to a manager she fixed it for her. My sister gave it another try a month later and actually really liked the way her hands came out. They are doing great at social distancing as well. Right now they have 20% off everything. You should definitely visit.

If there was an option for zero stars I would give it. The lady got nail polish all over my fingers and didnt take it off. It was from both the powder color and the clear gel. She knocked the fan on my hands while they were drying and fixed it by painting clear polish over it but it was still uneven and bumpy. She then proceeded to ask me to pay $40 for awful looking nails. When I objected, they told me they would discount it to $30. In the end, they told me if I didnt want to pay the $30, they would have to remove the polish. My nails looked worse when I left than when I came.

Rushed, nails were crooked and bumpy. Then when I got my pedicure she did not get all the dead skin off, also felt rushed. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ana was a very kind lady that did my pedicure and it came out perfectly at a descent price!

This is absolutely the worst nail spa I ever visited. Not because the service was bad. That was excellent. What was terrible was the man I guess who is the manager or owner. His customer service was horrible he was loud and rude. To top it off he wore a black mask while applying acrylic nails. Looked very much like black face. Even though the service I received from Sonny was wonderful I WILL NOT RETURN.

I will not be coming here again. I normally don’t complain about my nails, but I got them done on a Sunday and my thumb chipped within days. First off dip, has never done that. Maybe a week and half later but not days. I work and couldn’t go back till the following Sunday. I had to wait which wasn’t the issue. What my issue was, was what my nail looked like after! Completely clumpy and not even buffed down. I thought she was going to fix it, and didn’t realize she wasn’t going to till she said she was done. My nail looked NOTHING like the others. So horrible and since she touched it while it was wet it was finished like that. I was so ticked off since I waited for a rushed nail. I didn’t have time for her to refinish another rushed nail so I left. Came back Monday because another nail chipped. It’s been one week since getting my nails done. I have dip forever. It usually lasts me almost a MONTH! Not a week. I went in to ask for a refund, she said no. She said since I came during a busy time that’s what I get. If I showed up on time or called it would have been different she said. What a joke, I will never go back again.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever, ever been to! Nail polish old, rushes even though no one is there.... save yourself and DO NOT GO HERE!!! My little girl had her fingernails and toenails done here and they looked like a 4 year old did it. And... they peeled the next day... Choose anywhere else!

I DIDNT LIKE THIS PLACE PLEASE READThe first time I went to this place the guy Jesse made my nails too thin and they kept breaking .The second time I went he didn’t clean it my cuticles didn’t do the shape I wanted charging you $20 just for polish and made my nails too thin so long story short don’t waste your money here . WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!! (also was very rushed)

The guy who did my nails rushed and was so rough. he didn’t pay attention to the length or shape i asked for. i got gel polish and there is a huge bubble and he didn’t care to fix it. the top coat come out in a big glob and he just had it basically dry like that. they told the girl sitting next to me a fill was $22 but made me pay $40. definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Lee with the big muscles is great! He does toes and nails; which allows me to leave just one big tip instead of two tips to different people. He gives great pedicures and manicures and the massages are gentle yet effective. Certainly coming back here and asking for Lee (:

Dont not use this place poor quality and attitude horrible experience

Will not be going here EVER again. I got shellac manicure and pedicure the next day the shellac on my finger nails where already peeling off. I go in the next day to get them correct because they have a 3 day guarantee, one of the employees told me before I came to get them fixed next time I need to call ahead if I don’t they won’t fix it. Nobody told me I had to call ahead to get them fix they lady told me if anything happens to come back and they will fix it for free. THEN I look at my bank statement and they charged me 3 times for $70.00 it took weeks to get my bank to refund me the 2 fraudulent transactions.

I always love coming here theyre so attentive and courteous. Lee did such a great job on my feet and its no easy job! My feet are only left to professional work. Recommended highly!!

The WORST nail salon. Charged me for their mistakes. Dont spend your money here. I recommend Pro Q Nails or Red Top Nails.

NEVER going there again! I rarely ask for a manicure, this time I did I was really exited to just get my nails done and relax. Well that didnt happen, instead all I got was just lotion on my arms not even a massage done.. nails where supposed to be Shelac and a few days later the gel polish was cracking in through the whole nail. Definitely do not recommend this place since I did not have a good experience.

I won’t be coming back here ever again, first of all all my nails are literally different shapes and way too thick. Also, when the lady was clipping my cuticles she cut me and I didn’t stop bleeding till the end where she then put the nail over my bloody finger.... Issa no for me

Lazy, my nail polish looks cheap and far from professionally done. I tried with this shop but I’m done wasting my money. Telling people to stray away. Vivian was the best one

Worst pedicure EVER! $60 for deluxe with hot stone and asked for extra 10 minute massage for $15. Stones were cold. Tech was talking on her phone the whole time and no extra massage. Will not recommend or go back.

DO NOT get Tiffany. I swear my shellac manicure took about 10 minutes and she cut half of my fingers since she was going so fast! Along with half of my fingers bleeding, she got nail polish all over my fingers and didnt even clean them off at the end! Do not recommend her if you come here.

This is my far the worst nail salon i have been too. They took almost 5-10 min doing gel manicure when other places take about 30 min. It was so bad. Dont even get me started on the pedicure, she was so rough and when i would say Your hurting me she said because your nails are nasty.

Do not waste your time or money at this place!! We were short on time and not able to go to our usual nail salon, so my daughter and I decided to try Klassy Nail...a decision we both regret. They were nice enough but their skills are below subpar. I dont mind paying for services rendered but my nails look horrendous; my daughters are somewhat better but not much. This set is so bad, my husband commented on how messy my nails look. They are crooked, thick and thepolish is uneven. I have been to, and will gladly recommend a few salons: DaviNails on Bandera, I Nails on Culebra, Lash and Nail Salon on Bitters- please consider any of these before setting foot in Klassy Nail.

The first time I went it was great. But this second time I got my acrylics done the lady rushed it all. They look disgusting and she hurt my actual bed nails too much. My fingers ache.

I love this place! Espcaily the little girls pedi chairs to have little mother/daughter spa days.

The foot/calf rub was amazing. Most places dont spend enough time or really massage but they do here!

I love getting my nails done here, but the last time I went the lady that did my nails was rude and to rough with my fingernails . I wasnt satisfied with the way she did my nails, she was sloppy and not doing my nails the way I wanted her to do them .
