I’m fairly new to the San Antonio area, and was looking for a nail salon I could a manicure and/or pedicure. The hours of operations online states they close at 8pm. I walked in before 7:10pm. Initially, the guy asked what I needed. I stated “a manicure and/or pedicure”. He asked “how many?”, and I said “One”. Something was said in Korean, and he said “We’re closed. You can come back tomorrow” with this look on his face. I just left work, which I’m an analyst for the federal government, so my appearance wasn’t a turn off. I also wore my “Female Veteran” mask, so not sure why I wasn’t serviced. I will not return tomorrow. Lost a new customer

My wife had the best lavender CNDc pedicure ever by Lynn. And did a wonderful job with her nails

I got my nails done here once before and it was great! So I decided to go back for a fill in and she literally filed my nail so low with the drill I almost bled...I took my nails off after a week and my nail is so thin by the cuticle I couldn’t even touch it without experiencing pain. It’s almost to the last layer of nail before the fleshy pink part under. I will never go back to this establishment and I wouldn’t dare recommend it to anyone in search of a good nail salon.

Took my niece to get her nail done only $3. Great deal and really patient with her ( shes 5) they went above and beyond with her. Yall are amazing thanks!

I went in on a Friday afternoon around 5:45pm and the lady there did a horrible job the are all different shape and the color is not even good never going there again

Not sanitizing after each customer poor products nail polish falls off to quick also nails dont last the full two weeks maybe one week not a good place todo your nails.

Was very rude and rough was making me very dirty faces while she was doing my feet and another worker told my friends mom “ew” to her feet and laughed will never come here again !!!

I am not a frequent review writer. I know the damage an online review can do to a company.I have been getting monthly pedicures for too long to remember - 20+ years. I have tried salons all over town. My first time at this place was last month. During the pedicure I texted a friend of mine that I was at a “hole in the wall dive salon, looked a little dirty, they didn’t even offer me a bottle of water, the lady was being really rough and I hoped I didn’t regret going there”.I should of gone with my gut instinct and walked out. I regret going there.I have my first ever nail fungus and am going to lose my toenail.

A friend of mine recommended this salon to me. Service is amazing. They were so sweet & kind. And they made things happen. You cannot beat the prices of their services. A must go, this is a diamond in the mine. Ill be back and hope I get the same service!

I walked in and asked for a full gel set. And got my nails done. They are accommodating and perfectionists! They did an amazing job despite my constant laughter from their delightful stories. The price is a big plus, too! Overall, I had an amazing experience. I can genuinely say I will not go to any other nail salon.

Not the best polish job! By the time I got home my toe nail polish was a mess! They used oil during the pedicure and the polish wasn’t drying properly. Too much oil residue. Now I have to go back and have it re done. Will not return again here.

I love this place! I always go here to go get my eyebrows and lip waxed for only 15$! Theyve never hurt me at all and the always do a brilliant job with my brows! This one time I didnt have enough money and since I go there so often he was like I trust you; you can come back and pay when you have money. I was so relieved and he was so nice about it. The next day I came back and payed and gave an extra tip because he was so kind. This will always be my go to place for waxing!

I was at this salon on Saturday, it wasnt that bad of a place. Everyone seemed nice and it was clean-ish, but the guy who did my nails didnt do a good job at all. I purchased Gel polish, and wanted some jewel designs. His light was busted and he made me hold my hand in an uncomfortable way, and kept yelling at me to keep my thumb up so it would dry! Then he forgot about the gems and when I reminded him, he just glued a butterfly to my nail. It fell off that night. My GEL nail polish also started chipping off the same night. Unfortunately they are closed on Sunday, and we had to go back home in Corpus.

I have been coming here to get my solar nails full set done for three years now! I prefer here over any other place I have tried. I have gone other places and usually regret it. Silk Nails does the best job and they last for atleast a month!

The only good thing about this salon is the gel mood-polish.The guy near the door is always nice, but service from all of the techs are poor. Thats considering both pedicures and acrylic/ polish application. Piss poor!Oh, theyre okay with waxing eyebrows. I wont be going back for any reason though.

Noticed when I got home that several of my nails have bubbles in the polish. My right ring finger has a small dent in the middle. My right thumb has a spot near the nail bed where she didnt go all the way down with the acrylic. I would not have paid if I had noticed before I left. She also sloppily removed my polish and tried to leave dark red polish on the sides of all my nails until I made her take it off. Will not be back.

I dont hesitate go to this nail salon after hearing someone in the town told for.Felt in tired all of my feet and I asked for hot stone deluxe spa and she could deliver the quality I were looking for and was pricing $45 ... Will telling to my husband about this spot.

I have been going here for a long time and lately it’s been getting worse and worse, I went in to get my nails done yesterday and they look just horrible, like they can’t afford the correct powder, I will not be going back after being a customer for 10yrs

Worst place ever!!! The older lady doesnt know what shes doing! And she cut me and still continued to paint over my dried blood. And was trying to wipe off my dried blood with her hands. My nails arent even! Worst job ever!

Horrible work, the older lady that works there- did a Shellac manicure/pedicure on me and she kept painting over my skin.. and she would constantly be skipping steps. After I left, I realized that the lady just placed the tools back in her box, didnt sanitize them at all! I left scared to get an infection. Never going back!!

Worst experience ever.Got cut twice, had to repaint and was told it’s my nail not keeping the paint on....poor woman doing my pedicure was physically winded by filing my nails.

I went here to get eyelash extensions and the lady put so much glue and rushed. It was my first time and last time ever going there.

Went for a fill and was there for over 2 hours. So unhappy with my nails they r un even and look ugly. Will NEVER go back.

My person messed up my edges there Is a crease in my nail and the products burned my fingers

This place was over priced . My nails look half ass. They look sloppy & embarrassing . Would not come back to this place. I spent $95 on shellac for my feets & hands. My daughters spent $60 each..
