There is no consistency between visits, or nail techs. My girlfriend had to raise her voice for us to even be offered a drink. Service for customers depends on if they know you or not. Not okay! For the price, I would just go somewhere else...

I’ve been coming here for a while and my last visit is my last. All the good nail techs are gone. Today the man who did my nails did not give me what I wanted, was rude to me and charged me full price knowing how un happy I was with my nails. Last time coming here.

I gave 4 stars overall experience was nice with my best friend however high price in my opinion and the lady who took off my nails 💅 that were acrylic was super rough. Joseph is highly recommended if you do come he is great he takes his time and truly cares ! Super friendly and funny!

The place is very nice, but their customer service was poor. She did an ok job after me pointing about all the obvious that she was just trying to overlook I guess (smh). When she was taking them off she just tried to clip the whole thing off where as I’d just usually the tips they do it for.

So I specifically asked for just regular white nail polish and add chilac well the guy who did mine said no he was going to do a different white then I wanted and started cutting my nails and then I was like no I want my nails and just the nail polish and chilac and he kept going so I figured he knew what he was doing then he started dipping my finger into the dipping powder and I don’t get my nails done that often so I was like is this something they do long story short they ended up charging me for a FULL SET when I did not ask for a full set a specifically asked for nail polish with chilac and when I tried asking them about it the workers were all rude and were like well the dip is considered a full set and I was like ok but I tried telling him and he wasn’t listening ?!? This was my first time here never going back I had way better service and results at jolly nails.

Took my wife here at the referral of a family member. My said that Tino was the best she has had do her nails. The place is clean and comfortable, even luxurious according to my wife.

Had mani and pedi. I told the guy I wanted american manicure. And instead he did what he wanted and put clear tips instead of pearl. And he left stuff all over my fingers. When it told him I wanted them cut shorter he left them length he wanted..the girl who did my feet was amazing!

Came to this location with my mom n daughter and as soon were trying to sign in we had a bad experience. the nail tech guy called my daughter (who is 6) to go with him without asking us for one. No one should be calling any child to go somewhere without the parents knowledge or approval. When my mother took my daughter with her to the station she asked if he was going to clean and sanitize the station since there were still nails on the table. He angrily said he knew loud enough to be hear in the sign in station and get my attention. The then proceeded to get a dry napkin wipe the nails off, take a drink.of his beverage and tell my daughter to go ahead and sit down. 😶 needless to say, we left instead. In the age of covid, were not willing to be in any health risk situations.

I was so nervous about getting my nails done, but Hannah was so sweet and so nice that I was immediately at ease. She did an absolutely AMAZING job on my nails!! Am definitely going back!

Great for adults, if you take your little one they don’t have a kid pedi chair that’s the down side

Owner was very rude n loud! She overcharged me $20 n I tried to explain to her that I did want my money back, just give it to the guy that had just done my nails but she still argued about it. Will never return!!!!

I requested a full set using polish color but she used shellac instead just to charge more, and also i was a witness to how they treated one lady next to me. The man was so rude with her.

I had the nail dip for the first time. Three days later my nails started to chip and crack. I went back and requested to have them redone. I was told they could only repair them and no refunds. I assume she was the manager and repaired ONLY the ones that were broken; in a rude manner with a lot of attitude. She spoke in Vitnamese angrliy. The next day several more of my nails chipped and cracked.Poor quality work, unclean tools, and poor customer service.

I called over the phone to ask for pricing before I actually went in. I’m new to this area of town and the place I used to go to is quite far now. The lady who took care of me was very good but when it came to checking out they charged me more than they had told me over the phone. Don’t think I will be coming back.

Best pedicures ever. So relaxing and I got a nice deep tissue leg massage. French tips came out perfectly. I smudged my big toe and no problem got it fixed. I love this place.

The pedicures were done too quickly and not thorough enough as we believe that we overpaid for services. We decided to do shellac for polish and they applied way too many coats of polish so it took forever to dry under the lamps (and I still had my other foot in the water). A curtain fell next to me.Our manicures were some too quickly, not the right color and too thin. All Tino kept saying is come back if you need them fixed - while he was still building the nails... I complained three times during all of that but he acted like he never heard me. Over $300 of service that was poor and ignorant of customer wants and concerns. We will never use their business again.

Excellent service, the prettiest nails that Ive had in a long time. The gentleman that did my nails is a powder whiz! He can do anything with color. I didnt have much money and they even worked with me on that! To make sure that I left with some dazzling nails. Awesome job! They even offer a cold drink while youre there. Im definitely going back for the full treatment next month.

I have been getting my nails done at this location for years! I will never go somewhere else, they do amazing work. The very few times I didn’t like my results, they happily brought me back in and fixed my nails, problem solved.

Did not insure that every person there had a face mask on. Lady who did my pedicure did a messy nail job. My feet are still not soft. She barely took that pumice stone to my foot. Will not be returning. Did not even offer a drink.

Go to eunice for pedicure and sandy for nails, they are very good! eunice has the magic healing hands for massage and sandy does a very good job for your nails! i really recommend them both!

FABULOUS, TALENTED nail technicians who care about their work. I was a tourist walk-in that got in right away. My service was quick and fairly priced. I BELIEVE 3 different folks asked me if I was happy & to return. I will & recommend their store!

I wanted a mani and pedi. She cut my finger while doing my pedi. She was rushing and trying to multitasking. She left wax on my feet too. Just awful. Ruin my whole day. They are not gay friendly.

We came here for good service and we got in return lousy service!!..the lady is very pushy my girlfriend went to get her nails done and my girlfriend went today and ask for the Pacific nails she wanted done and the lady made a big scene and told her that I cannot do that cause she doesn’t have time for that and my girlfriend told them that I want them like this though so she did it with a attitude and messed them up on purpose cause of the laziness...customers come for a business and there job is to give 100% satisfaction but no instead they want to throw there hospitality out the window!!!..my girlfriend pays a lot of money 💴 here and it’s $95 I do manicure and pedicure 2 times a week 😡

No kind of customer service or organization. We were told to wait in our car during Covid-19. Well as people began to line up outside their doors they began to take them first. When confronted about it she said, Mmm, youre next. So ridiculous!

Ive been a customer at Nail City for three years now. Helen, Hannah, and May are AMAZING. I only have my nails done by one of them because they will do exactly what you tell them, and have never disappointed me. But to be fair, I am extremely picky and wont allow anyone else to do my nails there. They are extremely clean, and Ive seen them clean tools right after use. This place has improved so much since I first started coming here, and it has only gotten better! They now have complimentary drinks, and as a loyal customer Ive received discounts before as well.To the bad reviews on here, specifically the lady that posted the picture with the long colorful nails-- that does NOT look like a job from Nail City. Every single time ONE of my nails doesnt come out how I want it, I let my manicurist know immediately and she will remove everything nail/color and start over again. I am extremely picky, and I dont usually leave reviews, but I dont agree with those bad reviews because of how talented and nice all the ladies who work here are.

They have always done a wonderful job on my nails. very neat and clean work. Pedicures are great as well and they offer free drinks which is nice. HOWEVER.... their customer services is not the best. I go to the nail salon to relax, not have people make comments on how tired i look or talk about me in front of me in another language. I shouldnt feel uncomfortable while receiving a service IM PAYING FOR!!

Dont waste your time. I just left as Im typing. I walked in at 10:50am today They had me in a chair filled it up half way with water and left me there for 35min. Didnt apologize or even talk to me. No common courtesy. Im extremely disappointed!

Me and my niece got solar nails done here. The lady that I had stepped away 5 times from me. I got switched through 3 different people. My nails were not dusted off or filed and now I have black color under the clear part and around it. Theyre crooked. nails are already starting to come off and i got them yesterday. Not to mention my left hand nails are longer than my right. Took an hour and a half for 10 fingers. And my nieces were not cut so now she has freakishly long nails. They cut my nieces nails to where she didnt have any. And if you do come here I would request the guy.

I took my sweetheart (8yrs old, wheelchair bound/CP/dystonia) to get her nails done at Nail City on City Base on Military Drive. They were so patient with her and accommodated her in wheelchair ♡♡♡ #shellacpurple we went on a Monday midday. It was slow which was perfect for us ♡Because we invited friends ♡

When I first started doing my nails I loved them. Until my 4th or 5th time I let my nails grow out and started to notice I was growing fungus on my thumb! Never in my life have I had this and now it’s making me very insecure about my hand! Never going back!!

Very impressed so far. Had been to several other nail spas around here and very disppointed. Today, Julie did my nails, like I like my nails done and took half the time the last person elsewhere who had to be told to make the nails straight, thin them down, and left me on my own after being in the uv machine. At Nail City, they were done great- look great today. will update later on as the weeks progress.

Don’t even deserve a star ⭐️ . Over priced worse place too go ! I won’t spend a dime at that place ! I got a mani & pedi and charge me $66 for painting my nails 💅 and feet . The man didn’t even do a good job kept messing up and having to redo the paint.

Moved to the area and tried a new nail spot. Horrible experience from the prices to the service. Tech constantly tried to upsale me and ignored my requests. Will not be back.

Very poor service. Went just for acrlyc on real nail and lady filled my nail all the way down because she wanted square. Then after I told her that I didnt want to wash itd be OK to just polish she then began to spary my fingers with a chemical based solution that left my fingers red and feeling raw and laughed about it. Got no polish and still charged full price. Made a report will file and will take further actions.

Bad service, one of the veitenimese workers did my nails very fast and not at my liking. I pointed it out. She got upset, for the fact. I do not like the outcome of my nails. She also went on. I do not have money to pay.! (Bad Customer Service) Lets not forget our American money pays your bills, thank god as well as mine. Do not treat others, where your werent meant to be.

None of the employees were even working. Only one of them was helping customers and the rest were on there phones. Terrible service. Waited too long. I recommend you find somewhere else.

Twice Ive taken my 12 year old daughter there to get her nails done & they refuse to give her a set saying shes too little. The first time, they only put shellac over her real nails & said her nails were too long & she shouldnt cut them then again we went telling them she wants a full set & they still only gave her part of a manicure. They only painted her long nails instead of putting the set & still charged for a full set. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS PLACE & I WILL DEFINITELY TELL EVERYONE ELSE NOT TO GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER. If I could give zero stars I would.

I wish i still had my nails to show just how crappy the work was.what i do still have is the fungus on my thumb that has not gone away..my thumb nail now keeps me from going to get my nails done anywhere else cause the natural nail is almost gone!i went in asked, for something specific (had a picture) and sat there for about 2 or 3 hours cause she had no idea what she was doing..i got so fed up i just decided to take what they gave and leave.HORRIBLE PLACE!!
