I called them because the other place was booked until another hour. They said if I could get there soon that they would see me.They sure did, and they did a fantastic job with my nails. They were very nice from the receptionist to Mary the person that did my nails, thank you!

Sometimes it can be hard to reach them by phone to set up an appointment but theyre great. Pretty much always on time. Lan does my nails and shes amazing!

Theyre always awesome at Anns nails. They are thorough with cleaning and they definitely know their business. I will definitely return to this facility.

Ive been lucky on so many occasions when I just needed my nails done and they have an opening. Now thats not normal! They are popular for a reason!! They do amazing work, and take their time, even in basics manicures and pedicures. A friend of mine recommended them when I first moved here and Ive just stuck to them since. There is few places that compare, and Ive gone to a LOT OF NAIL PLACES.

I dont not recomend that place. I went this week cz the reviews andI show a pix of the nails I want exactly as the first picture, and the results had ticked and ugly nails nothing in compare what i want!! Im told the manager and did nothing just force me to pay for horrible service dont recomend. Please dont go there dont waste ur time and money.

New to San Antonio. Having to find a new nail salon is not fun. But I decided to give Anns a try and it did not disappoint. Friendly, clean, nice relaxing spa atmosphere. I got a natural manicure and it was fantastic. The lady who did my nails was super sweet too. Made my next appointment before I left. I found my new nail salon.

My mother loves this place. They take such good care of her and its reasonably priced a as well.

I worked with Lan when I arrived. She’s super sweet and was great for fitting me in right before they closed!My only complaint is that the Polish needed more coats. I wasn’t super happy with the way my polish change looked (toes) but I’m definitely willing to give it another shot since my nails (hands) we’re perfect.

Mary did a great job on my pedicure. I like it here because it is a smaller place, more comfortable then all these bigger nail salons opening up lately all over the place. Everybody is very friendly and you can sit back and relax.

Ive been a regular here at Anns nail salon for about 7 years now and I will never go anywhere else. From the ease of scheduling an appointment, the great customer service, and the quality of nail care you receive I give them hands down 5 stars. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance due to the fact that they are the best and their schedule fills up FAST! Ive had every nail technician work on my nails and you cant go wrong with any of them. I highly recommend Anns nail salon!

This is an average nail salon; I got a spa pedicure and I was very pleased with it. I also got pink and glitter white/full set by Steven (or Stephen?) he did a so-so job on them. A couple of them are crooked and he made me bleed with the electric filer on two fingers. THAT, I wasnt so pleased about. He was talking to me a lot and carrying on with stories and not really paying as much attention to detail as he should have. For me, I prefer a more quieter nail tech that does the job with sincerity. Anyhow...the place is nice and they are friendly, Ill keep coming back but will ask for another tech. Also, theyre a busy place on the weekends so its best to make an appointment.

I’ve been going to this place for 5 year now, and for the most part they do a wonderful job! I always request Steven because he does an awesome job on my short coffin nails. Staff is very nice and place is very clean. I now live farther from this place, but it’s worth the drive!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The employees are always respectful and professional. They are very considerate in whatever you desire and unlike most nail places Ive experienced they actually hold a conversation with you while offering beverages while they service you. Ive also had some bad experience with other nail salons that were rough with my feet/nails but they have gentle ministrations and have never experience any negative outcomes with them. The only draw back I would say is that they are quite busy and if you dont have a prior appointment then they may turn you away. I absolutely love the fact that if/when you make an appointment, you are treated as priority and you DO NOT wait at all. So just a suggestion to make a apt prior and I bet you will have the greatest experience. I dont get my nails done anywhere else but here.

I have bn going here for years! Never had a bad experience. And while I favor Taki and Yen, all the staff does a great job! They treat their clients like family and the welcome is always warm. I highly recommend! But make sure to book an appointment! Theyre so great that they get booked!

Very welcoming environment and extremely detailed on their work. I used to get my eyebrows threaded but ended up with unsatisfactory results every time because other shops would leave my eyebrows too slim and didnt trim them. At Anns they really take their time on all of their services. When I get my eyebrows waxed, they trim and tweeze my brows to perfection. They always leave me a very satisfied customer.

Steve is great! He always makes my nails last at least a month and they are always on point! His wife does great pedicures! The price is a little expensive but great quality. Your nails last a long time.

I have been in search of a nail place that doesnt destroy your nails and does a good job to where you feel you get your moneys worth. I tried this place based off of reviews and Im glad I did. I do the shellac and have always had bad experiences with it peeling/chipping/cracking within a week. Here they do such a good job that it lasts for 3-4 weeks. The only reason why I have to return is because of the out growth. I have been a consistent customer for months now. I always see either Anna or Taki because they do such a great job! They are friendly, inviting, clean, and relaxing. I absolutely recommend them when people ask where I get my nails done at.

I went in for a manicure and they were booked, but the front desk managed to work me into the schedule anyways. I only wanted a manicure with shellac. My technician was very friendly and asked me a couple of question about what I wanted and my shellac color choice. After our talk I ended up with a powder coating manicure and I am IN LOVE with it! I highly recommend the salon and this particular service.

I stopped in today for a pedicure. I told the guy at the desk I didnt have an appointment. He said normally it might be a problem, but he could fit me in. I was treated to a great pedicure by Yen. It was so relaxing and she was just so pleasant to talk to. I will definitely return soon.

The back massages like crazy wonderful. The lady said my back was so tense like it was kind of tough when she start so she help me to remove all the tenseness relieve all the stress as well. It was just amazing! Definitely highly recommend

Got my nails done today and the guy that did them was falling asleep while doing them and also my nails came out three different shades of the actual color HE picked, I picked a certain color and he got the wrong one but was saying it was the same just a different name. He put way to many coats and also didn’t clean the spots where he painted my finger because he was asleep! I will never go back. $40 was really a waste of money to look cheap af

Rude, unaccommodating staff. The service was mediocre. Left half way through and went to Diva Nails which were much better. They had twice as many clients, saw us within a reasonable amount of time, but best of all were friendly and appreciative of my business. I will not be going to Anns Nails again..

Waited 10 min just to be told werent accepting any more clients for nails. It was not close to closing time and wasnt that full. Never again. Dont waste your time coming here.

Everyone is nice, especially Steven! Though they speak another language Steven makes sure you know what hes talking about. Hes my acrylic nail tech. He has been for years. I absolutely love his creativity! He use to do beatiful airbrush art but Anns they dont supply that. Nonetheless, he does 3D nail art as well as conservative nail art. Love my nails by Steven!

I love the technicians here, but good luck getting in. They dont really take walk-ins anymore. I have been turned away 6 times in a row. The woman who has been at the front desk this past year is absolutely not accomodating. I miss the young guy who used to be at the front.

Take and her crew always do a superb job and pair their great tech skills with great professional customer service. The place is immaculate; I book appointments several days in advance as they arent always available to walk ins, it seems.

Annes is the only nail salon I use. The techs that work there are all super friendly and more importantly, good at what they do. Ive had all types of services there over the years, regular mani/pedi, acrylics, gels, eyebrow waxing, etc... Ive never had a complaint about any of the work done. Just go.

Walk ins are frowned upon. They made us feel like a huge inconvenience for there being 3 of us trying to have a girls day. Ended up at Klassy nails and they were happy to have us.

Very horrible service. For prom I asked for an ombre of white to blue (a simple picture I saw on Pinterest .) The guy who did my nails refused to do it that way and I asked for just a simple blue with glitter instead, he instead got a pink polish with blue (didnt match my dress at all) when is asked if he could take it off he said no because he liked it. It was really horrible experience and not worth 45$ for something that nail artist wanted and not the customer.

Ive been to this location once. Nothing was exceptional but I liked the atmosphere so I chose to go again today. Another shop down the road did an AWFUL job and 2 of my nails chipped on different days. One I went back because it was the day after Id gotten them done but I wasnt going to them again for the 2nd one so I chose to go here... thinking maybe Id get better quality service... WRONG! As soon as I walked in the man behind a pillar asked... ( before I even made it to the desk) Do you have an appt? I said Im sorry, no, did I need one? Keep in mind its Friday at 1:30 in the afternoon. He starts speaking to another young lady in their language.. she comes over and says so what do you need NOT HOW CAN I HELP YOU.. but what do you need ... as if Im bothering them. I said one of my nails chipped so I would like it repaired and Ill do a color change. She replies well if your nail chipped, why dont you see if the place that did it will repair it for free I said I did that earlier this week when my other nail chipped. Id really prefer not to do business with them again. She responded well ... we can do it but you went to another shop so they have different products from us so the products may not match...but ( she then continued talking to me and walking away from me at the same time .. rolls hers eyes and finishes with) but I guess thats your call.... another customer sitting waiting for her nails to dry seems a bit taken back by th fact Im needing to explain why I want to pay them for services. I go to write my name in the book and I was so discussed with the lack of services and how I was treated .. I looked at the man who first greeted me and said... sir I thinks shes right.. I do need to o somewhere else. I then politely walked out. I will NEVER put another cent into that place and will share with ANYONE who will listen. I will also share this review on FB/ instagram and any other social media site to discourage other ladies from being treated this way.

It wad o.k.I came on Monday morning, no appointment was needed, I was the only costumer. The manicure was good but I was really hopping to find also good environment and kind service and unfortunately I couldnt find. The place looks o.k, the T.V was showing a motorcycle show which was not the atmosphere I was looking for. Mabey some good music, some more smiling and the owner wont be sitting next to me and watching his show on the laptop. Not more than o.k although the lady did a good job.

I was there yesterday sept 15 2016, i have appointment at 3:30 i have my nails done set of fake nails i have gel so it wont come off right away I also have my feet done, it looks ok but some of few end of nails is showing dint cover that much polish, my hands dint look great i have oval shave nir it looks round n my nails is looks bigger on my fingers inwas there for 3hrs and nobody ask me if inwant a drink i pay 103 + 15 dollar tip, this is my 2nd day of my nails and its chipping off already. I wish they could do better on my nails.....
