They were amazing me and my daughter got our nails done we just moved from NY and we’ve been looking for a great place to get them done I have no complaints about them our experience was amazing I highly recommend INails

The service was fine however when I went in to get a pedicure today, I was looking for a polish color & the woman said Dont worry about that, I have colors over here. She showed me a bunch of colors and I picked one. She then gave me the prices of all the pedicures. I chose basic at $30. She recommended the deluxe for $45 after seeing dry skin on my legs. I said ok. After all was done, my total came to $60! The polish they used was gel. I didnt ask for gel and she told me $45 even after I had picked the color. I went in planning on spending $30, I understand she sold me on the additional $15 but I really thought it was going to be $45, not $60!

OMG i love my nails!!! for only 35$ this is such good nails!! the staff is amazing especially the old man which gave me gel instead of regular polish!! will definitely be visiting again!

DONT GO HERE! they’ll cut you, give an uneven shape & then make you pay full price for their mistakes. 2nd time going and won’t be returning!! Disgusted I had to pay for such poor quality!!!!

Paid for a full set with gel polish.. 45$ and theyre lifting its only been a week. He didnt clip my nails down prior to gluing, I should have before I came in but thats not the point. 45$ for 7 days is too much and I tipped too. Annoyed! Literally dont even have grow out yet, and this isnt the shape I asked for. Theyre Literally square, NO CURVE on the sides at all, and I said coffin nails 😭.. seriously Walmart does better

I was very pleased with their work and price

I got full set nothing fancy just a regular set and I paid $55. I got them done on Friday and by Wednesday 2 had broke off...one while putting on my clothes and the other when I was opening the refrigerator door....and on Thursday another one broke....big waste of money...now I have to go and pay someone else to fix the broken ones and make the rest thicker. Never again!

I went there because they had good reviews. I left disappointed. The tech guy left my nails too long n twoleft uneven and crooked. He said two words to me the entire time I was there wash hands. My pedi not too great either. I had to fix his shabby work. I felt bad only tipping 3.00 but no more was deserved.

I came on New Years eve and I had a very pleasant experience. The prices were good. $27 for a basic pedicure and $40 for a full shellac set. Everyone was very kind and they actually toke their time. Wonderful experience. I will be back again.

Ive been coming to this location for several years now and have seen nail techs come and go. The staff is small, but the people are polite and will generally accommodate and assist asap. Since Nancy has been here she has done a fantastic job on my pedicures along with Henry. After Julie left, I started looking for a new nail tech until I met Andy. Andy is now my new go to for design and nail art. He is patient, professional and very talented, with a catalog of ideas and beautiful designs!!

This was the worst experience I have ever received. They got nail polish all over my fingers and gave me chunky nails all while saying it’s my nails fault. No they messed up and never take responsibility. Never come here and send everyone away. And Julie is gone from working here.

Wanted my nails done before my shift at work today. The place next to my job was closed on Mondays. So i went up the street to another place and it was gonna be an hour and a half wait. So went to yet another place guy there said they dont do that. So I walked down the street to I Nails. When i walked in i was welcomed, told them what i wanted, got a drink and sat down. The guy looked for the colors i wanted, the glitter was called goose feathers i believe and the nude pink was called warm pink. I was completely satisfied. Julie did an amazing job! I highly recommend I Nails located on Culebra Rd by the Sonic. I will differently go back again! 😁💅❤ Pretty Reasonable Prices. $45

Went here this afternoon for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I had a nice experience. The staff were all friendly and worked together. The nail techs were patient careful with color application. Gave a nice massage for a basic pedicure. Overall clean place and offered complimentary beverages. Will return to this business.

No respect for appointments. Ive scheduled appointment only to have the person who should be doing my nails working on two other people. Ive scheduled an appointment, showed up on time and been asked to come back two hours later. Whats the point. Seems people are more concerned about money than ethics and quality service. Gonna find somewhere else to go.

They were not to busy and did a great job with my pedi and I love my nails. The atmosphere was calm and not loud. They didnt cut me and listened to what I wanted and got it done for me. Will make this my new place to get my nails done. Hector did my nails..yay

I’m soooooo livid with this place. We called ahead to make an appointment for 3 pedicures. Drove 20 minutes out of the way to get here because so many other places were booked. When we arrived, they wouldn’t let us in because we had my 10 year old niece with us (who was not getting any services) because they “don’t allow any children.” Regardless if you were interested in having services done for your children, they still won’t allow them in. This is RIDICULOUS and such a disappointment of a business.

Many many of us came to iNails to be taken care of by Julie. Well, as of two weeks ago she no longer works there. Shes is now at MV Nails on Potranco Rd. If you go to iNails and ask for her theyll say shes off, I even called and they said she was in New Mexico!! Theyre lies!! Just wanted to clear things up and let you all know the truth.

Julie is the best !!! I have always jump around finding the best nail salon and I found it now ! Julie is super hilarious and she takes her time on them to make sure there perfect . I had past experience someone trying to do marble nails on me and they did horrible job well julie went above and beyond I have gotten so many complements . She even made sure underneath the nail is perfect which a lot of salon places don’t do and it feels like I don’t even have fake nails on . Highly recommend julie she’s wonderful

I went to get my nails done and asked for a gingerbread man sticker and it’s all messed up I kept tell the lady multiple time but she kept saying it cute I told her it’s missing half it’s foot and I still paid 35$ for something I didn’t like! I’m not going back this was my second time but I won’t be returning 😞

I absolutely adore this nail salon! No matter how busy they are there’s a calm, quiet atmosphere. Julie is an artist to say the least. Yesterday (2/25/2020) I had the worst experience at this salon. The guy that did my aunts nails was extremely rude and aggressive with her. She wanted a full set of ombre (pink and white) and when the guy was finished he took them off because he said he wasn’t happy with the way they turned out. Then he made her pick something completely different than what she was asking for and yelled at her for picking too dark of a pink (He didn’t like it). Then he continuously forced her elbow down on the table and made her feel extremely uncomfortable. The worker said that he wasn’t from Texas and had only been here for about a week. However, that doesn’t justify his irate behavior. My family and I will be on the lookout for a more professional salon to go to. I can’t believe she had to pay $55 to get something done that she wasn’t happy with, only to have to go home and fix them herself.

My friends they do great nail work Hector the owner is amazing he had another location in city base area. Tom and Tiffany are the bomb also they do great work. Love them

A couple of weeks ago, I was there for a shellac manicure, the woman (I can’t remember her name) who did my nails, accidentally made the skin near one of my nails bleed while she was cleaning my nails.In the history of ever getting my nails done, that has never happened to me before.Afterward, she did a wax for my chin and upper lip. I thought she did great, until when I looked at my reflection later that night, I realized that I had a small burn under my mouth. It definitely wasn’t there before.I was furious. What if I was preparing for a photo shoot, or a wedding?I immediately called the shop, and spoke to her. She had the audacity to blame it on my sensitive skin, and made the recommendation to purchase some Aloe Vera.First of all, I’ve always received waxes, and this has never happened to me before. Secondly, she didn’t apologize, or take responsibility for what happened. No empathy. She just offered 20% off my next manicure. No, I’m not returning back to this place.If you do go to this salon, make sure you get your nail service done by the guy that works there (there is only two people there).

First time here! Nice clean open space!!But I came here because my nail Tech moved salons. I’m so blessed and happy!!! That I was able to continue have her do my nails!!! I have made 3 appointments with my usual tech lady to always be waiting, or even come back because they have overbooked. Today I had an appointment at 6 pm. Yesterday was my first time here at this shop. Everybody was friendly and helpful. While I waited to see my nail tech Julie, Tom helped me find a specific color I wanted which I appreciated. I was offered a beverage in case I was thirsty also very nice. Julie is absolutely the BEST. I will follow her anywhere she goes, that is how I ended up here. She takes her time and is very creative. She shapes my nails perfectly so I always leave 100% satisfied. She is very sweet and personable. Yall go and check her out shes totally worth it! I also hear Tom is very talented. Hi I am so pleased with the service was exquisite! I went in with terrible nails and I got explained options of their services and what was recommended for my nails. I explained I do have a thyroid condition and they worked with me through fixing my nails and making my stay welcomed. I was quickly helped and given options of colors to choose from, I was also offered a drink which was wonderful! The pedicure was amazing and my nails have turned out fabulous!!! I am just wowwed by what I received and how affordable everything was . I also got my eyebrows waxed and fixed and my lip waxed. Which also pleased me. Ty for everything! I recommend everyone to go here!

I came here thinking I could get good fast,service since it had a good star rating. Ive been here since 4:00 and I just left at 6:35 p.m .They had me set in the seat to get a pedicure and I sat there with no drink for 45 minutes they didnt even have the hot water ready for my feet to soak while I waited. Not very clean I saw nothing being sterilized, I wont come here again. I hope I dont get a foot fungus.

My first and only time here- Visited because of the great reviews, made an appointment and everything. Got there and was asked to sign a book and sit down. Wasnt spoken to much after that. Wasnt offered a drink or asked to pick a nail polish color or anything. Sat and waited 10 min (even though i had an appointment) and the next girl that walked in the door was treated so much better... They offered drinks and nail polishes and asked what she wanted (nails or toes). I ended up leaving and going down the street where the service was much better.

This place is completely hit or miss depending on the technician. I often feel rushed—no matter what time I go for services. I’ve noticed that they are not detail oriented and won’t listen to the customer (especially in regards to colors).

I have gone two times to get my nails done and Julie does a great job!She is awesome and friendly. Tom, the owner is nice too. Its a very clean environment. They also do pedicures too.

Ive been going there for the past couple of months and I love it. Henry, Tammy and Eileen are all very friendly. They take care in each and every one of their customers. I always leave there satisfied. Ive gotten acrylic full sets and shellac manis and Henry and Tammy do a great job.Theyre reasonably priced as well; I always make an appointment before I go in because theyre always busy.

I can honestly say this is the WORST nail shop Ive EVER been to. I went today to get a full set. When it comes to my nails I am very observant and I expect my nails to look how I want them. I noticed that one of my nails were placed on crooked and I asked if I could get it fixed. The man was trying to assure me the nail was straight when it clearly wasnt. So I asked if I could get that one nail fixed and he says youre too picky with your nails, you can go find somewhere else to do it. First of all if I am paying you with my money to do my nails I expect them to be according to my liking not yours! I ended up going to my regular nail technician which I shouldve done in the first place and he confirmed that the nail was crooked. So that will be the LAST time I will be going there.

Its a small place but they are super friendly and really take their time on making sure your feet are smooth and look fabulous!

First time at this salon and I won’t be returning. They favor repeat customers over new ones, waited over an hour and a half, nail tech lost control of the drill and left a nice cut on the underside of my finger. Overall didn’t receive good service and when I didn’t leave a big tip they held my card and waited for me to fill out the receipt. Not the most professional.

Over charged for fake powered painted nails..I think this place took advantage of the fact that I told them i dont usually get my nails done too often.. anyways the experience wasnt that great and I was charged $40 for the service. I got home and showed my sister and she said the kind of nail I got is usually $35. So my nail guy gave himself a $5 tip on top of the cash tip I gave him. I know better now and wont be returning to this place. So disappointed!!
