I have tried 3 other salons and came away very disappointed. I needed to find a place close to where I live that I liked and have been looking. So lady at a restaurant or a young girl asked her where she got her nails done because they were so beautiful and she told me nail it so I decided to try this place very pleased with the service and their employees. I will continue to come back and recommend this place👍🏽 You will not be disappointed 🥰Thelma

Tried this salon out for then first time last week I saw Donny for my pedicure and a full set, he was amazing! My nails look and feel great! I left with exactly what I wanted! They even helped me pick it just the right color I was looking for! Will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience!! My nails came out exactly like the inspiration photo I showed. My nail tech took the time to check every nail and make sure they were even and symmetrical. I am so impressed! Will definitely be returning! Thank you!

Called same day and they had an opening. Everyone right when I walked in were so nice and welcoming. I didnt know what I wanted and they were so patient on helping me pick out something. So happy with the outcome. I went to another salon and they did acrylic and didnt do what I asked but they DID A GREAT JOB here. These are my natural nails with gel. I will definitely be coming back!

Benji did an amazing job. My nails are completely flawless and beautiful! He helped me pick out a great color and was extremely detailed on my cuticles and paint edges. Ive never had a better experience anywhere else!

I love coming to this nail salon ! I have been to quite a lot of different ones in the area and they don’t compare to this one ! They do great jobs everytime I go and the employees there are always very kind and attentive to my needs.

I had French tips done and was so impressed at the attention to detail from Benji. This salon was clean and everybody was friendly. I’m definitely coming back every time I’m in San Antonio!

To give 1 star is too much. I walked into this salon and after having the customers and the nail techs stare at me blankly as I told them what I needed, the nail tech looks around and asks me if I could come back later. I understand the issues with COVID 19 but there was not very many people in the salon and some employees were sitting around on their phones. It’s sad the COVID has hindered customer service as well.

Benji did an amazing job on my pedicure! He took his time and was very thorough, plus he talked to me and that was nice🙂 Also my nails came out beautifully, I had a great experience here and I will be going back! Thanks Nail-It!!

Steven did an AMAZING job on my wifes nails!!!!I posted too soon. While Steven did an amazing job, the polish is already peeling off, which is extremely disappointing for $50.

Steven did the best job on my French acrylics I’ve ever had!!!! Highly recommend this place! My 6 year old got a mani and the young women took her time and gave him a great service even though it was just a kids mani.

I had an amazing experience! I scheduled a same day appointment for a pedicure. When I arrived I asked if I could get acrylics while I got my pedicure and they were very accommodating. They did an amazing job with both my pedicure and acrylics. I was super relaxed and my foot/leg massage was fantastic!

Amazing work

Got a maní pedí with Lauren. Very detailed with my nails and courteous with me. Made sure my feet were throughly scrubbed.

My wife has recently found this place. She has got her nails done their twice. The owners of this place are the ones to get to do nails, if you are going to do the more decorative nails. If you are going to do a simple mani-pedi, then anyone will probably be ok. but if you are looking for chrome or ombre style, then get the owners to do it.
