Sonia is fabulous! She pays great attention to detail and gives the BEST massages. I love my paraffin pedis and the environment is always clean and inviting. My sister and I love to plan a treat yourself kind of day with White Orchid as our first stop.

Very fancy and nice. You have all kinds of services offered to make women beautiful. Spa is great and relaxing. They always have specials going. Reasonable prices. I will not go anywhere else. Worth the trip for me.

HORRIBLE, the lady was so rough with my hands. she rushed everything & my nails came out so messy & unappealing. do not recommend coming here. she also didn’t give me the right shape, after i repeatedly told her what i wanted.

First time getting my nails professionally done for my 21st birthday. Didnt know much of anything but they took very good care of me & were very patient with all of my questions. Very clean & beautiful salon. They make sure you are happy with your visit as well as what you came in for before you leave. When i get my nails done Im definitely going to be coming here from now on.

So expensive! They charge for every little thing. My Mani and pedi took over 3.5 painful hours and I was very unhappy with the result. I was bleeding from 3 places, somehow. The gel chipped on 3 fingers by day 2 and my toenails were sloppy, chunky and uneven.

It clearly states appointment only everywhere In their facility and online, so I’m lucky I called ahead and was able to get a pedicure. The receptionist was very inviting and so nice! Linda did my toes, she also made sure I was taken care of along with the receptionist. I was unsure of what color I wanted to pick and Linda was nothing but helpful! Great first time experience.

Cute clean awesome shop!!! And guess what everyone is speaking English fluently in the shop at all times....not trying to bash anyone but its uncomfortable at times when you dont know whats being said (possibly about clients) and the technicians understand exactly what service you want. And I love my nails and brows!!

I started coming after my nails were terribly destroyed at another salon. Highly recommend Niki after 2 appointments she brought my nails back to life! My dip has never lasted this long, prices are fair, beautiful clean salon you’ll be glad you came. The girl up front is super helpful and keeps appointments on time.

Very inconvenient! Walk ins are not available, even though they have the words “walk ins available” on their window. I walked in this morning about 10mins after they opened just to be told no one would assist me because I didn’t have a Appt. If your looking for kind helpful people this is not the place.

Everyone from the reception to the technicians were wonderful! I felt very welcome. Compared to other salons, this one is very clean and their prices are not excessive for the quality care I received. Phi did a wonderful job and made sure I was satisfied with my nails before I left. I cant wait for my next visit!

Stopped by sign on door said walks available. Lady at front said would be just a couple of minutes. Waited 25 mins in lobby then was taken to “vip” room for waiting so long. Where they then had me put my feet in the water and then sit there for another 30 mins with no one ever coming in. I dried off my feet put my shoes on and left. They told me to have a good day. Horrible way of doing business

Best nails in town. Very professional and friendly, as well as an upscale feel for a decent cost. Affordable and worth it enough to not be a special treat but a regular nail upkeep.

I get .my nails done at white orchid service is always wonderful very friendly . The pollish always last 2 weeks or longer. definitely recommend White orchid for nail service

I have been coming to Eva for a few months now. She is not only pleasant to be around, but she does an amazing job on my nails. Im very picky about the design done one my nails. I go on pinterest, pick out several designs show them to her and she can do that exact design. I love it when she asks if she can change up the colors on the design. Yes,I do make an appointment only because I hit the ground running everyday. I have never waited more then 5 to ten minutes.

It’s clean and the lady did a great job on my manicure.

Not pleased with the place Ive given them several chances since Jan this year, I have had shellac manicures and the polish was thick and not covering my entire nail. I have recently had a manicure this Sunday and she did not cut my cuticles all around the nail the polish looked like a 2 yr old did it and they never asked to refund my money they just told me if ok called and given them enough notice they would have given me someone better. The price changes from every visit to the next, very unhappy with the front staff they saw how bad the manicure was and it didnt matter. Never again

We had a baby shower here and they did a fabulous job! They were helpful beyond measure. Gave us a table to set up treats we brought, helped serve while we were all getting pedis, and made us feel very welcome!

Got a mani/pedi combo with the paraffin wax option. Really enjoyed it, hands still feel soft 24 hours later. The establishment is a little busy and feels like a factory line compared to smaller places, but the staff is friendly and attentive.

My first time there and enjoyed getting pampered. Linda did a wonderful job on my mani/pedi. She so friendly .

I made an appointment for fills. A coupon popped up on White Orchids Facebook page but could only be redeemed on a specific day. During my current appointment, I asked the owner, Kimmie, if I could please reschedule my next appointment for the day that I could use their coupon. Kimmie curtly said I was disrespecting her business & that I was no longer allowed to be a customer... yikes! I had gone to WO several times before I was banned for wanting to use a coupon that WO issued that could only be used on a specific day. I respect Kimmies right to refuse service to anyone but I wholly disagree with refusing a customer because they want to use a store-issued coupon good for only a specific day. Use of coupons should be encouraged by salon owners. Also, coupons should be flexible to use and not be restricted to a high-pressure one day only or have too many conditions.
