Ive had many pedicures over the years and I can honestly say this was the most relaxing pedi Ive ever had. The lovely tech took her time and did a fabulous and meticulous job. This place is not particularly close to my home, but its where I will be going from now on. Even with a bunch of customers there, the shop was well staffed, and it still felt really calm and peaceful. I loved it so much! Thank you!

I ended up with an infected wound on my foot afterErik scrapped the skin off during a pedicure. He said nothing but some antiseptic and a band aid on, never apologized for hurting me. I ended up having to go to the dr several times because the sore didnt heal ! When I tried to talk to Lee about it and asked to talk to the owner he gave me a packet of antibiotic ointment and said that would take care of it. He clearly wasnt listening or didnt care. I told him I had been going to the Dr for 2 months! The owners and manager dont care. I wont be back and have advised my friends not to return!!

I called a day in advance checking the prices and was told regular acrylics were $20, but was told once I came in that I was misunderstood and the price was actually $40. That disappointed me as well as how they made me wait until my friend was finished for mine to be done. I came in at 12:45 and left at 2:45. Did not expect to have to sit in the lobby while my friend got hers done alone. My nails are a little uneven with each other and there’s a bunch of excess nail and glue underneath that’s quite uncomfortable. For the price and wait I have to say i expected a little more effort from them. Overall I am pleased with my nails but I will have to make a few adjustments at home.The thing that really set me over the edge was at the end of my purchase, I marked $1.00 for tip on the receipt. A few days later, my account said I spent $50 at herbal nails rather than $40. The woman misread the period between the 1 and the zeros, thus making it a $10 tip. That set my account balance under the minimum of 1 cent and now I owe my bank $30 for an overdraft. Extremely pissed off about this.

They are very nice. They always accommodate my request. Very clean and I feel safe visiting them.

They are very friendly, unlike the nail shop in the shopping center next to the liquor store close to the MCDONALDS. Thats how herbal nails won my business!

First visit and I highly recommend the dipping manicure by Ramona. I also had the pedi with scrub and paraffin wax. Very worth the money. Schedule an appointment on the weekends.

Very nice facility as you walk in and in a nice neighborhood.There was no greet at the door and when I was signing in I heard someone say hello. I said hello back looking at whom may have said it and it was in response to a phone call. 😒Gentleman finally came up to me and asked what I would like done. I told him pedicure and he responded with pick your color. As I waited he looked at appointment list and went to speak with one of the nail artist (she seemed all over the place). He was giving her the gist of what was coming in (at least what I think) and she openly expressed her frustration and unwillingness to do the upcoming clients. She said thank you to him and I guess will still see them when they come in.As my first time here, you would think I would feel more welcomed, but you have to be a regular to get the grand hello and goodbye. 2 clients were leaving as I was about to get seated and they gave a great thank you and goodbye to Miss Stephanie. She seemed the most personable while I was here.My nail artist sat me down with very little direction. I didnt know where they had set me up. She was abrupt and seemed annoyed to work with me. She asked me what pedicure I like done. I told her the basic one (which I choose when its my first time anywhere to see how they treat me) and took the menu from me with what seemed like disappointment. Im not going to do the exquisite one and feel disappointed with it. The water was between cold and lukewarm. While doing my cuticles, she pinched me and asked if she hurt me. I nodded and she said sorry. Proceeded with the rest of the pedicure and ended with a towel wrap which was a warm to hot towel laid on top of my legs. She painted my toes real quick and said thank you.She grabbed my shoes and laid them next to the dryer. I sat down and immediately she asked if I would like to pay her. Geez, just get me out of here why dont you. I gave her my cc and the transaction was complete. Everyone else here got to wait till they were done, walk up to counter and take care of the visit.Probably will not come back...I was just in town visiting a friend near by. Ill try another place.

I went to this salon last week cause my friend suggested. The salon was so clean and nice. One of technician name, Sally was so professional. My nails turned out amazing!! I love their customer service too!!She even gave 10% off on my manicure.

I broke a nail the night before my close friends wedding who also does my nails. With her being busy with wedding preparations I was freaking out because she uses a nail gel that very few salons use in this city. She suggested I come to Herbal Nails for my emergency. I called to make sure they could take me in that morning of the wedding. They said come right over and was greeted very warmly. The shop is very clean and beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and had smiles on their faces. They were able to fix my nail and did a great job. I’d definitely will come back again for all my emergencies and just because. I’ve been telling all my friends to go there also. Thank you Herbal Nails for saving the day!

Loved this nail salon. More like a spa. The staff Sally, Moon, Magnolia, Stephanie and Lisa where amazing! Moon did the Chamagne and Rose pedicure my feet were in heaven!! The salon is more of a spa the prices are definitely earned with their quality and dedication to their craft. Would highly recommend them! Lisa did my dip and is amazing and my nails feel great! I would definitely recommend you set an appointment for sure.

Had the deluxe manicure. Honestly best quality service, magnolia took care of my sisters and mom (pedicures) and they loved everything about the process. What i liked the most was the fact that it didn’t smell like a nail salon.

Very inconvenient! Walk ins are not available, even though they have they the word “walk ins available” on their window. I walked in this morning about 10mins after they opened just to be told no one would assist me because I didn’t have a Appt. If youre looking for kind helpful people this is not the same place.

The best pedi I have ever had. They take their time and really give your feet the attention they need.I had an awesome leg and foot massage and they got all the dead skin off my feet. It’s a real treat. Worth every penny!

Marquis did an amazing job on my nails. Im rating a 3 because the owner was micromanaging the moment I came in. She picked out the polishes and glitter for her instead of letting Marquis do it herself or didnt even ask me what I wanted. I had to tell marquis that I didnt like what she picked out and if I could change it. She said absolutely were going to do whatever you want. The owner came around again to see the progress and ended up taking over for a minute and ended up messing up what marquis was doing. Marquis ended just finishing my nails and offered for me to come back the next day knowing I didnt like how they came out. When I came back the next day she took the time to do what I wanted and my nails came out amazing. I also heard 2 of the other nail technicians talking poorly about marquis infront of customers. Unfortunately I dont think Ill go back because of the owner and too I feel like the price I paid for my nails was a little too much.

When I entered with my daughter,they were pleasant. My daughter requested a full set and I wanted a pedicure. 1 young lady started my water and offered me a drink,that was it! No one discussed what pedicure services I wanted. I sat in the pediure chair for over 30 minutes and my water ran out,I had to ask for help to get it refilled,they ran the water again. The patrons that arrived after me were fully serviced as I sat in the chair, still waiting for someone to service me. They went out of their way for others,but they treated my daughter and I like we were inconveniencing them. The place is clean,but the service and most of the employees were very biased.

I have been going to Herbal Nails since it opened and each visit has been fantastic! I have had multiple technicians do my pedicures and they have all been consistently great! I brought my mother there for her 82nd birthday to get a deluxe pedicure and manicure and they made the experience for my mom completely majical! As soon as we walked in the door everyone yelled, Happy Birthday Mom! Then, they gave her the royal treatment! My mom was in heaven! Her hands and feet looked and felt beautiful! My mom loves the massage part the most and she said it was the best ever! I cant say enough about this place! Just give it a try and you will not be disappointed!

I have been here on multiple occasions. I think the prices are decent and the quality is relatively good. However, the customer service is atrocious. The lady asked if I wanted gel nails instead of a regular manicure and I declined. She asked that I pay before she painted my nails and I did so. Unfortunately I should not have tipped until the end. My fault. She practically threw my hands back at me when she wanted to switch. When I picked up my things to move to the dryer table, I slightly bumped my pinky nail and asked her to look at it. She scoffed and I thought she might swallow her eyeballs she rolled them so hard. I mean really... it took no more than 15 seconds to repair it. I’m not in the business of paying people to treat me poorly. I won’t be returning.

I accidentally showed up 15 min to close (I thought they closed later) and I was treated as though I was their first customer in the morning. They were friendly, took their time and did great job on my mani/pedi.

Fabulous. Every technician is friendly and does a good job.

This place only caters to rich old snooty people. Went in to ask how long would it take to get my nails done and got met with being treated like I was trying to cut in line by the staff and the snooty customer sitting there. I know this place just opened so heres some advice...when a customer walks in to ask how long it would take to do so and so they are asking you to include wait time not be treated like a line jumper who needs to schooled in what a line is. Its a common question people! Rude staff, rude snooty customers.And dont act like I didnt notice the woman who walked in behind me and asked for something more expensive than I did got seated and was told her wait time.

They usually fix others mistakes. They are too far for me to drive but given the choice I would go here. Sally sally sally!
