I paid for a full manicure and pedicure. I picked a cute color and she applied a different type of shade. I told her about it and she kept insisting I picked this awful certain color. Then she starts on my pedicure and I didn’t even get full service but I sure had to pay the full amount. Never again!

Helena did a great job on my solar nails! ***Update***So, the last few times I have gone, I have been less than impressed. This was at one time, my favorite spot to get my nails done...so, I didn’t want to say anything negative. This last visit, I had an amazing pedicure, and was talked into getting dip nails because of the condition my nails were in. I agreed to the $50 service. First of all, it took 2 hours to get the set. My pedicure was an hour (don’t mind that at all), but another 2 hours to get lumpy, uneven, crooked nails is where I have to draw the line. When I told the tech she applied the thumb tip crooked, she tried to make me believe it was straight. I wasn’t in the mood to argue about it, so I figured I would just file it out at home. Please keep in mind I am a licensed cosmetologist.... The color I chose was gorgeous, but when I left, I noticed spots where the color didn’t take. When the sun hit my nails, the lumps and dips were even more noticeable. I didn’t want Harry Potter wands for finger nails, but it’s what I got. After being there for 3 hours, I didn’t want to sit there any longer and left without verbalizing my discontent for the service. All I know is I won’t be returning. Yes, I did leave a tip for both techs, unfortunately. The pedicure deserved the tip, but definitely not for the dip nails. Ughhhh.

So, I went to get my nails filled, I had previously got them done and Helen told me 18 for a gel fill when I come back. So I get my nails filled and Jim charged me $32! He was rude about it when I said, $32, this is for my fills?? And he just said 32 Dollars! I was upset and just paid him. If he was GOING TO CHARGE ME PRETTY MUCH FULL PRICE, youd think hed PUT A NEW SET OF NAILS ON ME! I had the same ones from last month! If youre going to charge me $$FULL PRICE, NEXT TIME DO THE FULL SERVICE!!. Im not coming back here after this bad experience.

I went to get my nails done and ended up with my hand getting cut off. But in the bright side, they paid for my medical bill. So for that i rate this place a 10/10.

Your typical Oriental personnel, board states 1 price, staff states another. Man tending to me did poor job of work...nails uneven, bumpy and clean up very poorly done....SHOOTY CRAFTSMANSHIP

The male that was doing was nails was rude and did not know what he was doing. He repeatedly got an attitude when I tried to explain how I wanted my nails. I asked if someone else could do my nails and he said no. He was very rude and unskilled. If you do go here, don’t let him do your nails

Got pedicure done they dont clean the equipment after each client . equipment is old not sanitized they use it on all clients dont use plastic lining where feet are in water they dont clean it are sanitize this area afterwards use same pumice on all clients if you want a fungus Infection this is the place omg never ever again poor customer service please look else where for pedicure

Feeling stressed came in with stiff neck left with beautifull nails nice pedicure everyone participated with my grooming good team work i am very stisfied thank you they take their time on you so make time to get yourself done they are here for you they are in no rush to push you out the door so plan ahead

Ive been going to kiss nails for 16 yrs for pedicures i got w/ lee everyone there they got excellent customer service there nice& its affordable.ive taken my teen daughter since she was little.there fast i recomend this nail salon.me& my daughter are happy going here she goes w/ Vinny

Very upset with my visit today.Waited patiently for 1 and a half they barely had finished one of girls nails.No interaction with any of the ladies waiting.Finally when I got fed up and decided to walk out did I finally hear one of them speak to me.She had the oddasity to ask me to wait just to wait.Unbelievable, 1st ugly review Ive ever made.

1st nail tech behind sign in desk totally fixed my jacked up nails... I went to the nail salon inside SW Military Wal-Mart & they made my acrylic nails look like a bumpy back road in the stix SMHWAL-MART NAIL SALON SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY RED LIGHT TO BEGIN WILL... TG4 KISS NAIL SALON
