They always are super nice. Short wait times except for pedicures but the wait is worth it. Only place I know that has hot stone pedicure. Wine is also chilled to perfection.

I’ve been here twice and neither times were pleasant. Maitrang was rude and unprofessional. I asked her a question about my nails and she ignored me. I asked her if she heard my question, she said “yes” but still did not answer the request. She was rough, and when I told her she blamed it on me. Very disappointed at my experience. I’ve never had a bad experience at a nail salon, but I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

I love nail world!! I have been going here for years. Tracy and her staff are always very nice. Good quality service for a good price. They have a very large selection of polishes, shellac and dip powders.

Went today to do my nails and was greeted by very nice people. I have been coming here for the past two years and the service and quality of service has been the best I have had. I can definitely understand the negative reviews. This was my first time at this nail salon. My first Impression: walking in was a customers boyfriend sprawled out on the couch with his leg propped up on the armrest and two nail tech talking with one of them laying on two chairs, I was wondering if they realized this was a business and not home especially the nail tech who worked there. She did ask me if I needed help (not very friendly) but at no point changed positions. Overall the place could use upgrades from the worn out massage chairs to the outdated equipment. The only reason for going is because of Su. She is an Excellent Technician. I Love how she does my Nails. The 3 Stars are for her Only! I read some of the reviews (good and bad) but wanted to form my own opinion. 😔😔The place has potential but Owners are to comfortable and cannot see Some Change is Needed.

Went on Sunday to get my nails done and my daughter when I left my nails were pretty lumpy it was already 5 o’clock didn’t want to go back call today she said the lady that did my nails was off and I would have to wait for her to fix them and I told her why couldn’t they just do it today and she said because she had to take care of her paying customers. So I told her what am I I’m a paying customer 2 .I will never go back there again . Horrible customer service

I have been coming here for three years and do not have a single complaint. I live almost an hour away and make the drive every time. I have tried other places and I’m shocked at horrible service, poor color choice and lack of meticulousness and patience. Coming here I am guaranteed a fantastic experience with every nail tech, an overwhelming amount of color choice and picture worthy nails with zero flaws that last for WEEKS and NEVER BREAK. If you’re looking for a place that you won’t have to come in a few days later to get your nails fixed and a clean and welcome environment, this is it.

I disagree with Alexis Yoo’s review. I have been to Nail World for years and don’t have a single complaint! Tracy does my nails and treats her customers with respect and professionalism. This is her business and would NEVER do anything to jeopardize her quality of service.

I have been a regular of Nail World for years. All of the people that work there are very respectful and courteous. The place is clean and organized. Nail World always has the newest colors and techniques to offer. I love this place.

Tracy always does such a wonderful job on my nails every single time. She is a patient but quick expert in her field and no one has ever treated me with anything but respect and sincerity. I will be a loyal customer of hers!

Tracy and Anne always take extremely good care of me. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with kindness and quick, but detailed service. They offer fair prices and a comfortable atmosphere. This is the place to be for your cuticle needs!

I completely disagree with Alexis Yoo! I have been coming to do my nails with Tracy for over 18 years and have never had a bad experience. Contrary, she provides a premiere service with outstanding customer service! Her work and that of her entire staff is amazing! The facility is always clean and she has so much pride in her salon! Got my toes done and the next day they started chipping. Also the chairs didnt work well.. dont recommend and I wont be going back.EDIT. They over charged me $20

This salon is one of the dirtiest salon I have ever seen. Some appliances look as it wasnt clean in years. The service was very poor. One lady started to work with me and before she was done another came to continue. I didnt like this at all.

My friend and I came here for a full set and a spa pedicure. The pedicure was nice but the entire time the lady was doing my nails she was making fun of my laugh. On top of that my full set still was not dry after 20 minutes of drying. Every mistake was fixed with a huge blop of paint that of course wouldnt dry... Very dissatisfied. I felt very unwelcome and as though the staff didnt want to do my nails.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dont waste your money on this location. Overpriced for such a crappy job.

Horrible!! I had the MANAGER doing my nails and she was on the phone the whole time. my nails look disgusting, crooked and uneven. All lumpy and gross, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Henry is AHHHH-MAZING in the pedicure department. Ive been coming here for years and have always been happy with the finished product (full sets, fills, manicures, pedicures, eyebrows...). But Henry has a way with the foot massage. I have foot pain from running and Zumba and he always knows JUST the spot to hit. Its more than a pedicure. Its a therapy session. He takes his time and I always walk away feeling like I got my moneys worth.

Tried this place to get mani and pedi the tech clipped my skin twice. I jumped and she laughed each time. They do not have a big selection of colors and being the first time they are not very welcoming.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, dont waste your money. My daughter paid for a new shellac set and they were different shapes. They would not redo them. I should have checked the reviews prior to going to the location.

Wonderful salon! I had gone before and didnt have a great experience but I decided to give it another try and I am glad I did.

I went to Nail World to get Acrylics and they ended up being $50! The price for nails like everywhere are $30 not $50, anyways the guy did a good job but on my left index finger my nail was smaller than my my right one
