$15 more than some nail salons but they do excellent work.UPDATE: dipped nails are $10 higher and upcharged $5 for removal of shellac done by another salon. However, everyone has their cosmetology license and clearly displayed. And, quality clean products are used. Best salon thus far for my patronage and hard earned, limited money.2 WEEKS LATER: Look, no peeling! Inferior products and inadequate skills will surely cause peeling by now. It has happened to me four times prior to finding Hawaii. Take your precious nails to Hawaii Nail & Spa 🤩🥰

I’ve been to Hawaii Nails and Spa numerous times and they always do such a great job. My nails last for a long time, as well. I just got a full set and pedicure today by Tommy and another young man (I did not get his name), and they did a fabulous job. This place always finishes in a timely manner, also. Love it here :)

I went yesterday with my daughter and when he was doing my pedicure you can tell nothing was sterile. Second he apparently put shellac but it was not, as soon as I washed dishes it started coming off. I thought the bottle looked like regular nail polish ugh I knew I should’ve said something but I decided to trust them….wrong. Lastly both me and my daughter got cut and not to mention another lady got cut while we were there too. Got over charged and came out with cuts. Definitely won’t be coming back.

So I usually go to a nail salon in the Alamo Ranch area but they always seem rushed and in a hurry so I decided to come to Hawaii Nail Spa for a change since I was in the area and let me tell you I got the best pedicure I have ever gotten! I loved that they took their time and were very detailed oriented! It was very relaxing and my toes look perfect! I will definitely be coming back!

This was one of the best pedicures! Hot towels, hot stones and a massage for my tired feet and calves after walking all day at the riverwalk!! Only here for a couple more weeks but will definitely be back and hope I can find a salon like this back home!!!

Took a while and couldn’t stay for both mani and pedi. I ended up with just a pedicure and gel polish. Great experience. My nail tech was a younger gentleman I didn’t get the name of, but he was attentive and did an excellent job. Highly recommend him.

I always come back to this place. They have been consistent with services. They have barriers for COVID protection. Great job on my pedicure and eyebrow wax.

After reading reviews of many nail salons, and seeing the beautiful pics of the salon and jobs done at Hawaii Nails, I chose to give them a try. I only got a basic manicure and pedicure, but I was very satisfied with the work done by Kelly, plus she was very friendly. I will definetly be going back to Hawaii Nails for my pedicures/manicures.

This was my second time here because of the service I received the first time. Wonderful foot massage from Lilly. Great customer service from front desk and Lilly.

Pedicure and manicure were very relaxing. Massage and scents were amazing you could actually smell the scented fruit from scrub used in the pedicure. What I did not like is the website pricing is incorrect as to the price sheet in the actual salon. They did not offer any complimentary drinks as stated not even water. The 10% off any service throughout the weekday during happy hour was not given to me.

This was my 1st time getting a pedicure. I decided on this place based on the reviews and information from their website. They did not disappoint at all. I left feeling beautiful and relaxed. I will definitely make this a monthly routine.

The chairs were really really dirty but it was busy, but it should be wiped down after each customer. They seemed to rush on the nails and it showed through a bit.

I have always struggled to find a good nail salon where my nails done crack or break because I am very hard on my nails and use a lot of Clorox wipes for my job. I have been going to Hawaii Nail for about a year and never have a problem. Excellent job every time. No nail breaks from this salon!

Very slow but worth the wait

I’ve been coming here since they first opened and never had a bad experience. Especially one not worth posting about. I got a pedicure and my nails done yesterday and had to go back today for a repair. The repair was handled without any issues and the young lady wouldn’t accept payment. However, I questioned Kim yesterday about why she left my nail tips white. It wasn’t a seamless look at all. She attempted to explain but couldn’t. So when I was there for the repair today; I asked her husband (Tommy)who typically does my nails. And he said yes it can be painted....there’s no issue. So his wife comes out from the back and proceeds to repaint my nails with an attitude...no greeting..nothing. Just sit here. This poor customer service after I’ve paid for services and tells me don’t come back complaining when it comes off. First of all I don’t expect my nails to remain flawless for months at a time which is why I come every two weeks anyways. She still couldn’t explain what the issue was about covering the tips of my nails. I told her that she and Tommy were giving me two different stories. After reluctantly polishing my nails she walked away without saying a word. After all of these years I can see why so many people come in and ask for “Tommy” specifically. This was the worst experience for me and horrible customer service by an actual owner! She’s always rude. When doing my nails yesterday she got shellac nail polish on my bracelet and Apple Watch; which i had to ask her for something to remove it. I’ve referred a few individuals to Hawaii Nails because of the work. Needless to say with the rudeness and mediocre work at best I won’t be back!!

Had a complete positive experience when I came here for the first time today. Did not make an appointment but they got me in right away and get the job done in no time. But it does not mean that they rush me out or anything. The tech was very skillful and experience that I had no problem explaining what needs to be done. She actually took extra time to make sure every tiny detail was taken care of and was very gentle. Clean and organized. Very reasonable price considering the quality of service you would get. Highly recommended !!

I always get my mani-pedi at Hawaii Nails. Tommy usually does my nails and does a great job. My pedicures are usually pretty good and relaxing but sometimes they need to make sure the heels are soft and not rough. But bbn I still give them a 5 star!

Received a mani and pedi. One lady was very rushed and didnt a good job. I should have known better since she stood the entire time. The other did a very good job. However, after being under the dryer for 5 minutes, the male checked my nails and told me I could go but to be careful because they were still sticky.I will never return.

Staff did not look happy while doing there jobs. During the massage part of pedicure the lady appeared to be really scrubing my leg and feet but didnt feel much more than a light touch, felt more when her fingernails digging into the bottom of my feet. Not to mention the chairs were hard and uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

It was alright. Whoever did my feet didnt do a great job at a massage I can say that! He put hard pressure in the wrong places and punched my feet and legs. Thats a first! I wasnt impressed.

The first time I came here, I had a pedicure and it was a very pleasant experience, the tech was friendly and helpful. Yesterday I went for a manicure, which was a first at this location. They didnt really bother to explain what they offered and kept asking questions I didnt know the answer to. When I stated that this was my first manicure the lady just looked annoyed.After getting set up, the tech didnt say anything to me the entire time. Im not chatty but I also had zero clue what she was doing. Overall the job she did was okay, I had French tips done, she didnt get complete coverage over the nail but its okay.The down side is that less than 24 hrs have passed and the polish has already chipped on several fingers. A cheap nail polish from the store lasts longer then this professional job did. (Will post a picture).I gave it 3 stars because it was clean and they took me in as a walkin, but I dont plan to return for another manicure.

For the most part they seem to be the best at taking time with doing your nails .and making them look naturals they always last me a long time with having very short nails .pedicures havent really had the best of luck with them here maybe it was just a bad day and Ill try again soon .

Overpriced and underwhelmed. I live in the Bay Area and the prices are half of what these folks charge. Crazy crazy. Also the massage chairs are a bit old and ragged and they dont work that well or the settings are very off.

Nail tech rushed through the whole process when doing my manicure. Would not recommend this place! Waste of money!

I’ve been coming here for 1yr and 6months and this time was the worst. She did my shalac nails and they came out bumpy and she tried to blame it on me and said I leaned my hand. I don’t think so. I’m no longer coming here and I’m actively seeking a new nail tech.

Got some acrylic nails done here. When he was putting the tips on he dipped them in a solution which made me finger tips burn really bad. He was so rough with my fingers that they hurt really bad and I got them done 3 hours ago. And they still hurt. The nail polish job was very bad as well. And he look like he really didnt want to do my nails.

Best place to do your nails or toes

Went in today for the full works- green tea pedicure, shellac mani and eyebrow waxing. My mother also got a full acryllic set and I can safely say we are both happy customers! Everyone was very polite and attentive while the mani and pedi were extremely relaxing. I will definitely be going back!
