My foot tech was quiet with me. She did an excellent job on the pedicure. What I was most impressed with was my nail tech he did an awesome job. My nails looked natural and a week later they still look great. I must say though you better have money in your wallet for this place its a costly place. $$$ for Mani/pedi They show one price when time to pay its a surprise. So ask for total cost before you start to ensure you can afford it. Beware of the cost you have been warned.

I really enjoyed my pedi, I think they need more staff. By the time they got to us our water was cold and they had to change it . The staff was very nice and the area was clean

Very nice and well decorated inside. Has a good vibe when you walk In.I didn’t understand why I had to wait for the gal to wax my eyebrows when there were 3 other employees sitting there. The gal was finishing and cleaning up after she just finished with a client.

I walked in on a Sunday evening to get a pedicure and they were so accommodating though they close at 6pm that day. My nail tech (wish I asked for her name) took the time to massage my tired legs. I thought I was paying too much but actually, the quality of my pedicure and massage was totally worth it!

TOM, hands down is the best and most professional I have met in years. He made me feel at ease from the moment I met him. And I feel so amazing when he finish I be ready to take over the world. I love my Tom.

I have tried to give this salon multiple opportunities because it is so conveniently close to my house. But each time Ive been reminded of why I never want to go back. This could be a very long review but in short, the service is deplorable, most of the staff are rude not a glimpse of customer service present. Their work is not quality work, I have wasted so much time having to go back and ask them to fix their bad job and each time they act like they are doing me a favor. ( wrong top coat on shellac that cracked COMPLETELY, dip powder that broke in 3 days on multiple nails, burn from wax). Today I went back and these are the pictures of the fixed rushed job. The manager while holding and looking at my nails spoke to the technician in their language about my nails but not to me, who knows what all they said, the technician then tried to say its because dip powder is not strong and repeatedly (4-5 times) asked if it was really only 3 days. My dip powder has always lasted at least 2 weeks. And some edges are stuck to my skin, I shouldnt have to tell them how to do their job but I had to tell her to stop filling because my nail was already so crooked!!!Anyways dont waste your time or money! These people dont appreciate either or your business.

They are over priced, and charge you a tip. The cashier was talking so I pressed .05 instead of 5.00 for the tip and she charged me. She asked if I have cash to pay for the tip????!!!! Then they took pictures of my daughters nails to post on their website.. speechless!!!

I decided to treat myself and mother to a manni peddi and the guy that did my service was extremely rude and aggressive, i told him several times he was hurting me and he would just look at me with a dirty look, he ended up digging his cuticle cutters into the side of my toe and it has been hurting since. Ill never go back.

BE WARNED! i’ve been here several times, always had amazing service and left happy. i never write reviews but this has to be public knowledge. the workers ARE NOT WEARING MASKS. manager wasn’t wearing one either! they did an awful job on my nails, when i let them know i was unhappy and asked what they could do to fix to situation, i was just told “i’ll let them know, then they might fix them for free” might??? are you kidding me? then they told me to call back to see if they can do them for free or not. i didn’t even get an answer right then and there. it looks like a 5 year old painted my nails.

Im a pretty loyal customer and having been going to Palace Nails since 2018. However, it seems the quality of service has really declined. I went in for a full set and ombre but ended up with a really bad shellac manicure. It looks like its time to find a new salon. Im going to have to redo my who manicure. Its very upsetting considering the cost and time on my end.

Ive loved Palace Nails since they opened. I only come here for pedicures and full sets! I will say that sometimes they do get very busy and the wait can be long, but they always apologize and they never seem rushed. They listen to what you want, and if you have any concerns, they do their best to accommodate! Ive never had any issues with them and I highly recommend.

Pedicure was wonderful! My legs are so soft now and toes look great. Only thing I would change is the music they have playing. Its very inappropriate especially if kids are in the building. Its all about I want my body on your body and Ill do it to you just right. I found it quiet vulgar and inappropriate. Maybe some easy listening music would be better. Its relaxing and not so vulgar.

I went in on 8/23 to get shellac painted on my nails... they didn’t have me wash my hands before applying the polish. You could visibly see debris and nail dust on my nails from the filing he did. When I brought it up to him, he assured me that it would not mess with the shellac. I should have known better because I get my nails done regularly but I was in a hurry and believed him. At first, the nail polish dried lumpy and they redid it there but now my shellac is chipping several days later.I got my nails done on 8/23 and it’s now 8/26 and my nails are chipping. I got them done for a vacation coming up and now I have to spend more $$ to get them done again.I will not be coming here again. Shellac is supposed to last at the very least 2 weeks. IF it’s applied correctly you can stretch that to 3 weeks.

I had a manicure done using the dip color. The dip color broke off after 3 days. I couldnt get back there until 2 days later. The guy tried to tell me its been 2 weeks and they did nothing to fix my nails. Ive gone there 3 times but only gotten pedicures. Most all the staff is very rude. I will not be going back there. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would.

One of the most favorite nail salons of mine. The location is pretty convenient and the place is clean and organized. Came in today to have a pedicure and manicure. The lady was very attentive and careful with my nails. She took extra time to make sure everything was perfect and did not try to rush through steps. They use good quality products and clean tools. Communication with techs are pretty great. Reasonable price. I would recommend this place to everyone in the area.

Disappointed. Been here a few times.They are usually busy so I expected a small wait. Ive had long waits with them before but decided to give them one last shot.Today I waited over 40 minutes to get my eye brow waxed before I left to go somewhere else. The customer service is extremely lacking. No one told me how long Id be waiting. No one checked in with me. The lady who came in after me saying she had an appointment waited over 20 minutes to be seen.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I arrived at around 4:45 on 5/24 and waited for an hour. After being seated I waited for another 10 minutes, at least. I left without getting my nails done because of the wait. I do not recommend going here. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be going back. I do not recommend this salon when you can get better service elsewhere.

I have written a review before and I cannot find it. This place is wonderful! The nail techs are all polite, the pricing is affordable, the service is always top notch. Its always very clean in there. I appreciate a good salon.

The first two times I was very happy. Polish lasted 3 weeks. The last two times I was disappointed. I had a manicure done with French tips for the polish. An hour after I left, the white part of the nail polish started getting little bubbles all over. Later that evening all the polish came off. The next time the polish lasted one day before the same thing happened.

I love this salon it brought a smile to my face. An I am not usually impressed with salon it is just an average get in and get out. However this salon it really left a memorable experience. They did such a wonderful job on my nails. Perfectly shaped and just so sharp. I love the design and how steady their hands are and how much effort they put into each nail. I would recommend this salon to anyone in the area.

I often come here with my sister and it is always a good experience. We really love to get our nails done here. Monday or Tuesday is a good day to come, more quiet vibe, relax. Very accommodating staff, perform well. The place is nice designed and well decorated with plenty of high quality tools, chairs and great variety of gel color for customers to pick from. Price is such a good deal since they deliver great customer services and outstanding works. Thumbs up for Palace Nails!

My daughter and I go and get shellac color changes done every 2-3 weeks. Our nails generally turn out nice. No problems there. Reason for 3 stars is because with the number of times weve been there, I know what their prices are and they have a couple techs that try up charge and add their own tip. I find this to be rude and a form of stealing. When confronting they just say sorry this the price.

This nail salon is awesome. They have plenty of space with many chairs. The lights and decor make me feel so comfortable. They salon is also really clean. I saw them clean up everything after every customer. From the last time, they did a full set pink and white for me for $40. To be honest, with their great services, it was not a bad deal at all.

Very disappointed in the service I received. I am a repeat customer to this salon and after the experience I just had this week I will never be going back. I asked for the dip and she did a bad job. My nails look bubbly and there is specs of black dust in them. One nail broke after 4 days of having the work done. When I went back to have it fixed I told the manager on duty who (originally did my nails) that I was not happy with the work and also not happy because I did not even getting a manicure with the 46 I paid for my nails to be done. I assumed I would get a manicure included with the dip because it is included with the shellac but apparently not. She did not do it or ask if I wanted it done because she said she didnt want to up sell me which is ridiculous because the whole time she was doing my nails she was rushing and they didnt even turn out good. I told her she should have told me and that I would have said yes and paid the extra 10 for a manicure. So she says they can do the manicure and paraffin wax treatment for 16 and fix my broken nail for free. I said fine and proceeded to get the work done. When it came time to have my nail fixed the guy used the wrong color even though I told him it was wrong which he just argued with me about.. and now they say to come back again and they will fix it.. This is just sad at this point I want a refund and I think I deserve one because I have spent a lot of money at this salon not to mention the 56 i paid to have my toes done as well that day. They are not doing anything to make me a satisfied customer. I really hope the owner reads this and contacts me.

Im new to Texas. I moved here from New York. They treated me so nice and made me feel welcomed. The service was excellent I love the complimentary wine or regular drink of your choice and the end result of everything was fantastic and the price is really good also I will definitely be going back here again and recommended to more people.

Was nervous to try a new shop because it has been awhile since I got my nails done. Refered to the reviews and decided to give it a try. Had a bit of a wait, but staff kept talking with me and letting me know they would be with me soon. Adam assisted me and I had a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend the shop and plan to go back when its time to get them done again.

Been coming here over a year and last visit I noticed how they skipped on certain parts of the pedicure. We waited with cold water for our pedicures for over 30 mins. My sister had to stay behind because the technician kept messing up her nails and redoing it. Plus a roach came out from the seat. Besides this last visit I used to love coming here and would justify the price for the experience but not returning after last visit.

Loved this place. Super clean and very friendly. I got the Sugar Scrub pedi and it was out of this world. Dustin did my nails and I loved him...such a good job. I left on cloud 9.

The manager is very rude. She was very rough and kept hurting me .I told her several times and she would shake her head at me and justify her actions. Poor customer service. I should have walked out .She had no regard for the customers satisfaction. The male employee at the front desk is excellent but I cant give my business to this nail salon. This was my second bad experience with the same manager. She sits in the first row and handles the register. I thought maybe things had improved but no. Beware of this place .Liz

My wife loves this place a lot. We both enjoy our spa pedicure thanks to the friendly, kind and helpful technicians. These ladies and the owner really know how to take care of their customer service.

I find that the service here was quite nice. I also like how they are able to perfect what I wanted an recreate the design that I had pictured.  A very nice pedicure. I am so happy i came here. I highly recommend.

My new favorite nail salon!! I love everything about this place. I was referred here by my sister who told me how much she loves this place. After going with her I am convinced. Once you enter the door you are greeted so nicely and warmly by staffs. I had no wait for a pedicure. I got the gel predicate and calluous removal. They take their time trimming your cuticles and trimming/ shaping your nails. I am in love and will be a regular customer going forward.

I love try new places and I have been to many good places before so I did not expect that I would be so easy to be impressed again like this. The place is beautifully decorated and very well organized. Staff is very nice and friendly. I had a spa pedicure and regular manicure and the lady who did my nails did a wonderful job. She took her time and made sure everything is right as my requests. Sanitation procedures are strictly followed. Price is super reasonable considering the quality of service and products they provide. Highly recommended !!

First time at location and was mildly satisfied, husband came with to get a first ever pedi and he had to sit for over an hour before someone finally helped him. I waited even longer for a mani, nails were done nice was happy how they turned out even though I thought it was pretty expensive.Decided to go a second time because I liked how my nails turned out. Worst mistake ever! The man who sits in chair two rushed my fill, paid the extra money for a shellac and because of him rushing to get me out the door I had HUGE bubbles under the paint. Not even two days later three of my nails peeled off, when I inspected why it was because they were still wet! So that means he applied the polish before the fill had even hardened. Waste of money because even a fill was $35! I felt like I got ripped off. Will be choosing another store because of the poor service and quality.Which honestly sucks for them because I come in every three weeks.

I went in to get my nails done just with shellac nail polish not for acrylic nails. As I was looking for the specials on the pedicures the gentleman who was doing my nails just starts cutting away with a nail chippers he was very distracted with his cell phone. I told I didnt want fake nails....he just Im so sorry. And they still wanted to charge me full price. The pedicure side she was amazing!!

Haven’t been this satisfied with my nails in such a long time ! he did his thing all the way from prepping my nail bed (which i love because TOO MANY people just slap acrylic on your nails and call it a day) to applying the top coat (i HATE when i have a thick, peeling, bubbled up top coat) it’s the LITTLE but VERY important things that matter ! i will DEF be returning ! thank you trung !

I accidentally found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Wow! I was really impressed by the way they decorated and designed their salon. It looked so beautiful and fancy. Their Pedi chairs were still in good condition which gave a very nice massage. I had Deluxe Pedicure and it was really relaxing and totally worth my money. My technician was easy to communicate with and did a fantastic job. So loved it! I will definitely be back when im in the area again!

The place was nice and clean but the service was rushed and rude. Went in for a fill and came out with my nails being uneven and dented in a few places. Asked them to help me match a color and I was shoved several hundred color swatches and asked to pick one and when I was told to dry my nails in their lamp it burned pretty bad! Not normal. Overall, the price does not reflect the work done.

Im so mad the way my nails came out. All my nails are uneven some are square and some are coffin when I asked for coffin. I wanted little diamonds in a line on my nails and they were more in a zigzag and off to the side not where I wanted them. I asked for matte and he did a shine. It was just too busy so the guy I had was just in a rush. I will not be goin back there.

Just got my nails done here for the last time this morning. It has nothing to do with the services, I always like my nails, depending on who does them. But the attitudes are disgusting (women and men). I am not sure if it is racially/personally inspired or generally towards everyone, but the lack of respect is obvious, even when it is given to them. I live relatively close to this shop but have to deal with those unwelcoming attitudes every single time upon returning, so I will no longer be returning for that reason and that reason alone. Hopefully others experience differently.

Nails are great, eye brow wazing amazing! DO NOT GO THERE and get the eye lash extension. I came out looking like a drag queen and was in so much pain from all their glue.

I get a pedi ever 2 weeks always satisfied. Trying nails next weeks.. wish me luck!!

This shop is right across the street from my home but Ive had horrible experiences here. Then I Found rescue at another shop 2 miles away. Decided to Return here after months of switching shops because i was at the dollar tree next door and broke a nail... so, I reluctantly walked over... One guy with a faintly cocky and sarcastic demeanor did my acrylic fill then got up and just walked away... Then a lady named Donna I believe, sat down and finished everything else. This lady appeared harmless and sweet, but the demeanors of staff in this place are contagious amongst each other I see. Donna barely did anything, barely filed, barely shaped, barely polished, and over charged me on top of it all. I still have crusted acrylic around my nails that should have been filed off. Only a couple of staff members here even know what they are doing, Im reminded of why i left and should have never returned!! Disgusted..... Atleast their remodel of the shops interrior was beautiful.Note to self: Dont return... just Dont. Ridiculous amount of chances blown.

I started going to this place about 3 months ago the first time I had a great experience lee did my nails but he no longer works there after that it was all down hill when my nails are uneven I ask them to fix them and they do a worse job also I like 2 different colors on my nail and its a problem and my pinkys had diamonds they fell off the next day I was suggesting to put stuff on them and he made my faces rolled his eyes i paid 57 dollars and I was not happy with the outcome I felt as if what I wanted on my nails didnt matter they just rushed it and Im not one to make a scene so I didnt say anything so I lft and I wont ever return

Terrible job!! Went in for an acrylic manicure and she put shellac on over my acrylic without asking or telling me about the extra cost! Not to memtion they never memtioned how much it cost or even had a price list hanging. The place was packed but my sister and I got super rushed manicures. He cut her nails crooked and my nail tech made my nails all different shapes and even cut me with the drill at one point. The edges of my nails are extremely sloppy and some nails arent completely painted. I definitely would not go back or even recommend this to anyone.UPDATE: I went in to get my nails fixes and they look okay. I probably wouldnt go back again though because everything still seemed rushed. The shellac was a misunderstanding. They still look a little sloppy but its alright.
