They lost a customer. We turned up to have our nails done. Opening time was 10am. Waited till 10.20, still no sign of staff. Guessing they simply dont want clients so went somewhere else.

I had such a great experience at this nail salon. Julia did an awesome job and gave me exactly what I asked for which was a great nail shape (ballerina slipper/coffin) not a thick nail and not too long. She was GREAT! She also added a design. I have been on the hunt for a nail salon that not only provided a great service but is also friendly and inviting. She was very engaging and we had a great discussion. I have found my permanent nail salon and permanent manicurist.

Julia is so good at what she does. She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding nails looked exactly like the picture I showed her. It came out even better than the picture! They are friendly and you cant beat the price. Definitely recommend.

I had my nails done by Monica at Davi Nails in June 7, went overseas and, I came back to have it done again today.Although my nails had grown, the polish still looked good as when she 1st did them.I sure will keep coming back.

I wouldn’t even leave this place a 1 Star. I wanted neon nails for my daughters glow in the dark party and I guess the owner said they don’t have glow in the dark nails and I said I know but neon will and she kept saying no they won’t. Well everyone knows neon will glow under a black light. And the owner was just rude. Never will I come here again.

Great experience. It’s been a long year of trying to find a good nail salon. I’ve tried too many fancy nail places to be able to say that this is the best. It’s located inside the Heb plus which is convenient. I love how my nails turned out and how they are keeping up. Great shape, great form and great experience.

Terrible!I like to do my own acrylic nails for a reason and this is it! I was being lazy one day and decided to try out DaVi Nails in HEB and I should have listened to my gut and did my own nails. I did not receive a proper manicure and my acrylics were not put on properly. All the tools were dirty.My nails were uneven, paint job was all over the place, she did not push back my cuticles, and the edges to my “Squoval” nails were sharp.Plus these two girls were hovering over my manicurist talking in their language and giving me weird looks. They also looked like they were talking bad about my manicurist as well. I felt bad for my manicurist because she was an older lady being judged by these two girls so I left her a generous tip, but I felt immediately uncomfortable with those two ladies. I will NEVER return.

They do a great job & its very clean there.

I had a manicure done there a couple times. The last time I went the lady who did my manicure was incredibly rough with my hands. I ended up with small cuts on my finger tips. She argued with me when I asked for my nails to be cut short and be rounded. I was unhappy with the service which left patchy nail coloring and spots of missing color at the tip of my finger nails. When I went back to ask for it to be repaired she refused without me paying again because she had already given me the service I had paid for. I will NEVER go here again!

Ok. So as I mentioned in my first review, I really enjoyed the way Julia did my nails the first few times, so of course I returned for great service. Unfortunately yesterday was a different experience all together. I arrived about 2:40 and didn’t get out of the salon until after 5:30!!! I sat and waited patiently because a good nail tech is hard to find, I asked for a specific design once it was finally my turn, and sadly she was not able to make it happen, I was so frustrated at the end that I didn’t care what color my nails were, I just wanted to get out of there already. She did a horrible job this time, my nails look like I already need a fill, she said she didn’t have time to take a lunch so maybe she was just tired, and maybe I should have been more forthcoming about how dissatisfied I was, but I honestly just wanted to get out because I’m only off 2 days and spending that much time in a nail salon on my day off is NOT what u wanted. In the end it was $55 for my new set and I absolutely HATE them. I guess it’s time to find another nail tech again 😩💅🏻 My opinion is if you want to get in and out there make an appointment, & make sure you tell them if you DONT like the nails.

Came in for gel mani-pedi. Girl did a normal pedicure on my town and then kept arguing with me when I told her I wanted gel. She also did a bad job with my cutticles.Yes, the place is conveniently positioned, but I would not recommend it ☹️.

Ive been getting my nails done for over ten years and this has to be the worst theyve ever looked. The lady obviously didnt want to work today. I got my nails done a week ago at my regular place but I was already in heb and figured what i wanted was a quick fix and didnt want to go across town. I needed my left hands ring finger added (it popped off yesterday) and for my nails to be reshaped a little shorter. She had asked if I wanted a fill and I said no at first but I guess she didnt hear me when I changed my mind, which that part is fine. She did re-shape my nails but made them far less pointed ...and my left pinky isnt even rounded. She filed the sides down and after I washed my hands my son and I were choosing new colors but she stopped us bc she already had black . Ive never gone to a nail salon to get my nails fixed without them removing the polish first and at least asking if I wanted a different color.... But i guess she wasnt in the mood.... Which should have been made clear by how rough she was with my fingers I suppose. Anyway, she only painted the new nail and didnt touch up any of the others, so the sides of my nails look awful too...But amazingly enough, the new nail she put on my left hands ring finger looks the worst of all. My 9 yr old daughter probably could have done a better job with the Sally Hansen kit you can get at walmart for $20. I get my nails done because they boost my confidence, but now I just want to hide them and cry..... Gonna head across town now to get this wreck removed and fixed the right way. What a waste of time.

They made fun of me while getting a pedicure, laughed at me and did a mediocre job. Very rude and unprofessional of them.

I have been using this facility for over 8 months and they never disappoint!

Got a gift certificate to get my nails done there, they sat me down at station 5. This lady was the rudest and most unfriendly woman. The guy next to us was very friendly and engaging with his client. He talked to me as well. There was another lady behind us that was very rudely trying to talk her client into getting dips done. Her client kept insisting she only wanted Shellac, but the manicurist argued with her telling her over and over just try it! Obviously trying to get more money off her client to the point that the manicurist (guy next to me) kept turning back to look at her. I was getting upset for that poor lady! Thanking myself I didnt get her because I wouldnt have been so patient as her client. My manicurist was rough and rude. Then when we were done she was obviously asking in Vietnamese, the girl ringing me up if I was going to tip her being I had a gift certificate. Then girl did ask me, Are you going to tip her, she needs a tip? I was like Omgosh! Wow! Never again, if I didnt have a gift certificate to redeem I will never return!
