#1 they advertise 5 visits gets % off but I visited 7 times and no discount.#2 every single time I got my nails done here I lost/broke one within a week. (Been getting my nails done for years and this has never happened)#3 poor quality for the time. They are soooo slow. Every time I’ve been I’m in there for 2+ hours and the quality is poor. I lose nails quick.This place is beginner nail salon but overpriced

Was welcomed in and signed in with their point system! (Love this) I made an appointment in advance and everyone was spaced out when i arrived. (Not many ppl which i liked) I had Vincent and he went above and beyond! I will most definitely recommend this salon and see him again(: Also the price for services were 100% affordable compared to other salons in their area.

I love coming here since it opened it is my go to. The past 3 or 4 times I’ve had Leo do my nails. I always get a brand new set and he goes above and beyond to make sure my nails come out looking perfect. I have been to all the nail salons in and around Alamo ranch and this is by far the best.

Second time visiting and the service was great. Appointment was started on time . Michelle was the nail tech, she’s quick but pays attention to detail. Everyone was inviting and welcoming!

I don’t mind waiting but when I got my turn to get my nails done the man who was doing them rushed. He only did one layer of dip polish. Continued to get up and leave, and rushed to finished my nails. They were uneven and they cracked and fell apart within the first literal day. Definitely not asking for him. Not worth $45

This is a week later, my index finger is beginning to lift noticeably compared to my other nails, I never had lifting issues. Dissappointed....it was rushed too.I live by live oak tx. The drive is not worth it anymore I might have to look somewhere else which is a huge bummer after not only experiencing this but also waiting too long, you can make an appointment online but when you show up you wait an hour if not longer because they seem short staffed everytime I went....☹

The customer service was great! The drinks and coffee were delicious. Everyone was very nice and the salon was very clean, safe and organized. I look forward to coming back again soon.

This place is fantastic! We had an appointment and were seen right away when we walked in. Each tech was so kind and carried on fun conversation with us. Ryan (maybe Brian?) did my pedi/mani and did such a great job…I couldn’t find the exact color I was envisioning, but he combined 2 polishes and made my vision really come to life, and I LOVE IT!! also, let me not forget to mention the margaritas! They serve strawberry margs (or mimosas or wine…or soda) while you’re getting pampered and they were tasty and packed a little punch! I can’t wait to go back to this salon and to Ryan! Thanks guys! We’re ready for Costa Rica now, thanks to you all! ❤️

My dip nails were AMAZING; however, my pedicure was not. I’m not one who ever puts reviews up, but I feel like I need to on this one. I came home and noticed that the paint on my toe nails was not only inconsistent but was also on my actual toes...most of them. I contacted Nails of United and they asked me to come in to get them fixed. When I returned, I showed them the issue, and they gave me the same person who painted them before. She once again did not paint them well. Left cotton on my big toe after cleaning the paint off and just painted over it. Paint is still on my toes and I will have to fix it at home. Really disappointed because my fingernails look so good!!!

The perfect place for a pedicure. As a busy mom I rarely get time to relax. There are a variety of pedicures- the “United Luxury “ pedicure did not disappoint! The establishment is very clean & the staff is friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

This was my first and only visit to this salon. I walked in and stood there trying to figure out what to do (as many others did while I was sitting there). The sign in desk is down the room adjacent to the door (not obvious) and you sign in to a tablet, not with a person. I was seated with a tech 10 minutes before my appointment. They do have a good selection of colors.Nick was unprofessional and talked about the previous client with me (about how she was bipolar and in need of meds). The station was not clean, and the table was stained with previous wear.When I arrived, I was wearing a 3 week old manicure (they were almond shape that I had filed down myself because theyd gotten too long.) He proceeded to tell me that I should not wear coffin shaped nails short and that they looked bad. His opinion was not asked for or necessary considering we were changing the manicure any way. I asked him to shorten my nails and he told me they were already short enough so I had to tell him to cut them down anyway because thats what I wanted.I got a dip powder manicure. He dipped one base coat and two color coats. He did not use the drill to clean up the edges, and went straight to the gel top coat. I have dip and top coat on my cuticles and edges of my fingers. He did not trim my cuticles. Sub par manicure that is already chipping around the edges. Paid $40. My sister also had an appointment to have her nails done with me at the same time. She was sat across the room from me. Her manicure was also sloppy, drill work was not done well, and she had dip on her cuticles.The salon is large but understaffed. One to three people were waiting the whole time I was there, but only 2-3 techs were doing manicures at a time with at least 10 additional seats open.Very disappointing for a new salon so close to home. Unfortunately I will not be back and I would not recommend to a friend. Miracle Nails on 281 is till the best salon in town and worth the drive.

My daughter, granddaughter and I all had services done and everyone was soo nice and it was very clean. Steven did my pedicure and he was very patient with me because I could not find a color. Thats another thing they many choices of color. Vincent did mine and my granddaughters nails and I was very happy with his work. My granddaughter is only 5 so hers were just painted but he was so sweet with her and entertained her conversation because at that age they tell you their whole life story. I was very happy also with the prices. Very reasonable.

Every time I get my nails done here, Im never disappointed. They are so welcoming and every tech has been exceptional. Today Michelle did my nails and she did a fantastic job! Highly recommend this place.

Had an appointment and the nail technician was very slow and my nails came out bumpy. When I told her she was Adamant it was my nails. I was very disappointed and after 2 hours for a pedicure and manicure I left unsatisfied.

I have done business with Vincent for many years now and Ive never had a nail break. He and his employees are the best. His new salon is a little farther away but it is definitely worth the drive. Give them a try. You will love their work!!

Nice and still very new salon. The pedicure chairs are plush and comfy. There is a massive amount of colors you can choose from - though I didn’t recognize the brands. No OPI here. 😊 Large, clean, brightly lit space, with plenty of room to social distance. They have free wi-fi and offer free beverages, and their prices are very reasonable. Depending on what level you choose, pedicures were $30 to $50+. Overall, a nice addition to our local nail salons!

It was so pretty and clean! I had been looking for a new salon to go to and saw this as perfect opportunity!i was promptly helped, and the atmosphere was so Lovely 😊!! It didn’t take long, and the lady who helped me was so nice, I unfortunately don’t know her name but she had Gucci flip flops. :)

Set an appointment for a solar fill and when I walked in I was greeted by name, offered a beverage (the margarita aren’t as bad as I was expecting!) but the service is AMAZING. My nail tech moved to Houston after 13 years and I think I finally found a new one, Amy was great!

The whole staff is friendly and do a great job.

Spent over 4 hours here.. 2 of them being after their closing time. Poor job on both my full set of nails and pedicure. Others in my party chose shellac on their nails and they chipped / polish came right off within a day of receiving the service.

They’re a bit on the pricey side, but the services do come with complimentary all you can drink margaritas and wine.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this salon. The tech who was doing my manicure did not use sterile equipment. She was pulling out clippers and tools from her drawer that looked already used. I have natural nails and I did not like that she used the dremel to remove the existing gel. Doing this makes your nails weak. Gel color should be soaked off and not removed with a dremel. Also the tech didnt even speak to me except to ask if I wanted my nails cut down. I felt that was very unprofessional. I dont want someone to talk my ear off but casual conversation is nice. For a $35 manicure I expect sterile equipment and for it to be done right. I dont like the shape and she didnt paint my whole nail either as she left the side of a few of my nails unpainted. The whole experience was not good. Unfortunately I wont be back.

Today was my first time there and couldn’t be happier, their service and prices are great, Kerry was my technician, she did my pedicure and my fill and did an excellent job, thanks Kerry, looking forward to going back for your service again!!!

We made an appointment in the morning and were told they had time for us. Came in at the appointment time and there were 3 workers with customers and 6 people waiting...so making an appointment was a complete waste of time, so was driving there. Id rather have them tell me a different time or that they were busy rather then wasting my time.
