Just got my nails done yesterday 3-18-21. First time since the pandemic. OP you guys are the best! I took my mom for her birthday nails, and she loved them! As do I! I can’t stop admiring my new set. I’ve been coming here for about 3-4 years. OP is the only nail shop for me! Not to mention it was also really nice to see the same friendly faces after a year 😊 -Signed a super happy customer!! ❤️💅

I pulled up to this recommended place to get a pedicure and manicure today for my birthday and when I walked in the lady told me I would have to go back at 4pm because they had an appointment that should be showing up. The door says appointments and walk ins welcome but I definitely was not welcome. I will go some where my business will be appreciated!

I’ve been coming here since high school (over 10 years ago)and they do an exceptional job! I’ve been to many other nail salons in SA and Virginia but this is the OG for me! The owner and his wife always remember me! Every nail tech paints my nails with precision no matter who I get which believe it or not I can’t say for other places. Spa pedicure is $30 they just got new massage chairs and drying tables! Temp check at door, masks worn by all employees, barbicide certification on the wall👍🏽👍🏽

Wrong color on my nail i asked for black she put blur said it looked nicer i asked for square tip she gave me coffin tip, after fixing my nail one was uneven asked to have replaced not fixed was told she could not replace it without charging me to redo it again when she messed it up was charged 65 for incomplete job when asked if someone else could finish my nails and told they dont do thst will not be returning ever.

Great place to get your nails done, the staff are warm and funny! The place is impeccably clean and as your nails are getting done, if you have any questions they will answer them for you. They will give specific reasons for why certain things are done and the finished product is always awesome. Typically, a set of acrylics from them would last my friend 3+ weeks and shellac on natural nails lasted 3+ weeks as well. They lasted long enough for me to go back to get them filled! Great work

I really like getting my nails done here. The people are friendly and very talkative. Each person seems to be very attentive to detail and take their time when doing your nails. I get shellac and they put about 6 layers of paint. It last me about 3 weeks. It is great!!

I love this place and have been going to them since my 17 year old was like 8 years old. I love how they are with their customers and always make sure you are happy. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place.

Came here today just before 1200, the stated opening time for a Sunday, and nobody showed up to open the place. There was a line of people. I left at 1230. Others had already left. Missed some good business.

I would really recommend getting your nails done here. It took a little while but trust me they come out beautiful! I showed her a picture I found on google and she totally nailed the color I just got them a little longer than the picture. She didn’t cut me or hurt me the way I have been at other places. She was gentle didn’t pull or twist your fingers she was also nice no one was rude. She made sure they were at the length you wanted and color before she continued. Great experience and I will be coming back.

The did a great job on my shellac nails! Came out to $20. Other places I have gone too charge $35 and sometimes I have to go back and get my nails fixed. I will definitely be coming back!

My 6 yr old and I showed up an hour before closing. There was a small 20 minute wait. I thought we would get the rush service some places give because of the closing hour. This was not the case. I gotten a great pedicure wasnt pressured to upgrade services like other salons. The techs took great care of me and my daughter. She gotten her nails painted complementary of the tech. It was nice professional and welcoming. I will be returning for my next mani pedi )

Today I visited this nail salon to have my eye brows waxed. The technician that normally takes care of me was busy taking care of someone else. I was told that it would be an hour wait before she would be available to do my eyebrows. I then asked if anyone else was available to assist me. A technician was available to help. When we discussed what I would like done, I was very transparent in letting her know that I have a spot under my right eyebrow where I was waiting for hair to grow in and to keep the area thick as I will fill it in with a liner after the clean up. I thought we had a clear understanding. After she completed the eyebrow I noticed that she had took much hair off. She did the exact opposite of what I wanted. She cleaned the area that was already thin. I brought it to her attention immediately. She noticed that the left eyebrow was thicker than the right she told me that I had more hair on the left. I told her again to keep it thick. She thinned the left eyebrow as well to match the right eyebrow that she thinned. I was not happy with the final look. She said maybe I didnt understand her English when she confirmed what I wanted. Not only did she misunderstand my English, but I misunderstood hers. I was the one left unsatisfied and I demanded rectification. Id like to add that she lacked confidence in waxing eyebrows. I felt this way becasuse of her touch and she said sorry after she removed the first strip of hair. During check out she wanted to charge me for the service that I told her went totally wrong. I asked for a discount as a result of my dissatisfaction. She began to shout, I told you what I was going to do in an unpleasant manner. I knew that I would not be returning at this point, but what solidified it was when the Owner, gentlemen got involved and said, free for you, but we will not take you next time. At that time I told him that I dont want to return. I ask that you take my honest feedback into consideration when visiting this salon.

Great service..Candy does an excellent job..u may have to wait but believe me its well worth it..while she was gone I had to have a pedicure elsewhere..they didnt provide half the service they do here..been coming here for more than 3 years..highly recommend this establishment..excellent service with great customer service..

Very unprofecional, they dont show up on time. If you have a business you should show up at the time you open. Not pleased at all. Me and 7 others waited for over a half hour and there still not here, we all left and went somewhere else. Way to lose your cliental!!

This use to be my place to go do my nails, but unfortunately they dont know how to keep loyal customers. I got my nails done by the gentleman (who is also the owner of this place). I called because the chelac on my nails started craking (WITHOUT NOT EVEN A WEEK- AGO I GOT THEM DONE) and a woman answer when i told her what was going on, she said i had to go, so they can look at it, I told her I couldnt because of work but i could go saturday she said no because she didnt know how my nails were going to look by then. So with that not believing your customer who should be your priority on your business it dosent look good in there service.

Do not let that man do your nails. He did not listen to what I wanted. I had long nails when I went in and asked for them to be cut down a LITTLE. He cut them so short and put almost 8 layers of GEL polish on my nails which made them look very bulky. He left a lot of streaks and missed a lot of parts of my nails and did not want to fix it.

Horrible service. The girl who did my pedicure rushed the whole thing. I would never come here again
