My dip nail manicure look great! Deluxe pedicure wonderful. Very relaxing. Everyone super nice and they take their time, dont make you feel rushed.

I came there in February to get acrylics with my sister. I had doubts about the shellac because I’d never done it that way before but they looked great so not much to complain about.Now here is why I’ll never go to another nail salon again:Fast forward end of March at work I get my whole arm caught in a machine at work. Broke my wrist and humerus, obviously go to the hospital. The FIRST thing my nurse says to me is “wow all your nails stayed on!” They stayed on through 3 surgeries and these nails have continued to stay on for I’d say about 15 weeks. I had no nail grow out for a long time on my broken arm so they didn’t even look bad! Unfortunately I have another surgery coming up so I do have to remove them but I guarantee they could’ve stayed much longer.So when I say that a nice simple $65 set is worth it... it’s worth it.

I’ve been here at least 4 times already and really love this place. I’ve always walked out with quality nails and great service! I now get my nails done by Manh. Super prompt, clean, willing to listen to any changes you want to make to your nails and my nails stay on without lifting after 2 weeks!!! Not only that but the price is reasonable too compared to other salons I’ve been to for the quality I receive. I now bring my own nail art and they are willing to make whatever I want achievable ☺️

This is a wonderful salon with excellent prices! I came in as a walk in and they took me right away! While I was getting my pedicure, many people came in (walk ins and appointments) and they made sure to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. All of the employees are so kind and beautiful! Everything was very clean and they offer you a refreshment.I got a basic pedicure and a manicure with gel, and they both were beautiful! They both included massages, so I left feeling so soft and moisturized :)I had such a pleasant experience, I definitely recommend!

The young woman who did my nails was very snobby and rude. She picked on me for everything that wasnt to her liking from the nail color I chose to the top I was wearing. I felt like I was dealing with a bratty teenager.

I love Van’s. I’ve been coming here for years, it’s calm and quiet and they always have the food network playing on the televisions! The service is always great and they are very COVID safe.

I went here to get my nails done.I was going to graduate and I got some nails there.It turned out good it lasted me for two weeks.I would definitely go back.I found a perfect match color for my dress!Friendly workers too.I had no problem after they were on for a amount of time.

Love this place! Ive tried my fair share of nail salons around San Antonio, but these ladies are amazing! There may be a wait, but thats a good thing, shows how good their services are. I would recommend walking in and expect to be there an hour to two hours depending on the time of day, only because theyre always so busy. From my experience, seems theyre busiest around their opening hours (on the weekends) maybe recommend coming a little later after 2-230 (on weekends). Like I said, worth the wait, they will take care of you!

Have gone here to get eyebrows waxed for a few months. The last 2 times a young girl did my wax awful. The last time I went which is my last, I addressed the issue and the supervisor looked and said she didnt see how they were completely uneven, different shapes on each side. Also she was the toughest i have EVER had, she even laughingly asked me oh that hurts right?Highly recommend beware

The place I normally get my nails done couldnt help me that day overbooked so I came to Van nail salon encountered a Chinese man who seemed to be overbooked as well but would not turn away these coins he did a shotty job, rushed through the whole procedure it didnt look that great I was so unhappy and he could tell how do you still want it the full price. The owner was unprofessional a particular employee went out of town without real notice and not seem to be the focus in front of the guests

This is the place i have been looking for, so quiet and warm. People here are super nice and talented, they really attentive and take their time to make sure their customers 100% satisfied. I love their Mani and Pedi services because its cheap and really good works. The place is very clean and neat with plenty of space and chairs. I really have nothing to complain about this nail salon. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone out there.

I tried this salon because they were the only salon in my area that was open late enough for me get a fill and polish color change. Overall it was nice. It looks clean. The customer service lacks a little bit, there were three nail techs there and they were to busy talking to each other to talk to me. But my tech did everything I asked overall. I would go back because it is super close to where I live but they do not do nail jewels; so this would be last resort salon. Overall though if you need your nails done it isnt a bad spot. They close at 8:00 and they were still having people walk in at 7:50.

I have been searching for the perfect nail salon for the past 3 years and I finally found it! I did have a small wait due to some confusion more on my end as I was new to the place but once everything was settled I didnt realize the time fly at all. Bonnie was sweet and amazing! The rest of the girls were very welcoming and outgoing. I am DEFINITELY going back and bringing my friends with me. ♡

I was aware there would be a wait. Ive been coming here for a while. Today was different. I just wanted an eyebrow wax. I waited over an hour. During that time I decided to get my nails done. Yay for them more services. Nope. Walked out. The main lady was just so rude to me. Down right degrading the way she spoke to me in front of a lot of people. Not worth being talked to like that. Never going back.

OMG, this place was awesome. I was so glad that my friends recommended me this spot. This salon had perfect nail services. Everything was nice decorated. The owner and staff kept everything clean. The only problem to me was that they were always busy. Setting an appointment in advance is highly recommended.

Okay sooooo after sitting in cold water for 30 minutes waiting for a pedicure I was watching people come and go next to me. The nail techs didn’t even bother to clean out the pedicure station after each client.... GROSS!!!! I had to stop them before they let another lady put her feet in!!! And they continued to have an attitude after. I was supposed to get my hands done too but I left. Never going back.

First was asked if I wanted water then didn’t get it for me. Refused to cut my toe nails the length I wanted, so I cut them. The polish to my toes was botched. Luke warm water. Weak message chair. Rude customer service. Like an assembly line.

They were quick to help me. Nice pedicure and massage and decently priced.

Not a fan. For a 50 dollar Mani pedi I at least expect some respect. My lady was constantly yelling and joking to her friend to the point where I couldnt hear mine who I came with that was right next to me. Lady acted like she asked me how I wanted my nails shaped and that I said yes at some point to square in between her constant yelling and joking. I didnt know she started speaking English at any point and was rude when I said I wanted round. Like youre in the service industry and you only shaped one hand. Its not that difficult. They make you pay before your nails are painted after they are rude to you so you feel awkward to tip them what they actually deserve. Made me move Stations before my nails were dry away from my friend for their convenience. And my polish is on my skin and is bubbled. Sloppy!!!! Will never be back.

My first visit. The end result is lovely. Its pricey - additional $17 for shellac on toes and additional $5 to remove it. The cost for shellac is almost as much as the pedi itself. No massage with pedi. The person who did my pedi and fill wasnt talkative. It was a bit awkward. But, like I said, the end result is lovely. Im not there to make friends, so Ill give it another shot.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have had pedicures many times before and this is one of the best Ive ever had. The women are absolutely amazingly kind and fun. I highly recommend their services as they are exceptionally quick.

Service is hit or miss. Sometimes the foot massage with the pedicure is great and often it is rushed. Although I have been several times, I always seem to wait forever for a tech to do a pedicure. If you find a tech you like, make an appointment for future services.

From out of town so I’ve been going to the same salon in Houston for years. I always get colored powder full sets and a deluxe pedi. Tried this place,Pedi was subpar.I asked for colored powder for my set, they don’t do that often I guess. Talked me into dipped powder with tips added. Shape is perfect, but It’s too thick.Didn’t have the heart to tell her because she spent an hour and a half on them after close, but, just get some colored powder y’all.I think the dipped powder would look better without tips added.I normally wouldn’t care, but I spent $100.I’ll keep looking.

I hardly ever write reviews especially negative, I just take note and never return. But after the service I received here today I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They nickel and dime you to death, the chick told me $18 extra for gel polish, she left me at her station to go do a pedicure never to come back and see if my nails were dry after 30 min of trying to dry at them little fan her friend comes and move me to the dry lights. Havent even been gone 45 min and two nails are already chipped. Now Im have to spend more money tomorrow getting a repolish else where. Dont wast your time highly disappointed.

Ridiculously priced for a subpar nail job. I got a very simple acrylic nail style that pulled up from my nails within a week and it cost me $66. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Went for a Sat Am manicure. Not very busy and they indicated to sign in and take a seat. Waited for 40 min . Another customer walked in and was taken back immediately. I asked if they had an appointment and received several blank looks...they had forgot I was there even with few customers. Here they do good work but terrible customer service.. will not be coming back. If you value your time then look for other nail salon.

This place charges way to much money, for a decent job. They do not specialize in design. Which is crazy because thats what most ppl want now and you would think that its something they let ppl know right away. Especially if you show them a picture of what you want. Tell you to sit and then the nail tech says she can bascially try. But have the nerve to tell me they way i wanted my nails would have a bump. Never let techs tell you how you want your nails. They charged me a arm and a leg for fills i wanted on my entier nail as they are thinning out and design. If you cant do long nails dont offer it or try.

Took way to long, got up to wax someone midway through my apointment. Owner willing to fix nails after the polish boubled due to thickness... but lectured me on the shape of my nails and that they are too hard to work with. Stressful enviroment. Did not feel relaxed. Felt like a burden.

Last week was I visited Van Nails Salon. I went in very excited to treat myself to a mani, pedi & eyebrow wax, however I left VERY disappointed and hurt.This was my first time ever experiencing DISCRIMINATION. I have always heard stories and watched movies about discrimination and hoped Id never experience such ugly behavior.I went in on a Wednesday evening. I started with a pedicure with the young male technician whom was very nice by the way. After I got through with my pedi he ask me to have a seat and he pointed to the other young female technician that would be doing my nails. As soon as I sat down the older owner lady said something to the young female technician in their native language and the female technicain came over and told me they need me to pay now. I would have been okay paying now had I not been sitting getting my pedi done watching everyone else pay after their service. So being the only African American person there I thought why is she requiring me to pay before I even complete my services. Feeling so puzzled at the moment I handed her my card and as she leaves to go process my payment. The older owner lady says something again to her in their native language. Then the girl turns back around and request that she checks my ID. At that point I am upset. I asked the customer that had completed her service but was waiting for her friend to finish her nails did she have to pay before or after? She told me she paid after. Then another customer whispers to me she has never shown ID when she paid with her card. So I asked the older lady owner why are you making me pay before I complete my service and carding me only. She answers because it is her company policy. I then asked her well why didnt you do the same for these other customers. Her first excuse was because its not their first time here and then two customers told me that it was their first time. Then the lady owner switched her excuse to its because she is not the one doing their nails thats why she didnt ask them. That made no sense at all Because she wasnt the one doing my nails or pedi either. I informed her what she is doing is not company policy but discrimination. I told her you do NOT pick and choose who pays before a service nor do you pick and choose who you ID. I told her she should look up the definition of discrimination because she Definitely Discriminated against me!!!. I was so hurt I paid for my padi and left. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT A BUSINESS like this one. #Disgusted

Super terrible place, they want to do whatever they liked Not what the customer wants, i went there today and they couldnt find the similar color for my hands and feet! Vesides they charge pretty expensive, i couldnt believe it, i had my pedi done with no color on it, just my mani with colir and the owner was super rude all the time!

Iwas in love the whole time doing my pedi the lady who did my pedi was soo nice and sweet ididnt get her name though but the lady who did my boyfriends feet wasnt really for talking which is okay but akward plus ifeel she rushed threw my boyfriends pedi iunderstand there is more customers but ifelt she didnt have to rush that fast. What made me rate this so low is the fact that they washed there callus pumus and foot file in the water that our feet were in which is dirty and then put it back in there cup and went on to the next customer. Plus ididnt see them clean the pedi chair once we were done.

The service I got for my manicure was absolutely perfect.

I asked if I could soak my feet for 5 minutes and they all immediately started saying stuff in their native language and laughing. And then my tech sat there looking at me with a frustrated look.
