I went here with my friend, walk in and without appointment. We were lucky the salon was not too busy that they entertained us. The owner and all of the staff were nice to us. I got gel polish for the first time and l am really satisfied. I suggest book appointment first before visit. I will totally come back here to try their foot spa!

I love coming here for my nail spa treatment! Its clean, friendly, and beyond comfortable. Also Instead of sitting at a desk, you are on a reclining seat from lazyboy and providing pillow and tea.

I went to the nail shop on Sunday 7/11 based on reviews previously posted. I did not have the best experience. Once I entered, I was asked what I was looking for/prices were thrown at me. I would have preferred the menu with the listing but I understand ensuring the client is on the same page.What I did not like was the female owner criticized the work that a prior nail tech had done throughout my whole fill in. I am the client, I should not have to listen to the criticism during my relaxation time therefore I did not give this nail shop the best review.

What a hidden gem of a nail salon! Got to sit in a comfortable reclining chair and the nail tech did a perfect job with a relaxing hand massage included. I like my nails nice and natural. Got the powder dip and they look amazing! Great communication and they have a rewards program.

My friend kept telling me about this place for months. She only gets pedicures & says theyre great!! I finally went on Saturday July 25. It was a 30 min drive. I got dip powder with short tips $60 +$10 tip. By Monday 2 of my nails had broken & by Friday I only had 5 nails left. Never again. The salon itself is beautiful

My nails look better than they ever have! Great service, kind people, great communication, she did my cuticles and they did an arm and hand massage after and I usually dont get those with dipped nails at my normal place. Im not from San Antonio so I just Google and am very pleased with my results!

Loved everything about this place its a little different. They do not put you at a table they put you in a nice recliner to be comfortable. Beautiful place very nice people. It takes time for your nails because of the attention they give but well worth it.

Hospitality was great, quality of nails’ not so much. It’s been about a week and the nail polish has chipped in 4 nails, the “art work” that was done, looks like my children did it. The lady’s were super nice and sweet, the experience of the recliner and warm towel was nice but unfortunately For nails, definitely taking my business elsewhere. Very clean, meticulous and professional services. Called and made same day aptmt for 2 people. They use tub covers and new toolkits for pedis. Very satisfied with gel mani and pedi. Also, for manis they use recliners rather than tables, very comfy! Will be coming back to this location.

The staff is very sweet and nice, they were very patient with me as I couldnt make up my mind. Very very relaxing. They treat you like your the only one there. Had to have the dip powder taken off and they didnt use the drill, she doesnt use acrylic, so if your looking for that, thats the ONLY thing you wont find. But this is my new go to place!! Love it!!

I don’t get my nails done often but me and my sisters-in-law went to treat ourselves today. I even brought my 3 year old daughter. They took such good care of us! This place was clean, luxurious (lazy boy recliners for manicures, wonderful massage chairs for pedis) and the people who worked there were so sweet. My daughter fell asleep during her manicure and the lady brushed her hair to help her sleep while blowing a fan on her little nails to dry 😂 Will definitely be returning! Also, I highly recommend the lemon honey pedicure- they did an excellent thorough job at removing callouses and really cleaning everything up! Definitely worth the extra money for that treatment!

Sunday 12/29/19 was my first time in and the whole experience was amazing. From the refreshments offered to seating my 5 year old right next to me without hesitation while I got my nails done. The place was really clean and relaxing. I had some color cracking and called in this this morning 12/31/19 and they told me to come in to so they could fix the issue without hesitation and no charge will definitely be back in the near future for more services

My nails looked awful. My nail tech was in a rush and did an bad job. Two days later and the gel on my nails was already peeling.

Always a wonderful experience! They treat you so well, like a tired princess! No choking acrylic smell, a wide array of colors and spa level service. If you’re looking for a minute to yourself this is the place. I highly recommend the green tea pedicure.

They felt that great! Eddy was very professional & so was Anna! Cleo is very funny and sweet. I even purchased some handmade soap they had for sale. This salon is very welcoming. Found my new fave!! My pedicure was amazing & my gel manicure is perfect.Note that this salon does not offer acrylic.

Today was my very first time visiting this salon. My worst experience ever with a nail salon! I paid $75 for a fill and a waterless pedicure. After the services were complete, I put my shoes back on and when I went to zip up my boot, two nails immediately broke. The girl that had done my manicure (Crystal) was nice and apologized profusely and told me she would fix them but I told her i was running late for work and would come back after work today. She said I would not be charged for the repair since she seemed surprised that the nails had broken off so easily. I left salon and went to work with the understanding I would return today at 6 to fix the two broken nails. At 2:29pm (almost three hours after I left salon) Cleo the owner calls me to say she is going to run my card for an additional $15, she said I requested shellac on my toes and they failed to charge me for it which is a flat out lie! She said it wasnt the salons fault my nails broke and I needed to pay for repair. I told her that was ridiculous since Crystal witnessed the nails broke easily and while I was still seated in salon chair. Cleo advised I had a choice to pay for repair or the shellac that I still doubt I even received nor did I ask for. I smell a scam! Stay far away from this salon with service like this they wont be around long anyway! I would give it zero stars!

My nail appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and I didn’t get out until 5:30. Once they got to me they told me they couldn’t work on my acrylic nails when they originally told me they could. They practically left my nails halfway done and told me to go back to my nail salon and get them fixed. They started chipping the next day. Horrible service. No excuse to keep someone waiting that long.. for bad service. Wouldn’t go back again.

Cleo’s is awesome. The spa is relaxing, the extra touch of a hot pack on your back and the Lemon honey drink they serve is the icing on the cake. They strive to use more natural products. I highly recommend the spa honey moon pedicure. The hot stone massage that is included is delightful.

I know sometimes when you see a lot of 5 star reviews you this they were paid or they got a discount but I promise I have not received anything for this review nor would I deceive anyone with a great review. Cleo Nails is just amazing and earns all the five star reviews! I will start exclusively going here for now on. They are clean, friendly, great at what they do and the salon is so nice and relaxing.I would recommend Cleo to everyone and anyone!

I am super impressed with this place! I was consider a walk in. And was taken back right away. Got set up in the fancy chair, got offer a drink. And my pedi and massage was amazing.I got the spa honey pedi. Aaaamazing! Definitely coming back. I felt so relaxed after.

This place is beyond amazing! They did pedicures with hot stone massage and full sets for both my daughter and I. We get these services done once a month and have never been treated so well. Relaxing atmosphere, no harsh chemical smells, yummy citrus tea, they do your nails in a recliner with a pillow in your lap! Such kind, attentive staff. They even have loyalty rewards! I felt so bad because they stayed open beyond closing to take care of us, but never rushed any of the service. This truly is the best establishment I have ever set foot in...I highly recommend this fantastic establishment to anyone!!!

Cleo NailSpa is one of the best places Ive been to. I just moved here and didnt know where to go. So I checked out the nearest nail spa by my house and I dont regret it one bit. They dont do regular acrylic there, they have regular nail polish and dip powder. Which doesnt have harsh chemicals & has vitamin and calcium to strengthen the nail. Its been 3 weeks and my nails still look intact. And the color is way more vivid than your regular nail polish. I definitely recommend this Nail Spa. The best of San Antonio :)

Originally I was going to write a bad review due to my recent visit, however I called and spoke to Steve who fixed my nails and just gave awesome service and did an even more amazing job on my nails. I am in LOVE with them. He really listened to me and how I felt about my visit prior and just how unhappy I had originally left and was kind enough to have me come in and make everything much better (even though he was not at fault, and was not the original nail tech who did my nails) I would HIGHLY recommend Steve.

Steve worked with me and recommended I try dip powder instead of gel. I love the results. He was very patient and made me feel like making my nails pretty was his goal. Felt very comfortable lm so glad I found this place. Must give it a try, its worth it. +++

Felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door! It is cool calming here. They do your mail in a recliner with a pillow in your lap. How much more lux does it get? I am always working and busy, so this is now my new way to treat myself. They also dont do acrylic and offer vegan options. My artist was Steve.

The staff are very welcoming. my pedicure was so relaxing. From the aroma of rose to the most relaxing massage. Every moment of it was just breath-taking. I went back to take my younger sisters for a mani. They love it. My little sister loved the relaxing music and soft recliners. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

I havent had my nails done professionally in a really long time. Im so very glad I found Cleo Nailspa to do my nails. The decor is relaxing and beautiful. The treatment is the absolute best. I did dip nails for the first time and they explained the process to me. The color I chose didnt match a regular polish they had to complete my pedicure. So the owners husband went and bought several colors for me to choose from! Thats excellent customer service!! I loved how my nails turned out and my experience at the salon was amazing. I would recommend this nail salon to any woman.

Excellent experience! I visited for the first time this weekend with 3 others and Cleo and the staff were wonderful! They weee attentive to the water temperature preferences of each of us, the massage with the pedicure and manicure was amazing, and the drinks Cleo made were delicious and refreshing. One of the things I liked most was the comfort and relaxation the place evokes. Cleo has comfy pillows to hug while sitting, the massage chairs and recliners are very comfortable...the whole experience just felt relaxing and rejuvenating which is not what I get when I go to a typical nail salon. We will definitely be going back really soon.

The salon is beautiful! Cleo was so sweet, the citrus tea was delicious. They really make you comfortable, but I had my services only 4 days ago and my gel manicure is chipping and my feet are still callused and dry. Although the atmosphere was great I don’t think I will be returning, $98 for a 4 day paint job and an “okay” pedicure isn’t doable for me.Updating because Cleo contacted me the day after I posted this review. They MORE than made it right. They redid my entire set of nails, gave me a keratin treatment for my feet, and were more than accommodating when I brought my 19 month old with.for them to fix my nails! They are seriously beyond sweet people. Cleo’s husband even walked me to my car with an umbrella because it was raining!

I have been to a few Spas in the area and had pedicures but my experience with Cleo was by far the best. The shop is clean, quiet and relaxing. Pricing is very competitive with other services. The tea we had was amazing. I will be back and I high recommend them to anyone looking to relax.

This is my first time at Cleo nail spa and it sure is not my last. I received the best service at this place. The environment is so peaceful and soothing. They do your nails in a LaZboy leather chair with the full on massaging experience to where it almost makes you feel like you’re being way to spoiled. Is that possible? Yes! Here it is. I did the dipping powder on my real nails and they were perfected. I have never experienced this, everything they do to you just comes as a surprise of comfort and pure pleasure. I fell asleep during the beginning of the manicure. I’m wowed. They gave me a membership card that allows you to get credits for there store. I just had the full on pamper experience. At the end they put on some latex gloves that have a cream inside that is very hot (it will burn) if you don’t ease on into it. They leave it on a few minutes and then start to massage your forearm and your hand in a professional/experienced way. Steve helped me out today and I am one happy customer.

I moved to SA 8 months ago and have been to a few different salons and have yet to find a good one. Went into Cleos today and have found my nail place in SA. Chung did my nails (dip) and they came out great, the complimentary citrus tea, the keratin treatment, the hand massage were all amazing. Thank you Chung!!

Excellent experience! Stella did a wonderful job with my nails! Very talented tech! Cleo was also very hospitable! The shop is very trendy, clean, and the chairs are very comfortable! Cleo made me a very tasty citrus tea. Yummy! I also received a very relaxing message while getting my manicure. I will definitely be going back! They offer many other services, too. Im going back to get a lash perm next week. I encourage everyone to try this shop out.

Great service, very thoughtful. Place is beautiful decorated and love the layout, very different from other places Ive been, and the drinks are delicious. I got the honeymoon pedicure and my feet and legs came out very soft and moisturized.

The place was empty when we were there. My girlfriend got Manicure and pedicure and I got manicure. Needless to say that my manicure lasted about 10min and was kind of vague while she lasted a whole hour

I have been getting my nails done for a very long time and although the approach of welcoming you is great the quality of work has been one of the worst I have yet to experience. I got so much negative feedback about me having acrylic nails that she did not focus on the work she was doing. The product that was used on my actual nail fell off two of my nails within 2 days of getting them done and left my nails uneven and bumpy, I am very disappointed to have spent my money towards a horrible job.

They are so nice here and it was a very relaxing experience but I was disappointed with how my nails turned out. I went in for dip and was surprised when it came time for top-coat that the nail tech applied a top coat and had me place my hands under a UV light. Everywhere else Ive been to applies top coat and tells me to wait a few minutes while holding my nails in front of a small fan. So a few days later the top coat had already chipped off and my nails looked dull and felt rough. Also had bumps in a few of my nails. I wish the turn out was different. 4 stars because they are super friendly and provided great customer service. Ill try them again in the future.

This nail salon goes above and beyond. They provide a clean, relaxing environment - manicures in heated recliner instead of tables, soft music (no TVs) and their attention to spa- like detail is phenomenal. They use quality products, make you feel like you’re the most important client and have extra touches like hot towels, the latest mani/pedi products, hot teas, Korean tea, Starbucks coffee and wine. They are pleasant and customer focused. I wish there were more stars to give.

Got a gel french manicure over four weeks ago and it hasnt chipped yet. Although it was more expensive than where Im used to back home - 50+ for the manicure - the environment was lovely with relaxing music, free lemonade, and massage chairs for both Mani and pedi customers.

I loved it here! The spa is very clean and modern, really has a relaxing vibe! The owner, Cleo was very nice and very outgoing. She made sure we were comfortable, offered us something To drink and was very welcoming! She was showing us and informing us about all the products they use there, that she makes herself which was very cool! I got a green tea pedi from Samantha, it was sooo relaxing. She was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. She even helped me pick out a color for my toes and I ended up loving it! They really focus on massaging which is really great bc most nail spas don’t make you feel like your at an actual spa. This one does for sure! I absolutely loved it and I will for sure be going back and recommending this Spa to all of my friends! Thank you so much for the relaxing experience!!! 💖 exceeded my expectations greatly!!! 🤗
