The best nail salon I’ve ever been too! All the nail techs are amazing and so friendly! You won’t be disappointed!!

I went to their web-site and purchased an e-gift card for my daughter-in-law for Mothers Day. I was given a barcode after the purchase was complete. I called the salon and was advised that all she had to do was show the bar code when she went in and the card would be honored. I purchased a $150 gift card.the day she went to the salon to use the gift card, she called saying they would not honor the gift card. I spoke with the owner, Hector, who advised that they were the new owners of the salon and could not honor. I paid for her services with a credit card.I have since contacted Hector and provided additional information, but he insists they did not get that $150, but the credit card statement still shows Beverly Nail Spa just like the receipt for the gift card did.I just wanted my $150 back, but there has been no effort to make this right. I would never use them for anything else.

Got a shellac pedi and the next day the big toe fell off. I went to the salon and asked for a repair. No one was waiting in the lobby and I was told to sit down, it will be two hours. No, I’m sorry, nothing.I left and went to another place where I was told the rest of the polish would come off soon because the technician had painted my skin. So I had to pay for having them all repainted.Don’t waste your time/money.

I just started coming here with my mom this year and I don’t think I can go anywhere else now. Justin didn’t an amazing job on my toes. He was gentle and polite. He always made sure he wasn’t too rough. Ryan did my nails. I always entrust in him to see an idea of my vision and make it his own. This place does amazing work with everything they do, I even had to get my eyebrows done. I live in cibolo, Texas and the 30 minute drive every 2 weeks is well worth it!

I’ve been coming here since may and have been a loyal client of Ryan’s for about a year now. He is absolutely one of the best in the business and worth the drive. I work on a computer every day and my nails hold up well- they never chip or lift and I can go 3-4 weeks before needing another fill. The staff is very friendly and the shop is clean! I highly recommend this salon and if you are looking for an amazing nail tech- I strongly recommend Ryan.

First time here, wonderful experience from start to finish. Very clean, they also have the new protective shields salons are putting up (since COVID).Tracy was friendly and very helpful. Her massage skills were exceptional. I walked out pain free and my feet/toe polish looked better than ever.Tracy’s great service + their 5 Star massage chairs= a heavenly experience🙌🏻I recommend the spa pedicure, especially if you like more massage time😁

I love Beverly Nails & Spa! If you have an appointment you will be seen at your true time! Some places still have you waiting. They have so many color options and you always feel welcome there! I love Ryan for my style of nails but everyone there is qualified! Highly recommend this salon!

Love getting my nails and feet done

My friend and I went to go get our nails done for her wedding and Tracy was horrible. She was very rude to the bride and seemed to not care for what the bride wanted. The bride had a picture and TRACY seemed to not pay attention to the details of the what the bride wanted. It’s sad that the bride had to keep saying sorry to TRACY just for wanting her nails done for her wedding the way the picture showed. Tracy needs an attitude adjustment.

Nails are always great! I got a massage for the first time and the guys phone went off 3 times. Really annoying. All other services are awesome though.

I followed Nail Tech Ryan here from a previous salon off 1604 and Stone Oak.Ryan is an amazing nail artist who will take his time and give you exactly what it is youre looking for and probably something more. Timing has been an issue the last two times I have been there. As Ryan takes time with each of his clients I have found myself waiting more than 30 minutes the last two times.For the people that previously saw Ryan at the other location, be prepared to pay significantly more at Beverly nails. My last set last set had three nails of ombre on each hand and the other two nails with a white border around the outside. No marbling, Swarovski crystals or rhinestones- and it was $95. The fills for this set, with one broken nail done three weeks later was $45. I am happy with his impeccable work and I will always tip generously.Compared to other salon prices I will definitely be looking for another talented reasonably priced salon. A little too rich for my tastes

Today was my first pedicure since Covid. I put it off as long as possible but I was getting an ingrown toenail that was painful. I made a morning appointment with Rose at Beverly Nails. She was so amazing, and they had so many safety precautions in place that I was actually able to relax. Thank you for making me feel human again after 3 months of being at home.

Customer service is good and everyone is very nice. I just dont like the fact that I have to return here only a couple days after because my nails already started to peel only 3 days after getting them professionally done.

This is the best salon in San Antonio ! can’t wait to come back here next time!

Visitor to San Antonio and first time customer to Beverly Nails. FANTASTIC! Great location, beautiful interior, lovely art on the walls, very clean spaces, and great massaging pedicure chair/tubs. The staff greeted me right away and even helped me pick out my polish color. The prices are very reasonable, and if you can splurge - go for the full pedicure with the scrub and hot rock massage - worth every penny! I had Lilly and she was amazing - personable, professional, meticulous, and she wasnt kidding when she gives the best hot rock massages. She was extremely attentive with not only applying the polish, but also preparing my toes for the pedicure. The scrub, lotion, and hot rock massages were perfect - never rushed, not too much pressure, and definitely worth the pampering. If I every come back to San Antonio, I will absolutely come back and get another pedicure here.

I absolutely love my nail tech Tracy, she gives the best customer service, actually listens to my wants in nail length/shape, she doesn’t shame me for keeping my nails short and isn’t afraid to cut them down!! I usually have a hard time getting nail techs to cut them really short for me, they always keep them too long and I end up cutting them down afterwards at home. I drive 40 miles out of the way just so Tracy can do my nails!!

I came twice, giving the first time the benefit of doubt. This place is very expensive due to their full bar, but if I don’t get a drink it’s really not worth it. Both times I came I had problems with the quality of my nails. The first time was almost a week in, so I blamed myself, even though the nails coming off never happens to me. but the 2nd time, only a few hours after getting the solar color powder, two nails started chipping. I went in today so they could fix it, which they did, it the lady admitted they chipped because the powder was done poorly and thin. I won’t be coming back here because they’re very expensive and obviously not worth the hassle.

This place is clean, cute and cozy! Milagros the nail tech who worked with me worked fast and well. She is a pro! The color selections are POPPING! I experimented with a new color and it looks SO good! And the other customers various colors looked amazing on them too!

Morgan was an excellent nail tech! Very friendly and skilled. The leg massage was wonderful and she gave me great tips for home care. I highly recommend this salon for its sterile techniques and disposeable files and pumice stones. I will request Morgan again

So this is place is an absolute mess. They get you with the add on prices. Completely confusing trying to figure out what we were getting charged from their brochure. They payed more attention to their conversation then my toes. I had to tell them to stop digging their nails into the inside of my toes. I take my wife and daughters to many places and this is the absolute worst in my experience (and I have been accidentally stabbed before and would give that place a better rating). My wife lucked out with mediocre. My daughter was not listened too and needed up with the wrong colors. Complete trash. Do not waste your time or money.

Beautiful place. Lily worked on my nails. She was very sweet and pleasant. Although I hate my nails! I requested a regular polish change in a neon yellow. She recommended I do shellac in yellow because it would look better and not streaky so I said yes. The yellow looks like nacho cheese and not what I wanted. I came in with previous shellac that she partially removed. My nails are very lumpy and I have old pink shellac on the edges. My nails are streaky, clumpy and just ugly! My 3 year old nephew could of done a better job. I dont know how you let a client walk out and let alone pay for a service like this. I am in the beauty industry and unfortunately Im at work today with these embarrassing nails. I will be heading straight home to soak these things off.

Beverly Nails Spa (Formerly Anns Nails & Spa) is one of the best in the industry. It really has that small town feel where everyone is kind and knows each other. The staffs are gentle and accommodating. In the meantime, I was choosing a color for my pedicure and by the time I finished, they had a chair for me. The whole ambiance was warm and upbeat. No need to look further. YAY I found my nail place =]

Dont waste your time or money! Rude. Overpriced. Unprofessional. If it wasnt for the convenience in location, this place would be out of business. Ive had several unpleasant experiences here, but since I live in the complex, and Ive also had a few good experiences, I randomly come back. The last time I was here was enough to call it quits. The nail tech was absolutely rude, inpatient and had the worst attitude I have ever been treated when getting a service that I pay for. My nails were at stake so I had to sit and wait until she was finished. Thinking about the episode makes me cringe so I wont even mention in its entirety. There are better places in the area, save yourself money, and you deserve a better experience.

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life. I would give it zero stars if I could. The one and only thing this place has going for it is location. Be prepared to wait a long time for unskilled nail techs that will refuse to do what you ask for and will then overcharge you for garbage work. I had two bad experiences at this place that I dont even want to go into detail about because Id rather not re-live them. I saw the bad reviews on google, but I went anyway because my friend insisted. Bottom line, I absolutely will not be coming back. Save yourself time, money, and frustration- go somewhere else, anywhere else. The staff here clearly does not care about their customers or their business; even their name tags are shiesty-- they look messy like someone scratched their names into them with a coin.. word of the wise: take some pride in your job & care more about your customers.

I like this place. There are a lot of nail polish colors to choose from and the inside is pretty. The people who work here are friendly and wonderful nail technicians. The man I had today, was an absolute perfectionist. My color looks beautiful ❤️

Since the salon is located in a nice, upscale area I assumed the workmanship would be upscale as well. I was very wrong to have assumed that. First off, I asked the nail tech for the dipping powder which he did not do. Ive never had the powder done before so I wasnt 100% sure as to how its supposed to be done, but once he pulled out the super glue I reiterated to him that I wanted the powder. He confirmed and said it was the powder which was a lie. That alone made me upset because I dont like fake nails. Second, the design I asked for came out looking like crap. He didnt clean it up, theres nail polish on my cuticles, and to top it off he smudged the two colors I wanted for my design because he didnt wait for them to dry before applying the clear polish. I wish I had did some research before going to this place and paying $50 for such a horrible experience and horrible set of nails. I would never recommend this place, and I will never be returning! Bottom line, its an overpriced salon with bad quality and techs who do whatever they want.

My mother and I got a manicure and pedicure here this past weekend and loved the quality of the service. Everything appeared very clean, and the staff did not seem concerned with rushing us and took their time working on our nails. One of the best pedicures in quality and experience Ive had in a long time.

Ask for Henry, youll get great looking nails. Hes professional, detailed but time efficient and has an awesome personality. He never fails to make me feel like a VIP.

I went to here an hour before closing time for a shellac manicure. There are ton and ton of colors to choose from ( all new collection from OPI )! They did a fabulous job helping me relax while I got my toes done. It usually lasts three weeks before it begins to chip or peel. Im for sure coming back!!

I felt super rushed the entire time. My technician had zero personality. She just kept talking to the other workers. I tried to engage but she just sped through my manicure like she was being timed. It was the fastest I’ve ever had and not good quality. Plus she kept trying to “up sell” me and everyone else there did the same by asking customers if I they wanted their eyebrows done or paraffin for dry hands. I hate that! Poor customer service. Will never be back!!!!

Dont waste your time. My office set up a Mani/pedi for us to celebrate our first quarter it was to start at 1.30 we were to go in groups of 10. We waited an hour and no one came to service us so a few of us left. We will not hlbe returning to this place 👎👎👎👎

I’ve been here multiple times with drama from staff. Fighting over clients in front of patrons making me feel uncomfortable, asking for tips in cash and teenage children of employees acting unprofessional and dramatic. In the end my nails look great but I feel more relaxed in other places.

They don’t open at 9... girl didn’t arrive till 9:10 and then she still wasn’t ready, lights were off and place was hot. I recommend quarry nails around the corner. They have a full staff ready to go at 9. No wonder they are packed!!!

Had a mani and pedi here with a friend who is a regular. I love the staff here. They are so professional and sanitary. And made me feel like a part of the family. The treatment was relaxing and well worth the price. The results were perfect! When I have a couple of extra pennies from my paycheck I definitely give this place some love.

Terrible, very unfriendly people. Receptionist just dat at his desk, no hello, just a blan what do you need. Pedicure was ok my polish was all over my toes. Guy walked away and some one else helped she cleaned it up and tried to fix the polish. But was just a mess. Now I know why it was dead in there ..

Very nice place. My friend and I went for a gel polish change and left very disappointed. First the lady that did my nails didnt introduce herself so I didnt get her name. My friend was across the room and was getting offered drinks and massages while getting her nails done and I DID NOT....also Im in the beauty industry so I know how to properly remove gel polish and with a drill is not correct..they need to be soaked off/wrapped for removal. At first she wrapped them to soak and got impatient and started drilling.....A drill can damage your nails and make them very THIN.! My nails are SO EVERY THIN and flimsy. So upset.!!!! My friend hated her nails they look worse then mine very clumpy and streaky she wanted to laugh and cry at the same time we WONT be going back.

Standard pedicure, alright experience but nothing special. Salon was switching out chairs, so very crowded, and not as relaxing of an atmosphere. The staff was somewhat distracted, we were never offered beverages. Not a complete off putting experience, but not one I would recommend and unsure if I would return.

Definitely the worst manicure experience I have ever had. I got the SNS dipping powder full set, which I usually get but decided to try at this salon because I saw on their website they do SNS fills for only $25. I got a full set thinking the next time I go I could get a fill. When I asked about it the lady laughed and said they could not do that (strike 1... update your website!). Then she proceeded to cut my cuticle and cause me to bleed. If things couldnt get any worse, the top coat was going on clumpy and bumpy because of the horrible brush she was using, but she blamed me for touching my nail and messing it up (as she is holding my hand the entire time...?). I had to request she fix the top coat 2 times and still ended up leaving with a bumpy top coat. Two nails were completely crooked (again, requested to fix only to get told it was my nail...that she put a fake tip on and then shaped.... ?). Finally I got so frustrated I just left, went home and broke out my nail file to completely reshape them. Had I not been leaving the next day for vacation I would have gone back to demand a refund or that someone else redo my set. I will DEFINITELY not be returning.

First time I went here, awesome experience. Second time, horrible experience. I payed for extra exfoliation, and got a 15 minute pedicure from a inexperienced teenager. Was practically kicked out, and not asked about my experience. I will not be back.

Clean place, nice staff. I was a walk in on a Saturday at 11 and they had me seated almost right away. I accidentally messed up my big toe leaving and they fixed it right away. Plus you get complimentary mimosas (they had other options...wine, sangria, margaritas).

Terrible customer service. The guy who did my nails grounded down so far that I bled (twice). Completely unapologetic and unacceptable. My mom and I used to come here often when it was Ann’s. We will not be returning.

I came in asking for shellac, but they ended up doing a gel nail plus shellac color that I did not ask for. This ended up being the most expensive service. Cuticles bled b/c she trimmed too close and my fingers were sore for days b/c she sanded too much. I didnt complain about what I ended up paying b/c the work looked good. When I came back for touch up they quoted more than what was discussed. She and the manager then argued with me about what I originally wanted, while trying to get me to sit down so she could do another service and charge me more than was first explained. Maybe some women in Heights can swing an extra $40 per service, but I cant. The experience was ridiculous and horribly unprofessional. Even though this is the closest nail salon to my house, Id rather drive further than repeat this experience again.

I only came here because my regular salon couldnt see me today and I desperately needed my acrylics taken off. That being said my experience today reminded me why I stopped coming here. The lady doing my nails didnt take off my acrylics completely and I got a shellac French manicure (which is $5 extra) so you can CLEARLY see where the acrylics are on my nail. So now Im out $50 and I am going to my regular salon tomorrow to get this mess taken off. Next time Id rather keep the two broken nails and wait than come here.

The worst place Ive ever been to. Shellac was done so poorly and quickly that it came off in THREE DAYS. I do not do anything strenuous that would jeopardize my nails either. Never going back.

Everyone very friendly and pretty quick, I got acrylic nail sets, a manicure, and a regular pedicure which was about $45. Nails look very nice, took about 1.5 - 2 hours, also enjoy the wide variety of colors!

Worst manicure I ever had. Reception was nice and they provided wine. The staff who was doing my nails was very rude and the service was terrible. I can see the second coat because he did a poor job painting my nails. During the service I had to tell him a few times to fix my nails. I am very easy going person but this was too bad to let go unnoticed.

They’re really good here...I got a pedi for graduation and it was so over the top amazing it was so good and my nails get so many compliments everywhere from everyone even strangers just come up to me and compliment my mani and pedi all the time!! I’m very satisfied with my nails right now!!

I went in for a shellac manicure, and the tech did a very sloppy job. He left the edges uneven, managed to paint little fuzzy fibers from the towel into the nail, and left some nails filed unevenly. When I tried to get it fixed, they wanted to put me with the same tech so that he could just file the edges. The receptionists were very friendly, but I am not happy to hear that my only option is to keep wasting my time going in over and over (initially they said today; I came in today, they said to come back tomorrow). At this point, I would like them to refund my money. Dont go to this place if you want a professional manicure, save your money and have an 11 year old do it.

Scheduled Brazilian wax. Walked out with hair still on my hoohaaa. Painful, worse than my first time. Never coming back. My friend asked for a pedi and a mani. She walked out with just her toes done. Dont think they speak English well. Expensive.

The male tech refused to do what I asked for after agreeing to do it in the beginning (matte black with shiny black french tip) and he sent me out the door with wet nails. This was my anniversary and also the night my boyfriend proposed. Very disappointed with my service.

I love this place because me and my little girl can come here and we can walk to Starbucks but sometimes they well talk about u and the last time i went with my little girl we left and her nail polish come off errr but it so hard to fine a new place.
