I always get an organic pedicure but this time it felt so different. I understand every nail tech has a different form of performing but Michael did an amazing job while massaging my legs and feet. He put a good amount of pressure on my tension points and felt so relaxed afterwards. Will definitely come back and ask for him.

My daughter and I got a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was okay. However the manicure 💅was not done properly. I do believe I could have done a better job myself. My nails were crooked and I had paint all over my fingers. One of the reasons why I get manicures is to cut the rough corners around my nails. He didnt even do that.The lady that did my daughters nails took longer and made sure my daughters manicure was done properly.Maybe its just me, but look at the pictures so you can decide on your own.I also was rushed to pay before they finished my nails 💅

Bea did my nailsThey had lots of chairs open I got a pedicure and a manicure for my son a manicure for my other son and a pedicure and nails for myself. The lady who did my nails insisted on doing them while I was sitting getting a pedicure but I told her I would wait I wanted to wait. When she did my nails she didnt finish them she had no idea what I was asking for when I get home it looks like she just flopped the nail gel down filled them glossed them and sent me on my way I had to refile them myself and give them some kind of shape to make them look good because they were horrible I could have done better myself, I will not be coming back and I ended up paying over $100.

I feel that they take alot of pride in their work here. They dont rush through the process and take the necessary time to do their job right. I highly recommend this business. Its also convenient because you can get several services done in one place.

I have already left a review but I am just such a fan of Fantasy Nails Hair & Spa!I got a pedicure and my nail technician did an amazing job, she took her time and was very detailed. All of the workers here are so kind and very tentative. Ive been to nail salons that were more expensive and they just dont beat the service that Fantasy Nails Hair & Spa provides.My pedicure came out perfect!

Had eyelashes done for the first time. I was happy, but then came back for touch up on lashes by the second day a few fell off . Went back replace them at no cost!

They are not profesional at all, the lady made me feel uncomfortable and I believe it’s because I didn’t ask for shellac after she tried convincing me, so I chose the regular and she started rushing me and being rough. This is very bad customer service

I and my Husband had a pedi and I had my nails done. The ladies who did my toes and nail were amazing, but the lady who worked on my husband could have done a better job only because I paid for a $35 dollar package for him and I wanted that for him but she half done his whole treatment. If he hadnt said anything I wouldnt have notice. Cuz I was looking at the phone, but still hes willing to try again just not with the same person

Downside was I waited over an hour for my pedicure because I was a walk-in and they were understaffed, but I also checked in and they forgot about me! Heads up if you come to this place, place an appointment in advance so they DO NOT FORGET ABOUT YOU like they did me! ARACELY is THEEEEE person to do your pedicure. You will NOT regret it. She takes her time and effort to give you the best pedicure ever!! I will only come back to Fantasy for ARACELYS pedicures!!!

I paid 50 bucks to get my nails dipped and he didn’t dip one nail just used the paint brush and did it acrylic style. All the other ladys were dipping the nails except him!! Im going back first thing in the morning I want them off I’ve never paid this much and the quality was poor. ....UPDATE: I went back this morning and the guy was super nice!! He had me pick another color and passed me over to a young lady and she did an incredible job fixing my nails. Im beyond happy their all very nice.

They need to learn better English lack of communication screws up the process of getting your nails done. Yes I wanted to change my nail color and then ended up having to give me a full set so I had to pay more money out of my pocket for their screw up.

The service level has gone down. No offer of anything to drink. They no longer do the punch card. My sister asked for a Polish change and they did a new overlay instead.

Was told 10 minutes for pedicure and was seated quickly but then an hour went by without any communication. I had to get up and leave. Nobody ever said anything. Terrible, not coming again! 1st time visit and not a great first impression.

Not only did I get over charged & not given a printed receipt I was told by rose that she added a person who was with me to my ticket because she & I quote forgot to charge her for shellac but never did she tell me she was gonna add her stuff to mine she was gonna do it in hopes I didn’t notice but I did so she told me after which was bs because on my grandmas ticket it had everything she got done on there charged, not only that Me & my family been customers for YEARS & we been getting treated poorly these past few visits, the nails I got recently have bubbles in the nail polish im so sick of these people treating other people poorly & getting over on people I’m surly gonna take it to a serious matter .

Me and my sister got our lashes done here in a Sunday and we provided a picture for reference and was given something totally different as we asked for a natural lash and was given a very full dramatic set. By the next day the lashes were already lifting and rubbing and irritating our eyes. We went back that Tuesday and asked that theyebe removed, but was told they would not be able to do this that we would have to wait at least 2 weeks they then offered to reattach the parts that were lifting. We had that done and the very next day I already had clusters falling out and the corners lifting yet again as did my sister. When I contacted the location to see if we could simply get a partial refund or a credit for a different service all they said was for us to come back to fix again which I didnt want to do as there was already too much glue on the lashes. That following Monday almost all the lashes had lifted from the corners and when I woke up on Tuesday they were completely lifted from all side with the exception of the center so I had to try to remove them myself which resulted in me losing quite a few of my real lashes which was painful. Needless to say we will not be using this location for lashes again.

I liked it very pretty place, amazing place to get my nails done!

Got my nails done one day and within a span of 2 days i noticed huge gapping between my nail and the acrylic nail, went back to have them redo my nails. But they they said that it was normal for that gapping to be there and they were not going to fix it. I would have to pay if they did. After arguing back and forth for about an hour and a half they finally corrected their work. I will never go bak. While waiting in between i literally saw 8 people walk in to have corrections done for mishaps.

I love this place it is my go to choice they have a variety of colors. Very friendly and professional.

Awesome nail salon, I walked in and was greeted right away! My first time trying this spot as I was looking for a good salon near my new house. Rose did an excellent job on my nails, will deff be coming back!!! They gained a new customer for sure!

The last time i went it wasnt as i wanted one of the girls made my toes stubby and i hated it i felt ugly with my toes, Today i went back for my bday set Lisa Did my toes and my nails i got acrylics on my toes aswell and for both she did exactly what i wanted ! She was super sweet and made sure i was getting what i wanted She will be the person i go back to from now on, she doesnt dissapoint !

I have been going to this business for over a Year. I always have girl as a tech i love her and her quality of work. She always has great new ideas for what would look good! The new owners are great and very good with customer service and making sure the wait times are very low for walk in customers! I would recommend this place to anyone i know. Tried this place out for the first time and the lady did a poor job my nails looked like I did them at home. She rushed to do my hands after she noticed they were getting busy. I have nail polish all over my fingers. The nail polish was not put on consistent so they look uneven

So wanted to give this place another try. Sadly the day after getting my nails done chipped off the very next day. The lady that did them was on the phone while doing my nails, and the guy was watching tv on his phone while doing mine

I absolutely love this place. We came here as an early start to my birthday. My friend told them it was my birthday and they sang happy birthday to me and I blew out a lighter lol.We were quickly greeted when we walked in and only waited about 5 minutes before we were seated. I got the Spa pedicure and manicure. I loved every moment of it. It was very relaxing. From the massage chair to the foot, leg and hand massage.The customer service here is superb! The wait was loooooong..they did my nails 1st then my feet. There was a wait in between the two services. My fault that I didnt discuss the price for the fill.. it turned out to be 40.0020.00 for the fill & 20.00 for the shellac. I thought it was regular polish. Why put shellac on fake nails? I didnt know that was a thing ... my fault.So I spent waaaay more and waited waaaay too long but was pleased with the results.

Im in LOVE this place is incredibly well priced and everything is under one roof! I can get a massage, eyelash extensions, nails, and a hair cut all in the same place. Plus they brought me a margarita 🥰 military get a discount and they are open late (8pm) honestly the only thing that could make this place better is if they had food.

I love getting my nails done here. This is the only place I’ll go and get them done. I’m willing to drive the 15 minutes. It’s jusy high quality. They are very attentive and friendly here. They have a stamp card where you go 10 times they give you $25 to spend at the salon.
