3 1/2 stars? Im not sure what I bought other than a full set. Thats me being uninitiated, but also on them because I did try to ask questions that werent really answered. I found a specific hand model with the nails I wanted and remember seeing the diff bet stiletto and the one I liked which was not stiletto and yet they still fit me for stiletto after I showed them which one I wanted. The folks are kind. I was happy with how fast they worked. My nails still have alot of the powder goop under the nail, so not the cleanest job. My rating is more about the communication of what I wanted and how I was just charged for something that looked like what I wanted. But the image serves for itself how it wasnt the best transaction.

I got a pedicure and eyebrow wax this week. The pedicure was a wonderful experience. Thorough, detailed, and I felt like the technicians full attention was on me the entire time. It was one of the most comfortable pedicure I’ve ever received and I’m really happy with the results as well. My eyebrows turned out fantastic as well and the process was really quick. Will definitely be coming back!

I took my 4 yr old daughter, 11 yr old daughter and her friend to have their nails 💅🏻 after the week they had going back to school and starting 6th grade They were so busy but still very attentive to my girls. Thank you Tommy for your patience.

Found this place yesterday. Got right in. Big place and clean. Kathy was super nice and did a fantastic job. There was also a young man doing fantastic detail work. I will return. $45 shellac. One thing to know....CASH only. No option to post pics.

I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and am very picky...I came here for the first time today and Tommy did my nailed. He did a great job! The shop is clean and very comfortable...I’ll be back🥰-Annie

I personally had a great experience. 3 out of 4 people in my party did. We came in just as they had opened and they were short staffed so we couldnt all get our toes/hands done at the same time which is an often the most enjoyable part about going together but we understand. Of the 4 employees there 3 were absolutely great, they treated us well and did great jobs on our hands and feet. One employee in particular was a bit rude when communicating to someone in our party that only spoke Spanish and her handy work was also not the best.

Even with a full house, they got to us quickly and exceeded expectations with their skills. They also helped my friend fill her nails instead of making her get a whole new set.

I found my new nail salon! Mimi was so helpful. I came in after I had a horrible job done at another place. She took care of me, took the time to find the perfect color and do a beautiful design. Everyone was so nice and friendly! Prices are very reasonable and great quality! I will definitely be coming here from now on! Thank you Mimi!

I have been here multiple times and every experience has been great! Kylie is an amazing nail tech and clearly takes pride in her work...literally my nails are PERFECT which is rare to find these days. The salon is always clean and well organized. This would have been a five star rating but the last few times I had to ask for a beverage vs. Being offered one. Other than that this place is AMAZING and all the techs are great. Highly recommend

Better now than the 5yrs ago i went . only issue with them i have is my 90.00 credit they WONT honor even though they ACKNOWLEDGE they owe it! Other than that SERVICES ARE GREAT ! I still recommend ans bring new clients.

I got a set of beautiful nails here and a pedicure, my nail tech really worked with me on what i wanted and the shape of them are absolutely gorgeous! Got a pedicure as well, my feet look brand new ! Massage with pedicure and hot towel !this shop has amazing and friendly staff!!

Love them! Very nice employees and you can get some wine water soda they offer beverages with service. They just got new kid chairs as well. Take there time dont rush.

My parents had brought me here after i split with my husband. I had an attitude and wasnt very nice. But their hospitality was great. Tommy, the owner was friendly and funny. We also appreciated his honesty and the fact that he was willing to make us feel as comfortable as possible. They nade sure to take their time with each of us and they even had great drinks. By the time we left i was a new woman with fresh nails and perfect feet. Definitely reccomend

Rush job! Guy Talked about how he doesn’t like people calling before they close to come in. Even laughed about it. Didn’t offer a beverage. Wouldn’t clean up my cuticles or push back the cuticles before prepping my nails for acrylics. And, barely put primer on my nails so after a few days, my edges are looking like they’re coming apart from my nails. Crappy job! Don’t waste your money here. Only in it for the money in my opinion. Won’t be going back. Too pretty of an environment for awful work. Also, employee turnaround, employees don’t stay so that should tell you something.

DO NOT COME HERE! I wanted to try a new place and this place had a good rating so I said sure why not! I got shellac a plume wine color. 2 weeks later my nails were turning brown so I went back. They redid my nails I choose grey. And yet again they started turning colors not even 2 weeks later. I went back in and the lady insisted they haven’t changed colors. Um excuse me but are you color blind? So she said if I wanted a new color I’d have to pay again because they do a bad job? These people have one job. To do nails. And obviously they don’t do a good job. I’m not working right now. I don’t clean with harsh chemicals and when I clean anything I wear gloves. I’m pissed so do not go here! DO NOT GO HERE! Take you’re business somewhere else!

My experience with this mail salon wasnt good. The nail tech had me waiting for a good 10 minutes for her at her station. I went to get a fill and she broke one of my natural nails and charged me over all $40.00 for a fill. They charge you for every little thing. They didnt charge me for the nail rip. It was $20 For the fill and about $10 to cut my nails down and $10 for the Shallac polish.. Not ever going back.

They have great customer service, good pricing, and finish a pedicure and full set quickly if you are short on time. I got a full set and a pedicure and they both came out beautifully, I will be coming back!

I dont really know what to do. I just took off with acetone my acrylics nails that I got done at this place and found a black spot on three of my finger nails. I got scared and went to a nail place today and they said its fungus. Im 100% sure I got it at this place. Please help me I dont know what else to do with this place. Thank you for the suggestions.

Okay this place is awesome I left super happy, satisfied with my toes and my new set ! BUT They get a one star as far as quality and the service as far as when it came out to paying . I got my nails done on Friday ! Its Tuesday and 6 nails have broken ! I havent done an absolute thing to were theyre just breaking off like this Ive gone plenty of times and this have never happened .. they have no problem over charging and adding $5 because of the length but when I leave from there I shouldnt have to worry about them breaking two or three days after whether I got acrylic or solar ! And when I call about this they should be worried about fixing my nails rather then if I had a receipt or not .. everything was great from the wine to the massage but yeah never again .

Went to the salon on July 18, 2018. Well, first of all my nails ended up oddly shaped from the tech rushing the paint job in order to get to other customers. I was also told one price and then they attempted to charge me more before going back to the original when questioned. The general quality of the nail job was rushed, left barely filed and shaped improperly. On top of that I was not given a proper manicure before the nails where applied. I was left having to file around the nails because polish was on my fingers and my nails were filed roughly. The underside of my nails were left full of crud which I had to clean up too. This was my first time here and my last! Will never recommend this salon to anyone!!!

Took my wife here last minute we looked at the price it said $35 for the full set when it was time to pay it was $50 pluse the tip and they didnt give a reason for the $15 difference it was not about the money if it would have said $50 on their price list we still would have the done it its that they had no explanation why it was $15 more then on their price list will not be going back here

I had the worst experience today, I have been going to BB young nails for about a year now, Johnathan and Olivia have always been so very nice, but they are out of town right now and the young lady that did my nails was very rude and rough, I felt like she was going to pull my fingers out of socket, and when she showed me the length of the nails she bent my finger back forcefully, and when I told her she was cutting my cuticles with the filer she told me just to relax,, I will go else where until Johnathan and Olivia come back.
