I went in for a pedicure and fill at 620 they close at 8 the owner said pedicure would go first then nails. Apparently he is the only one who does nails. So as i am getting my pedicure he said he couldnt do my nails because he had an appointment which is fine I understand but he could have told me way before I sat to get my pedicure so I could go elsewhere. Now I am walking around with a fresh pedicure and mismatch acrylics nails that need to be filled. NO one can see me since everyone is closed. Im am extremely upset. Will NOT be going back.

I came here for a pedicure and to get my eyebrows waxed. As a totally blind customer I was really impressed with not only the customer service but how friendly the staff an owner was. I felt really taken care of, usually when I go get my feet done they don’t do much of an effort when it comes to massaging your feet. But the guy that took care of my pedicure went above and beyond when it came to massaging my feet. I definitely enjoyed it so much and was happy and how they styled my eyebrows. Definitely going to come back in three weeks

He was very messy and rough on my hands he didn’t clean off the previous set very well so you can still see it under the French manicure. Two stars because they are nice but would not go back again because the quality of the work.

Not the greatest pedicure experience. They have great reviews but I now see the vast majority are for fingernails.1. The water was cold (yes I did mention it, didn’t get better)2. She scraped my cuticles off instead of clipping them after not applying cuticle softener3. My polish was uneven and messy, had to redo it once I got home4. The “lotion” used was thin and watery and my feet were dry just a couple hours after getting homeGlad I gave them a shot, won’t be back. 2 stars because she was nice but that’s pretty much it…

If you want a clean, relaxing, kind and very thorough pedicure done; come here. Six years ago when I moved here with my retired Air Force husband and family I stumbled upon this place. A place that got picked for being close has become the ONLY place in San Antonio I let touch my feet. I have never met such a hard working owner and his staff in this business. Their packages vary in pampering and their skill with gel is superb. They use liners in their tubs, clean their tools and SPOIL you as a client. They remember you too. Everytime I come in I am greeted personally and even with hobbit feet (I am on feet a lot and can only come in every two to three months) never made to feel gross. Dont worry, we will take care or this when had other places tell me they cant remove my callouses over the years.It isnt easy to gain my business but they have had it for six years. People who have rated this low probably didn’t communicate what they wanted and need to understand this guy works 7 days a week...he can have a break while on shift. Ya know?Today $60 plus tip got a shellac manicure, leg and foot scrub, hot stone massage, paraffin wax on feet and hot towel on legs, lotion massage after.... THAT IS A STEAL!Trust me... come here and tell them Alaska Gal sent you based on this review. They deserve it.

This is an easy place to find and very close to a busy area. They have a lot of colors to choose from and the staff is very nice. I was concerned after reading a couple bad reviews, but after waiting during a busy time, I was pleasantly surprised by the inside and the service. Definitely a place I can go back to, but it gets busy quick.

I have been coming hear for about 1 year now & lee is the best! Ive had negative experiences at some many places but not here... I would recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment if you are in a rush. But Lee always does fantastic work, his staff is very polite and offer beverages. The salon is always clean and also in a good area plus star bucks is very close lol..i will never stop coming to this place to get my nails done everyone I refer loves their 💅.

I’ve been coming here since seeing a customer’s set and shape at my job in 2018! Lee at Miracle Nail is super talented and always consistent! I noticed they’ve taken the proper COVID-19 precautions. They have a recent BARBICIDE COVID-19 certification so that’s definitely a plus!

Lee is absolutely incredible. This is by the far the best nail salon I have attended and is for sure my new regular spot. The customer service is a 12/10. He reassured me multiple times if anything were to happen to my nails he would fix it for free. I get off late from work on sundays (they close at 6) and he waited for me to get here right at close and did my nails. He did not rush in the slightest because he wanted to make sure everything was “perfect” for me. He told me I could always come late to make sure I could get my nails done and just said to shoot him a text and he would stay late. Absolutely incredible experience here, cannot recommend enough! You will not be disappointed, and book with Lee!

One guy recently did my nails and they are super bumpy and my toes have sharp edges to them.

My friend Rachel introduced me to Miracle Nail, and not to sound cheesey but its really a miracle 😅 My nail beds are naturally oily so when I get dip they normally only last a week at most. Since Ive started coming here my nails stay on for three weeks (of course a fill is needed but I dont look ridiculous going back in with only 4 nails 🤣). Needless to say Ive started coming here and never going anywhere else!The price is fair, and the service is great!Highly recommend coming here 🙌

I was constantly asked if I wanted other services, rushed through my pedicure, shamed for desiring a simple acrylic set with one, non-gel color, and charged $100 for what should have been around $80. I was being offered a drink halfway through my service, when I heard wine offered to other women as soon as they walked through the door. I will not be returning to this nail salon.

Went with my sister and daughter for a little girls’ day treat. We waited 45 minutes, as there were only two people doing nails and one person doing pedis. My sister’s nails look fine; she went with an acrylic set. She had to wait for her nail tech to come inside from a smoke break, and he didn’t even wash his hands before starting her nails. My daughter’s nails are okay for a kid mani, except she has little hairs all over some of them.My nails are AWFUL. I did a powder dip nail, and they are lumpy, bumpy, and nearly all of the undersides of my nails are stuck to my skin. I have six nails that have color chipping, two nails that have jacked up glaze, and one that has a random black dot on it. The nail tech cut three of my fingers, causing them to bleed.We spent a total of two and a half hours there. You would think that we’d be leaving with the best, but instead, I’m heading back tomorrow to request a refund. Seems like they are aptly named, though...It’ll take a MIRACLE for you to walk out with nice nails.

My fiance went there and this is what she has to say:This place was extremely odd. First of all, when I walked in I was hit with a wall of cigarette smoke smell. I saw only one male manicurist working on the nails of a customer. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait almost 40 minutes for him to finish with the other customer because nobody else was working there. Oh, and before he got to me he took a smoke break outside the door of the place. Once he finally came back he proceeded to give me the single worst manicure I have ever received. He didnt trim my cuticles, put any lotion on my hands, or do about half of the steps in a normal manicure routine. He stopped working on my nails to text or make a phone call at least 5 times. As expected, my nails dont look great. Please, I beg of you, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! A manicure should be a fun chance spoil yourself so spend your money somewhere else! :)

I don’t think what matters is how the service are or whether he smells like cigarettes or he smokes right outside the shop! What matters is his job the work . I think they are the best, the acrylic nails looks so real and they are shaped so thin. It basically looks great and also they are nice and super friendly

EDIT: My gel started peeling within 5 days of my manicure. Gel usually lasts at least 2 weeks and grows out. When I went to my regular manicurist back where I live, she had a difficult time removing the gel. She mentioned it looked like it was applied unevenly.ORIGINAL: Clean and professional. They opened a new set of sterile manicure tools to use on you (as it should be). Walked in right at opening and they were able to see me right away. Got gel and it looks wonderful. If I lived here I would always go back.

I went to get a shellac manicure for my birthday party today. People were pleasant so once my nails were done I paid and left because I had to get home to get ready for the party. Once I got home I noticed that my cuticles were far from beautifully manicured and I had glitter and paint on my fingers. The paint job was subpar. When I called to complain they asked me to come back, but I explained that my nails were to be done for an event tonight and I couldnt come back. They asked for me to come back the next day and I explained that it wasnt possible. When I suggested they refund or discount me they stated they couldnt and didnt even seem phased. Ill make sure that my family, friends and neighbors know not to come here for any services. So much for beautiful nails for my birthday.
