I decided to go here because it was close to my doctors appointment. HUGE mistake. He was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I called to see if they had availability and they said yes come on in and that I could be seen right now. I go in and get seated. Someone comes in after me to get their nails fixed so he asks me to wait while he fixes her nails. I was fine with it and waited an hour while he fixed her nails. He finally did my nails and they looked good. I tipped him well and headed to work. On my drive to work one of my nails cracked. I decided to just let it go. After work, I noticed that 2 more had cracked. The next day one of them chipped so I drove over to get them fixed. The guy told me I had to call and that I couldn’t be seen today. I reminded him that he made me wait an hour the other day to get my nails done for this reason and he said no that didn’t happen. You have to call. Irritated, I left and scheduled to get them fixed the coming Friday. I come in that day to get my nails done and the guys says to me, “Are you going to be better today?” I just shut up because I just wanted to get my nails fixed and get the hell out of there. He fixed them and I left. THE SAME DAY one of them chipped off. The next day 2 nails came completely off. All 3 of those nails were ones he just fixed. I called today to schedule to get them fixed and got an appointment. They called me back 5 minutes later and told me I would have to pay to fix them and that it was my fault that they were breaking. It hasn’t even been a week and a half since I first got them done. He kept telling me it was my fault and was being so unbelievably rude so I asked to speak to the owner or the manager and he refused to let me talk to them or get their number. My nails look horrible and I wasted $65 dollars on this horrible nail salon. Not to mention he DESTROYED my cuticles. I won’t be back ever. And I will be contacting the owner.

We went to this place my sister my mom and I with my nice that we were excited to take for her first manicure as just girls experience by accident she broke a nail polish and my mom offered yo clean it, one of the workers said no and started to clean the mess with a bad attitude and decided to make it a big deal and he was super rude and told my sister “you should take my turn” while cleaning he turn all the good expectations into an awful experience for my little nice that was scared and ashamed for what happened. If I could give less stars I would, I don’t like places that are not professional and like to take all their frustration into a little girls mistake

The place looks nice but the svc was too rushy. They are mostly guys there and they were pretty gentle. However, I think it was the owner that was rushing everyone to hurry up and grab the next person before they leave. My girls and I werent too ecstatic with our toes bc they leave streaks. Also, just a pedi costs $40!!!

1 WEEK after my dipping powder appointment, and my nails still look great! Thanks Mai for taking your time on my nails and making sure they were perfect!

Very relaxing atmosphere, very nice shellac manicure, very professional! I was just visiting family in San Antonio, needed to gat my nails done, and stumbled upon this place. I’m glad I did! I’ll definitely be back!

From a guys first time perspective... Great experience, Brian did an excellent job, was very professional, courteous, made sure I was okay the entire time. Great COVID policies in place, and the shop is pristine. Will definitely return.

Its a perfect place to pamper yourself the environment its so subtle, its clean. Service: excellent they tell you to pick up your color, they sit you down, they ask you if you WANT SOMETHING TO DRINK. They dont offer it when youre done!!Excellent place, love it

This place is amazing!! I have never had such a wonderful experience in any other nail salon. The staff is pleasant, the space is clean and relaxing, and Nathan is extremely professional with skills that I couldnt find at some of the other local salons. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience!

I got my pedicure today with Jason and I am very happy with the service. He was so sweet and gentle. The entire staff is kind. I definitely recommend this establishment. Thank you again.

First visit was good. Had pedicure and solar pink and white. The nails lasted over three weeks with no breakage or lifting. Second visit, Kim barely scraped and buffed my heels and the balls of my feet were rougher than when I went in. My nails started to lift after one week. I had specifically told Kim that I wanted nails that would not lift & she assured my hers wouldnt. Will never go back.

I never stick to one nail place, but with Harmony nails, it doesnt get any better. The place is clean, relaxing, reasonably priced, and the employees genuinely care about the customers. They take their time to make sure you are satisfied. I wont give my business to anyone else.

Ive been coming to Harmony nails a little over 5 yrs. It definitely friendly atmosphere. The staff is especially courteous and patient. The nail parlor is very clean and always a friendly welcome no matter how busy they are. I love my mani and pedi everytime ! Thank you😊

Do NOT go here if you like shapes. They cannot do anything other than square to save their lives. I went back to get my nails fixed when they messed up and they messed up AGAIN. So I talked to the manager who was rude and did nothing to resolve the situation. Straight up garbage. The attached picture is of the same finger, left hand and right hand

Very clean and they do a great job. Only caution is the polish is unorganized and some are diluted-i suggest you bring your own.
