I used to be a resident here and it the staff was awful! I just recently had a package delivered there on accident, the package maintained gifts for a cancer patient and asked the staff to kindly contact the apt owners as it was delivered to their mailbox. They refused to assist or even get in contact with them. Awful awful people.When I resided there I also experienced 3 scorpions that got into the apartment complex. I called and opened several maintenance tickets and was never helped. Hence the move.

I have lived here for a year and a half and I couldnt be happier, still. I have been living in apartments for the last 16 years and this is the best yet. Every property has turn over, and this complex is no different but the staff has always been so nice and helpful. I have NEVER had any issues that werent immediately resolved, and if I did have to wait it was no more than 24 hours. I truly do feel as though I am home here, and have zero intentions of leaving. I have no desire to buy my own home, so I will forever call Wiregrass home.

So I am not one to post any negative feedback when it comes to any business. I applied and was so happy to get back the news that I was approved for a apartment here. I mean it is in a beautiful area of SA and the apartment complex is breathtaking. But the only downside to this was the poorly management and miscommunication to future residents. When you sign your lease on a move in date and make sure you have all the requirements needed prior to moving in but they dont have your apartment ready due to POLICY MAINTENANCE REPAIRS. So Im just giving you a heads up as to what to expect when you want to be a future resident.

Overall, our experience at Wiregrass was great! For a starter apartment, we had everything we needed and felt safe in the community. The amenities were great. No major issues besides multiple appliances breaking, i.e. dish washer, refrigerator, drier and washing machine. With that being said, maintenance was able to come and fix it with in about 2 days. Our greatest experience was with the 2 ladies at the front desk. Every time we had questions, went in to drop something off, they were always willing to help with a smile on their face. Sometimes they were super busy and never once rushed us out of there. We are thankful for our experience and time spent at Wiregrass!

My family and I have resided here for almost two years and we have enjoyed our time here. Our balcony view is amazing, everyone is friendly and their monthly events are great ways to get to know your community. The valet trash and Amazon hub on premises are definitely perks for us.

I don’t usually leave reviews. But this place needs one. My husband and I have now lived here for almost 2 years. When we first moved it it was great. But since then the complex has changed management and has gone WAY down hill. Lazy, careless, rude and WAY to expensive for the service you get. I absolutely do not recommend living here.

Dealing with this place has been a complete nightmare. No one answers the phones no matter what time of day you call. When they do answer, they will tell you just about anything to get you to pay the application fees. The assistant manager will answer your questions on behalf of the actual manager and then the actual manager will have no clue what you are talking about. When you ask for their promises in writing, they will tell you that they will work on getting something typed up and then deny that they said that after you pay the fees. On top of that, if you demand a refund, they will claim to refund you within 30 days but good luck with that actually happening. I ignored all the bad reviews thinking things couldnt have been that bad or it was just a misunderstanding but they are correct. This has happened to several other people.

Ive lived here for almost a year now and while maintenance is amazing, amnesties are wonderful and I love this apartment I have some words for management. A couple months ago new people moved into the apartment above me. (Now I understand it is apartment living and that it can be noisy and its inevitable that I will hear footsteps and noise every now and then BUT my upstairs neighbors are LOUD!!! They have a child that likes to run around, it constantly sounds like they are moving furniture, they are constantly having lots of people over (which is fine but be considerate of your neighbors) and they like to blast music at all hours of the day. I have reported this to Signal 88 which is our courtesy patrol at least 7 times! I have also informed Wiregrass associates about this matter multiple times. But guess what, the noise continues! It is currently 12:29am as I am writing this because once again I got to call signal 88 not once but TWICE within one hour because the people above me cannot keep it at a reasonable noise level. I even called 911 non-emergency because it seems signal 88 cant do their job either. Isnt it wonderful that I pay about $1,400 for a two bedroom apartment but cant even get rest or do my homework nor proper customer service as a resident. Im not comfortable In my own home!!!! I am a college student who is working two part time jobs, and doing student teaching. My roommate is a nurse who works 3-4 13 hour shifts a week and has to be up at 5am! I dont understand why Wiregrass Management is failing to do their job and take care of this ongoing situation but its ridiculous! I guess my reports and cries for help are not taken seriously here at wiregrass.

Ill preface this review with the note that Ive lived in 13 complexes in 4 states, because of my oilfield job, and have never had the first issue. Everything here is designed to look pretty but the whole complex including the office is heavy on pretense. The best things here are the view out back and the maintenance guys (except for one). And since I already know theyre pocketing my deposit, here goes:- Bugs: scorpions 6 times in a 2nd floor apt (see pics), red headed centipedes, ants, and silverfish. Pest Control comes in, spends about a minute, then leaves.- The newest maintenance guy. Shorter and darker. Real unprofessional & shouting. The other guys do great & help out when they can.- Downstairs neighbor: Had cops out between 11 pm & 2 am three times in a year. Once the boyfriend came beating on the door & busted the window. Mgmt not only did nothing, but didnt even know.- Speeding: The back row against the fence has no signs, speedbumps, or crosswalks. People drive through there at highway speeds, even with pets & kids around. The office doesnt say a word, but they will go after pets because there is some money in that.- Construction: While everything looks nice, it doesnt function well. Walls/floors/ceilings are paper thin so you can hear everything. Carpets are seamed poorly (see pic) & you have to work the windows to get them locked. Much less posh than you are getting charged for.- Trash Valet: Everyone is charged a mandatory fee for trash pickup when some folks just throw it over the fence into the walking park. Its really fun to see people drive with trash on their hoods or the back of their car and watch it fall off & explode in the parking lot.- Inconsistent management: At least 3 regime changes in 18 mos. New person every time you call the office and thats if they pick up. I would encourage reading the fine print and getting receipts for everything.There are other things, but these are the big ones. I also think its odd that the Wiregrass facebook reviews are all five stars, but on other sites, they are closer to 3 or 3.5. If they make a mistake in accounting, you will be responsible, so again, get receipts and document everything that happens and I hope you have a much better experience than mine.

My experience with Wiregrass has been amazing. Security & maintenance are on point & amenities always clean. Apartments have an engaging modern interior design with one of the best views in Stone Oak.All staff members act professional & reliable. Specially Joseph, anytime I have a problem is good to know Joseph got my back.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place.

I have lived here for almost a year and I absolutely love it. It is incredibly quiet with great views of Stone Oak Park and the rest of the city. The property is well-maintained and guests always comment on how beautiful the interior of the apartment is. Highly recommend!!

The apartment complex itself is great. Had a few issues and maintenance came out and took care them promptly. The apartment itself is nice and spacious and just really overall a nice apartment. The staff when I first moved in was very helpful. I think the walls a little thin but thats not too bad. Overall i think it is great place to live and a great location, youre so close to so much and not a ridiculous crazy drive to downtown. The only fault I have with this place is my downstairs neighbor. I dont know if it was just bad luck on the apartment I chose or what but its just terrible. Ive had 3 apartments before this one and I never had to deal with noise issues but this is just ridiculous. The sad fact is I contacted management and they said they will contact them. Well 4 days on from receiving that email and nothing has changed. Its 11 on a Sunday and I can hear their music through my bathroom floor. And its not just in the morning, Its day, night, Hell whenever they want to play it. I currently live here and if something isnt done about this which I doubt it will be than I wont be renewing my lease and Ill be leaving. Sad thing is I just moved here and I still have a year on my lease...

My experience at Wiregrass at Stone Oak has been very pleasant. Imani made us feel welcomed and provided excellent customer service introducing us to the property. During the tour she was willing to show us multiple floor plans which might meet our needs. The staff has always been professional, polite, and friendly addressing any of our concern and work orders in a timely manner.The apartment complex has a nice view and is located in close proximity to local shopping and restaurants. The grounds are well-maintained, the amenities always clean, and residents appear to clean up after their pets.The apartment interior is spacious. Kitchen and bathrooms have plenty of cabinets, and drawers. The garage is larger than our previous.I highly recommend Wiregrass Apartments for a great place to live.

My first apartment was at Wiregrass! I loved this apartment complex! The office staff were nice and welcoming and the maintenance people were timely and very nice! I recommend this to someone who can afford something a little pricey. Only bad thing is that people didn’t really clean up after their pets outside. There’s always parking, which is good. The pool is nice, also. Overall, great apartment complex!

Wiregrass at Stone Oak management and team are extremely friendly, professional, understanding and I have never had any issues as it pertains to immediate costumer service and maintenance. They are very prompt and I get immediate resolutions to anything which since I have lived here I have not experienced any problems. I love it at Wiregrass at Stone Oak. The views are amazing and it is quiet for an apartment complex.

This community is fabulous! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful and very creative in coming up with fun events. The apartment interiors are beautiful and well designed. I really enjoy the amenities such as the pool and club house. Very conveniently located as well. :)

I am updating my review from a previous post from June. The major reason is that since moving into our apartment (mid-May), a new manager, Dustin, has been hired to run our property. He has made major changes to the community as a whole and for the best. My family and I have worked closely with him to address our issues (both community and apartment), all of which were addressed properly and quickly. He has even followed up with us many times to make sure that we are happy with the improvements. Since Dustin has been manager, the dog park now has drinking water available to the dogs and there is someone who picks up poop around the property. We love how clean the place now feels. Dustin has also made sure that the problems we originally had in our apartment were repaired. Dustin has made a positive difference at Wiregrass and his energy is really great for the community, as he has made sure to host regular community activities such as football game watch days, movie nights, pool parties, aqua-aerobics, etc. We love how much pride he also takes in making Wiregrass a relaxing place to live. SO much better than what we first experienced. I would definitely recommend Wiregrass to someone looking for a place to live.

The apartment itself is gorgeous! But when you get into the logistics of the apartment, thats when things start to get really frustrating.The apartment is poorly put together, the material for little stuff like the cabinets, or the showers are very cheap. So you find inconveniences that are a real pain in the butt. Also the A/C was a problem throughout the entire time weve been here, it keeps freezing over, with literal ice chunks we have to remove, no matter how many times we have maintenance fix the problem, it keeps happening, its so frustrating. The windows have not properly been sealed, so whatever the weather is outside, it will feel like this in your apartment, and your CPS bill is substantially higher due to this.The view is gorgeous, and I love how super dog friendly it is.Theres the same grade of apartments in the same area, with much lower rent. i thought paying more, you would receive more, but thats not the case, this complex is about 3 years old, and still has a lot of work that needs be done to tailor more to the needs of the residents.However, the staff has always been a pleasure and Ive never had any issues with them. Its just the apartment itself.

Well... currently I’m a resident here, and so far 6 months our experiences have been HORRIBLE. getting the police called on us multiple times because my boyfriends car is “loud” when you start it. Cops literally come & say don’t worry about it, there is nothing anyone can do about that. Get called into the office about it, & making it seem like we’re doing something wrong, that we shouldn’t be parking in the garage then with the loud car & pretty much trying to say the car didn’t need to be started on this property? So whatever we blow it off & try to literally roll the car out of the garage to be courteous.NEXT we get our FRONT DOOR LOCKS SUPER glued & our garage door super glued to where we could not stick our key in it. They also super glued the door handle & peep hole. This happened TWO times. We filed TWO police reports then as well. Maintenance was nice enough to replace them 2 times with out charging us & we really appreciated that. During this time, someone stole our trash cans THREE times. Someone has also put a dirty diaper in our trash can. Yet again we literally just take this with a grain of salt & move on with our business.But now Recently my Tire has now been slashed & managers have said we could PAY to move apartments or PAY to get ANOTHER garage. So we pay to get a SECOND garage a few days ago another $150 & the garage door doesn’t even work, we immediately put in a work order for it & were told today that a contractor has to come out & they “may” come tomorrow. But really who knows right!!! I do appreciate Joseph the leasing agent for helping me put my spare tire on when this happened.Also our garage we’ve currently had, the handle is all messed up like someone tried to break into it the same time my tires got slashed. & were also told that they have to wait & “order” a new handle but it’s “secure”.Since it’s considered “vandalism” for the tires, I have to pay out of pocket for.a new one. At this point, too many things have happened at this property & I just can’t wait for our lease to be up so we don’t have to worry about where we live anymore.The lights in the parking lot where we park are ALL out & have been out for some time.The gates are usually left open/not working properly.$1200 a month now, you would think they would take care of their residents safety & belongings better.

This apartment complex is at a great location and close to my project. The apartment is very comfortable with all the convenience of home away from home. The staff is very friendly. When I need some information Joseph always has an answer for me. I highly recommend Wiregrass apartments for a great place to live.

Wiregrass apts are very clean. The park across the road has a lovely and clean, free of dog poop, children’s area. The staff are so professional and engaging. They give their best and in doing so manage to create community among residents. My family is happy at Wiregrass.

This said, I have noticed both minor and major improvements that have been made since Dustin began managing the property this summer. He and Denisse are a great team and their staff is awesome! Renewing my lease and recommending!!

Very, very good staff! The assistant manager, Natalie is amazing, maintenance gets everything taken care of immediately, and its quiet! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are excellent. Im very happy I stumbled upon this gem. Best decision of 2016.

I have lived at Wiregrass for about two months now and it has been great. Imani was the leasing agent that helped me out and she was very sweet. I love the layout of the one bedroom that I am renting and the finishes are great. My view of Stone Oak Park cant be beat either!

Just visited this apartments and literally were impressed. Not only the looks of the apartments, but the staff themselves. They automatically welcome us as part of their family. We looked at others in the vicinity, but no comparison to the price and the location. Basically, we figured the location and part of town it would not be in our budget. We are so happy we visited and got to be able to move in soon and be part of Wineglass apartments family.

I’ve been here over a year and have no complaints. Joseph has been a huge help. Well maintained property and very quiet.

The apartment is great you until you move out and they charge you with enormous invoice. I moved in to an old carpet apartment. The carpet cleaning company sent out by the apartment said the life of the carpet has ended. The apartment fail to change the carpet even after this comment was made by their carpet cleaning company.I now moved out and I received a bill for carpet cleaning.Very disappointing.

I am new to Texas, as well as San Antonio so choosing the right place to live was a huge concern. Absolutely made the right choice to live here. Have to give a shout out to Umani in the Wiregrass office, she made the process of moving in so easy, and still checks on me!

The place is nice, however the staff is not. The office is incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. For example, I was assigned a garage and given a key and clicker to open it and turns out the same garage was already assigned to a different resident that also had a key and clicker to open it. That was a mess to figure out. Then months later my garage was assigned to a family before I even moved out of it! I moved out in June 2017, and Now October 2017 I get collections harassing me about hundreds of dollars I owe to Wiregrass. I call them to figure what I owe, since I was always on time for rent, always paid my bills, and paid hundreds of dollars in deposits upon moving in and they told me for damages. I was never emailed, called, or contacted about said damages. I was never given an itemized list of damages. I was never given an opportunity to discuss or pay for damages before collections contacted me. So now my credit will be dinged. A pet deposit was paid at the beginning of move in and the office cant even tell me if it was applied to my outstanding fee or what happened to the hundreds of dollars I paid. The account manager has still not contacted me back to help me figure this all out. Save yourself the money and hastle and choose to live at one of the many other complexes off of Stone Oak Parkway.

Wiregrass is the best community on Stone Oak! You need to lease here! My children and I loved this place! The office staff is wonderful! Always very kind, hosting the best events for their residents! Thanks wiregrass!

Ive been here at Wiregrass for over 6 months now and Im loving it. My apartment is perfect, the grounds are always kept up, and the staff (shoutout to my girl, Imani) are so sweet and welcoming every time I go into the main office. Ive lived several places in the North San Antonio area and Im happy to call Wiregrass my home. Its the best!

Great, great, great!!! could not be more thankful to the staff they are awesome and so accommodating!! Property is clean, secure, and feels like home already. Everyone is really friendly and the location is the best. I never want to leave here!!!!

Wiregrass used to be a good place but not anymore!! They broke into many cars here! Main gates are not working most of the time and maintenance requests takes forever!! sometimes it can take weeks!!!Their leasing office is a mess and they make up the rules whenever they feel like it. Customer service is ZERO and Whittney in that office is an example!! Upper management should consider making replacements to their current staff in order to turn this place around.I currently live here and I cannot wait for my lease to end!!I dont recommend this place at all, there are way much better places than this!! They are truly not professional and very disrespectful to their residents!!!

I have nothing but praise for this complex and wonderful staff. I needed housing as quickly as possible for my family. Joseph and Dustin worked quickly to get my application approved, we moved in 24 hours later! My dogs love the dog park and all the new friends they make every day. Michael the Maintenance supervisor is wonderful, very kind and helpful, I’ve had 3 maintenance requests since I have been here, and he has completed all of them within an exceptionally timely manner. Dustin and Denisse are amazing management team! They work hard to create fun and inviting community events to encourage inclusivity. Beyond that they are easy to talk to and make you truly feel like a valued resident. I’m very happy that I choose to make this complex my family’s home.

After a 1 year lease with absolutely no issues(besides a broken A/C which they fixed quickly), they will try to strong-arm you into a $394.00 rent increase . Avoid if you are looking at a long term solutionEDIT: The increase was due to a clerical error and Dustin & the rest of the wiregrass team has done a lot to make things right!

I have been in this apartments since august and absolutely love the location and apartments. There in great location very quite, lots of good amenities and office staff is always very helpful. Highly recommended for people who are looking for place to live away from all the noise.

The facilities and apartments are very nice. The front office staff is nice and willing to work through any issue that may arise. They also hold mini events through out the year for their residents. We will be renewing our lease.

The place is nice to live in, but be aware how people its fake. and tell you the wrong stuff to take advantage of your security deposit, and to charge more money just because you heading to a new place. Denisse Montalvo what a liar person after talking 3 times in person at the office she gave us the dates to return keys and surprisse sent me a bill for 3 extra days adj 3 days rent and keep the deposit. And sent an extra bill what a joke, lucky I have a copy dated 2 days before the deadline to return the keys. I will file a complaint at the court.

I recommend Wiregrass to everyone looking to move to the Stone Oak area. Dustin, our propertys manager is AWESOME!!!

This is the worst place you can find in Stone Oak area! The management team are the worst ever! Dustin and Denisse are incompetent and they lack the basic skills to run this place. Lies Lies Lies! All what you hear from them! No wonder why they have so many empty apartments that they cannot fill. Avoid this place and look somewhere else.They pump up the rent at least $200 after your one year lease ends. Apartments are full of roaches and many cars were broken into. Get the police report and see for your self!They will rip you off with charges and fees moving in and moving out.No respect for their residents! Zero customer service! They are disgusting people!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!

The WORST management I have EVER dealt with, from the assistant manager, to the manager (Venica) to her manager (Rodrigo). Not sure where Epoch picks these people up.Both my husband and I have held management positions and these people have ZERO management skills. They never answer their phones, they take FOREVER and a half to get anything done with repairs, and in this case our refund.We vacated our apartment on March 3rd, by law the company has 30 days to issue our refund. We are now well past 60 days!Where is my refund???

I lived here for 10 months in 2b,2ba third floor. This property is well manicured, quiet and in a beautiful location. The gym leaves much to be desired but it works. The grills did not always work and almost exploded while I was trying to use in front of a maintenance guy. The office staff are awesome. However, I had placed work orders talked to management and certain things that were minor never were addressed. Procedure for move out written in the instructions they give you state that Denise a manager there can do a walk thru with you 30 days or so prior to move out. This is to point out deficiencies that can be corrected to save renters fees. When approached her about this she VERY RUDELY said we dont do that. That is what the move out instructions are for. She made no effort to apologize, cooperate or compensate me on my request. 3 days before my lease ended as I handed over the keys office staff asked if I wanted to do a walk thru with Denise. I told her that Denise denied that request already. After move out I received less than half of my deposit back and I was billed for things that were never fixed. I had no lights in the bedrooms at all. The water pressure was absolutely inconsistent and shut off on me mid shower multiple times. I will be scheduling an appointment with Denise to discuss this situation. I will keep yall posted.

BEWARE they will nickel and dime you when you leave! Lived at Wiregrass for a year. All in all it was a decent experience. The outdoor grills never worked for the entire year and the car wash station never had working water or vacuum so those amenities were non-existent. When I moved out I cleaned the apartment spotlessly (Im OCD) and they still tacked on $15 to clean the EXTERIOR of the front door and claimed the ceiling fan had a bit of dust. Ive never heard of an apartment holding a tenant liable for dust on the front door. The landscape crew was blowing dust all over the outside of the building weekly and they charged me for it. Talk about crazy!

Theres no way these reviews are real...the management is in no way professional, competent, friendly, or helpful. They actually made my short stay there miserable. The only reason they get 1 star is for the nice view but that wasnt enough to get me to renew. They really arent as nice as they look and maintenance cant really do much for you. Apparently pest control comes every Friday yet Ive never seen them, once. Probably why there was a scorpion in the shower. DONT recommend moving here.

UPDATE 6/2020After being taken in by new management things have certainly changed. The unit next to us caught on fire after the tenants moved out and putting that out ended up flooding our unit.It’s been back and forth process of being told that no one is replacing the floor boards and no one would be replacing the carpet, in both my unit and the one next to us. The fire occurred on March 3rd. It is mid June and we still do not have baseboards and are still missing the carpet pads they removed in our third bedroom.The unit next to us was vacant until they rented it out and magically after three days of their hard work, it’s completely renovated. Updated appliances and ceiling lights, the new thick blinds, new baseboards and flooring and carpet too! After we were told the “flooding wasn’t that bad” that those items would not need to be replaced in our unit or even that unit.On top of that, my name has been on a list for a garage near my unit since I moved in almost two years ago... looks like the new tenant actually got it first.I am beyond disappointed in the management. I’m still paying full price for this damaged unit. The management takes this very nice stone oak complex and makes it feel like a sub-par “home.” Nice aesthetic, poor management.———Been living here since late August and we love it so far!!Everyone in the leasing office is amazing, Joseph and Dustin thank y’all!Love the property, the apartment layout (I’m in a three bedroom). Every time I pull in to the property I feel joy because the architecture and wildlife details are beautiful.... Always makes me smile. The grounds are clean and all the neighbors I’ve met are very friendly!Only wish our upstairs neighbors could take off their cinderblock shoes and this place would almost be perfect.... lol smh

This is my first apartment since I was a kid. My roommate and I searched for an apartment that we were happy with for months and came across Wiregrass. The staff is super friendly and helpful any time we need assistance. We love our apartment and the amenities on the property. Everything is kept up and in good condition which I love. They take pride in the properties condition so that it doesnt look run down I REALLY love that. I dont mind the rules for this reason alone. If you cant take pride in how your home looks....well. Yah. Sorry. We have been here 3 months now and I am still very happy with the decision to choose Wiregrass as my home.

The staff is amazing, very attentive and friendly. I love my apartment, definitely best looking apartments you will find in the stone oak area.

Giving 3/5 stars overall. Grounds are lovely and well kept, residents pick up after their pets more so than previous apartments I have lived in. My husband and I have lived in multiple “luxury” apartment homes all across the US, Wiregrass is average/slightly below average. Below I will list pros and cons of our experience thus far.Pros:Grounds are well kept, no pet feces.Maintenance is very polite and seems genuinely cheerful when speaking to you.During tours prior to leasing Whitney was lovely and showed us multiple floors plans over the span of 2-3 days as we changed our mind a few times on what we would like.Pool is well kept, furniture is in good condition.Gym is wonderful and has many machines but some do not work properly and some of the equipment could use a freshing up as it is very dirty/oldGarages are VERY large and spacious.Walls/noise is average for an apartmentCons:Possibly the biggest con and something I have never encountered at any complex at which I have rented. The club house- pool table, coffee machine, poker table closes ON THE WEEKEND at 5pm because their “isn’t someone to supervise” paying $1600 a month I do not expect to need a babysitter to use the faculty’s and as an adult who works long hours and isn’t home before 10pm M-F this leaves my family completely unable to use the club house on weekends when most normal people have time off. VERY disappointing, I understand why as there doesn’t seem to be a way to close off the office space from the club house but that should have been considered during the build, every previous place we have lived has a locked door to the office that is closed when the business closes so that residents may use the facility’s from 6-10pm when the staff is gone. When we leased we were told that someone is there on weekends, this has proved untrue as Sunday night we were unable to play pool at 6:30pm or enter the clubhouse at all.Office staff has a demeaning tone (possibly unintentional) and how they speak often feels as though they are talking down to you. Most of the time you don’t get a smile or feeling of genuine care.There doesn’t seem to be any type of curtesy officer to patrol at night. (Possibly solution to opening the clubhouse ?)The spa is nice but water is often a dingy color and isn’t very hot with no clear way of how to turn it up, as well as half the jets do not work properly, making it less like a jacuzzi and more like a small luke warm public bath with not many bubblesSurrounding the pool are many bushes FULL of bees, as someone who’s husband has a severe bee allergy this is unsettling. As well as around the property there are quite a few wasps nests -it’s Texas and is to be expected but could be better controlled-I would recommend to family or friends looking for a place to live but do highly recommend you carefully read over your lease. We follow complex rules religiously where ever we are renting but this is the first time in over 7 property’s we have lived that there is a clause that if you have a dog that you aren’t supposed to they have permission to enter at any time (including allowed to break a window) and take your pet and surrender it to a shelter. We have our pets on the lease but defiantly a very scary thought if you got a puppy and hadn’t registered it with the complex as I know MANY people often do not do, they assured me that they don’t enter without giving you 24/7 notice but in the lease they do not have to. As someone who is home all day I would be very upset with someone entering without my knowing especially paying so much a month (this has NOT happened BUT is allowed to on your lease) something that we were initially very concerned with as I have epilepsy and have frequent confusion States after seizures, it’s a constant anxiety knowing that at ANY time if they wanted to do a random walk through they are 100% allowed to and I wouldn’t know what was going on. It did not deter us from renting in the end but is something to be greatly considered BEFORE you place your $350 application fee.
