Costa Bella Apartments are a beautiful place to live!! I have lived here for a little over 2 years and already have plans to stay another!! The staff is always friendly and their amazing community director is always on top of things! The maintenance crew are quick to respond to any maintenance requests and always have a smile on their face. The location is beautiful with plenty of areas to walk and trees for shade. The pool is always clean and ready for use, not to mention it has outdoors grills and plenty of tables and sun chairs for use. The units are clean, spacious and well laid out.

My boyfriend and I moved in about 2 weeks ago, and we are already loving it. Leti has been such a huge help throughout the entire process and shes always been super easy to get a hold of. Our move-in was smooth sailing with her help! We love the community feel the apartment complex has.

I have lived at Costa Bella apartments for 2 years now and I have no complaints. The office staff are always nice and helpful, Milton the maintenance man always waves as he rides by on his golf cart, the units are clean and updated. An overall great place to live.

I really appreciate Letys help. She is so kind and I am a foreign people and she just make me feel at home. Her services was amazing and really quick. She just makes everything easy. Thank You!!

Costa Bella only responds when you are on the application and ready to move stages. Once you move in, forget it! They are unresponsive. Do not sign up for the valet trash. It simply does not work. The trash was never picked up at the apartment door by the Valet Trash team and yet they keep charging me $20. Gladly I only enrolled with Costa Bella for a six months long leasing. Be wise and go elsewhere.

I am almost afraid to post this. Milton (head of maintenance) is truly the best maintenance man I have ever seen. Smart, hard working, never slows down. I owned two apartment complexes previously and never had the pleasure to have someone of his caliber. Hope he stays around!

All staff at the front office is always kind and helpful, but Leti is the best!!!! ❤️❤️ Maintenance is always kind and professional. It’s also super dog friendly and close to everything.

I moved to Costa Bella about two months ago, and it has been a good experience so far! Arlene, who was the leasing agent that assisted me with the move-in, has been very helpful and continues to follow-up in case I need anything. Id like to also state that the other leasing and maintenance staff have been a pleasure to talk to and helps me with any inquires I have.

Have been living here going on 4 years now, this was my first apartment since moving to San Antonio and i love it and have no plans on leaving, the staff is great, the apartments are great, they have something for everyones needs and we are in a great neighborhood in San Antonio, have had very few if any problems since living here, move on in, we need more good people.

Had a great move in! Staff was very helpful and I’m excited to live here.

Took a couple of days, but the maintenance tech did an excellent job and fixed both a bad GFI and my microwave door handle quickly and efficiently.

Costa Bella is a great place to call home and I’ve lived here for over two years. The grounds are attractive and well maintained, the office staff has always been professional and friendly while answering questions, and I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance staff. They have always worked hard to take care of any issue I have had in my apartment and those have been few in number. I would recommend Costa Bella as a superior place to live.

Milton did a fantastic job on my maintenance requests...he is always punctual and professional...by far the best maintenance lead and member I have ever encountered.

Submitted an online maintenance request about my apartment AC not working. The issue was resolved before I got home from work.

All of the staff was very friendly and supportive on helping us move into our new home. It only took less than a week to consult, tour, sort out the paper work, and sign the lease.

My husband and I have lived at Costa Bella for a year and half and dont have plans of moving anytime soon. We love the community, amenities, the staff, and the apartment itself.When we were looking for apartments we couldnt find an affordable 2 bedroom that was over 1000 sq. ft. We lucked out when we found Costa Bella. Our apartment is a wonderful and spacious 2 bed/ 2 bath on the 3rd floor with a BEAUTIFUL view from the balcony, large kitchen and master bathroom. We absolutely love it!Weve had a few maintenance requests and every one of them was addressed and taken care of within 24 hours. The maintenance staff is also very nice and respectful.Noise is rarely an issue and our neighbors are great. The pool is beautiful and the gym has a lot to offer. A lot of people in this community also have dogs- I guess since the apartments are bigger than most, people feel more comfortable with pets of all sizes here.The only thing that would make this community better would be a small area where dogs can run around unleashed- like a mini dog park. Many pet owners, like myself, want to socialize their dogs and since Costa Bella is such a dog-friendly complex I feel like it would encourage socializing between residents as well.

My partner and I are moving this month from this wonderful place to be closer to our jobs. The time we have lived here has been awesome, we have never had any issues and maintenance is nice and on top of things. Best part we will miss is walking into the office and always being greeted with a beautiful smile and the genuine feeling of being appreciated that we are residents there. There is one office staff member (Nicole) she is always so happy and jolly; its contagious and that makes a difference. Thank you Costa Bella staff for a great year there! -13205

Lived here for a year and havent run into any major issues. My neighbors are friendly and Ive never heard any loud noises around the complex (I live by the pool and even then its not loud). Parking hasnt been terrible, but occasionally after 6-7p you may have to park slightly farther away than normal. Grounds are maintained, but I know a dog park would be amazing for tenants!The staff has always been nice to me and Ive never had pest control issues. I live on the first floor as well. Honestly, Ive never had a better renting experience. Its not a perfect world, work orders are not closed within 24-48 hrs, Ive noticed it takes about a week at times. Mine have never been urgent, so didnt complain, but if ever a concern, I feel confident I could go to the staff and they would take care of it right away. Besides that, the valet trash service is too expensive. There have been several times when my trash wasnt picked up for several days and even a week. It got to the point that I just take it to the dumpster myself since I never know when theyll come (days they should be).I absolutely recommend this complex, even with the new management I havent encountered issues outside of small things.

Been here 10 months so far, and this apartment has had NONSTOP maintenance issues the whole time weve lived here! Maintenance is inept, at best. And they are NOT quick at getting to your problem. If you call the office with your request, you can assume it wont happen. If you request it online, it will take about a week to be addressed. Took maintenance 4 months to properly fix my toilet! They probably came out at least 4 or 5 times to try to fix it, and they wouldnt listen to my suggestions for what was wrong.The shower head was also losing almost all water pressure randomly, turns out there were THREE tiny screens inside, blocking the water. What?!Then, the shower faucet was leaking and no matter how tightly I turned it, it wouldnt shut off the water. They fixed that, then the shower HANDLE started leaking, they fixed that, then the faucet started leaking AGAIN. During one of these attempts, they caused water to leak down into my garage, ruining a few items I had stored down there..(Fixed it again today, well see how long that lasts.. )One of the most annoying things in these apartments are the extremely thin walls/floors/ceilings. If you have a person living above you, you WILL hear every footstep, every time they close the lid on their toilet, every time they flush, every time they vacuum. The ceiling creaks, the fixtures shake. The thin walls/ insulation will also cause you to have much higher energy bills. And if you live above garages, like we do, you will hear every time someone opens/closes their garage door. You will also be able to hear the extremely loud trash truck that comes thru at 5:30am, when it dumps it makes a loud crash! and then when it sets it back down, another crash! then it decides to honk and beep while backing up. like theres so much traffic coming thru at that time they need to make so much noise! NOThey do offer valet trash, but not valet recycling, so you still have to walk over to the nearest recycle bin, which is not available at every spot a garbage dumpster is.The garage door had several issues opening/closing, I had to tinker with the sensors to get it to work properly, besides that, the spring completely broke! The door couldve come crashing down on me or my car!Also had a problem with large roaches at first, but I bought my own roach baits and so far its keeping them away.. Also Im like 90% sure I saw a rat out by the pool one night. It scampered into a drainage pipe before I could get a better look. Also a few too many silverfish here and there.My roommate and I are definitely not renewing our lease, and cant wait to leave! If you have no other choice and HAVE to move in here, please check the AC filter, because it looked like mine hadnt been changed in years! extremely filthy! And the AC was not working properly either, causing higher energy bills. So if you MUST move in, be thorough because THEY arent. YOUVE BEEN WARNED

Blonde lady. I’m not sure if she’s the manager. But she is extremely rude and needs to learn patience. She doesn’t know how to speak to the residence and has a rude tone. She seems annoyed by her job. The maintenance guy with the dreads is the only good thing about living here.

Costa Bella is amazing. Approaching the end of my 12 month lease and I cant say anything negative. Ladies in the office are friendly, Maintenance crew is professional, complex is quiet, and parking (even for guests) has never been a problem. I am definitely going to miss this place. Recommend 10 times outta 10.

Went to see an apartment that their website said was available. It wasnt. Didnt want to see a model home, but thats what this lady showed us. She was pretty dry in answers and whipped out a price sheet and went through it quickly. Then, when she got up to show us the apt she was off like a racehorse. We had to speedwalk to keep up. She showed us around but was mono-toned and gave me the feeling she wanted us to hurry up and look. She was informative, but we had to ask a lot of questions. It was just a turn off. If you want to move in on the same day and get a specific price, its safe to say you cannot trust their website to tell you what is actually available. *two thumbs down.

Lived here for a year and did not have any major problems or issues at this property. Claudia was always a pleasure to deal with and was very friendly when going through the leasing and termination of my lease.The property is old, but interiors are quite clean considering it is an apartment and the majority of rental properties have this issue. Cant recall anything major other than a leak under my sink at 3am, but turning off the water and having maintenance come by later that morning to replace the pipe fitting solved the issue.Word of the wise: If you have bad knees and/or back issues obviously avoid the 3rd floor as the staircase is quite large and steep at this property.

They caused a Fair Housing Violation by discriminating me and my family. Im a single mom with 2 toddlers and they wouldnt let me rent a 1 bedroom apartment.

Lived at these apartments for two years and compared to other places Ive lived these are fairly good apartments, maintenance is always quick and grounds are keep clean and in good order. However there is a lot of dog poop, little parking and no one seems to care that people park in handicap accessible parking and ramps and also in fire zones. It was very frustrating when I came home from work at 2 am and there are no parking spots left except outside the gate in front of the pool. They are pretty quick to fine you for any trash you place outside your door though. There are breed and weight restrictions for dogs although they were lax in terms of weight for me. While maintenance was great, quick and friendly, the management didnt seem to want to put too much money into repairs, often quick patch jobs were their solution. While I would probably live here again I would advise anyone doing so to utilize the move in check list and take photos. Upon move out they tried to keep my deposit claiming damages that were actually caused by a previous tenant. When I showed them my copy of the move in inventory and photos of my move in, they did promptly return my deposit. Pool and gym are always clean and easy to access as well.

My wife and I have lived at Costa Bella for a year and we have absolutely loved it. The grounds are well maintained, the pool is always clean and nice, and the workout room is great. The office is always friendly and helpful. We have only had one maintenance request in the last year(our a/c stopped blowing cold air) and they fixed it within 24 hours. There is plenty of parking and the complex is pretty quiet. We have rarely even heard our neighbors. We are now upgrading to a 2 bedroom and the styles offered here are out of our budget, so we have to move. I would recommend these apartments to everyone!

I must say Costa Bella is the most amazing apartment complex I have ever lived on. Before I lived here I came for a showing and loved it. I ended up returning and choosing Costa Bella due to the amazing management staff that Stephanie Pritchard has. Everyone in the office is amazing and incredibly friendly including Nichole, Maegan, Kim, and the Maintenance Team. The Maintenance team is so quick to act when it comes to a Maintenance request, a lot faster than my previous apartments. They are always taking care of their residents. Every month we have some kind of event. In the summer we had an awesome Pool Party with food and beverages. They gave all the residents a fee week of spa services. The apartment itself is awesome, I love how nice and quiet it is and how beautifully the apartments are designed. I highly recommend this complex over any other in the area. If you are looking for a modern and beautiful apartment complex where the office team loves and cares for their residents then this is definitely the place for you.

I really like living here! The staff are friendly and the other residents are not too noisy. It is conveniently situated in a nice part of town and close to both 281 and I10, making it easy to get anywhere.

Love it here! Staff is great. Location is perfect. Less than 10 minutes from Stone Oak and I-10. The only bad part is the water payment. Being in the military and being deployed/TDY, we have to pay for water that we are not using. I was gone for six months and paid $50 each month on something that I was not using. They are pet friendly and do not discriminate against any breed.

Weve been living here for 1 year and just renewed our ease, i never had any issues, only needed maintenance 1 time so far and they fixed it quick, the staff is great, Claudia is very helpful and friendly, the gym and pool are really nice, we just love this place

This place was very quiet and very clean I had really quiet neighbors thank god. The office staff always very helpful when things needed to be done in my apartment they got done they also referred me to a great moving company Superior Movers they did a fantastic job this place was all the way a great place to live at.

In general the apartments are in fair condition- old but spacious. We have lived here for 2 years and like with any complex certain problems have come up. The front office does not effectively communicate with each other which has become apparent when I have had to come in and complain several times about maintenance issues not being taken care of. I am disappointed in the quality of service considering the amount we pay. It should never take 5 days for someone to come and work on a maintenance problem.

Roaches and they wont do anything. They say its because of The trees. No its because they dont care. Nobody should move into a vacant apt and have roaches. Its unacceptable for the amount of rent we pay here. Call orkin

Good place to live but worst and bad manager...I lived in the Apt for 6 months and Broke my lease and gave 60 day notice, vacated in 1 month and the manager Amber told me that A Reletting fee is something that MUST be charged when a lease is broken. Along with the reletting fee comes the Future rent, which basically covers the 60 day notice that is needed before turning in keys. You did not have to pay for the full 60 day notice because someone leased out your apartment.But finally she charged remaining month rent and reletteing fee, infact they leased the Apt after 1 week I vacated(she literally cheated me). I sent an email to her why you cheated charging the amount ever after Apt leased, need proper response from you or your higher management, but she diddnt reply back at all. I cleared 60% amount but seems they sent my details to collection agent. So I have to think about this community and move legally against to the management.

This has to be the worst apartment Ive ever lived in. And, Ive lived places MUCH worse. This was supposed to be my upgrade. I was wrong.They drag you in, thinking youre getting the top notch apartment complex, close to stone oak.HA, no.They expect us to cover their upgrade charges( which they need to for people to move in), when WE shouldve been upgraded at move in. Old carpet, shoddy plumbing( 4 leaks), and for some reason, decide to switch management mid contract. Every new tenant had new carpet, new countertops, and new vinyl flooring, and yet, were expected to pay for that, upon move-out. I do not recommend ANYONE who plans on moving into this apartment complex to enjoy their stay. We regret to inform other to move here, because we were so side blinded and would NEVER want any other family to be treated this way.DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR MISTKAES/LAZINESS.If you do decide that Costa Bella is the place for you, please make sure you inspect the entire apartment, thoroughly.In all honesty, WE should be suing this property management company for making us live in such a terrible environment. We are already taking legal action. If anyone has had the same experience, please reach out. Weve dealt with this, throughout. We honored our lease agreement. Bad water pressure, badly organized kitchen arrangement. Rude staff, and when you leave they will forward any fees directly to a collection agency without letting you know you have amount due resulting in collection agency fees. Do not recommend anyone to move here.

Disappointed with the new management company that just took over. Front staff is often rude (to me and other residents I’ve seen come in with questions) and full of miscommunication. Example: I spoke with the manager about a topic in the morning and got a whole different story from someone else in the afternoon. The grounds are dirty with trash everywhere (I have pictures and wish I could post them here) and there is dog poop all over the place. We have been here 3 years and will not be renewing our lease this year. Can’t wait to get out of here!!!!!

After four yrs of living there I was forced to move out when the new mgmt took over. Had to move in two days. Yes, a disabled military veteran was put out.

Very disappointed, I have four months living in these departments go three times that I tell them to fix an exercise section and in these four months they have not done so, so if they do not have a tennis court or something else at least they would have to have the sections from the gym in good condition

I’ve been living here a little over a year and a half first year was great maintenance was great work orders were always up-to-date lately I don’t know if it’s under new management or new maintenance I have not had no running water in my shower the master bedroom for over two weeks I call and I leave messages work orders and nothing has been done I was supposed to get new blinds for my new contract it’s been over 4 months and they have not kept up with their end of the deal as far as resigning of the lease .No one has the courtesy to call you kept you up-to-date as for what is the reason for no water or what is the reason for no blinds very upset
