This is a good place for busy people! You only need to walk to go to North Star Mall and find everything that you need there. The management are doing their best as well to provide all the services we need so kudos for that!

I see the hard work management is doing and it’s paying off. Property is looking great and I’m excited about the things they have planned to get the property fully functioning and going. Rachel is the best at what she does! We can’t blame management for everything that previous managements and companies didn’t fix. So I appreciate that they are trying!

The only reason why this place is getting a star to behind with is because I rate without leaving a star. This place is terrible. Infested with roaches and bedbugs. Electrical problems that cause fires and get the residents in hotels for months. Doesn’t even communicate to the hotels they are holding their residents in and deliberately undermine their authority. There is no sense of worry or care for the residents no matter who the property owner is. It’s vile. And the expectation to continue to charge rent when there is no power or AC is absolutely insane. So thanks for the scam. Hope it gets shut down soon with its 58 violations that the city has found guilty of

Been living here since 2014 and have seen different property companies buy the complex, they take over and start making changes to the property and changes in staff.Ive seen my share of indifference in each company and there teams. Well the new property manager brought along a great team (staff) and they do exceptional work. The property hasnt looked more immaculent since my staying here and maintenance is heads on great with there work orders.I had a good experience as I was being attended to this morning (Rachel 👍). The office manager was very responsive and attentive to her work environment and my issue.Francisco

This is the absolute worse property on the NW side of San Antonio. The units have so many health issues from mold growing endlessly. Full open ceilings with water coming through. No functionable AC units. Constant breaking and entries to units. (Daily) as if its the norm to be burgularized. The amount of drugs being sold out of unit 2S is like a Valero store. The management is very blind yo thrir tenants. I contacted Andrea Baugher @ Towncap properties which I feel is a fake email address to aboid accountability. Their is garbage, furniture anr debr8 in tge MIDDLE OF THE COMPLEX NEXT TO A DUMP. Tge city of Dan Antonio needs to shut this place down!!!!

Horrible apartments along with staffing, nothing is ever fixed .I am over run with roaches and gnats . My A/C hasnt worked in over a year, mail box has been Vandalized over a year . I was given the wtong address didnt find out after a year of living on the property . Got into a Verbal altercation with maintenance. They mistakenly wanted to evict me and all they said opps Im sorry they called my job asking me to renew my lease when I had already renewed 3 month prior. Not structure poorly trained . Dont rent here ... just dont

Literally the worst apartments ever. They never fix anything. We bugged them for almost a year to fix the mold in our ceiling along with a leak. They never wanted to fix anything no matter how much we complained. We constantly complained and still they never even attempted to help. I would never recommend to anyone to move here. If I can stop at least one person from coming to these garbage apartments it’ll be worth it.

They did a promotion that if you gave a five star rating you would be in a lotto to get a discount of rent so the five stars are not really accurate. You have no control over heating or air conditioning in your unit, they are community chillers. So its either hot or cold. Due to the few days of cold, we have not had ac and its unbelievably hot in these old units. Especially as the chiller breaks down often. Stay away from this place!

My wife, who is 8 months pregnant and I have been repeatedly trying to contact the complex office and the corporate office in order to express our concerns and issues.Our AC unit has been defective for 4+ months.We have one window unit in our bedroom that cannot reach the rest of the house.We have been going without hot water for almost 2 weeks. The maintenance has been lackluster and inconsistent with work orders. We clean our apartment thoroughly each day to repel the disgusting roach problem the entire complex has.My wife and I referred a friend of ours to move into these apartments so we could receive a referral bonus to lessen our rent to save money for the baby on the way and, we were promised by one of the leasing agents that our rent would be $350 cheaper on May 1st. Our rent was $873 for our One Bedroom apartment and we were told that the referral policy had changed after we were promised the bonus.We are very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication of this complex. I would not recommend living here at all. The conditions are inhabitable especially for a growing family. Our lease is up in September and I believe the highlight of my year is not only my first child, but also, being rid of this horrible place to live.

Moved in these apartments in June 2019! And regretted it ever since. From the 1st week I’ve had AC issues which led to FLOODING issues in my hallways. This place looks “nice from the outside” and decent from the inside. But, please note these apartments deal with so many ISSUES.I’ve even had electricity issues, a burned circuit which could of caught my kitchen and my whole apartment on fire and Managment refused to help me fix this a week and a half later.(VERY DANGEROUS) and blamed it on me. Managment is run by these younger females, which have NO IDEA what they are doing. No customer service, and dose not care!Please apartments I’ve complained to to BBB 2X in the last year. For 1,200 you could be getting a 🏡.It’s not worth it. YOU WILL HAVE ISSUES

I have lived here for 3 years. Staff is great. Respond quickly. Kyle in the front office is very courteous, not at all off putting in anyway. I have never seen rats here as mentioned in one review. It is, for me, quiet and pleasant.

This is a great place to live. North Star mall is right across the street, plenty of food available in the area, two bars in walking distance, and the staff is excellent. Paul and Kimberly are helpful and it shows that they really care. The maintenance men are awesome. Whenever I put in a maintenance request they come and get it done. Julian is excellent. I love living here.

I love being a resident here! I feel like the staff is really attentive, they listen to you and maintenance has always been quick to respond to any issues Ive had which hasnt been many! Its definitely an upgrade from my previous place. The grounds are well kept and its just a place thats inviting and relaxing! Im proud to be an Urbana resident and to call this place home! I would refer anyone! Its also a quiet location in middle of San Antonio so everything is conveniently located near me! Love love LOVE IT!!! Kim and Paul are the BEST!!

Dont let all the five star reviews fool you. Lived there for over two years. My window in my bedroom was permanently sealed. No matter how clean you keep your household there is always bugs. Had water leak from upstairs and the ac that ruined the hall floor. Not to mention the rats that no matter what you couldnt get rid of. The size was fine but for the amount you pay which in our case with the utilities was about 1100+ a month it should have been better. We asked to downsize when I could no longer work so our income went down this occurred after we signed our third lease because we liked the location, the girl in the office told my wife they couldnt do that so just being honest we got evicted. The five star reviews are because they give a rent discount for posting them. Hopefully things will change but doubt it. I know several other tenants that have left or will leave because of the real problems going on.

Absolutely LOVE this apartment community! Paul and Kim are so friendly and definitely goes the extra mile for their residents. Maintenance is super super quick and friendly. Great prices! There are tons of shopping centers and restaurants close by. They do a great job of always keeping the apartments clean and well maintained! If you want a great staff, great price, and great location, this is it!!

I love how well they renovated the units. I am very content with mine and how spacious it is. The closet is Amazing. The staff is very friendly, the assistant Paul at front desk is super cool. Gets along well with everyone which is Great !

If I could give this complex a 0 star I would! I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex at all!! All the comments about roaches, rats, leaks, and AC problems are true! Also they’re always going through new management. They could never keep the same management for months. Maintenance crew would always take months to finally get stuff done or not at all. I lived there for 2 years I wish we left sooner, but we couldn’t bc it was close to the school that my kids had to go to. Now that my kids graduated we finally moved n in a better place.

Was looking for a good deal on an apartment and found it here. Kimberly and Paul were super helpful getting me approved same day. So far any issues Ive had have been resolved same day. Keep up the good work.

Ill be moving to San Anotnio for work in 6 months and will be coming back to live here. I walked around and it was beautiful. Will not be happy about living in the heat next summer, but their pools did look great! Paul the manager is very nice and informative.

I just recently moved in there was a few issues with the apartment and they sent Julian over to fix the problems the next day who was very personable and helpful. If I knew anyone who was ready to move this would be the place I would recommend.

The new guy Paul in the office is so very helpful and has provided me a numerous amount of times when Ive called or gone in for assistance. I have been a resident here at Urbana for 2 and a half years. The location is so perfect! I love being right next to the mall. Over the years I have had a few issues but they have been working hard to reach solutions. Ever since Rocio came on I can tell she really cares about the residents and making sure that we are happy. That goes a long way with me. I am happy that I live at Urbana and I know that if you move here you would be happy too!

ZERO STARS. My grandma and uncle live here, in September itll be a year. I visit often and every visit is horrible. The apartments are just filthy, infested with roaches and rats, drug dealers everywhere... I could go on and on. My grandma has killed 9 rats and the office does nothing about this situation. They just tell her to buy traps. (SEVERAL RESIDENTS HAVE KILLED NUMEROUS RATS AS WELL). The AC doesnt come on unless its over 70 degrees outside. The heater doesnt work they make you buy heaters from the store. They love to add late fees and file evictions but never want to fix anything on their end.

Staff is great! Cant complain office come quick and also if people want to complain of rats and all it might be better to begin in the way they live because i have not seen one at all! Not everyone is satisfied but i can tell you it is a nice place to live!!

It’s really a quiet community and I love it! The manager Paul is very nice and prior to moving in we went over the contract carefully. Not a lot of places really go into detail, but he fully explained how the fees are applied. Explained the timeframe when late fees are assessed in case anything is beyond late. I also asked about maintenance and how the bills accumulate overall. Very detailed.No lie I did read a lot of comments prior to moving in a couple of months ago and they all say maintenance this and maintenance that, bad management. But so far I haven’t had any major issues. Of course I’ve had fees but that’s my fault for being late. Hence “Late Fee.”They also had something called candy happy hour and it was so fun!! Lol

A.c is sub par. Breaks down most of the time. Mold from ceiling leak, its been 3 months and nothing has been done about it despite multiple work orders and visits to the office. In the 6 months ive been living here this apt complex has gone under new management 4 times that Im aware of. Roaches are a huge problem here, the list goes on. I dont recommend this place at all. They should burn it down, rebuild and start fresh with a staff that is permanent, who actually cares about their tenets needs. This place is a joke. Dont get scammed like the rest of us.

Not a good place to move to. I gave them 60 day notice and they said I didnt. They are charging me $4000. They are scandless theives and as crooked as they come. I asked to speak to Nexus and manager said they no longer own property. They are charging me outragous cleaning fees and fees for fixing things that were old n broken upon move in.

Ever since i moved in I’ve have nothing but problems with this complex. They want to charge you unexpectedly, their maintenance is just now getting good, they’ve been thru like 3 managers since I’ve moved in. And to top it off they don’t have central heating/ cooling so when it gets hot and their heaters are still on you can’t turn on the AC because it blows hot air. We have been without AC since January, and yes there has been the cold days but when it gets hot it is well over 80 degrees in my apartment and they keep making excuses on why it hasn’t been fixed. If i could rate this place even lower i would and i highly recommend you do not live here

I when to the office to ask some information about the apartments and the person in the office was closing she don’t have time to give any information about it., because was 2:00pm already, was more important to leave then have a possible new tenant... actitud was very bad very rude the way she answered and said nothing to do until Monday when she opens again.

I did a tour today of the complex, Kim was amazing and very attentive to all my questions and concerns. The complex is well kept and quiet, I will definitely be back.

-Roaches, fleas and mice infestations-The bathtubs and the sinks are painted with what appears to be cheap latex paint (same paint used on the walls), so they are impossible to clean without peeling the paint off.-The new property management company, Wehner Multifamily, did not acquire any records or leases when they bought the property, which meant that for months it has been a nightmare to pay rent. And they have been fighting me on how much money I gave for a security deposit even though I have a signed copy of my lease and they do not. They didnt know whose paid parking spot was whose, who has pets and owes pet rent, asked us to pay for utilities before they could give us an amount to pay, etc.-The AC, which is only on and off - no temperature settings - broke several times (once for over a week in July) without management telling us. When the system is on and broken, it pushes hot air into the apartment, which means we kept it off. Management fixed without telling us - so it stayed off for longer than needed.-No enforcement of community rules, like picking up dog poop or trash.-The washer and dryers are dirty and leak. Also, the payment functions on the machines breaks often.-Was promised a unit with a dishwasher (included in our signed lease), did not receive a unit with a dishwasher.-Our ceiling leaked - when emergency maintenance arrived to fix it more than two hours after we called, they did nothing to help us. The next day, at my insistence, they removed the wet dry wall from the ceiling, but have taken over three weeks to repair the removed drywall (Waiting on parts) and when they did send someone to fix it, did not schedule or inform us that they were coming. Additionally, whatever leaked (from our neighbors kitchen sink) was yellow and everything it touched, our counters, kitchen sink, cabinets and floor will not clean. No offer from management to credit rent or cover personal expenses caused by leak.-The pools are dirty-The vacant apartment next to us was broken into on a Friday, but management did nothing until Monday.-The pictures on their website are out of date - complex does not look like that now.

There were some scheduling issues but all in all Jesse and Frank were very professional when I dealt with them in person. They explained what needed to be done in the simplest of terms. And considering ALL the work they have to do, they were both very courteous.

Living here about 2 years now, Im writing this review because Im sick and tired of this AC problem that Ive experienced for awhile now and I think today just done it for me.This is by far the worst living condition Ive encountered, I feel bad for the kids that are living here that have to endure what Im going through, its 3 am and I cant sleep because it feels like Im trying to sleep in a sauna, the fact that I have work in a couple of hours is very draining. Urbanas Apartments been having this problem for a very long time from my experience, I believe they are using a very old chiller (AC Unit) that needs to be up to date.Its so embarrassing to stay here sometimes, like section 8 bad... I even look forward to going to work more then staying at home, its that bad.

My friend had her apartment robbed not too long ago there... !!!! 2 females run it and beware if their scandals.The place alone inside looks like nothing gets done for the people who do live there. I strongly recommend if you are searching for a unit DO NOT APPLY HERE!! The office staff is unprofessional! Our experience with this complex has been the absolute WORST! For starters. When we first toured the complex back in October, we seen a unit that was recently remodeled and in okay shape. Plus they were having a move-in special. We initiated the application process with a leasing agent who is no longer with the company. Which I will return to this point in a moment. We told her our move-out date was late November. We asked her numerous times while applying. Are you certain yall will have units because we are applying for a unit a month in advance. Our expected move-in date was 11-22-19 The woman Arissa assured us there would be a unit. It took them two weeks to approve us. Then they told us to contact them in two weeks. We called in two weeks. A woman over the phone assured us they had a unit and to come in the office this past monday 11-18-19. We going into the office, thinking all we needed to do was sign the lease and pay PRORATE. Theres new leasing agent. She claims the original leasing agent left without leaving any notes. The unit we were supposed to move into the resident decided not to move OUT!! The leasing agent was like dont worry we have anything unit we can get ready for you. We demanded to see the unit. SW30 was the unit. I will never forget that unit# because it was the DIRTIEST UNIT IVE EVER SEEN. This unit had poor lighting and NO dinninh area. We walked in the smaller one bedroom it was decent. The NIGHTMARE WAS THE RESTROOM! THERE WAS A HUGE CRACK IN THE FUX WOOD. THERE WAS A VENT LEAKING NASTY WATER IN THE SHOWER. I SEEN DEAD ROACH SHELLS ON THE FLOOR ONE OF THE OUTLETS IN THE RESTROOM DECIDED TO RESET. THE POWER TO THE A/C TURNED OFF, THE LIGHTS IN THE MASTER BEDROOM SWITCHED OFF AND THE POWER IN THE RESTROOM. THE SHOWER DIDNT HAVE A SHOWER HEAD!! The Master bedroom had CAT/DOG DROPPINGS THERE WERE ROACHES IN THE CLOSET. LIVING NOT DEAD. After the tour we told her absolutely NOT! I am 8months pregnant that unit is UNSANITARY!! The office manager decided to get involved. Be wanted our Money back! We needed to move out on 11/22/19 so we didnt have to rush moving the day out lease is up! The office manager gets involved. She ensured there would be another unit and she will personally call us on THURSDAY 11/21/19 NOBODY CALLED US WHEN WENT UP THERE! THEY WERE CLEANING OUT THE SW30 UNIT THE NASTY ONE WE TOURED. THE MANAGER WASNT IN HER OFFICE. THERE WAS DIFFERENT WOMAN. SHE WAS CONFUSED. IN CONCLUSION, THEY KEPT OUR MONEY! A PREGNANT WOMAN, HER 3YR AND HUSBAND OUR DISPLACED BECAUSE OF THERE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR POOR ACTION. WE APPLIED FOR ANOTHER UNIT ELSE WERE! BUT THIS WAS A TOTAL INCONVENIENCE TO OUR FAMILY!! THE PROPERTY MANAGER NEVER CONTACTED US! WE JUST CUT OUR LOSSES $250 DOLLAR WHICH IS NON- REFUNDED!!! WE COULD HAVE SAVED!! IF THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN HONEST!! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED WASTING YOUR TIME HERE!!

I give zero stars. They lack in every area of management that you can think of. We were only allowed 1 mail key between 3 tenants. We had bugs and mold for the duration of a 12-month lease. I had 2 chairs stolen by staff after a change in management changed the regulations on what can be stored on your porch. I had late fees added to my account every month because the computer system had a glitch. There is no parking. The washers or dryers on site were always broken. They turned the water off with no warning multiple times. I lived in a 3 bedroom apt and had to pay over $200 a month for water and electricity, no matter the time of year. I am certain they were stealing from us by overcharging for those bills. The management was rude, incompetent, and petty if you ever came to their office with a problem. If you came in angry about something they did wrong they would be sure to not fix the problem and only make things worse for you. Only the maintenance staff was nice, personable, and helpful. I feel truly sorry for those who have no better apartment to live in.

Its a shame I have to give even ONE STAR, as a previous reviewer stated. The ac went out and its been over a couple weeks now and they have yet to fix it much less send a note out saying whats going on. Roaches are now coming in, my husband had to purchase a window unit and pesticides. Dont even get me started on the trash either. It looks like they dont even have a current contract with a garbage disposal company. Short and simple this place is a joke. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Oh and one more thing to top it off, we have lived here since December of last year and have been through 4 management companies....you be the judge.

We had leaks and mold in the apartment and it took them 5 months to come out, document it and solve the problems (which took 3 days to do, by the way). We had to call Code Compliance on them. We sent multiple complaints/work orders and their reply was We never recieved any or Oh they must have gotten lost. No one cares at these apartments, nor does their job. There were multiple times we would go to the office to talk to them and they all would leave early for lunch and not come back. You will get no help when you need it. JUST DONT DO IT. You WILL regret. I guarantee it. Please read other comments too!

So Frank Velazquez. He was in apt. 203. Him and his friend who lived with him. Are major suspects in my car being broken into and stolen items in my vehicle, not only my own personal items but ALL my child’s items!! Even her car seat and she is only 2 years old! When my car got broken into I called the police officers and my front office. The apartments did everything they possibly could to help with my situation. They felt for me, if it wasn’t for them and people in 111 who saw them with my stuff and was my witnesses in this crime. I possibly wouldn’t have been able to get my stuff back. With those witnesses and the office the cops later that night was able to investigate and found ALL my items in their apartment including my daughters car seat. So frank is upset because he was caught red handed and I am pressing charges. He is trying to ruin these nice, family friendly apartments. I never had any issues here until him and his friend came around! Now that they are evicted even the community is happy they are gone.

The office works with the tenants really well. Paul and Rocio do a great job. They make living here easier.

We love seeing this place change for the better. Paul and Kim work so hard and care so much about their residents. Thank you for everything you do!

Great location and spacious. I moved in November 2017. I actually started to love this place until about two weeks now. They are always fixing on the water and its not even hot. My kids and I have to take cold showers and boil water just to wash dishes. Ive complained about the water several times and nothing is being done. I also hate that there is really no where for kids to play seems like a lot apartment complexes are like that here in Texas. If you have kids this is not a place to move because they always coming up with different rules and care more about pets than kids.

I been living at the Urbanas Apts. for the last 2 months I never have had the staff so helpful. Especially Paul witch has gone out off his way make sure my needs are meet. I do recommend for anyone to stop by and visit and see how wonderful they are.

Do not move here. I told them I was be in on Sunday and they said somebody would be there to help me and nobody was there, even though they live on the premises. Maintenance is a joke. The leasing office is not helpful. The rooms are infested with roaches. The apartments are not cleaned before move in and they simply paint over things, including the bath tubs. I absolutely regret moving here.

Its not worth the money trust me.The work orders take too long to complete. I had to ask them multiple times to fix my mirrors and fix a vent in my apartment. Took about two months to get it fixed. And also my car has been broken into and a few of the neighbors also claim to have their cars broken into. The area is not a good area. Theres many homeless walkin around the apartments and surrounding area so all the car thefts and break ins arent really a surprise.Save your money find another apartment. I cant wait to move out!

The apartments are very nice and spacious. The management just put in new asphalt in the parking lots and the repair people are very fast.

NO AC, poor maintenance, terrible attention to detail with paint all over my apartment, bad water pressure, safety concerns with camp of homeless nearby, thin walls so you hear every argument your neighbors have, AND DID I FORGET TO MENTION NO AC!? And the tone of management is professional but obviously tired and annoyed. They do not care for us and our petty problems. Pay them and shut up. Or get threatened promptly. If all this is fine by you then great! You can have my unit as soon as my lease is up!

My husband and I moved from Houston and Kim helped us make this move all through phone text and email, Thank you Kim for helping us so much.

Once my lease is over, I will be back here to further explain WHY YOU SHOULD NOT LIVE HERE. DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR BULL. Be back in a month love.

Between the backed up tubs, the giant hole in my ceiling in the closet from a water and mold leak, plywood left in my living room, live and dead cockroaches and every room of the apartment, floors were not cleaned or swept, hair clog in the hall tub, standing water in the master bathroom. Half the gas stove not working properly.... This is a hazard, Im allergic to mold, not allergies, but a full allergy to mold in the maintenance man had the nerve to tell me that it was mildew. Maybe I should upload pictures to the Better Business Bureau website and see what they think.

Management Kimberly and Paul are very nice and helpful. Me and my family enjoy our new apt.

Nice quiet neighborhood get along with all my neighbors here enjoy the pool scene and our assistant manager Paul is extremely helpful so if you are thinking about a place to go you should come check them out

A.c. doesnt work. There is roaches and rats. Office doesnt seem to care much just makes excuses. The power went out and a.c. didnt work just blow out hot air tried calling the 24 hour on call maintenance they didnt have one available. Do not live here it is the worst apts Ive ever lived in!!!!!

If I could give this Apartment 0 stars I definitely would. This is by far the WORST apartments I have ever lived in. Anyone that is commenting 5 stars receives a Bonus fee off their bills or works for the apartment theirselves. So please do not buy into their inhonest reviews. I have been living in Urbana since last June 2018 and let me tell you, since move in I have never felt this is a safe apartment. From the dog park always being littered with either dog poop that owners refuse to pick up after, to chicken bones and other trash being thrown into the dog park. If you make that decision to own a dog or in several peoples cases multiple dogs shouldn’t you take on the responsibility to CLEAN UP after your dogs? Never have I ever been late on a single bill in fact My boyfriend paid full for the next 6 months and continue to do so. We have never had late fees on bills, paying our bills always on time. We are always very responsible with cleaning up after our dogs and NEVER leave trash behind in our apartment YET we have a ROACH PROBLEM which is ridiculous we do not leave any dishes in the sink in fear that will cause more roaches to come in and NEVER leave the trash behind in our apartment. We have had maintenance come to spray in our apartment yet that didn’t work. We physically had to go out of our way to buy our own pesticides to spray our own apartment which shouldn’t even be a issue because WE ARE NOT DIRTY. I’m sure other people in the next units are, from them tossing their trash out in their front door, leaving it to sit in the sun all day.. Not to mention when we moved in their is a hole left open under our sink that allows a rat to move openly within our kitchen and which is DISGUSTING and INEXCUSABLE. I fear for my dogs and my own safety. To top it off the Tenants ARE NOT FRIENDLY. Most of them are rude and loud absolutely not quiet in these apartment. So loud and rude to the point that we had to call the police before because several tenants were yelling and fighting outside our apartmenS. From Tenants drinking outside and having doors open so you can hear every conversation they have, to cussing out loud while children are playing outside and finding drug needles in the parking lot. On top of it for as much as we pay we do NOT have a working AC it is March.. the apartments still have the heaters on and have yet to switch on the ac due to a “Cold front” that is only 59 on one day.. every day after that is between 75-80+ degrees heat. Our unit temperature is constantly at the earlier morning 82 degrees and during the day between 85-90+ Degrees inside mind you and after discussing with management they said it’s a “Chiller System” which they are allowed at a MINIMUM to change ac or heater over 2 times a year and will not turn over more because of expense of having contractor come to change.. SO WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR MONTHLY?? Basically we live in a box with four walls infested with roaches and rats with no working AC unit in our LOVELY TEXAS HEAT.

Manager Paul and staff is absolutely amazing I have to say they work with a lot people just be upfront at the beginning.

Staff is friendly great location and Kimberly at the front desk is always answering my questions and helping me out.

Good apartments, the girls in the office are friendly.

Kim has made sure that everything I need is taken care of. She has been a great addition to Urbana and my husband and I could not be more happy with our home.

This was written over 3 weeks...It hasnt been a month and I am already saving to pay for the broken lease...the A.C. has been leaking SINCE DAY ONE amd has caused a slipping hazard and all my towels are ruined and their maintenance crew has no idea how to stop the leak not to mention they ignore maintenance requests, I was told maintenance would be by to repair last Thursday. Its Wednesday today and I had to physically walk to the office and make a fuss in order for then to do something...NOW its a week later and my ac is now not blowing any cold air

I have complained about things wrong in my apartment. A new Maintenance man, named Edwin started a short time ago and has done a great job. He will be an asset.
