What Im sharing is my experience after staying here for 15 months. First is maintenance. About half the maintenance is good, other half Is bad. The good ones are the ones that seem to have been there a while, the bad are the ones that turn over after a little. We had an issues with black mold in our unit. First maintenance guy said it was taken care of, I find out about 2 months later he just painted over the mold cause I started getting sick, and the mold showed up worse. When we complained about it, and threatened to break our lease for the unit being uninhabitable, they said it was our fault for neglect (I dont know how us not tearing up the dry wall and fixing the pipe leaking in the wall to stop it was our fault) then they slapped lease violations on us. We were close to contacting the housing board and getting an attorney however the lease was almost up so we just started moving. Next issue we had was ants. We looked online and saw there were multiple tenants complaining of ants and just thought it was coincidence. That is not the case. I cant tell you how many mornings we woke up to hundreds of ants crawling in our pantry eating through packages, they got bad enough to eat through the sealed plastic tub of dog food I had. When called to complain how bad it is, the office agent had the nerve to say no other tenants have ants so we are probably leaving food out, which again it says so in multiple reviews online and I talked to.3 neighbors who said ants are terrible on their unit. We were paying almost $1400 a month for a unit with rampant ants on the property and in the unit, and mold issues for them to blame us. The only saving grace is that the maintenance there that have actually been there a while are good, but it seems like theres always 2-3 of them.that leave and they seem to do poor quality before leaving the property. Overall: I would definitely not recommend. If you are fine dealing with infestations, you can save yourself $300-$400 a month on property that have that level of quality, if you want a property that is the quality they charge, this is not the place.

Needs to invest in 3rd party security if you plan to keep resident retention. There is break ins into apartment homes and vehicles on a weekly basis. Apartment management seems to think they dont have control over this, BUT you do. Front gates are constantly open or not working, no control over solicitation and flyers on doors (more random people coming straight to our doors). They also claim that a peace officer comes to check-in at night, but I have yet to see this peace officer. Our neighbors recently got their vehicle burglarized, it was a lovely chat when I shared with them that our apartment was broken into after a few months on moving in. Welcome to Vista Del Norte. Please if you are apartment shopping, look elsewhere. Not worth it at all.Update: after having one of our vehicles burglarized recently and it taking management 3 long months to fix their gates, my husband and I have decided to terminate our lease early, we no longer felt safe in these apts. And although we had to pay over $2,000 to end our lease, I feel better and safe not having to sleep in this apartment unit. We are now in a much better apt complex, have an extra room and bathroom and are paying $400 less! In a better area with much better reviews.

With the exception of the skinny girl and the maintenance guys, the rest are not helpful and unprofessional. Don’t let me get started on the manager, she’s basically the matter in science. The roaming deers were more pleasant than her. My military brothers and sisters please don’t rent from this property, you will regret it at the end. Please heed to this friendly warning. We rented an apartment here as a commuter apartment for my husband beginning in June. Unfortunately we have been battling ants since that time. At first we tried to deal with it ourselves by using a bug spray. We were told that pest control came weekly so on August 21st we made our first formal complaint in writing and have made 7 more since then. The ants have taken over the apartment. They are in our pantry, all the food, all over the kitchen counter tops, in the sinks, in the dishwasher, in the bathrooms and even the closets on our clothing, and on the ceiling!!! We have cameras in the apartment and have watched the weekly pest control treatment which consist of a 10 second walk in and out and is not at all effective. We have offered to hire a real professional to treat for the ants and asked fo be reimbursed but the management has refused our suggestion. We cannot keep groceries here or eat any meals here. This ant take over is not only affecting us. The entire building is having an ant problem along with 2 other buildings in the complex yet the management has not taken the problem seriously. See attached pictures. This is not a livable situation 😡

Weve been living here for over a year and we love it! The property manager is always available to talk to with any concerns. Shes very friendly and professional. The property itself is always clean. Maintenance is always quick to respond and very helpful. The amenities are amazing! Management hosts gatherings often which makes you feel like an appreciated member of a community. Ive read the previous reviews and understand they have legitimate concerns but their approach to finding a solution was very accusatory towards the property. Ive had my car broken into at a different property but I didnt go blaming the property management. They try to keep us safe but ultimately its a team effort. If youre looking for a comfortable, updated spacious home this is a great place to live.

PLANES PLANES PLANES. Rent from here if you like seeing planes fly over every 5 minutes and hearing their engine noise 24/7.... Told the front office I couldnt sleep my first night and the employee laughed and said WEAR EAR PLUGS Sir and hung up. Ended my lease immediately and paid the penalty.

***Update: They have towed my car for the SECOND TIME now. Just got it back on Saturday night after being at the towing company all day. Woke up Monday morning for work, and the car is nowhere to be seen.I have lived here for almost 3 years and will never again. When I first moved in, the office workers were very nice and helpful. Now, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM are short, very obese women who are lazy to a fault and dont give a gosh darn about you as a person or even the company they work for. They will tow your car EVEN IF YOU LIVE THERE and are parked correctly. The attitude does not outweigh the nice amenities. Plus, the apartments are sloppy in detail and not nearly as nice as any of the models. When I moved into a new unit a while back, I sobbed because it was so small and DIRTY (in the fridge and bathroom and walls and carpets, everywhere) and stained on the carpet and wood floors. Dont move here.

Lack of communication and professionalismI’ve lived in this apartment complex for almost three years, and besides communicating through a survey about my discontent with one of the exercising machines constantly being out of service, and the pool cue broken (since I moved here) in the amenity center, I hadn’t had a major issue or complaint, and it’s fair to say that both situations were eventually solved. However, a couple of weeks back, I noticed that our community Laundry center was empty, and I thought maybe the machines were going to be replaced with new eco washer/dryer machines, or that the laundry center was going to be relocated. I decided to inquiry about this in the office, since I had a money card with money in my account that I occasionally used to use in the laundry center. Explained the situation to front office staff, and I was informed that they were getting rid of the laundry center permanently, so they took my money card and told me they were going to inform the managers about my money reimbursement. Two days after I received a voicemail stating that I was not going to be reimbursed about my money because this money was deposited back in 2017.I went back to the office and they told me the manager decided she’s was not going to proceed with my reimbursement due to the mentioned reason.Firstly, it’s important to clarify that the money card didn’t have an expiration date, in fact, I was able to used it a couple of months ago in the laundry center.Secondly, as a resident, I was never notified about this change in the removal of the laundry center, if I would’ve known about it, I would have used the money, or NOT but I would knew in advance.I lost about $30, which is not a big deal, but the way the situation was handle was VERY unprofessional, first of all, not communicating this change ahead of time to residents, second of all, not providing with an effective solution to the problem caused due to their lack of communication. And last but not least, when I went for the second time to the leasing office, I was told manager Janie Villarreal said “she paid with a money order on 2017 and she’s renting a washer and dryer machine”Mrs. Villarreal, just so you know (because it seems to me, that you don’t have a way to check the balance in my card and you’re implying it doesn’t make sense to still have money in it) I did have money in the card, but you can keep it as a gift/tip.Keep looking or join the villas of vista del Norte community? Your INFORMED choice :)

Don’t do it! This complex is right on the airline path. All night, morning, day, and evening planes are landing. Dealing with the constant noise is not worth the rent you’re paying. There is no way around it.There are better options nearby.

( I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THIS PLACE 1 STAR)! We have had our vehicle broken into twice in less than a month. The manager does not care, the peace officer NEVER answers the phone. Today we have been told that his job is just to respond to noise complaints not vehicles being broken into. We expressed our concern about the gates never working as well as there being no security lights around the wooded area where we reside at. We asked the property manager to go through the video recording from last night, where she informed us that she just came into the office at 9 am, when we spoke to her it was 10am. There was no reason why she couldn’t nor wouldn’t go through the video. Once again she said our safety was not her concern, just the safety of the property and we need to read our lease agreement and that she refused to speak with us any further. I asked the property manager for the phone number to the corporate office in which she replied she could not give me that number, but the email address is on our lease. After telling the property manager that I was not going to go get my lease seeings that I am in the office and asking her for that information she handed me a post card for “Management Support” telling me the email address was at the bottom. My husband and I got up proceeded to walkout where she stated NUMEROUSLY for us to “HAVE A GREAT DAY”.I called the leasing office this afternoon asking if the video footage from last night 3/4/18 was looked over, only to be told “nope”. After reading more reviews, over the past months since moving in it seems as though there have been numerous vehicles being broke into, in which I can only assume it’s due to the gates NEVER WORKING!!!!WE WOULD LOVE TO GET OUT OF OUR LEASE BUT UNLESS WE BREAK IT WE ARE STUCK IN THIS HELL UNTIL OUR LEASE IS UP!!!

Outstanding customer service from the office and super quick turn around on the repairs. The apartments are lovely, modern but homey. Nice finished touches. You do hear the planes overhead but aside from the high rent Id love to stay here longer. Amazing rec center.

Thank you so much for all of the residents HONEST reviews...I was debating adding these apartments to my list of places I want to visit and possibly apply to for a lease and had I not read yalls reviews I might have been fooled by the pretty pictures and seemingly lavish amenities! Obviously this is the wrong place for me, thank you all! And management - maybe you should take note of all these complaints and bad reviews and stop replying to them with lame, lousy, generic answers and just work harder on maintaining your property and customer service...lol.

The person in charge in the office is very rude. At the beginning you are going to look for an apartment, it is very good people and once you live there everything changes. Even when you move you are charged for damages to the apartment that were already there and that had been reported and it was never resolved. Do not rent here!

Says it is pet friendly, have a mile long list of pets that are restricted, didnt even listen to the fact that our dog has no specific breed, as long as it looks like one from the list. Wasted our time of checking this place out.

As previously mentioned by others, the constant noise of airplanes is almost unbearable, even with the double pane windows.I was only there for 6 months but constantly going back home and when I moved out, they had a carpet cleaning for $86 and another cleaning fee of $94! The place was barely lived in. The office management was great when I moved in but they have a new slew of employees and they are rude and incompetent. They dont care for the tenants and seems so bothered with any questions or concerns I had. Glad I got out of there. Also, there was a few car break ins the past couple of months so beware.

Planes flying over 24/7, unapologetic leasing office. Suffered through a 12 month lease. Moved out in January and had to pay for cleaning fees when the place was spotless. Thieves stole my deposit and then charging me on top of it. DO NOT RENT HERE.

BURGLARY IN HOME!!! Anyone looking for a nice gated community of luxury apartments, this isnt the one. Your $1350/mo apartment can easily be broken into with a screw driver. Im a victim of this theft.While away on a job assignment, someone enjoyed the luxury of my home and took over $4500 of valuables. Were talking entire pieces of indoor and outdoor furniture, and electronics. The crooks even took the time to drink water from the fridge and go through birthday cards.No witnesses, and 2 weeks later, still no one able to answer the question, Have you looked at footage.Make note to self, lease includes that cameras may not work. Doesnt matter, Im sure the thieves live there or near; on account of, there have been numerous unresolved car break-ins.Also, be sure you have good insurance, because it will cost you about $2500 to cancel your lease.I found out my apartment was burglarized 30 minutes after renewing my lease. Took a week to get a response from upper management for negotiating the lease, and avoid a ridiculous termination fee for a 1 day old lease. Never got a direct response from corporate, but got a I really dont care call from property manager. It took a daily email and 2 page letter, to what is suppose to be corporate, to get that pitiful response.Ive been a resident for a year. Very disappointed in how this ended.My advice, San Antonio is big... until this place uses the increasing rent to up security and surveillance, find a safer and more trusted place to live.UPDATE: The best way to get a timely response is by leaving an online review or sending a message through the Better Business Bureau.I gave photos of things stolen, and they remained tucked away in a folder. Management didnt even notify all office staff of the burglary. In other words, management didnt try to help. They just wanted to keep this quiet, and let the resident suffer. They got paid though! Whos the real crooks?

I loved living here it was very quiet. I never really noticed the airplanes. The cost is pretty high since theres a lot newer apartments with updated features that are around the same price. The carport being included is a plus and maintenance was amazingly fast.

The office staff is friendly, BUT, they get NOTHING done. They keep your deposit even if you leave your apartment clean. They are now requiring a professional cleaning company invoice. (Not stated in the move out sheet). The move out checklist is useless! They promise to send you statements, and are required to provide copies of the move in check list, but they don’t respond nor send. A DEPOSIT, means FEE. They are keeping your deposit for everything, including the extra remotes you pay a deposit for. I lived in 3 different units the last 4 years, this management has been the worse!

Worst apartment living ever! Dogs pooping in sand volleyball court, ant infestations in home and cars. Built cheap Im guessing because the management staff doesnt seem to really care about noise complaints. Myself and the neighbor next door went together as well as separate several times to launch complaints on upstairs neighbors. No real repercussions obviously because extreme noise continued the entire lease even after calling on-site patrol AND police. Since I didnt provide a case number, the issue was snubbed once again. Dogs poop everywhere even when complaints made it just continues. Cigarette butts, beer tops and trash thrown from balconies and never addressed- that also never changed. Was charged $99 for cleaning when apartment was scrubbed down from front to back as well as $13 for five light bulbs that probably didnt work when I got there- so dont forget to check those. Cabinet still had old bottle of wine in it and paperwork from previous tenant (which they probably charged a cleaning fee too-obviously not done)Ammenty key never worked and repeatedly went back to re-program but I guess the head manager never really cares unless you continue to call and complain and threaten to call cooperate. Hot tub remained broken for who knows how long. Said would call back never did-the usual. Ants infested my bathroom never sent maintenance out at all had to go buy my own pest control because they wanted me to wait five days until scheduled spraying. Mailbox was damaged and never fixed properly. Waited a month or more for a light that worked in the living room. Complained about air conditioner repeatedly until finally it completely broke and they had to replace it after a day and nights worth of sweat and a week of not functioning properly. Just plain horrible. Will be ran down soon if things dont change. Sad because it APPEARS to be so nice. Oh and lets not forget the numerous sickly looking stray cats that they wouldnt do anything about either.

Very lovely place to live. Lots of amenities, in a good location (close to everything), and very pretty views. Only complain would be that the airport is near by. So when the plains fly over they are so loud youll need to pause your show or pause any conversation youre having because you wont be able to hear it or them. Roughly a plain every hour all day.

Just like the other reviewers have said, planes are so close you can read letters and numbers off them. Double paned windows means absolutely nothing when your entire apartment shakes and your car alarm goes off because of the vibrations. Front office did not seem to care, told me to pay early termination fees and move out because the double paned windows should solve my problems, terrible!

The Management is very rude. We were misled in our first time trying to use online portal. We were unaware it did not work right. Instead of working with us or being sympathetic the manager laughed, scoffed, smiled, and was just all too jolly in not being able to help with our situation. Let me quote her, “Welcome to San Antonio! Im sorry youre having a series of unfortunate events.” She said with a smile. Not to mention the theft occurring left and right.

Villas of Vista Del Norte are very nice apartment, and they have very nice amenities but it is over priced, and they like to raise the rent on you when and if they can. There are some hard workers in the front office however on a few occasion there is not one person in the office when they are suppose to open. The maintenance workers are great. If you have children of any ages they are not allowed to play! It is not allowed for children even when supervised to ride bikes, scooters, skate boards, and so on. To me living here with a family and not allowing my children to go outside for even 10 minutes to ride a bike is an inconveniences.

AND CHARGED ME A CLEANING FEE OF $112 FOR WATER SPOTS ON A MIRROR AND HARD WATER STAIN IN THE TOILET THAT WAS THERE WHEN I MOVED IN, CARPET CLEANING FEE WHEN I HAD NO PETS, NO STAINS OR DAMAGE $102 AND A REPAINTING FEE OF $97 FOR A COUPLE OF SCUFF MARKS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND WILL KNIT PICK TO STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT. THE PARKING IS ALSO HORRIBLE!! YOULL BE SORRY IF YOU RENT HERE! GO BY AND ASK OTHERS THAT LIVE THERE, THEYLL TELL YOU AS THEY TOLD ME AFTER I MOVED IN.3/13/19 Yourre charging $112 for cleaning fee?! Really?!! Like I said, you all are charging for small bugs on a window seal that were there after I moved out, the toilet stain is a hard water stain that was already there when I moved in and wont come off and REALLY?!!, water spots on a mirror?!! Im sorry if I missed a couple. Further more, all appliances, including the washer and dryer were all cleaned, the carpet was spotless and yet, you all want to steal my deposit for that too. The point isnt the money, its the principal of how you all come up with any little thing to STEAL someones deposit. I am a current resident, and as such I find the apartments themselves to be just as I expected. I would recommend this location for the apartment layouts & for some (not all) of the amenities. I would not recommend this location for pet owners or parents. The issues with dog poop have proven to be an inconvenience for many parents & dog owners as animal waste can be found in every patch of grass/rocks daily.AmenitiesThe swimming pool, gym, racket ball, and basketball court are all well maintained. The pool table, air hockey, foosball, and chess boards could all benefit from some basic maintenance.StaffThe maintenance staff is very friendly. The office staff appears to have a high turn over rate eliminating even the possibility of establishing any relationship with them as a renter. They are very unforgiving in any financial situation they will not wave any fees even if the fault does not fall on the renter.PetsAs a pet owner I would absolutely not recommend this location. It has become clear over a short period that the office lacks the authority to uphold any of their pet policies. Owners are required to keep pets on leashes & pick up after them neither of which is enforced (despite great efforts). Past reviews had stated that dog poop was an issues, we optimistically applied here anyway hoping they had since resolved this issue. They have not and despite their best intentions the situation remains the same. They will soon put in a dog park which will only increase the number of pet owners while doing nothing for the current poop issues.

This is a brutally honest review of Villas of Vista Del Norte. I lived here for a couple years and recently moved out. I am so much happier now that I am gone. Heres why.... I came in with great expectations. I thought that I would be able to handle the very loud airplanes that fly directly over the apartments, multiple times, every night. That was the least of my worries. The apartments are a haven for non-residence to come party in the pool and use the amenities constantly. Police are constantly being called and not just for the pool parties. Weekends are full of late night, loud music, screaming, obnoxious, drugs, and alcohol parties getting busted by police and most not being busted by police! There is NEVER enough parking spots for all the guests and your guest car will get TOWED without being warned. Dog poop everywhere. Cars have been broken into, many times. Actually, two cars were stolen next to Building 15. This place is way overpriced for what they promise. It looks like a nice, safe, quiet place to live...but it is a complete facade! Dont let the leasing staff fool you or the nice outside appearance of the amenities trick you into believing that you have found a place that is better than any other apartment in the area. ITS NOT! This place is a money pit! They increase the rent every time you have to renew your lease. Not by a few dollars..I am talking hundreds of $$. They dont care if you are a loyal resident that pays on time each month. They want your money and will try to sucker you into this beautiful outside exterior, but once you move into the Villas of Vista del Norte, you will see that all the glitters is NOT gold! You have been warned.... Youre Welcome.

This apartment is ok but don’t recommend for what it cost to live here . Staff could do a better job During days off like Memorial Day or 4th of July they usually shut the pool area down to avoid party’s which is nonsense. You can’t bring any guests or family that doesn’t live in the apartment to the gym or pool. Which is a huge disappointment because most people paying more than $1300 a month should give you that opportunity and I’m sure most people chose to live here because of that reason . To enjoy the perks with family and friends . As long as they clean up after themselves there shouldn’t be an issue. They have a lot of rules that they can lighten up on . Staff ....heard instances where my younger siblings that live there were treated poorly by the security and staff because of there no friend policy in the gym and pool area. This is a shame to be hounded out of a place you live... especially for the cost to live here . So be careful before you choose . Lots of deer so be careful .

Theyve made it a hassle trying to get my rent money back after deciding not to move in. They were going to give me back my money because I couldnt pay using that method but once I told them I wasnt moving in, they decided not to refund me my money. They have almost $600 in prorated rent which is making it difficult to move to where I actually want to move. I will end up moving and passing the cost to them after I file in civil court. Theyre also very stupid. I have all the proof I need in emails.

Its more than painfully obvious that the staff, upper staff more importantly has no real sense of appreciation for their job. Theres no professionalism, an extreme negative disposition towards residents and an overall lazy approach to running this community. When I was a prospective resident, there was a friendly and kind communication and care between the management and myself. But as each month carries on, the downright ugly hatred of the community manager shows more and more and its disgusting. She has no problem taking in rent so the least she could do is act like she enjoys her job instead of indirectly taking it out on the people who live here.

Its literally in our lease we can be fined for leaving negative reviews so this has to be anonymous. The apartment complex itself is ok. Its in a weird location which requires several loopy-loos to get to businesses, etc. Unfortunately, weve had multiple issues with the property manager here. Shes unreasonable. Talking to other residents, lots of us have issues with her sending nasty letters with accusations saying well be billed for this or that when in actuality we are innocent BUT we have to PROVE were innocent. Weve all had several run-ins with her. She may be nice, etc in person but man does she LOVE just trying to screw over some residents once you get moved in. Anyway, I gave it a two star because Maintenance and the other front office staff are nice. They just need to get rid of the Property Manager. Oh, and before we get the standard email the address in the handbook reply. Residents report multiple emails sent with no response.

Vehicle break ins and stolen rims. I have never lived in a complex with so much crime. At least 3 trucks had their wheels stolen last night and my truck as well as several others have been broken into recently. Seems the complex doesnt care, they leave one of the gates open all night for easy access to your property.

The worse complex I have ever lived at! Charges former residents when they move for stuff they have receipts for. Retaliation at its finest wow....Did not feel safe! Glad I moved from here! Horrible experience!!!

This is the worst place I have ever leased!If you like ants crawling out of the electrical sockets, cracks in walls, in the kitchen, in the laundry room, and being awakened at 2am from ants crawling on your bed, and biting you...AND, if you dont mind having an apartment manager thats makes excuses for shotty workmanship, and a lack of cleanliness in apartments, and making promises she doesnt fulfill when complaining about the stairwell thats is covered in spider webs and debris, for months...AND, if you dont mind there are more cars than parking spaces...AND, if you dont mind paying more than it deserves for a luxury apartment that has nothing to do with luxury...AND, if you dont mind that the gates, in this gated community dont work half the time...Then, by all means, please, come experience it for yourself!

I have been a resident for 5 years, up until the last 2 years my time here went well. This new management has increased my rent for more than 200 dollars and when I went to speak with the manager her solution was to move out. There was also a period of water damage since maintenance tried to fix my washer it flooded and the same manager wanted me to pay thousands in damages after the employee tried to fix my washer. I had to get an attorney involved and since then I have not heard any further response from Villas management. Not to mention the numerous car break ins without solid solutions. I found her demeanor far from helpful but more than anything intolerant and rude. She does not seem to value retention of residents or customer loyalty/service. I would say if you care about community, a management team who truly cares about the residents to not choose this place. This new management is the worse thing that happened.

I’ve never lived somewhere where the staff is so rude! When you walk into the office they do not greet you or even smile at you, they act as if it is a burden that you are there. They do not know their residents and try to find you for things that are not relevant to you.

5 planes overhead in less than 5 minutes sitting in the passenger seat of my husbands car while we toured the property... no thank you! Glad other reviewers gave us a fair warning. Should have read them before wasting gas and time driving here.

Very poor move in experience. The washer and dryer that I paid for was not installed. Had power switched into my name before move in and came in lights were left on, AC left on. Found cobwebs and spiders inside debris all over the place. Very poor

SO WHILE WORKING IN SAN ANTONIO MY HUSBANDS COMPANY AND MYSELF DECIDED TO RENT 3 DIFFERENT APARTMENTS FOR OUR EMPLOYEES TO STAY IN. NOW MIND YOU THEY ARE NOT CHEAP...WE SIGNED FOR 2 MONTHS AND THEN MONTH TO MONTH. WELL WE DECIDED WE DIDNT 2 OF THEM ANYMORE SO WE SENT IN OUR VACATE PAPERWORK FOR 30 DAYS ON THE OTHER 2. WELL LAST FRIDAY WE FIND OUT THAT THE ONLY APARTMENT THAT WE WANT TO STAY IN IS THE ONE THAT GOT TURNED IN TO VACATE AND NOW THEY WANT US OUT IN A WEEK AND A HALF. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TAKING OWNERSHIP OF THEIR MISTAKE LIKE THEY SHOULD AND STILL SAYING WE HAVE TO GO. THEN I WENT TO THE FRONT OFFICE TO ASK QUESTIONS...THEY BLAME IT ON THE OTHER PERSON AND THE OTHER PERSON BLAMES IT ON THEM. THEN I WAS TOLD TODAY THAT THEY ARE OT HAVING THIS CONVERSATION WITH ME. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST RENTING FROM THESE APARTMENTS OR CORPORATE APARTMENT NETWORK EVER!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. AND GOD FORBID YOU HAVE THE RADIO ON AT THE POOL AND TURN IT UP A LITTLE

Apartments are well attended (4/5), overall the technical team takes care of issues in a timely manner.Management and team - Oh my... Talk about untrained and unaware team. The team clearly does not communicate with one another, and as unprofessional that might seems, it does not compare to their awareness of their usual processes. They can be all charming when the deal is simple, such as, picking up a package, or charging fees. When you need to get anything else, a straight answer to an issue, or inquiry about your account; feel free to talk to each one of them through out the week, and be ready to receive a different answer each day. From fees to charges to documents, youll be in for a treat.I will continue updating until i move out, as i understand that some people like to know beforehand what they are getting into.

We currently live here for about 3 months already. Two months in, three cars were broken into and we got a notice. Two weeks ago, a woman and I had our cars broken into also, but management never spoke to about nor did they send notices to our neighbors to be careful. Even though its gated, I would NOT recommend them. I will definitely not be renewing my contract.

So surprised by these negative reviews. Im active duty and ive moved in here twice (with a deployment in between), and now im leaving with PCS orders. very military friendly. each move in/out process has been seamless. the staff has been nothing but gracious each time i have been up to the office. every maintenance issue has been resolved in less than 24 hours. no pest/loud neighbors. great amenities. im actually pretty upset that ill be moving out of state.

This is the PERFECT place if You like Aircrafts engines noise when landing or to get home and not find an available parking spot besides the one You are paying, and hear the noise of the cars on the street.My daughters car was broken into twice when visiting, we informed management they did not even try to help in a real way, my mountain bikes were stolen from the balcony even when they were secured by a chain and pad lock, and You guess: Administration did not want to help!I was not allowed to install my Directv Antenna then a couple of days later walking around the premises i found several tenants with Directv Antennas installed on their patios, property grounds and backyards looking really bad, on my last months there were a considerable amount of skunks on the gardens.I rated this place when living there, then when they saw it; they called my wife to ask me change/remove it, i did not, we decided to move out after 1 year there, the looooongest year ever !! I gave them 1 star because I thought the amenities were nice, but: Nop, before moving in administration told me everything in the gym was working flawlessly, not right, then on weekends the pool is SATURATED!! Hopefully this feedback results informative and useful for the reader and for the administration to work better. Have a nice day!

Luxury apartment complex gated with remote access spacious rooms and friendly staff does have a problem with keeping the gate working properly and very strict on what you can and cant have on patios but over all a nice place
