The unit I toured was quite nice and newly renovated. However, I had issues with the application process. To be approved for a unit, your income has to be 2.8x the rent for the unit. I wasn’t aware of this until I was disapproved for the unit I toured and paid $50 to apply. I can’t speak to living in the complex, but be sure to be thorough with your questions if you’re applying for the complex.
Well maintained well-kept looks clean on the outside super clean on the inside management is awesome to work with.
The way their utility bills is set up makes no sense!! So, the amount of electricity and water used is based on square footage and the # of people living in the apartment. Also, they are always shutting down their water from 10am-3pm (5 hours!!!!) For plumbing repairs. I do not recommend this place.
Nice
Great, quiet community in Alamo Heights school district. Maria in the leasing office is very responsive to requests and concerns.
Gross & outdated
