I have lived here at Firewheel for 2 years and 3 months. Katherine (manager), Christina, and team have always been quick to address any issues or concerns I have had and have been a pleasure. Property is well kept by maintenance and is very quiet at night. Also, no matter the time of day or night you will ALWAYS find parking, that’s a plus! Only thing, ask about fees when looking into this apartment or any, they do have several fees such as (water boiler fee, valet trash fee, locker fee, and you may also have to sign up for cable and internet through the property as well with Spectrum). Just to give an idea, base rent was $864/month (locked in a good price) but after all fees added up rent came out to $1050. Not bad since it included cable and internet as well. Loved this property, would have stayed longer but moving out of town. I highly recommend!

I have been living here for almost 3 months & absolutely love it! the maintenance requests are always right on it. there’s plenty of parking, something i never have to stress about. quiet lovely place to live. thank so much to norma & christina for making my move in smooth! highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the medical area.

Firewheel is good value for money. They have good and personable leasing staff. I remember the manager (Katherine) sacrificing her time and accommodating our schedule to check the apartment on a Sunday (even during the COVID period of May20. Thanks Katherine!). We stayed on the second floor; apartment was very decent and homely; A/C, kitchen and bathroom appliances in great conditions. We didnt have any issues that the maintenance team couldnt respond to (..and they always responded quickly!). Besides rare hiccups with the central dump site and rare jams with the exit gate automation system, the apartment complex is very quiet/clean with functional equipment. Friendly neighbors; no loud blaring music or parties; clean & functional fitness center and good sights and sounds from the swimming pool. On a personal note, Its interesting to realize how emotional one can become attached to an apartment, and Firewheel sure did provide us with that experience (the February snow made it more beautiful!). Apartment staff is very helpful and accessible. The property manager Katherine is an absolute pleasure and makes things so easy, anything I need I am able to call her cell phone and she is there to help. We have had some great conversations and she is truly an awesome Woman! Apartment areas are kept clean and organized. Pool is amazing the summer! Great spots for me to study by the pool in the evenings with plenty of tables and of course the office space as well. Maintenance service is always quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this complex!

Were in our 3rd year now of living here and we absolutely love it. We love the staff, who feel like extended family by now - theyre big on communication which is so important! Theyregenuinely decent people who care about every aspect of this place. We also really appreciate the green space - so many trees, lots of squirrels and birds. Fairly quiet, community gets along well. Pet friendly, too! What else can we say? This is our home and we love it!

Management is amazing!! Katherine Schaedler has been very helpful person!!! She addresses any problems and calls is same day. They have the best maintenance guys! I enjoy living here knowing we have a good complex. Katherine has helped me when I need help coming back from Covid! She has a nice beautiful heart for us residents! The leasing process was fast, simple, and straightforward, thanks to Katherine and Norma. The apartment unit is very luxurious and comes with Wi-fi and cable which is super nice .

Demitrius and the crew made app process simple and streamline. Everything went as smooth as it could possibly go. First month in has gone by without any probs (besides pool being down due to the freeze in feb) .. Very Quiet complex. If youre looking for somewhere to live in the area, i would recommend Firewheel.

Misleading property/utility charges.Paying for amenities that can’t be used.

I am going on my third year at Firewheel Apts.Katherine has always gone above and beyond to make sure myself and my family are happy here. Katherine is always available 24/7 that is huge for me makes you feel truly valued as a resident.

Moving in was relatively easy, maintenance comes in a timely manner, the leasing agents are very responsive, Especially Christina, and the grounds are well kept. All in all a good place live.Update 12/23/2020Still a pretty good place to live, but there are several things you should know before you move in. 1. Grills dont work well and are in need of repair 2. The firepit next to the grill has not worked all year 3. You have to pay $4 a month as part of your lease for package lockers, but this whole year I have not been able to get any packages delivered because the lockers have been full every time they tried to deliver.

TLDR:Felt like the entire process of getting in was like a roller coaster when I signed up. A great ride only to be disappointed because the rides over and while the structure itself, was aesthetically pleasing. It wasnt until you asked questions and carefully scanning the contract regarding there policies/fees/rent bonuses only to learn that nothing is included. While the employees are professional, blunt, and kind. Everything is paid separately and every little thing has a fee if not followed. (Which is understandable to an extent). With minor gripes such as you have to purchase cable with an internet thats speed is capd mind you. Anyway, with understanding of the competitive market of decent apartments, it doesnt make sense that there are no consolations of any sorts. The public amenities arent one because you are paying extra for them.For example, a pool pass? This 4 or 5 dollars couldnt be included with the rent or the hundreds of application fees we have to pay? The conference room and mini kitchen/office/hangout area is nice. Honestly, I wish the same treatment went to the gym. I would personally overlook this if the gym was on par but, the gym is missing equipment as if they were stolen and when I toured in the facility, me and the nice gentlemen couldnt tour, because it was very small for the amount of people that were in (4). The complex itself is huge only to be disappointed in a bit size gym. This kind of shows how much care was to put into the fitness portion. (Not expecting a large gym but, at least have one bigger than a small bedroom for a complex of this size, There was 4 people in the facility and they looked cramped up).Given the reviews, the place is nice and looks very homey with barely any major complaints. That I can give this property props for, because we all look for a safe place to live. I can safely say that in terms of a deal, you wont find it here BUT, you will not be disappointed with the looks of there apartments, public amenities, and combined with there very professional team of employees that will assist you. You get what you pay for essentially but, you are losing a marginal amount financially, compared to other properties around the area. Overall, a great face to face impression, but be prepared to pay a lot more than whats listed on what the rent offers because the rent is literally just that. Water, trash, and electricity are metered with the internet/cable at $89 a month. I want to give it a good review but, with all of this to be taken into consideration, I cannot. Its as if you have all the responsibilities of owning a home, but renting instead. Hopefully the rest of my stay here will be pleasant and I wish to stay longer but due to all of this I may just ride the rest of the year and leave on lease expiration. Hope this helps constructively for both the company and future tenants. Cheers.

Firewheel is hands down one of the best apartment complex in San Antonio. The complex is very well kept, the leasing staff is amazing and always willing to help, and the Property Manager Katherine is absolutely amazing! She truly cares about her residence! I would highly recommend living here!!

I lived here for about a year and a half and no longer need an apartment. The one bedroom I had was clean, nicely laid out, comfortable and reasonably priced. Katherine, the manager does a great job and is very easy to work with. The maintenance staff are hard working and resolve issues quickly.I recommend this complex if you need an apartment in this area and would rent here again.

I ended up getting an apartment somewhere else because of distance to my workplace, but Firewheel had the best customer service than all other apartments, I can tell you that. Other complexes wont even open the door to answer your questions, or they will pick up the phone and immediately hang up to avoid talking to customers. So thanks, Catherine, Nicole, and Demetrious for acting professionally. Thats what is needed nowadays.

The manager, Katherine, always responds to messages with my questions and concerns. I have lived here going on my 4th year. The maintenance staff responds quickly to requests. The grounds are always beautiful. I have never had any problems with noisy neighbors.

I have been here for 1 month and greatly enjoy the area. The staff here are phenomenal! The grounds are well maintained and management is a pleasure to work with. Our apartment is a 1 bedroom and it has been well maintained. They provide a wide array of amenities.

Moved in about a month ago and my experience so far has been amazing. The community is gorgeous. The amenities are modern and beautiful. The grounds are perfect for dogs. The office personnel is awesome. The property manager is so helpful and always available. Firewheel is great place to call home.

Catherine was very helpful for us moving in and got things done quickly for our move in date. Christine was very nice showing us the apartments, can’t wait for our experience here.

I have been living here about a month now and have nothing but good things to say! When initially signing, Nicole and Christina were extremely friendly and helpful. There was an issue down the line in regards to the unit that I wanted but Katherine was accommodating and quick to find a solution. Overall, the complex is modern, well-kept and exceeding my expectations.

I love Firewheel apartments. This is going to be my 3rd year renewing my lease. The amenities are amazing, theres a lot of green space to walk my dogs. The apartments are gorgeous I really LOVE my apartment. The staff people are very nice, Vanessa took care of me when I wanted to transfer to a bigger apartment, she made sure we got what we wanted, Dianne is amazing when you have questions about your account and fixes everything immediately, Katherine the manager has a GREAT communication with all residents, she always keeps us updated about what is going on in the complex. The maintenance crew are really nice they always greet you when they are riding the little carts around the property and when you need to get something fixed you just put the maintenance order and they are very fast with the response even when its only a light bulb that is off. I am very happy with Firewheel and I recommend it 100%.

I just had a tour today with Claudia Duran and she was the nicest person I had spoke with ( after looking at almost every single apartment in the area. Not only the beautiful area and amenities but she made me fall in love with the apartment. I am hoping to move in soon!

We lived in this complex for two years. The apartments themselves are nice enough, although the flooring is very cheap. Management is great until its time for you to leave. Before we moved out we had the entire apartment professionally cleaned, top to bottom, including the carpets. After we moved I went to pay the last of the utilities, and found over $220 worth of charges to replace the carpet (that had no stains when we left it) and to paint the master bedroom (there were no marks on the wall besides some holes from hanging paintings). After seeing the charges we called the management office multiple times, asking for explanations and the photos of what was wrong. Vanessa had informed us when we turned in the keys that they would send pictures if anything was wrong. We were never sent photos or called back, on any of the times we called. Instead they set the charged to a collection agency. Apparently they sent the agency photos, which were black and white, and fuzzy, showing the carpet lifted up and blank walls with nothing wrong. I ended up paying the charges because I didnt want it to affect our credit or anything in the future. So essentially they got to keep our deposit and we had to pay over $220 for bogus charges because management couldnt do their jobs. Before all of this I would have recommended these apartments but I cant do that now.

The community is very Serene and nice. Upscale community with gated facility. People in leasing office are good, informative and helpful. They get work done at a faster rate. The apartment blocks are very spacious and the fitness center is too good. Id give 5 stars but settling with just 4 for now as I moved in only a month back.

I highly recommend Firewheel apartments, is a peaceful and beautiful place to leave. The amenities are amazing, the pool area is gorgeous and the gym is sooo big. There is a lot of space to walk my dogs. The staff are very nice people, they always make sure you have everything you need, they answer questions very fast and they care about you, Vanessa did an excellent job finding the perfect place for us. Dianne and Katherine are very nice too and they do their best for their residents. Excellent service!

Apparently, Im still indifferent about rating this apartment. Their marketing strategy is quite good, the environment looks clean. Doesnt get too loud on my side except when your neighbors decide to be out of control. Having been here just about 6months, I can only say its worth giving a try... at least some features in the pool area could be something you like. Thanks for reading.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had living in an apartment. I was only there for about 4-5 months and my water was shut off 3x, once for 2 days. The utilities are overpriced, so expect to pay a lot more than your base rent rate. After leaving I was then sent a bill for $600. $250 for 2 months utilities (again, just water and trash) and $250 for pet carpet cleaning. I emailed the manager, as I had paid a $300 pet fee plus pet rent. I was told that the matter would be looked into. Next thing you know, I’m getting a letter from a collections agency. Also came home one night to a man standing in front someone’s apt door in a mask. Called the police and apartment security. Firewheel’s courtesy line sent me to voicemail and I didn’t receive a call back from them for about 4-5 hours later.The only positive quality about this complex is the aesthetics of the apartment. The inside of the apartments are really nice but be prepared to hear your neighbors above you if you’re not on the 3rd floor.Again, I wouldn’t recommend living here. Much more hassle than it’s worth.

Disclaimer: This is not a review of the complex itself but of our interaction with the managerSo we went to see the complex today. Were quickly greeted by one of the assistants who was taking us for a tour of the property. A lady (who had an office and seemed like the manager) called her from behind and asked her if she can take another family with her and do it like a grand round. Since we were already 4 people, we suggested that well prefer separated tours to which the manager agreed but didnt seem happy about it. Anyhow, the girl showed us around and behaved pretty nicely.When we came back, and my brother was talking price quotes, I asked that manager lady if we can use the restrooms. She outrightly refused saying No. Our Restrooms are locked as if she doesnt go all day herself.I dont care if those apartments were like selling for free, I would not wanna live in a place where Ill have to interact with a management like this on an everyday basis. Definitely a RED FLAG!

Vanessa at the front office is very transparent and helpful regarding every step of the leasing process. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, and reminds me of a resort! Amenities and security certainly are top notch. The neighbors pick up after their dogs and are overall very respectful of their home. I look forward to living here. :) Rates are a good value for all the nice things you get, and it so conveniently located.

I came here a while back for my apartment search and what I can say was Im impressed. First was the staff. They were extremely friendly. The property manager greeted me as she happened to be in the front desk then assigned me a leasing agent. They offer me a glass of wine, which I never got anywhere else. I was looking for either a studio or a one-bedroom. The agent showed me around the complex with enthusiasm. We took a look at the one-bedroom first. I was brand new built, clean and neat. I like the size, not too big, you save utilities cost, but not too small and still feel spacious. I love the granite top and stainless steel appliances. i have been touring a few complexes in the area and this is absolutely the best.

Apartment and community itself are very clean and luxurious. No bugs or roaches in the apartment. The community has lot of amenities. However, the management charged me late fee for scheduling my rent on 1st of the month which did not go through due to the error in their mobile application. I scheduled the payment a week before to go through on 1st of September and the application failed to make the payment. On 5th of September, I received the notice of eviction, I was stunned to have received such notice as I am very responsible with my payments. When I checked the application, the payment was not made and neither did I receive the notice of failing payment. I brought the matter to the management and they said I should have gone back and checked if the payment was processed on 1st. I dont understand if I have to go back and check again on 1st, why would I schedule the payment at first place, I would have directly made the payment of 1st and not schedule it. They however, charged me $85 even though the problem is with their application.Secondly, they turned off the water completely all of a sudden and kept emailing that there is some repair going on. When reached out to management, they kept saying they dont have any information when the water will be back. I demanded a compensation and asked to provide another accommodation on their expense, but they ignored. My family was without water for more than 60 hours. I am not talking about hot water here. The water was COMPLETELY OFF and they kept saying sorry whenever I called.I wrote the complaints about water shutoff on the community wall, but they rejected my post before posting it WOW.They charge $4 every month to hold packages in a locker, but the locker is always full and delivery guys end up keeping them out of the door, and within few minutes the package will disappear. Happened to me twice and I stopped ordering online even after paying $4 which is mandatory fee though.

I toured approximately 8 properties before deciding on Firewheel. Among many other deciding factors, the interior was the highest selling point for me...You owe it to yourself to check this beautiful place out! I’m excited to call Firewheel my home!

The leasing agent did a fantastic job at answering all of my questions and showing me a model home/giving me a tour despite it being extremely busy. I am thrilled to lease here soon. Their amenities are gorgeous and the apartment homes are updated with the newest appliances. The flooring is gorgeous and the layouts spacious.

Vanessa went above and beyond in helping me find the right apartment. She was very helpful during the whole leasing process plus the tours. The community is clean, and the residents seem happy to be here. I especially liked the fact that the office has study rooms that are accessible 24/7. I am looking forward to living here!

My boyfriend and I have lived in these apartments for about 8 months now and we love it. We feel secure and at home. Quality of apartments are high, the cleaning and maintenance crew are amazing. Pool is great and most of all the leasing staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Vanessa, Delmi, and Brianna is who we have worked with and they are understanding and do their best to always help us out. One more thing...the apartments offer fun nights with social events for you and even furry friends. Good Times.

I love this property! From exterior to interior, it is beautiful! Immediately when I walked through the doors I was greeted by the agents and they were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of my questions with complete honesty and I appreciate that most! I will definitely be applying!

Dont expect actual good customer service. They handle maintenance issues doing the bare minimum to get the situation resolved. Thats about it though as far as making things right for the tenant in the meantime or any kind of good gestures that is not happening here.

This property is amazing! It’s very dog friendly and has a very homey feeling to it. The interior and exterior of the complex is well maintained. Vanessa at the front office is so helpful and very thorough when she shows you the property and definitely goes the extra mile for future residents.

Living at Firewheel has been disappointing at best. When I first moved in I found out my first floor apartment DID NOT have stained concrete floors (all first floor bedrooms are advertised to have stained concrete flooring). I did receive a gift card in exchange for this inconvenience from the old management company. I also had an ugly stain on my wall. Painters came to my apartment 3 times... it still looked terrible. I gave up trying to get it fixed. There is a stinky dog waste basket next to my patio that brings lots of flies. Ive asked the office staff to move it several times (its still there).My overall opinion: I think these apartments are more expensive than theyre worth. My one bedroom is too small for the price and has several details of poor craftsmanship. The residents here dont pick up their dog poop (evidence is everywhere). There are loud pool parties at night, and the residents leave trash everywhere. The current office staff has been less than helpful with lease/rent issues Ive brought to their attention over the last few months. It seems once you sign your lease, you are an after thought. I honestly cant wait to move.

The staff at Firewheel is amazing! Kathryn, and Taylor were very helpful in helping us start our application process and Vanessa has been nothing but gracious, understanding and helpful in our process! After having a bad experience with another complex, Vanessa made sure to make our experience very pleasant! The pride they take in their establishment shows through and through, the units are beautiful and the grounds are clean and well kempt!

I had originally given a 5 star rating but am dropping it to 3. I like living here because the apartments are nice, no bugs, and the grounds are clean. However, water is shared in the community and it was shut down for a long time and they offered no compensation even though no one could shower or use the bathroom for days. Then they switched internet providers and have people entering our apartments for at 3 days, and leaving messes for the tenants to clean up. I am contemplating a lower rating because I dislike how frequently various people have had to enter my apartment but for now I will leave it at 3 stars.First post:We moved in last week and Vanessa and Nicole have made our move in process so smooth and wonderful. The apartment grounds and amenities are well maintained and modern, the people have been friendly and welcoming, and the apartments are beautiful.

Taylor in the leasing office was amazing! She was wonderful in answering any questions I had. By looking at the pictures of the complex online, the grounds and property are stellar. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful! Staff is friendly and looking forward to living here.

Ive been living here for a little over a month now and it has been fantastic! The upgraded appliances are a huge plus for me. I finally have a dishwasher that ACTUALLY washes my dishes! Water pressure is great,super friendly staff,clean & quiet complex,Location is superb!Overall a 110!

Vanessa was super helpful in finding an apartment that fit what I was looking for. She explained all details throughout the process and really made sure I felt comfortable with all information. Also, the grounds are beautiful!

This complex is under new management in the last year and the management team is awful. They are extremely condescending and unhelpful. They won’t take responsibility for anything. Any concern is met with an explanation of how it is not their fault.Be sure if you move in to ask for an explanation of fees. The rent is deceptively low because they charge fees for anything that they can think of. They charge money to submit payments online, to use a package delivery system even if you don’t order anything, for valet trash service that may not pick up your trash for several days, for pool access even if you don’t use it, etc. expect to pay a couple of hundred bucks more per month than the rent and expect that none of the fees for “perks” will be refunded if they don’t work that month.The grounds are usually clean unless you happen to live by the dumpsters, which begin to overflow by the end of the week. Then trash starts to pile up on the ground and gets tracked all over the adjacent parking lot. The gate breaks a lot and no amount of telling the office staff that it doesn’t work yet seems to help. The recycling is emptied ever Monday at 5 am, and is so loud that you don’t need an alarm that day.Also, know that if you live here, there will be frequent all-caps emails from the apartment manager yelling about glass in the pool area, loud music, picking up dog poop, etc. If you want to feel like you still live with your nagging Mom, only now she communicates via mass emails, this is the place for you. I recommend going somewhere else though. I’ve lived here for several years, but will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.

Most of the staff have been helpful. We needed to lease an apartment within a few weeks and from long distance and they were able to accomodate us without a problem. Vanessa was extremely helpful and knows what shes doing.

I’ve been here for more than a year and every thing was great until the complex sold to another company and the management changed as well, they really don’t know how to deal with their residents. I loved the place and I thought that I will stay here for more than 4 years but it’s great that my lease ended now so I can move to a better place. I didn’t want to write in here and complain about the management but I have to do this time because I do care about the other people who want to rent with the firewheel. I also want to add that I received a note saying if I don’t remove the decorations lights on my patio which I had for more than a year they will come and remove them by themselves and I’ll pay 75 $ fee,, that’s how the new management deals.

My boyfriend and I just moved in to these complexes and so far we enjoy it. At first, it was difficult because our flooring was done poorly and it took a week after our move in date for them to finally fix it, but its not the apartments fault as it is a third party vendor. Walls are wonderfully made, and we cant hear neighbors. People actually seem to clean up after their pets. Delmy, Vanessa and Allison are the best agents and were happy to help us through everything. Application process was easy and approval was easy. Prorated rates, nice layouts, good security, nice gym, beautiful pool.

So when we first moved in, 2 years ago, it seemed like a great place. And for a couple if years it was. However, little by little we noticed little things. Like, the office would take a few days to add our utilities to rent, so it would be past the due date for rent and wed be charged late fees. Or how we would call about stuff, and they would put us on hold for a long time, and then reply with we dont know. Things like that. Currently, we live at a nice apartment at Vista Ridge, but we are in a fight with Greystar, because of overcharges and false charges to our move out account. Firewheel is under new management, so all the old staff is gone. The new staff isnt aware of the previous files. Will update later, with how this all goes down.

It was an amazing experience, the people at the front desk (Mrs. Parra in my case) was sweet and diligent throughout, keeping us close and making it easier for us. As for the apartments beautiful! The sinks were probably the most memorable.

The experience was one of a kind. The front desk people, Mrs. Parra is knowledgeable and answers any questions. The apartments are quiet, clean, and have the friendliest neighbors.

Beautiful place, vanessa was wonderful. I can’t get get over how beautiful the apartments were. I can’t wait to move in!! The pricing is incredibly reasonable.

The grounds and apartment are gorgeous and the staff was super helpful. I toured the community and the amenities were exactly what I am looking for. The apartment I looked at was extremely nice and the space I need. Looking forward to calling this community home soon.

First of all I am here to comment on the reviews of the apartments emailing us residents to comment on here like they have the best apartments which we have been having water problems for the last monthand things like this do happen, we just receive a sorry for the inconvenience like hello how about you reduce money from the rent! they have the cable companys coming in and out of our Apartments when its our privacy to have because we are renting and thats our property theyre leaving a mess behind as in dust and asking for us to cover our furniture like really why are we supposed to be covering our furniture and why are we supposed to let cable company technician go in our property, again poop all over the apartments grass areas and side walks pretty disappointing theres the review yall been asking thanks!

All of these 5 star reviews are bought and paid for. I applied for a 1br apartment (paid a $225 application and admin fee) only for them to change the apartment and increase the rent that we agreed on after the fact.update: I never heard back from them nor did I receive a refund.

I had many questions when signing my lease for Firewheel, since I was unable to see the apartment complex myself. Both Vanessa and Taylor went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and clarify any questions or concerns I had. They were extremely friendly and answered my questions in a timely manner.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Me and my roommate moved in last May under the different management. Things seemed fine until we were late on a payment due to my roommate being robbed (she worked in service at the time and the majority of her rent money was in cash.) We let the office staff know we would be a week late until I got my next paycheck to cover the difference. They charged us late fees which was understandable and we had no problem paying them. However, from that point on we must’ve been marked as bad tenants or something because we were harassed nonstop after that.The property manager would call my roommate in the middle of the night over fees that we’d apparently not paid. When we stated that we paid the whole balance posted on the complex’s site, we were told that the charges would show up on the 2nd or 3rd of the month, though this was not stated anywhere on the site itself. For several months in a row, we were constantly being contacted by the manager claiming we had fees/charges we needed to pay, despite there being nothing listed in our payment portal. When we refuted this and sent screen shots of the site showing no balance, we never received a response.When we sent our letter of intent to not renew our lease, it was promptly lost, and after we sent the second, we were told it was too close to the end of our leasing agreement and we’d have to pay the month-to-month rate for at least an additional month. When we finally did reach the end of our lease (we had to fight tooth and nail to get out of the extra month) they again started harassing us stating we put a date after our lease ended on our letter. This was because while the lease we signed showed one date, the date in their records was a few days before that. Though we showed them a copy we had of the original lease agreement stamped with the date in our letter of intent, they doubled down that it was just a typo and insisted we leave on the date their records showed. We denied because we needed the time to finish moving into our new home and again began getting harassed by the management staff.After we finally did leave, we received an email a few days later with over $800 in charges including: prorated rent for the additional three days we stayed (which was not additional according to the lease), utilities/services and a unit cleaning/carpet replacement fee of $300 with the note ‘no attempts to clean unit’. All that was not done was vacuuming the carpeted areas, because our vacuum had broken the week prior.We had an absolutely terrible experience living here and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Also, all the great reviews of this place were bought by waving the application fee for 5-star reviewers. Anyone who’s already moved out or are about to are leaving 1’s & 2’s.

We were some of the first tenants to move into this place was built. I really love the apartment itself but, I’m not sure if it’s me or the flooring upstairs is weak but I always hear the guy above me walking around. It sounds like he is stomping. Not sure if the floor is thin or what the deal is...Additionally, we have a pet and the dog park is always nasty. Yes, the owners should all pick up after their dogs but this is just awful. I also think I pay enough for this to be something g that is at least semi-maintained. Pretty much every patch of grass in the complex is covered in dog stuff. I pick up after mine, so I’m not sure why no one else can.

My fiancé and I have been apartment hunting. Firewheel seemed like a really nice place to live for any students or medical center employees. The property was very clean and quite. They had really good pricing for the square footage. The unit we looked at comes with w/d, appliances, granite countertop, and a farmer sink. The leasing agent, Taylor, was very helpful and answered all our questions. We are submitting an application today! I have no doubt this is a great decision.

Do yourself a favor, dont move here. Not worth the money. I constantly have problems with the apartment. Some which still have not and probably will not ever be fixed. Severe water temp fluctuations in the shower. I burn myself EVERYDAY. Full-sized washer only fills up 3/4 of the way, that means it is not full size. But, who knows, you might like it. I dont.

The apartments are AMAZINGLY kept up, great office staff have always had great customer service and took care of any problems right away. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new home.

This place is a bit on the expensive side, however, I think that every penny is worth it. The facilities are terrific, the apartments are extremely nice, and the staff is always helpful. If I could continue living here I would.

Tasteful development with an open layout and a community vibe. Pool area and fitness room are high-end. One mile to a Leon Creek Greenway trailhead. Taylor was super friendly.
