Good apartments to live in. Nice inside and out

Maintenance is on there own Schedule

Called several times today looking to start an application or figure out how to start scheduling a showing during regular business hours. No answer.

Found these apartments through an apartment locator. I let the apartment locator and the office manager know my situation about having a broken lease 2yrs ago manager stated it was ok I would probably just pay more deposit.which was fine with me so I made a money order for the application and never heard from her for a week and a half. I called and emailed the manager and still no answer then finally she responds asking me to fill out another application Im guessimg she lost the first one. So I filled out another application and the next day I wasnt approved because of broken lease when she dam well knew that and at that why the hell did I wait 3 wks to have her tell me that. Did the manager just need money from my application for her kids because she always had them in the office like does she not have someone to watch them. Anyways dont apply here they will steal your money.

Been living here for 4 years and its overall good. Not the nicest apartments but good for the price. When i have a problem at the apartment they usually fix quick. The pool is small but people hardly ever go so thats good, enough parking spots for everyone, If i ever move it will be because we need a 2 bedroom currently on a 1 bedroom apartment. But am happy living here 😊

Lived her for 1.5 years. Management was HORRIBLE! The have the sweetest maintenance man that has to work the entire complex BY HIMSELF and tries to get to you as quickly as he can. The apartments themselves are old and very worn down and are INFESTED with multiple types of rodents. Almost called the city for how bad they were! DECENT PRICE, BUT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

I never lived here. I just wanted to see a 2 bedroom apartment. Big sign outside says “Leasing “ with the phone number. Left several messages and no one ever returned my calls after several weeks of calls. Reading previous reviews... glad I didn’t waste my time.

Awesome property!! Great service and Maintenace gets work order in timely fashion. Office staff is always nice!!

HORRIBLE and RUDE management. WATER is always OFF. People are always outside tailgating at night way too loud. Most don’t even live here!! The lady at the office is very rude and doesn’t explain anything to you. And looks at you like a piece of garbage. She should not be working in the field if she’s like that. Many of the residents do not like her Including me. If she didn’t work here maybe I’d like it here a lot more!!

Best apartments ever!!

My girlfriend and I wake up to jackhammers at 8am while workers do construction work which nobody was notified would be happening. It’s a building over and still wakes us up. Don’t live here any time soon if you work nights!

I have several friends who live in these apartments. If you want to live with constant roaches and bed bugs, live here!! If you want to wonder each month what your rent amount will be or who owns the complex this week, good luck! The office is almost never open; when it is it’s almost never staffed. The staff promise to spray for bugs again and again, but I killed 10 roaches just this morning in my mothers apartment. If you want to pay rent to live with bugs in an unstaffed uncaring complex, this is the place!!

Great place to live.Great views and on a busline. Wal-Mart is across the street

Very bad, I do not recommend it. My girlfriend lived for more than 2 years there and in the past 12 months they dont have pest control, not arranged anything of what is broken, bad service, bad care in the office and when is moving damage you the rent history without any reason and could not move into the home I wanted for their fault
