The pricing is way to high for the poor quality living, everything is outdated except for the new thermostats they’ve installed. They never answer the phones, then when you walk into the office they aren’t busy. Maintenance and employees don’t follow up with work orders, you have to constantly remind them of your problem. They’ve painted all of the buildings white, so they are false advertising online, and it’s been a hot summer but the pool hasn’t be available for use in weeks. Mind you, after the snowstorm they didn’t deep clean the pool, even though they said they did, they’re always lying, I would know, I have a pool view. It would get as green as a swamp, and they would just add chlorine. It’s not a gated community because the gate has been broken for years now. So anyone would come in and swim, There is also Trash everywhere. They don’t keep the pool restroom available like they should, the gym is dirty, and the employees in the office are unprofessional. It’s getting worse and worse with each new management team. Oh and the mail box door is broken too, like everything else. Too many problems to list. Recommend you look elsewhere for this price range.

These apartments are NOT worth it! New management came down on the prices because what they were charging is absurd for what you get! Theres band aid repairs since the frost. Paid out of my lease early to move to a place that charges more, not less, because I value my living environment. Gates never worked for the 6 months I was there, so ANYONE can gain access. Cleanliness is horrible/tenants are held without accountability. Dogs will urinate onto your patio; no repercussions. For over a month the pool was contaminated and still is after I moved out. Newer, COST FREE material was used to build these units so if you stay below someone; GOOD LUCK SLEEPING!! Sewage charges are ridiculous as well!! If theres a good review left for this place, chances are their ok with sub par living conditions.

These apartments really stepped up as new management. I see reviews being negative. But you gotta remember it’s a process. Everything can’t be done in a flash. They are rebuilding these apartments as old management did poorly. They are fixing what has been broken. Nothing isn’t gonna be perfect yet. The winter storm slowed down the process. All I can say is the management and the workers are so respectful and sweet. They helped me through my struggles. And with a smile. They didn’t judge me at all. These apartments look so nice now and it’s because of them. And trash ? Cmon you can’t blame the people in the office. They are trying there best. We as people who live here need to take care on how we deal with throwing trash. Valet trash is super helpful. We have to take care of our community to. Not just people in office. So far they done amazing and they do listen to my problems. I never had a issue. These apartments have an amazing deal on units you wouldnt find anywhere else. As a person who lives here. It’s worth it trust me. And they are doing more to fix up these apartments which remember the winter storm slowed them down. But they are actually doing something around here for great comfortable living ! I moved here after the storm hit. And all I can say is “WOW” they done so much.

I have lived here for seven years. Management has changed more than the weather. I have been without water, almost all week. I dont how long I will be without. I have been using my Ozarka water bottles as survival. Now my toilet is flooded. Ive showed maintenance my floor tile that was ripped when they were repairing my fridge. Also still waiting on the mold created by a leaky pipe, to be cleaned up off my laundry walls and washer and dryer. For someone like me dealing with diabetes, heart disease and rheumatoid arthritis, please understand, I need this to be taken care of right away. 02/24/2021 part two. adding more pictures and videos to the conditions of what is going on in my apartment. I now have mold in my bedroom and wet circles on my bedroom ceiling. active water leak in the laundry area on my brand new washer and dryer. I will not paying rent or anything else until my apartment is back to livable conditions.Its been another three weeks I am still waiting for mold to be cleaned out of my apartment and out my laundry area. They came and dropped these machines off two weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone. This is horrible.

Wow, where do I begin?! The photos are nothing like whats displayed online. The did exterior painting but here the interiors are a major issue! Three different management companies over the course of the last calendar year. Water damage was not fully corrected from the winter storm so you will hear leaks. I understand we’re in south Texas bug the number of roaches = infestation issues. Thin walls and theres no peace; always loud! Gate is never operable so anyone can get into the vicinity. Also there is ALWAYS trash everywhere. I understand its on the tenants to keep the community clean, but lack of enforcement of rules by management leaves the door open for nuisance here. The pool needs a deep clean and the units need major kitchen upgrades.

Do not rent from these people. They are crooks! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and they have multiple on there as well. I will also be filing a small claims suit to get money back from them for an apartment that was unliveable. They had no problem taking my money and stringing me along for a month all the way until the day before I was supposed to move in and went to inspect and the whole place was torn apart. STAY AWAY!!

Horrible Management. Have been without any A/C & Heat going on 6 weeks now. Was told a piece was ordered & would take a week . . . 5 weeks later & still waiting. Talked to management on week 2 about electric bill would be higher for nonstop fan on unit running & was told they would comp me on average for my previous 2 electric bills. Came in last week for my electric bill being doubled like I predicted & was told now I have to pay the bill, wait until the piece is fixed then possibly work out an arrangement to be compensated. My apartment does not go above 60 degrees & they could careless. Claim to support military but have to go through the hassle of not even coming home to a warm apartment. Have gave up hope on the multiple issues since I moved in: moldy dishwasher, multiple sprinklers hanging halfway out the ceiling & wind coming through front door because it is not properly sealed DO NOT RENT HERE!

Recommend that you look elsewhere. The complex has gone waaaaaaaay down hill in the last 4-5 years. Aint no gated community anymore and management changes every year or more. Look elsewhere!

Management does not allow maintenance the funds to properly fix appliances. I’ve been here almost a year and my biggest complaint is that the ice maker leaks non stop. There is damage to the fridge where waterline enters and maintenance attempts to seal it off with tape but it continues to leak.Our vehicle has been burglarized. Probably due to the security gate being broken and it was one of the few good things about this place when we moved in.Our second apartment was dirty when we transferred to a larger apartment. Management had me pay several cleaning fees during the transfer to move me into a dirty apartment than I left them.The roach problem in this new apartment is bad. Pest control stated today that roaches are common when moving in and out but usually stop after two treatments. We have had three treatments and a forth on the way.Management seems to be going downhill as well. The two previous managers I had no issues with but this new one and his assistant don’t seem to run things as smoothly.

Lived there for 3 years. Ownership has changed hands at least three times since I lived there and everytime it changes hands it get worse and worse. The staff that work their do their best but are handcuffed by the owners. The front security gate has not worked in over 2 yrs and the perimeter fences are falling apart you could drive a semi through the gaps. The cost to live there keeps going up but everything is falling apart. The list of bs that went on especially in the last year was massive. Its so bad there managers leave after a few months because how how bad it is. Just dont live there.

I lived here for 4 years. The service was awful to start. We were blamed for loud noises, and management was awful.Management IssuesThe management changed over and over over the last 4 years.Kat took over recently, and she seemed nice. When we went to move out, I warned them that the billing system would mail us an overdue statement, and it did even though we paid up our bill months in advanced.Kat didnt really want to lower our apartment cost to similar price ranges in the area, especially with Covid-19 (no one ever does, right?)Price IssuesContinual price raising drove us to look elsewhere (we found a home cheaper than the rent!)It didnt help that they included cable and no internet in the bill (artificially raising rent by xyz dollars)You also pay a lot of fees (sewage, water, TV/Cable, Trash Pickup)Bugs!Recently when people started to move in, we saw a 10000% increase in bugs, and stuff. We never had an issue with bugs in 4 years, but all of a sudden in the last year bugs started popping up all over.MaintenanceThe gated community was what drove us to move here originally, and now it isnt even working. On top of that, the auto-shut feature in the mailbox room was broken off, and other issues like that have occurred over the years.If you dont mind being gouged constantly as rent increases, the area is nice but the apartment complex is not as nice as it once was.

Not usually one to write reviews but Have been here for about 6 months now. The location is amazing and to be honest I think you cant ask for more. The members of the staff from the maintenance to the managers to the leasing to their respective jobs with great quality and care. The building is well maintained at all times and I feel welcomed whenever I walk through the door. The units themselves are also fantastic. The flooring looks stellar. The appliances work very well and are reliable. The construction seems very sturdy, we cant really ever even hear our neighbors. Location is probably the best part of the building in my opinion though. We are close enough to downtown and close enough to walk to some of our favorites stores and restaurants within 20 minutes and also are just far enough off the beaten path so that when we walk out our door we dont feel overwhelmed by large amounts of traffic or foot traffic right outside our building. All in all we have been very happy with our decision to live at Republic Woodlake !!

I give Republic Woodlake one star i’ve had such a horrible experience living here the Internet service used to be with spectrum then they switch to AT&T and AT&T has been complete trash so far I’ve had AT&T at my apartment about 4 to 5 times The Internet is always breaking there always seems to be an issue with it I went 2 to 3 days without Internet until they find a technician to come out i’ve had numerous other issues with this community with neighbors that like to smoke weed management never really does anything about that it has been problems here nonstop

Extremely unsatisfied with my stay here. We leased for 12 months. We started working with a young lady named Haley, but we didn’t finish with her. We were looking for a place to stay quickly as my orders for San Antonio extended. It was a decent area. Became extremely unhappy after getting our apartment (a two bed/two bath) it was dirty upon move in and it was not told to us that we would be in a handicap apartment which was inconvenient as hell. After being in the apartment for a month people would constantly come in and out of our apartment for stupid reasons. They wanted to measure the walls, they wanted to measure the showers, they would come in when no one was home. A time they walked into the apartment without consent and i was in there half naked. They did not leave upon seeing me without clothing they continued to walk around my apartment doing/looking for Lord knows what.After being at the apartments for six months we were told that we HAD to move from our two bed/two bath into a two bed/one bath.. they gave us less than a weeks notice and less than a week to actually move from unit to unit. Making us pay fees that shouldn’t be paid unless our lease was up or we requested to move to a different unit(which we did not) upon moving to the new unit it had roaches EVERYWHERE.. We put in requests to have them and they would say “you need to give it time for them to leave” we were in that roach infested apartment for five months and after making at least five requests for pest control to come out they only came out TWICE.. Things that needed to be fixed inside of the apartment NEVER got fixed or they tried to speak to me like i was stupid. The dish wahser in the unit would ALWAYS over flow, but we had only ran the dishwasher twice. When putting in the request maintenance would constantly say “don’t use dish soap” as if it wasn’t common sense. We would use Palmolive Dish Washer Detergent. When he came to actually fix the darn machine after being in the unit for four months, he calmed it was working, but as soon as he left it flooded again. I took pictures and showed the guy, he still would say “don’t use dish soap”. We has constantly issues with plumbing in this unit as well. With it being a ONE BATH for THREE people it was not fun. The office would tell us “We can’t help you. Contact the emergency maintenance line” but they wouldn’t answer or come to help until days later. Making us have to go else in order to have functioning toilet. It was my first experience with an apartment and i will NEVER be renting again.The Assisstant Manger was RUDE and always had something snippy to say. Andy, JR, and Haley were the only ones at the leasing office that were decent, but it’s not surprise that they all left.I would definitely look elsewhere before leasing here. No matter if it is the cheaper price. You get what you pay for, FORSURE!

I am currently moving in here, and I cant rave enough about how helpful everyone has been! The office staff is amazing, they really cares about the residents and making sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. So far everyone is so nice and responsive. I cant wait to move in!!

We love our apartment so far! Haley is awesome and so helpful! She helped us set up our accounts and walk us through the steps as a first time apartment renters. The gentlemen in the office is very nice as well and he showed us there model unit. We have been here for about two weeks now and every time weve had an issue the maintenance team was out within the hour to fix it. So far we are very happy with our decision to get a apartment here

Overall a pretty good experience. The girl at the front was very helpful with my dad moving into his first apartment and walked us through the steps. The only downfall is you do have to pay for cable other than that he is very happy with his decision.

I stayed here for about 6 years. It changed ownership several times, but the last owners were the worst. They nickel and dime you for every little hidden charge possible.I received a call from collections 3 months after I moved out saying that I owed them money without any contact from the apartment complex whatsoever.Maintenance was always slow, and things were constantly failing. A leak in my bathroom ceiling took days to look at, and the ceiling was never repaired. I complained about the sinks not draining several times and it was never permanently fixed. I put in a request online to fix my AC and did not get any response. If there was any kind of maintenance concern put on line, I still had to go to the office to get it repaired.My neighbors got locked out and used the emergency line to leave a message, days later never received any response.I was promised new carpeting on one of my renewals which never happened. The gate system worked about half the time, and sometimes kept people waiting to get in because it didnt work properly.You might start out paying relatively low, but it is not worth the hassle.

Jennifer has horrible customer service skills. We call ahead for a viewing and no one was at the desk when we arrived. No sign to say when to expect them back...and the computer unlocked with other renters info displayed. When she finally comes she never even greets us or introduces herself as staff. So we say hi and then she says Ill be right with you. We took a golf cart to view the apartment and she was stone quiet the entire time.....she never introduced herself. As I viewed the apartment she was shaking her keys impatiently. I called her out on it and she continued to do it. We leave and I had to ask her ...her name. Finally she was like Im Jennifer nice to me you. Are you serious? How backwards can you be? Ive already taken a ride with you ....given you my ID. Anyway she needs to develop her basic social skills and improve her customer service skills to work in this role. Terrible.

This is an update. I was contacted by the manager to discuss the situation. When I went to the office the door was opened, but as soon as the manager saw me talking with the consultant, the door was quickly closed. The leasing consultant and assistant manager are very nice but ineffective when a manager this rude is the boss. I just saw the note from the owner and will be contacting him/her as requested but as of now, I encourage anyone looking to move to this area to look at the many other places on this same road.The apartment itself is nice and spacious, however the manager and the new management company are not at all helpful. I have been here for 6 months now and each month I asked for a water bill. Each month I was given an excuse. I informed them I did not want to receive a bill for 6 months of water. They assured me this would not happen. As of the last week of January, I received a bill for 6 months of water. Although they say Spectrum is included in the rent, I am only able to have cable in one room if I want the internet to work. I have talked to Spectrum and they have said, The cables on the buildings need to be replaced and the management company will not consent. I have gone to the office for various reasons and heard the manager being rude to the assistant manager and the leasing agent. As soon as I signed a lease she no longer wanted to be bothered with me. When residents go in the office, she closes her office door so as not to be bothered by residents. Please ask me any questions and Ill answer.

They are a messy place. When you move out they will not refund your deposit. They Inflate prices. The only thing we are guilty for is not turning the wrist bands for the pool pass, they charged $100. They said they had to replace the carpets and blinds. We kept our apartment in great shape. They have yet to show any evidence of the “damages” they wrongly claimed we made. You’ll learn if you choose to rent there.

This is one of the newer apartments for the area thats gated, affordable, and well maintained with impressive floor plans. In my experience, the staff is great! And I love the location near Ft. Sam Houston and Randolph AFB.

Great place, friendly staff and maintenance, pool, tiny gym, laundry facility (no change machine), dog parks, pet friendly with deposit/fee, basketball court, trash service, lowered cable, allocated water, pest control, office has media center, plentiful parking, gated, close to shopping/grocery, something to remember when living in apartments is that not everyone has noise considerations, you can hear every time people up stairs or next door fight as well as heavy walkers at all hours upstairs. Only true complaint I had in the beginning is I had roaches but they quickly took care of that, and that our dryer plug neutral is compromised and its taking a bit to fix. Have had to pay to dry clothes in the facility for 3 months now and they havent started to fix it yet. Which would normally not be a big deal to us but we have a lot going on already with my husband learning to walk on prosthetics being blind from a training accident. So we kinda dont need the extra added stress.

They make having cable/internet mandatory in 2019 when theres so many options available. Theyre in bed with AT&T as of February and will require residents to pay additional $80 for something that is not a necessity. Also for something that has cheaper options available. Everyone doesnt want cable. It should be optional.

Had a bug problem but once they figured out what bug it was they took care of it immediately. We have not had a bug problem since. We plan on resigning our lease here. Great place to live. Neighbours are quite and property well maintained.

Managers are nice, maintenance guys get your issues taken care of. You have to pay for extra things like trash and cable... You have no choice and have to get Spectrum. There are other little fees so be prepared to pay another $100 on top of rent.My car was broken in to the second time since Ive lived here and another time all my doors were left open in my car when I forgot to lock it. Its time to move. Its overall quiet, and everyone is nice but its not worth the money or worry.

This is a great place to live so far! Keep in mind that this apartment has been under new management for the last couple months, so it looks like a lot of the bad reviews on here are from the previous management company from months or years ago. We are so happy that we found this apartment. I cant believe how close it is to so many places...right across from a Chik-Fil-A... need i say more! The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They would greet me by name and with a smile. They have answered every question and concern we have had, being first-time renters. These newlyweds are excited to call this place home.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. The office staff is very friendly, and the complex does things like have cook outs and parties for their residents. During christmas they had a free gift wrap station in their office. I have never had a problem with bugs in my apartment, and it was very clean at move in. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, somebody has always came in a timely manner, and fixed the issue, and were very professional. sometimes I can hear my neighbors children running around, but that is to be expected when you live in such close quarters.

Review for WoodlakeA buddy of mine told me to beware of this place before I moved in but I ignored his advice and figured Id give them a try. A few little things had happened in the area and every now and then SAPD would be in the complex. Nothing too major if you ask me but hey what do I know? Everything was pretty good for my 1st year until I signed my extension lease in May. Thats when I really found out how much management cared about tenants health and well being. I placed a work request for mold inspection due to my wifes sudden respiratory struggles and the fact that our clothes and shoes started to have little green spores on them and also began to smell of mildew. After a week of Im sorry, I dont know what to tell you, we havent heard anything from the office staff I decided to take legal action by writing up a contract stating that they had until the end of the week to either transfer us to a different unit or terminate our lease due to the living conditions and the damaging of our personal items. Once they realized that they werent dealing with a pushover they quickly offered to move us into a few different units, 1 which was in our building and had become vacant due to the tenant living there passing away a few weeks prior. They failed to mention this in their proposal( luckily we already knew that this had happened). When it was mentioned by us that we knew that something had happened in this unit the office staff acted as though they hadnt known about it. (Obviously a lie). So of course we declined to be moved to that unit. I just thought that was very shady to not even tell us that the tenant had passed away and give us the option to choose whether we wanted to move into that one or not. On the last day of our written contract (Friday) they had someone come out to clean the air ducts (only because we threatened legal action in our contract). The duct cleaner recommended and requested that the covers and filter be cleaned and changed. After he was done our maintenance people took the air vent covers and cleaned them and brought them back (last day for maintenance during the week) without changing the filter placing them outside of our door on the floor as if to say to us put them back up yourselves. So we basically sat in our apt all weekend with a dirty air filter and no vent covers on all our air ducts. Any other work request they would have entered the apartment, taken care of it and left a note on the door letting us know it was done but for whatever reason they just left it outside. Maybe its just me but that seemed very spiteful given the fact of what had just occurred a few days prior. All and all you get what you pay for but that really turned me off to this place. Ive rented before in a lot of different places around the U.S. due to my career field but this by far has been THEE worse place Ive rented from. Not because of the apt but because of the staff. Maybe the staff has gotten better since we moved out as this was last year

Don’t rent here.Horrible staff. 100% money hungry.You will get charged for everything under the sun.A broom on the back patio? $25 charge per day.One of your blinds looks messed up? $75 dollar fee and must be replaced within 24 hours.If they receive any of your bills they charge you $50 every month.You must pay for basic cable(their basic cable is 45/monthly. and trash(extra almost $40) even if you take your own trash to the dumpster. As well as other fees that you can’t decline for.They only care about keeping the outside people pleasing. But not the inside. Almost everyone has mold. Back doors don’t line up so you have to run the A/C 24/7. And don’t forget about the insects that come inside too.Pool is rarely ever cleaned out, BBQs aren’t that great either. They have a laundry room but other residents will take your wet clothes out of the dryer to dry theirs.If you get an animal without running it past front office and they figure out they will come inside your home to take the animal and turn them into the pound. As well as much, much more.The amount you end up paying every month you can go rent your own home. It’s not worth it to live here.The only staff that is great here is maintenance and that’s why there’s 1 star.Don’t rent here. There’s reasons why this place has horrible reviews. And why they fake their own 4 & 5 star reviews.

Me and my husband have been living here going on 6 months. Weve had an eletric issue in our bedroom since we first moved in. Everytime we made a service request the maintenance guys always tell us its just a bulb issue. Now weve been 3 days with no electricity in our bedroom. Theres an outlet weve never used that is completely burnt out, and weve even seen smoke come out of it before. I have recorded and documented Every thing wrong with this unit as well as the staff here. Service request have been made and still no service has been done. There is now a second outlet that has popped and weve already tried reaching out to Greystar property management ourselves and no answer. My advice to anyone looking for an apartment, me being a first timer i DO NOT recommend this complex. Every service request weve made mentions this ongoing issue yet were now without any electricity in our room. Its frustrating that we already got played out and lied to by Hayley the leasing consultant and also Junyur the assistant manager. The staff rather blame one another than to simply apologize and fix the issues. We pay an average 910 a month for a one bedroom apt that has multiple issues. Our ice maker overflooded our kitchen within the first night of living here which we now never used and it never was fixed either. We were originally told 775 a month for this one bedroom and now we pay 910 a month on average or more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION ITS VERY POORLY MANAGED.

Save the trouble and dont move here unless you want to be charged with hidden fees. They are money hungry and front staff is rude. For example, my lease was up and I left the apartment super clean and they still didnt return my deposit instead they charged me an extra $140 to professionally clean the carpet. I was never notified of this debt and a year later after I moved I heard about it but by then it was reported to the debt team. So now this has affected my credit that I have been working so hard to maintain min excellent shape. On this message the owner will apologize but dont believe it. If you read all the rest of the reviews you will realize your wasting your time here.

Nice apartments but rude customer service. This place is money hungry and when you ask for help all they tell you is rules are rules. Lived here for almost 3 years and have seen people in and out over the years but you would think they would work on keeping their customers happy as high as rent is. They dont have playground for the kids to play. The basketball goal has been down my entire stay. I disagree how we dont have a choice of having cable or not. Cable choice is with Time Warner Cable and I hardly watch TV so I paid for services I didnt really want. Save yourself the trouble and rent somewhere else. Glad I moved out finally.

I had used the laundromat in the complex till I got my washer and dryer and there was feces left on the floor for 3 days straight. Don’t get me started on the bug issue, I had to throw away most of my food in the pantry due to it. I talked to other people that was living there and they had the same issue, it’s really sad because we paid to have the place sprayed it’s apart of rent. When greystar took over they did a horrible job we had to backpay for 3 months of water which I feel like it’s negligence on their part had they done things properly it would have been on track and we would never have to backpay. It’s so much more I can say about this place, its horrible and I would never stay in a greystar apartment EVER again in life.

The location for these apartments is phenomenal. The service makes it a complete waste of space. These people are honestly cons. The gate breaks down almost twice a week. The work orders get done 3 weeks after being placed. Which is not acceptable in my book. The landscaping is horrible. The basketball goals are broken and have been for over a year! My woman got stung by a wasp that lived in a nest on the stairwell. This was after we reported it and nothing got taken care of. The neighbors next door had to get rid of the wasp nest. People have break ins weekly. They act nice until you actually move in. Dont make that mistake. Plus the pictures they posted are fake!!!!!

AFTER TURNING IN MY KEYS AND NOT OWINING THIS COMPLEX ANY MONEY THEY HAVE THE OBLIGATION TO SAY THAT I OWE THEM A PAST DUE BALANCE FROM DECEMBER OF 300 dollars and turning in the apartment late March they have the nerve to say I owe them that amount of money GUYS IF YOUR LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT STAY AWAY GREYSTAR PROPERTY IS THE WORST PROPERTY YOU CAN EVER MOVE INTO SCAMMERS THIS WAS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I MOVED INTO AND THANKS GOD IM OUT OF IT.

The apartments are full of pest! The fees they charged are stupid considering they do not get anything done! Please read and go by reviews I didnt listen now Im stuck in THE WORST customer service Ive experience. Every time you go in the office they talk to you like your stupid. Please dont move in here they wont explained anything or go over important information they are a joke Im actually gonna look for upper management to report them. Moved in two months ago, so far the staff have been very friendly. Work orders get taken care of within the next day. The road by the dog park is not in the best shape, but hasn’t been bothering me much

I can honestly state that you WILL regret it if you move in.Put your trash in a trash bag $25 fineLeave your trash can outside past 9am $25 fineHave more than 2 guest in the pool - they will be escorted off the property.Get billed $50 for collecting your electric bill - no joke this happened 2 times even though I had my electric changed to the new apartment address and it was paid by myself directly to the electric company and the payment was paid in full.

The maintenance here is terrible, the entry gate is always broke and left open for anyone to just come in and vandalize vehicles whenever they want. I speak from personal experience as I caught someone trying to steal my motorcycle out of the back of my truck. Also they can slack on maintenenace and take days even weeks to fix things but dont you dare leave anything on your patio or they threaten to fine you. It once took over 4 days to get my A/C fixed in the middle of July. Thats right I went from a thursday to a Monday in the heat of Summer with no A/C! When I finally had enough and complained about the lack of urgency by their maintenance they acted like I did something wrong. And dont even bother trying to complain to the management company, you cant talk directly to a person and they never respond to emails. Ive complained to the management company several times and never a single reply from them. Soon as my lease is up Im out of this place and dont recommend anyone lease an apartment here.

Poor customer service by the manager. Ive lived here for a year and have had nothing but a bad experience. The gate has been broken more times than I can count. When its broken, it stays that way for a least a week. Once, while it was broken, several cars were broken into, including my friends car, and management did nothing, not even a call to apologize for the inconvenience. Also, Ive always paid my rent 15-16 days in advance and the one month that I was having some financial issues and went to see what they could do, the manager said she would work with me but locked me out of my apartment. The notice said there was a 24 hour number I could call to get a temporary key but it just sent me to the front office answering machine. Even after I paid my rent it took two days for them to send someone to remove the lock. Although the location is great, there are several other apartment communities in the area I suggest looking at instead.

Worse thing is the residents let their dogs poop in the grass just about everywhere. It smells terrible outside and it seems the office does not care about it. Also if you are downstairs you hear all the banging from upstairs all day and night even though quiet time is 10pm to 10am. Again its ignored.

Managing staff very rude, very unprofessional, suggest no one renting from there very ghetto apt dirty ridiculous fees for trash and patio staff dont appreciate great tenants. its not worth moving in into these apts.

Worst experience of my life!!!! First off no one ever told me about the apartment being cable ready and you pretty much have to pay for cable even if you dont want it cause its automatically added on to your rent bill, plus valet trash of $20, plus a bunch of other stuff that racks your rent up more than $100 a month on top of your rent. Someone placed a work order in their apartment maintenance confused it with my apartment went inside my apartment without my permission and changed my lock. I tried opening my apartment and obviously the key didnt work called maintenance, he said he couldnt help me cause I wasnt the tenant in that apartment. Mind you it was 11:30 pm during the Holidays I was out of town super tired cause we were traveling and I have a 3 year old. Waited about 2 hours until they realized they made a mistake. HORRIBLE!!!! Gate never works, my remote to the door never worked since day one the girl up front told me to buy a batteries knowing it never worked instead of providing one or apologizing for the inconvenience.
