My family and I loved living at The Marquis at Stone Oak. We were there a little over two years and still miss it today. The office staff was efficient and always accommodating. Sybil in the office was particularly supportive, professional and always eager to help in any and every way especially during the difficult time we went through with the pandemic. Highly recommend living here. The location is wonderful too, we loved it there!

Marquis at Stone Oak is one of the best apartments around San Antonio. The living area is amazing and the services is fantastic! I received so much help from their very own leasing consultant named Addie. She helped me find and process the apartment I want. Very excellent service overall. 5/5, really do recommend to anyone looking for a luxury apartment. Truly the best.

Robert has been our point of contact since we moved in last year. He has been a tremendous help coordinating assignments and maintenance activities for us. He is always on time, gets the job done in a professional manner and leaves the place immaculate. He’s trustworthy, has a great disposition, and gets the job done.

Looking forward to my leave to come take a look at the campus in person. My fiancee toured the property with the help of a delightful and extremely knowledgable rep named Kaitlin who I have been lucky to have been able to speak with myself who has made me feel very at ease about the leasing process and our move. With one employee who cares this much about their future tenants I can only imagine how much I and my family will love living here!

No one answers the phone. I have lived here for 6 months. Never been able to get anyone on the phone unless I call 20+ times in a day. No one ever returns phone calls if you leave a voicemail.

I applied here but theyre not very professional. I decided to cancel the application. the rep said sorry and will issue refund. I followed up. they said wait 2 weeks but could take up to 30 days. I waited 2 weeks still no refund. I emailed again. then they said oh sorry its a check come pick it up....I live 3 hours away in Houston. then I get another surprise email saying I wont get a full refund. I am so glad I didnt go through with this place. terrible service and lots of lies. I can only imagine how the tenants must feel when they need something fix oh well send someone out tomorrow....then someone comes out 30 days later. Dont be fooled by the sweet talk to get you stuck in their contract and they dont deliver up to their words. A business who doesnt keep their word should be avoided.

Ive lived at this complex since 2015. Once CWS, the new office and maintenance staff took over this complex a few years ago everything improved greatly.The maintenance staff always responds quickly, friendly and efficiently. Moving is never easy, especially when it’s in a hurry and you’re trying to find the perfect new place to live. Fortunately Rachel at the Marquis was not only super responsive and helpful but made the experience truly amazing. I had several other places in mind but my decision most definitely was made because of how incredible the customer service was. I’m excited to be a resident here and I will recommend anyone and everyone to deal with her along the process.... wouldn’t have had it any other way!

The process to see an apt and reach somebody in the office is horrible! I made an appointment with them and they rescheduled me and I had been trying to call them an hour before my new appointment that I would be running late because of work. The recording states for leasing info press 1 then you are on hold forever! I had to call back several times because the wait time was long each time. In the meantime I also emailed the office. I get to the property and there are other folks out there trying to get thru to somebody with no luck. I see the notes posted on door and it says to call then number Ive been calling, I also knock on the doors and wait out there for 20 min. While waiting I am calling that number again finally a representative at the call center answers.She seems bothered and states that she is not on property and that I have to press the number that says for resident to get a hold of somebody. How would somebody needing leasing info press the option for resident! I let her know that Im on the property outside. She says she cant help me any further and I have to hang up and try again and press the option for resident. I do and now I get the voice-mail.This process is frustrating and I still havent seen or spoken to anybody at the complex. I wonder if the residents get the same run around too.

I have had a great experience with the management team at The Marquis, at Stone Oak. Everytime I need something they are there for me. I recently move from one building to the other just to downsize and it really went smooth no hitches. You get a lot for your money here. Bigger apartments for less money.Thank youJG

The fire alarm in bldg 1 goes off randomly. This is the 5th time I have had to drag my dog out of the building with the blaring alarm going off. Today it was at 730AM and it was 10 degrees outside. Im so happy I get to move from this place next month.

Poor management, residents typically dont clean up after their animals, amenities are barely usable due to their COVID restrictions on times and the hallways and stairways frequently smell of dog urine. Definitely has been an awful experience.

I love this place. Such great large apartments and even greater amenities. In my first unit I had gas a stove and oven and now in my new unit I have huge ceilings and all wood flooring throughout. Honestly can’t be the space for the price in the area! COVID has made a change in service but the attention to guest interaction and cleanliness is comforting I’ll be here another year and maybe one more after that.

I have been a resident for over two years, and I can honestly say I would not live anywhere else. My apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the amenities are many. Any time I need assistance with repairs, they are done in a timely manner. The staff is very very helpful and courteous.

Just recently move in and it is amazing. Rented a 4 BR/3.5 Bath and it far outshines all other comparable in the area. Rooms are very big and the Kitchen is fantastic w/Chef quality appliances. Rachel (Leasing Consultant), as well as the entire staff, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and not pushy like most other agents when I was out looking for a place to live. Because the complex is sooo big, its very convenient that they have multiple pools, gyms and areas to entertain guests outside of your apartment. I highly recommend living here.

I love living here, this is the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The girls in the front are always super nice and friendly and helpful. The management is very accommodating, and the maintenance team does a great job on handling service requests quickly and keeping the grounds beautiful. I was nervous to move here after the reviews from when it was run by the old company, but took a leap of faith once I learned it was taken over by a new company. It was a great decision, and I’ve experienced absolutely none of what the old bad reviews said. I would highly recommend Marquis at Stone Oak.

I moved from New Jersey to San Antonio, TX almost a year ago to my 2 bedroom rental at Marquis at Stone Oak. Staying here has been pleasant for a number of reasons. The complex is very nice, and my unit has large rooms and a wonderful view of the rolling hills in the area. The staff has been helpful and friendly, and my questions are answered quickly. My son is out of school, but for anyone with children, the public schools are close by. In addition, there is a great library off of Wilderness Oak with a great selection of books and activities for the public. Marquis is close to hospitals, physicians, clinics, pharmacies, and other health facilities. You can also find all kinds of restaurants and numerous shopping areas. I certainly am recommending Marquis at Stone Oak for anyone coming to this area.

We moved to an individual cottage here about a month ago and so far it has been a wonderful experience. Attached garage is the best feature of the unit. I also like the size of the unit-about 1700 sq feet. Overall great rental unit.

Jennifer Valdez is the front office manager at the Marquis Stone Oak. Jennifer is amazing she has first class customer service. She has helped me a lot since I’ve been at the Marquis. She very friendly and personable. I love how she always eager to help and on point. She is very charismatic and always smiling. When ever I have a problem with my apartment she makes it a priority to get it fixed promptly. She made me enjoy my time here and I certainly will renew my lease because of it.

I have just moved in and I have to say the whole experience has not been good from not getting my move in info to very last minute after numerous calls and emails to now moving in and on day 2 with no hot water. I have called emergency maintenance 3 times a sent a couple requests on line. Im now going into day 3 with NO HOT WATER. Im not sure this was the right move.

Marquis at stone oak is a beautiful complex to live at. I’ve been living here since 2011 and would highly recommend this place to friends and family.The staff led by Jennifer are amazing and helpful at all times very approachable and see that whatever needs you have are met on time.The pool areas are delightfully beautiful and peaceful and is always highly maintained.Great gym facilities for you to workout this was recently upgraded and made even more spacious and has all the equipment for everyone’s needs.I have lived at other apartments in the city that anyone could be wandering around your door but this place has the added bonus of secured entry into the buildings and has enclosed staircases and elevators that take you to your floor of living giving it a hotel style of living. The place is under new management and they are doing an amazing job. My apartment is one of the largest on the market and is newly remodeled. The location is perfect. I have 2 routes to get to the loop and even during rush hour it’s a breeze. I love the place and I’m very happy to call it home. Thank you Stone Oak staff for making it that. Excellent customer service. We moved here 8 months ago after a medical emergency put our life on hold. While we have been trying to work out what is next for our family, Derek and Jennifer have worked with us on our contract and payments as we get ready to move to Australia. Without their assistance it would have been a nightmare.Maintenance staff are awesome, Bobby, Lauren, Rich, Jose, and Nick are polite, always ready to help and super responsive. Makes living here awesome.

Stopped by this community last week to get information as I was referred there. The clubhouses were recently renovated that had some great new amenities (gym, meeting rooms, and game room) along with their hallways. Apartments were huge and nicely done on the inside - hard wood floors, granite, crown molding, etc. Great experience.

There is always room for improvements in every apartment complex, but there are not many places that you find constantly working toward community goals. Luckily, since the new company and staff have taken over, things are only looking up. Derek, along with front desk associates, seem to always be readily available and eager to take care of the community and its needs. The maintenance team of friendly staff are amongst the fast and furious hard workers. Thank you all for creating a happy home environment!

I have been living in one of the lovely Cottages since December 2013, and this complex has undergone about 4-5 owners within the time Ive been here. Having not lived in a lease property since I was 22 years of age, it has been an adjustment for me; however, other than normal things that occur even in your own home, I must say that overall I think this is an excellent place to live.The newest and current management team are very friendly and professional, and they are quick to respond to any issue Ive had, which have been few. I like my apartment very well I wish that the doors were bigger in my apartment and the whole building to be able to accommodate my wheelchair getting through. The handicap parking is horrible. When I got a doctors note to have them put in a parking spot for me they were not very helpful at getting it done and I ended up getting a garage that isnt that close to my apartment but at least I have a place to park now. They didnt even offer to take any price off the amount of the month garage rent for a lack of handicap parking or put in anymore parking spaces. I would recommend living at this apartment complex though as the staff is very nice and the maintenance has always been very good since I have been here. The view that I have off my balcony overlooking the golf course is beautiful and I love sitting outside everyday. The people that live in the community are very nice and helpful and I dont see moving out of here for a long while. They also helped me get into a nice place when other places wouldnt. Sybil, Derek, and Jennifer at the front office are great very nice people.

The office staff is AWESOME! They are friendly, funny and helpful!! The maintenance staff is AMAZING...every need or want they complete the request within 24 hours or less!!!! Recently the apartment parking lot was full with nowhere to park. Management quickly investigated the problem and did not hesitate to action to resolve the issue. They discovered several people were parking in our complex that didnt live here! This cars were immediately towed away! WAY TO GO MARQUIS OF STONE OAK MANAGEMENT STAFF!! I love this property! I have had 3 apartments here and have lived here for over 4 years, left to another property and came back 5 months later. I will never leave again until we purchase a home. I love our apartment, maintenance is always nice and prompt, and I never have to worry about feeling bad when I do have issues. Emily has been extremely helpful whenever we needed anything, although she is gone, there are still great staff members who work here. The new property manager has always been helpful and has the answers we needed for move in and sends very informative, blunt, but humorous monthly updates that always make us giggle a bit. We like that. The people that live here are also nice, we enjoy our building and that the grounds are pet friendly. I really truly love living here!

I recently had a joyful experience at the leasing office. Kaylin helped me through the whole renewal process, and made it as smooth as possible. Living here has been an all around great place to live!

We have lived in the Presidential side of the complex since July 2007 and we love our spacious and luxurious apartment. Its true we have endured 4 owners and management companies, plus other inconveniences. But to us, its been worth it. We have all the comforts of a home, with no responsibilities for maintenance. I am heartened by some of the resolutions to some major property work orders that till recently were unattended by previous administrations.

I have been there for two years and have enjoyed every moment of it. Great management, pool and gym and fabulous!

I lived at the Marquis at Stone Oak for the past year and without a doubt would not have changed a thing about my stay with them. Derek helped me countless times with whatever I needed he would update me on maintenance repairs, packages, and would give a heads up if they needed to be in the apartment when I wasn’t home so I could situate my fur babies. One of my favorite things about Marquis was that the walls were very insulated so it felt as if you weren’t living in an “apartment” but more so your own home. They started to have food trucks and not community activities right as I was gearing up to move and it seemed like the community really loved it! I’m leaving due to moving into a house and have loved my time at the Marquis at Stone Oak and will miss it dearly!

We read the reviews before we moved in and were hesitant to live here at first. I realized all the bad reviews were under a different management company and decided to give this place a try. We’ve been living here almost a year now and we absolutely love it! The apartments are huge and priced fairly for the area. The staff is always quick to resolve any issues and incredibly friendly. They always take the time to ask how we’re doing and if there are any improvements that can be made. Maintenance is always prompt and professional. We couldn’t be any happier. We will be renewing our lease and staying put.

Excellent Office Staff. They see to it that the Buildings are taken care of. Unfortunately there are people in this complex that don’t live up to the rules. An example of this is the fact that people think that this is a used car lot. People are parking their vehicles with expired plates and unoperative all over the place. When the office has them towed, they cry the blues. I for one am glad that the office is doing their job, especially around buildings 7,8, and 9. Cars that are left in place forever, take up spaces that other tenants and their guests can use. As for giving notice, the cars are tagged a week or more ahead of towing date. Hats off to a Staff that is doing their job (Especially Derrick). GOOD JOB !!!!!!1. Also Tenants need to pick up their own Dogs poop. It’s not the Office Staff’s job to do this !!!!!

Worst apartment complex in San Antonio. For starters my granite kitchen island fell on top of me because it was never properly attached to the ground. The apartment complex did not care and that is an understatement. My apartment also had black mold putting my girlfriend in this hospital!!!! NOTHING WAS DONE OTHER THAN COVERING THE MOLD UP WITH A TILE. My a/c system was also out for the ENTIRE month of August. Every time I made a call to maintence they would show up 50% each time with a terrible attitude and complaint. Keep in mind I’m paying $2400 a month for this apartment. I remained loyal to my 12 month lease and left as soon as I became eligible and NEVER looked back. A few months have passed and now I’m receiving calls from a dept collector saying I owe the complex money for moving out early??? I have called 20x!!!!!! Not a single person answers the phone. I have picture proof of everything I experienced and would LOVE to share those photos

Wow! after selling my home and moving across the country for my job I was very nervous about moving into an apartment. From the moment I stepped inside the leasing office I knew I didnt need to look any further. This place is unlike any other apartments I have ever been to before and the staff has gone above and beyond to make my move a smooth transition. I absolutely love it here and dont think Ill be in any hurry to purchase a new home for a while now.

DO NOT move to this place. I live here and I have already called the Health Department. I let them know about the rat infestation we have going on here. They are going to investigate further and decide if is a livable place. They told me they have already shut down some other apartments for having this problems and in case you didnt know ...Rat bites and scratches can result in disease and rat-bite fever. Rat urine is responsible for the spread of leptospirosis, which can result in liver and kidney damage. It can also be contracted through handling or inhalation of scat. Complications include renal and liver failure, as well as cardiovascular problems. So, If Michelle dont get her act together and do what is need to resolve this problem I will be talking to my attorney in order to brake my lease and move out of here. I will not put my self or my family at risk. The sad part its hat management does not care about their tenants well being.

Its nice and quiet, and I have a great view of the golf course. It sucks these guys inherited a mess, but the new management is making due on their promises and revitalizing the place. I look forward to the new gym, fresh carpet, and other improvements. Thanks.

Apartment hunting with my daughter today and came upon these. They looked interesting from the outside so we stopped to take a look. Initially everything looked great. The gym was awesome. Interesting concept it would be like living in a resort. Cool having a spa on the premises. But our walk to see the unit showed terribly dirty and stained carpets. Looked like a huge blood stain in one area. The carpet is the carpet tiles type and could easily be replaced. The windows and door glasses were filthy and hard to see out of. The unit was smallish. We did love the patio but right beside it was ALL the AC units for the building. Can you imagine the noise on the patio in the summer not to mention the heat coming off them? And then it only had a shower NO tub. Glad we passed after reading the reviews. It was a shame that it is not kept up. It could be a wonderful place.

If I could leave zero stars I would! For starters these are the worst apartments I have ever stayed at. Management is a joke the leasing agents are clueless and everything is always broken. All of the other comments are pretty spot on. I know they will leave a generic message saying come by the office and speak with us just to save face. The truth of the matter is they dont care. All they care about is money! Looking at the comments about the rats is just disgusting and as a current resident they lied! No information was ever disseminated to the residents. The cameras in the buildings are just decor as they have stated they dont work, the gates are ALWAYS broken, cars are broken into. They boast luxury apartments but are far from that. Hallways are disgusting and smell like animals, no one bothers to clean up after their animals despite several doggy stations. Elevators are always broken everything about this property is just awful. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE EXTERIOR GLITZ AND GLAM THEY PRESENT! You will end up regretting the day you ever moved here! There are far better apartments in the area that are comparable in prices and Im sure are much better. You will wait weeks at times for maintenance requests.

I have lived here for about 9 days now but I have been amazed on how great the staff is. Jennifer has been great assisting us getting an apartment and I am loving it so far.EDIT: I ended up living here for 3 years and loved it. It was one of the best apartment communities that I have lived in and even with COVID-19 it didnt affect the services. Still love the fact that Jennifer is now the Director and will miss speaking with her whenever I picked up my email.All of you have been awesome!

Beautiful building and units are nice. Deff wouldnt consider them penthouse suiets though. Not at all. I like the building block party ideal as well its a great way to meet you r neighbours you might not of had the chance to other wise. Dont like all the big dogs allowed there is always a fresh massive pile of s*** greeting me when I walk to the parking lot. Please clean up after your pets! Responsibility of a pet owner! Thank you!

I HATE Marquis at Stone Oak there are HUGE RATS. I lived there from 2014 to December 10, 2017. When I first moved there is was Orion at Canyon Springs and I loved it. Now that Marquis took over it is so horrible. The stair ways are stained, stink, and trash is always backed up. The doors are dented and the elevator takes forever. There is trash outside and other residents do not pick up their dog poop. The front office is the WORST staff ever. No one ever answers the phones and when you go to the front office they are in the back laughing and giggling while you wait on them. When you are trying to sleep the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything out side the door and your neighbors. There are rats in the wall and the sound like they are going to burst out the walls. Pest control had a bag full of huge rats. It looks nice on the outside but it is not worth the rent. I never had an issue until Marquis took over. The staff does not care about you and all they want is your money. I was still in my previous contract and I tried to pay rent with a money order like I have done time after time and they told me they do not accept those anymore since they took over. They have messed up my rent every month since they have been here and no matter how many times you talk to them about it they still mess it up the next month. Do not waste your time or money here.

I have lived at Canyon Springs for a couple of months now and its been a good experience so far. My work requires that I travel a lot and this time around they selected San Antonio for the next couple of years for me to reside at. So when I originally started looking for an apt, I wanted to make certain that whatever apt complex I was going to be living at was nice, clean & gated. Everyone in the office and the maintenance men are all very nice, helpful and seem to be on top of their game. Havent had any maintenance issues. Neighbors are cordial and say hi in passing. Nice area to live in. Must admit that I looked at a lot of other complexes but Canyon Springs was ultimately my first and only choice.

I had previously written the following review:I am DEEPLY saddened to say that this apartment complex and management team set my hopes up for absolutely nothing. The moment we did our last walkthrough when we got our keys we could detect a funky smell that was trying to be masked by Fabuloso. It has been two weeks and it now REEKS of dead rat, to the point where the smell has impregnated our clothing and belongings. I am being forced to sleep at a hotel tonight. Rats post such a HUGE health hazard and I am now terrified. The managements solution was to send ONE pest control truck to a building thats completely infested. I got into the elevator and saw the pest control guy with ONE box of traps. When one of the other tenants saw this she said: Im letting you know I caught EIGHT in my apartment last week. Im sorry, but one box of traps just wont do the job. It has now become a problem that could be taken to the city of San Antonio for health concerns. I refuse to pay any rent until this is taken care of.However, after posting this review, we were immediately contacted by the regional manager of the company who graciously worked with us to resolve this issue. The views, the space, and the amenities in this apartments are absolutely amazing, and I was extremely happy that I did not have to say goodbye to them since management took care of this issue and are taking measures to completely get rid of the problem.

First, Jennifer Valdez is the best and always willing to go the extra mile and make things happen within her means. The apartment complex looks extravagant from the outside, but there are many internal issues in the penthouse, Bldg 9, therefore my rating is not applicable. My family and I moved into the Canyons at Stone Oak later to be named Marquis at Stone Oak in Mar 2017. My vehicle has been broken into twice in the garage area. The most recent was on 9 May 2019. I had just purchased the 2019 Ford F150 XLT on 4 May 2019. When asked for the camera footage, it was not visible to make out a suspect due to cheap equipment. The break in before that one, my driver side window was knocked out and the cameras were not working at all. The apartment complex does not cover theft of property on their property. Since moving in, the water heater burst twice flooding the entire living /dining room, hallway, and my daughters room. Mold set up and water damage lingered from the spill. Second, the upstairs apartment sprung a leak and until this date of 14 May 2019 we have a mold infested closet. The dish washer has had to be replaced 3 times. The cabinets in the kitchen are constantly falling off the hinges. The lights bulbs are always blowing. To top it off, the water pressure has been regulated and not as strong flowing as normal. We spent the Christmas and New Years of 2017 without electricity on the kitchen side of the apartment, thus not able to prepare a Christmas meal.In Mar 2019, an electric socket in the hallway leading to living area caught fire as my family was walking out of the door. We were leaving our 17 year old son home as he didnt want to attend. Thank God my wife noticed the smoke coming from the socket. The fire department arrived and informed us that it was an electrical fire inside the wall. Maintenance came and replaced the socket later that evening. Still not sure you can use the socket. I guess the most disturbing of all is that the animal owners let their pets roam free without a leash and take care of their business everywhere. The owners do not pick up behind their pets. Thus you are always stepping in poo. Bldg 9, the Penthouse, has a routine cleaning of 1 day a week and 99.9 % of the time it is not done. The stairwells have limited lighting for females and the doors are not secure to the bldg. We just moved into our home on 10 May 2019. Good luck to you if you decide to sign a lease with Marquis at Stone Oak. I can say that Jennifer along a few of her staff members did their best to accommodate our needs in a timely manner. She is working with limited resources and doing one HELL of a job with what she has. Hats off to you Jen.

Thank Thank Thank you so much CWS!!! We moved in the middle of February of 2017 and we had issues after issues. Since yall took over we can see the property looking better and making ways to improve. Please keep up the awesome work. I would recommend yall to anyone. The maintenance staff is down right awesome. Derek has done an outstanding job. Thank you again CWS!

I love the place, the apartments are super nice and my work orders have always been completed within 24-48 hours. The staff is always friendly and helpful.However, I agree with the security issues. The gate is always open and management doesnt seem to care. The security cameras are not working, which is the biggest joke. The code to the gate and the doors has never been changed and has been the same for at least a year. Police is here on a regular basis . Would be a lot safer if management would fix that stupid gate and activate the cameras that are already installed. I have brought up these issues multiple times to employees before, and nothing has changed.

Where do I begin... we were residents here BEFORE and AFTER Pegasus (new mgmt) came on board and TRUST and believe I would not take out my precious time to write a review for this place if I didnt think it might help someone who is considering living here. Im sad to say but this complex just lost the only good thing they had going Emilia she was the BEST employee they had but Im glad to see shes made a career change. This property is under staffed, full of empty promises, and down right disgusting. We had maintenance requests that were closed but nothing was fixed, plumbing issues, windows leaking when it rained, and a broken microwave for 3 months before it was replaced. Dog feces and trash shoots in the stairwells and hallways of the buildings & not picked up for days but the manager was QUICK to send out a snarky email about how upset she was...newsflash, that doesnt fix the problem. The trash service they use didnt collect on the weekends so obviously the trash was overflowing outside AND the stairwells EVERY SUNDAY, the odor was worse than you can imagine. When it came time for us to turn in keys my husband & I took off work early 3 days in a row to travel across town just to have a note on the door that they were closed for the rest of the day, talk about lack of customer service and follow-up, we confirmed with them several times the date and time we would be returning keys and they failed to inform us that they were closing early. When we first moved in we were promised a unit with upgraded appliances & then when we got the keys they told us it was no longer available (even though this was included in the lease), the list really goes on & on. All I can say it weigh your options if youre considering this complex, check out other luxury apartments & really ensure youre getting a return on investment, because we wasted $1,300 every month for almost 2 years at this place and thank GOD we finally moved out! (The one star is for Emilia, who no longer works there)

Loved the the staff..... made our move easy and breezy! Totally recommend this apartment and staff.

Cars are vandalized and broken into on a regular basis. Do not rely on the apartment management to do anything about it.The criminals actually are quite used to raiding the place that they just walk in and out at their leisure.

Great apartments and helpful staff!Moving can be stressful at times, but the staff at Marquis at Stone Oak go above and beyond to help. Not to mention the apartments are clean and comfortable to live in. Call Derek and the crew when looking for a new place in Stone Oak!

Terrible Property Mgmt ...why... they called to have my car towed without any notification and I live here....I call this place home. To me that shows a lack of care for their residents. They will send mass emails about dog poop and maintenance but not that their checking your car to see if your tags are up to date...really Marquis. All time low. Wish I could attach my invoice from the impound totaling $295.18.

Me and 50 people are currently locked in the complex because the gates wont work, my drains are over flowing, and maintenance cant get through the gates, and even if all this didnt happen i would still rate the complex 1 star. dont rent here, they basically paint over rust and act like everything is fixed.

Office staff is unbelievably rude. Walked in to ask a question and the girl at the desk was clearly on a personal call and kept looking at me like I was stupid. So I had to wait for another girl to walk out whom to my surprise was just as rude. I feel sorry for the people who actually live here and have to deal with these people.

Worse place in history. Please rent some where else. They do not want to address concerns and lie to you in the mean time. There is the super nice apartment complex The Anthonys across the road. Please rent from them instead, or anywhere else. You will be beyond disappointed and lied to. WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!

I would not advise living here.The good: the apartments are in a nice area and the views are great. Close to an heb and a few parks.The Bad: We had an AWFUL rat and roach infestation that the manager refused to acknowledge even after I showed her pictures (that I’ll attach). I’d see at least 5 rats a day, and the roaches were all over my apartment. Both times, the manager said she would have pest control come spray and she never actually did so. I had to bug bomb my apartment and set traps. The rats would poop and pee all over the patio to the point where it wasn’t sanitary to be outside bc of the smell of urine and the amount of droppings. The manager refused to acknowledge the issue even after many of the residents complained. It took MONTHS for them to finally take action and even then did not mention it was due to rats and roaches.The minor inconveniences were the amenities were never functioning. Gym equipment only had one working machine and the pool/hot tub was always closed or dirtyI can’t wait for the office to respond to this review with “I’m sorry you had a bad experience please call all to set a meeting blah blah blah” but it’s all for appearances. Office never answers the phone anyways, and even so, the manager is rude and not worth the energy. Move out can’t come soon enough!

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. There are rats at this apartment complex and when management was told they acted like it was no big deal. Management has an attitude and is worse than the last management team here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PROPERTY. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Since day one I Have saved all transmissions between Pegasus and myself. If you desire and do take up residency at this location I suggest that you do the same. Furthermore I have had the pleasure to meet with the Regional Director and Vice President of Pegasus on two separate occasions expressing my concerns about this location and I can tell you that when upper management spills a great game of concern and as soon as they walk out your unit its best to flush everything they say down the drain for they dont care about anything but capital gain and anything and everything promised will never mature. Remember it never hurts to interview current residents at a complex that is a future prospect

We are lucking our lease was up when we became aware of the rat problem and we had already started moving out. Unfortunately some people dont have the same ability as us. They complex is still having people do tours of the apartments during the problem and dont even care about fixing it.

Gates are always broken or they are open, just had my motorcycle stolen from the car port. no video surveillance, not really safe if the gates are always open other than that apartment is nice with a good view.

Be careful, Ive seen reviews, ive not seen carpet, Ive looked at many before moving in, although I have a different time experience, Ive had to have a cable man redo my cable and Internet line, my screen doors dont stay on, Ive had many problems with appliances, elevator sometime dont work, my remote works half the time, there dog poop all other, and for the so called The M Spa is never opened, and they charge ridiculous prices and fry your hair, talk is over whelming, they talk like they do movie star, even day they are from Rodeo Drive in Hollywood. Lastly, they need to remove the hoodlums. Furthmore, the penthouse are nice, the quality of everything is down degraded. Do get work done right well that another story, they will end up repairing it again and again. The need to come down 20% off price.

This place is a dump but it looks nice from the outside. Its over priced, has low quality fixtures, and constantly has plumbing issues. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors fart. Dont be fooled by the exterior, the place should be a homeless shelter
