If I could give it 0 stars I would !!!!Worse apartment complex I have ever lived in!!!!!They never answer their phones and IF they do, they hang up on you. Paying so much for something that is NOT WORTH it all! Crime rate is so high! They lied to me saying the neighborhood was so good with no problems. BIGGEST LIE EVER! After living here 4 months now and they are still to fix stuff that was NEVER fixed at move in. So disappointing.STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM HERE !!!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! We have been here 8 months and in order to get anything fixed (no hot water for a month, black mold, roaches IN the fridge) we had to contact the mayors office and get code compliance involved. Just dont.

Please dont move here if you know whats good for you. The place is roach infested. When I came to seethe apartments they showed me one and went onto switch me to another dirty decimated one. No one picks the phone.staff dont really care.dont fall for it.

I LoVe my 3bedroom 3bath apartment home!! Very clean, very spacious, beautiful wood plank flooring thru out! Maintenance is awesome very helpful !! We also have new staff in the office great staff inside and outside!!! Axio has #Resident Events that my children live to go too! I love the area and might I say my apartment is huge and very well priced for being in the #Medical Center Area

The worst apartments I’ve ever seen!!! Also with the worse service!!! These apartments are so run down with huge potholes overgrown and unkept gardening. I cried when I moved In because of how terrible and frightening these apartments are! I’ve had a roach problem since day one! Told them at least 5 times in the past 3 months! BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY! Also have a leaking ceiling! Counting down the days I leave this miserable place...

Olga is AMAZING!gave us a quick tour of my new home and aside of that her personality is outstanding, she was helping so many customers left to right and did everything she could to attend us. 10/10 would give a 10 star if i could😌

If you care about your health and safety, do yourself a favor and live on the side of the road instead, they will comment on every review “this is a false review” they do not answer their phones, your work orders will 100% be ignored, and they are rude and act offended when you get ahold of them to fix things. Not to mention the crime rate is also terrible here so if you have a family don’t live here :)

I will be hitting my 8th year this month. I have seen many managers come and go. I was deciding to move out this year but met our new manager by the name of Jessica and spoke some concerns on some maintenance issues and she got them taken care of..She was very polite and apologetic.I was so amazed on how she got things taken care of especially picking up right where last staff left off. If your looking for a new place ask for the manager Jessica she will make you feel right at home..She will give you great hospitality.

In response to the owner’s comment below, this is absolutely not a false review. We lived here for our one year lease term and we are SO THANKFUL to have left. I would give this complex negative stars if possible. You cannot just claim “false review” every time someone leaves one star. Your company management and this complex are horrific and I would not recommend these townhomes to my worst enemy.When it rained, water poured in from the baseboards all over my living room floor. I submitted multiple work orders, emailed corporate, and verbally begged them to acknowledge the issue and we were repeatedly ignored. I had to squeegee water out of my living room every single time it rained. The balcony floor and garage ceiling were molded, sagging, and pieces of drywall were falling onto our vehicles. You could not walk on the balcony because it cracked beneath your feet. They left us without AC for three days in the middle of the summer.

Best place to live! Lived here, never had any issues. You can’t please everyone. Take a look at the community for yourself. Great staff, helped me transition my move out smoothly. Would have stayed but bought a house.

MY WATER AIN BEEN ON FOR TWOO WEEKS AND THERE DODGING MY CALLS AND THERE OFFICE IS OPEN THE WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER LIVE AT . Everything is a scam atp they might as well just throw the whole complex away .

I moved in to a welcoming committee (some cute little roaches) and took care of them myself, despite complaints. Its now 4:55 am 4 days after I emailed for rodents (yep, now there are rats in this apartment) and Ive woken up to squeaking. On top of this, Ive had my emails ignored for over a month in regards to rent and had to go up to the office in between two jobs and school full time. Dont recommend. Id give it 0 stars if I could.

This is what yall have people living in? Weve been asking for this to be fixed for about a month now. The staff doesnt want to get on top of anything theyve been asked but theyre real quick to ask for rent. The main manager cant even speak to her residents herself when they have problems. She lets her pawns do it themselves. Not to mention the dog feces all over the place. The ant/bug problem that has yet to be fixed and not to mention all the trash scattered around this place. Not worth the price to live/move here. Save your money folks.

So today was the day for finalizing everything for our new home. We was helped by Jessica and I must say she was professional and understanding to our situation. My boyfriend’s laundry room has been leaking for over 2 weeks. Maintenance came by a week later and said a gasket was broken, left without fixing it, and never came back. It’s leaking so much that the walls in his bedroom next door are rotting through. He has been to the office several times and all they keep saying is that they’re sending someone to fix it, but no one ever comes. His kitchen sink is broken as well and has yet to be fixed or even looked at. So they can’t find time to fix leaks or broken sinks but they were quick to come leave an eviction notice when the rent was late. This place is a joke.

Relocated my mom here from Louisiana, and I must say the reviews had me nervous, but I gave it the benefit of doubt and i’m happy I did.Olga was amazing she was very transparent, and went above and beyond to get things done. She understood the situation with us moving from another state and she was ready with ft videos.She held packages at the office, helped move packages, and even held the apartment longer since weather caused a delay and anything else that needed to be done she is your go to.The apartments are very quiet other than the occasional dog barking.. The apartments are nothing like the reviews. The apartment is very spacious and I have no issues with rodents. I drove around and saw the courts and park open, and the pool was very clean.The only down side is that maintenance is so slow. I put in a request almost 2 weeks ago for an issue and it still hasn’t been resolved, but every time I go outside I see them riding around in their vehicles or the golf carts doing nothing.This is unacceptable. Other than this I would definitely recommend moving here and talk to Olga 😊

I would give it no stars. Because the agent we were working with. Failed to listen to what we wanted. On top of the he tried to put us in a apartment. That we specifically said we didnt want to be in. Then when we told them about it. They wanted to put us I a smaller unit. NO! .....thats unacceptable. We then asked for our refund. They said we dont get a refund. I was like hold up. We were not informed that what we paid was not refundable. Now they dont want to answer the phone. This is what happens when they are all about numbers and unit occupancy. They really need to be worried about cleaning up the property. After looking around I realized. This complex has no respect for it tenants or it management company. But like i said, when you only care about the numbers. How the complex looks is not a priority. If your looking fo a place to live. AXIO should not be one of them. Be Blessed.

Everyone in the office is super awesome and helpful. I needed to move in ASAP. Olga had my roomates and I approved for an apartment within an hour! She is awesome and very on top of everything!

The basketball court is NEVER open. My kids get off of school at 3 finish school work at 4 and they never get to play. They have to go to the Fred’s where they have an open court and a nice neighborhood.

The Apartment is nice & cozy. Just what I was looking for. Not a big place. But just right. Just had some maintenance issues.

Rent is to high. They take a very long time on work orders. During this summer I had to buy my own air-condition for my apartment. Because my central went out. Was with out cold air for 2 weeks before they came to check it out. Right now kitchen light not working along with cealing fan not working. Toilet not working right. Still waiting. Also a lot of crime in this complex. I will not renew lease here. I do not recommend this complex.

This has been the worst apartment complex that Ive resided at. They dont answer phone calls, their maintenance is incompetent, and their management team (which seems like they have a new one every two weeks) shows no empathy. I do not recommend. Things dont get done nor fixed around here. I dont feel safe. My car was already messed with. You literally have to speak to three different people for them to listen to you which they dont.

I was living in the townhomes in building 1, but recently moved outSince I moved in, the pvc piping to my kitchen sink had been busted (never replaced)plumbing issues all the timeAnd no sign of maintenance at all. Till this day no improvement from them one bit!!! Not even a courtesy check.Front office was clueless on what was going on, they called the townhomes the best place to live but was far from it. I was moving to San Antonio and considered leasing here. I started the application process online, and talked to I believe Melanie, who was very nice and helpful. After I sent the application, I did not hear back for a week. I called back to check on the application and spoke to someone else, who made it apparent that they hadnt even started reviewing the application yet. I confirmed some information with them and they said they would send it for review.Another week passes and I decided to make a trip to the city to look at the units in person. We went to the leasing office where we were told they were STILL reviewing the application. We looked at the 1 bedroom unit and the floor plan was bizarre. The patio is just an entryway shared with the neighbor and the sliding glass door opens to the BEDROOM where everyone can look inside. Makes no sense to me.We ended up leasing elsewhere, and after an entire MONTH since I applied to this place they finally called asking if I was still interested. I dont think it should be ONLY up to the resident to initiate communication with the leasing agent. I did not recieve any sort of update unless I called. They didnt make me exactly feel like they wanted me to lease here, so I went elsewhere. Would definitely recommend other properties.

Put in a work order to fix my AC over 2 weeks ago. I have multiple kids, multiple adults as well as animals (and lets face it, Texas heat is no joke, especially with no AC!!!) . We are stuck in an incredibly hot house and management still had not fixed the AC even tho they have stopped by several times. The office is very helpful, people are nice. But they havent actually gotten anything fixed I need and have requested. Do not rent here.

In response to the response: Considering its like pulling teeth to get anyone to answer or respond to us from the office, when we finally got someone to answer they were unaware of our issue. Says a lot about communication and the dedication to your residents.Its come to the point to where i am sure that the office just wants to make things harder for residents. It cannot be a coincidence that this happens SO OFTEN and im done being nice about it.This is the 5th time in the 8 months that we have lived here that we have had issues with our mail box. Not even including the amount of times that our mailbox has been open and packages/mail missing. Either work orders being ignored or never marked complete, it never ends. Someone will replace the lock, not mark complete, and then get replaced AGAIN. Not to mention there is no call or email to notify you of a lock change, so you just figure it out when you go try to get your mail. Our mailbox has never properly closed. Opens enough for someone to see whats in there, and not much effort required to get it the rest of the way open.It takes over a week to get a new key each time. IF the office answers your call, or theyre actually in the office when you try to get answers in person, the person who fixes the locks, isnt there, or is out to lunch and apparently its a long lunch.Tonight i go to check the mail because i am expecting important items and our newest key, DOESNT WORK AGAIN!FIX THE DAMN LATCH ON THE INSIDE AND STOP REPLACING THE KEY.

This apartment complex is an absolute nightmare. i’ve lived here for about 7 months and maintenance is an absolute joke. if you want anything done you should just flag down maintenance yourself. my apartment has been filled with roaches since we moved in (and no they don’t spray even though you pay for it) good luck trying to get in contact with anyone in the front office. their office opens at 9am and here i am having to leave a message that will never be returned at 11am. i walked out to my car earlier this week to someone screaming at a person in a prius in the parking lot then firing a shot straight into the air. the police are here at least twice a week. i highly advise anyone moving in here to please consider any other option. i wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. (ps if you want anything done you wont get it, but the second you’re late on rent there’s a note on your door.) please run away and never look back. They once tried to tow my car for the registration being expired. they put a MASSIVE orange sticker on my driver side window stating that if it was not fixed in (x) amount of days it would be tower. not sure how my expired registration is any of their business.

Absolutely terrible. Can’t even say you get what you pay for bc having to repair things instead of maintenance and the complex taking care of its residents as it should is ridiculous in comparison to the rent they are still charging. We are in the middle of a pandemic unable to go out and do things, my oven was out of service for an entire month and would’ve been longer had we not fixed it ourselves, our AC has been out and with this Texas heat, it’s just inhumane at this point. The only employee to help with anything is Jackie & even at that there’s only so much she can do. I deeply regret renewing my lease here.

We moved into this apartment complex and quickly learned that they didn’t fix the things they were supposed to fix before our move in date. Been here a year and a e are currently trying to move out because of the whole in my bottom bed room floor that we tried getting fixed for the last 5. We notified the office of our move out date and due to the date they added 400 dollars on to our last months rent because they said they are now charging us market rate for the apartment. We have never been late with the rent and we didn’t breach our contract all we are trying to do is move and in the middle of this they still have not fixed the whole in the floor. I strongly advise anyone looking for a nice place to live to please look else where

Have been trying to get a viewing of an apartment for almost 3 weeks now. It’s never ready when they say it’ll be. It’s always “next week”. It was supposed to be ready today, we were told anytime before 4pm. Which is when the keys would be handed to the people who would be renting it. Called today to check and was told it won’t be ready til next Friday. We have lived in these apartments before and having seen that they are under new management have decided to give them another try. So far, not impressed. When we call we are given the run around. Not to mention, being left on hold for 10 minutes one time and 20 minutes another. They ask for a “callback” number. But never call. Judging by the most recent reviews, I see that this is how everyone is being treated.

This property is so horrible. I have had the worst experience with them over the span of three weeks. We have been trying to get moved in and when the time came to it we kept on getting the run around. With many phone calls to the property trying to speak to someone and being told that noone was working, only to arrive at the property and see an office full of staff. It was such a let down and I am not even going half into the details of the horrible experience. Stay away from here. I am so glad that we were able to experience this so that we would not get trapped in a lease. Sadly I wish I could give them zero stars.

From the application process to eight months living here, this complex and management have made it a nightmare. My roommate and I applied, were shown a CLEAN, renovated apartment, and management (before they changed companies) lost our applications. Was shown a lower price for the apartment but are now paying $300 more. Once we finally moved in, the apartment itself was not clean, had incomplete renovations throughout, roaches and a leaking ceiling in the bathroom. They didn’t fix the leak until about a month in and the ceiling is still falling down. There’s never parking, it’s always loud at night and the mailboxes have been broken into and won’t lock. If you try to call the office for anything, no one will answer. We’re about ready to break our lease. DONT MOVE HERE

Ive lived in Axio since late March of this year and I shouldve run away from day 1. I was supposed to be moved in by March 13, all of my payments were made, but after repeated promises from the lady at the desk and a threat to move into another apt, I finally received my keys on March 23rd, but wasnt able to be official until the 24th since they were STILL working on the apt. Now for the list: Right off the bat the new dishwasher was leaking, they had to replace it. Ive had my kitchen sink repaired 4 times - the leak started a week after I moved in, each time they finally came over I had to go into the office repeatedly to get someone over, the issue has finally been resolved about 3 weeks ago BUT there is still mold they havent taken care of under my kitchen sink (I have 4 children at home!). Took 2 months for them to fix the light in my kitchen. My living room fan doesnt work, Ive been in progress for having that repaired for 2 months. My childrens bathroom finally got the shower issue replaced (they were only able to take baths) but only have 1 working sink, and only the hot water (theyve been in twice for that) and there is also some minor water damage and possibly mold under one of their sinks so theyve been using mine. I went 5 days without hot water (they were notified at the 2nd day) and after them promising me theyd be in to fix it I finally went ahead and reset the water heater myself. It still only works occasionally and they still havent come/called/whatever to even see if it still needs to be fixed. I have had no less than 6 different maintenance workers in my home, each stating this is horrible, I cant believe they let you live like this. and only ONE returned to fix something, but wasnt able to fix everything. When they arrive they have no idea what the issue is, they just assume its an AC issue and I have to start from scratch with all the issues. Other than that one gentleman, they NEVER come back, even though I am promised and given time lines for their return the next day. The flooring on the balcony has soft spots, my roommate fell on one and twisted her ankle/almost fell down the stairs. I still dont have a key for the storage room downstairs. It took me 3.5 months to get my mailbox key (the mailman told me himself that this place is notorious for having the mailboxes broken into/mail stolen, and this was after they GAVE ME A KEY, and I went to check and my box didnt even have a lock on it!). I love my apartment layout even though the kitchen is tiny and were having to use the linen closet for a pantry because the actual pantry is basically unusable, but I will absolutely be moving out next year unless they can make some drastic changes, and even then itd take a lot to convince me to stay.

I absolutely love it here at Axio. Very nice and big spacious apartments and clean areas. The staff are very friendly including Manager Brenda Scott. I also love the events they have for us residents :)

Put a work order in may 7 2020 to fix my restroom floor after having a water pipe issue. Its now August 10 2020 and no sign of them working on it. Went to talk to the office management to find out that it was closed but not fixed

I moved into Axio apartments and I must say it’s a beautiful and calm place to live. The process of obtaining the apartment was simple. Esteban from the leasing office made everything so easy for me, explained all I needed to know, and kept me updated on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend Axio to anyone.

Nikki was a very respectful and a very patience to my needs when I had to work. She kept me updated with everything and informed me the status with application during the process. I would recommend friends and family to these lovely apartments. My home is very upgraded and gorgeous love love love the experience. With Future residents just ask for Nicki you wont be disappointed.

Came in today looking for a 3 bedroom for myself and my kids to finally live together in a safe neighborhood and Nicole Garza was very understanding and helpful to a single father in need of a little guidance . The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented just like I wanted and it is very clean. I love it. Cant wait to move in!! You will definitely get your moneys worth and then some at Axio.

We were met today by Nicole Garza who was very polite and professional as she took us on the tour of a lovely and spacious 3 bedroom apartment. The community was very clean and the bright colours were lovely to look at. Overall, we are happy with our decision to move in.

Horrible place I DO NOT reccomend. First of all they took 3 months to finally give me a mail key. Alot of my outlets dont even work. Place is infested with roaches and no one sprays even though you pay for it and have you pay for additional spraying if you dont want to live with roaches. Ive had a leak in my ceiling for over 3 months that damaged over $200 worth of makeup and and soaked my entire restroom floor. Their idea if fixing my leak was placing wood block to soak up water which didnt help at all and formed mold all over the block. I have lots of picture and video if youd like to see email me. Do NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE. Especially if you have kids mold can be dangerous for the air around you and cause you to get sick

Nikki has been especially helpful with walking me through the process. I am very excited to call Axio my new home!

When will the basketball courts be open.? There is a lock on it and my kids wanted to play in that area but couldnt so I had to take them to a church up the road.. you guys dont have a curfew or time limit and if thats the case why have the lights on at night if no ones supposed to be in them.

These apartments are very expensive, they do not have controlled access, any criminal can enter, the buildings are well damaged, rotten wood, damaged doors, damaged air conditioners, roaches, they do not clean the apament before paint, they do not collect garbage, they do not maintain the apartments much less the swimming pools, it is a very nasty ghetto place.

I regretted it from day one, but since Shippy bought the complex everything has started turning around. Joe actually shows up when promised and fixes the issue no excuses. Longing for a Disney vacation? Make the Axio Apartments your future home. Mickey, Minnie and ALL their rodent friends will happily chew through you baseboards to personally welcome you. If excitement and adventure are what you’re looking for don’t bother with the basketball court or the infinitely dirty pools that may or may not be open, post up on your balcony or porch and wait for the next SAPD officer to pull through looking for their next suspect. Sometimes it happens multiple times a day. Really gets the imagination going. Don’t rely on pictures or video tours like we did. What we were shown and what we received was vastly different. I don’t think they even cleaned the unit. It clearly had not been painted prior to us moving in. Everything was documented but nothing was fixed including the run down cabinets, rotting baseboards and broken closet doors. I was super surprised to see the dilapidated mini fridge instead of the full size one shown in the pictures they showed us prior to leasing. I will say that they did replaced the mini fridge with a new mini fridge and After several complaints and trips to the doctor for breathing treatments and mold induced rashes, they gutted our closet and bathroom to remove the mold they previously just covered up with bleach. This place is just the pits. I’m surprised they are even allowed to continue to operate. The only highlight of this place has been Melanie. She is super caring and does what she can to help but you can only do as much as the property manager will allow you to do. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀

I’ve put in request after request for the A/C unit to be fixed since April 2019, and it’s now the end of May 2019 and it still has not been fixed. I’ve spoke to maintenance 4 different times, and each time they tell me the same thing. It’s blowing air but the AC unit outside stops working which makes it hot. It’s blowing air, but not cool air. My thermostat is stuck at 80 degrees and in this Texas heat, it’s unbearable and uncomfortable to live here. If this issue isn’t resolved soon and I’m not fairly compensated in some way, I will have no choice but to contact Kens 5 News and report this horrible living condition, and see if they can further investigate this, as I have documentation of my issue not being resolved and I also have a small dog with me, he has heat strokes because it gets too hot for him. My electricity bill has sky rocketed because of the fan usage. I have 3 fans blowing, but even that doesn’t help much. It’s too hot for this and nobody is getting back to me. They keep saying they’re waiting on “parts” to arrive but how long does that take? Someone needs to fix it ASAP. It’s ridiculous!

*DO NOT MOVE HERE*at least not until management learns how to run a proper business.over 6 months ago i left a stellar review. only to realize i was fed what i wanted to hear, and ultimately was treated unacceptably as a tenant. the only reason i haven’t gone for legal pursuit is because i simply don’t have the time or energy to keep investing in this sad property management.we moved to texas from florida in April 2020. my husband and i had job transfers in san antonio and i hunted for over hundreds of places to live. axio seemed perfect. the floor plan was everything we were looking for. i am an extremely thorough and safe than sorry person. while applying and signing our lease, we only were able to communicate with the property via phone/email/text because we weren’t able to take tours before moving to texas. so i more than triple checked to confirm exactly the unit we wanted and were looking for, and were specific to ensure we would get the correct one with no miscommunication. then we loaded a truck and took 30 hours in total to arrive to axio to find out they gave us the wrong unit!!! i was bawling my eyes out. management quickly told me as soon as the correct unit is available they’d move us in. i tried to be understanding, optimistic, and patient. a month and a half we were living in our boxes unable to unpack knowing we were going to have to transfer but not knowing when - we finally move to the correct unit, to find out it was incomplete!!!! but again, management reassured us that day that it would be completed by the end of the week. sure enough, it was NOT.i have been polite and diligent in following up with the office REGULARLY to try to complete my unit. i requested a rent reduction/accommodation for the MAJOR inconvenience, and quite frankly NOT what we signed up to pay for... and they were quick to deny me at first, then each month passed by that my unit wasn’t complete and i’d ask again, and the office would always brush it off avoiding the request by telling me someone will call me back to finish the work orders.. but it never happened, month after month.now don’t get me wrong, my husband and i are honest hard working people who ALWAYS pay what’s owed, early or on time, never late, and usually aren’t the ones to hassle over money, ever. we knew this unit was more expensive than our last and we chose it on purpose because we wanted to have the nicer place so we were willing to pay the bigger price for it. but sadly this complex has been forcing me to pay for a whole happy meal while getting away with only giving me chicken nuggets for 6 WHOLE MONTHS STRAIGHT.the maintence team is honestly great. they’ve always been kind.so to get to the nitty gritty gist of how this complex has decided to screw over my husband and i,upon MOVE IN for 1.5 months - living out of boxes in the WRONG UNITupon TRANSFER - we moved into a unit with a missing sink faucet, 3 missing doors, 4 missing cabinets, rotting wood on our balcony, a broken bathtub, all kinds of missing lights/light covers.about a month before our 6 month mark of STILL INCOMPLETE UNIT - i sent a respectful and detailed email to everyone in the office letting them know since we have yet to live in a complete unit for 6 whole months// half of our dang lease - we were going to skip paying 1 months rent to accommodate because we signed up to pay for a full and complete unit. no one ever returned my emails or calls until the DAY RENT WAS DUE - to tell me that i had to pay or else they’d charge me late fees start the eviction process.after the 6 month, they FINALLY came and completed most of it. but still we are missing a whole door and broken bathtub.this property management knows NOTHING about accountability. they think just because they fired out the old and started new that they don’t have to clean up any messes made behind.we would have filed for constructive eviction to move out if it wasn’t that we already had all our furniture and washer/dryer installed, delivered and set up.again, don’t move here. take my word for it!

I use to work here and all the maintenance guys do is smoke by their shop and complain about work orders that never get doneFront office is clueless on certain things, y’all watch out building 12 has an active s** offender living there

New management team is awesome all of the issues that I had been waiting on have been fix and work orders only take days not weeks. They are like night and Day...

Just came by Axio and toured the studio apartment! The Leasing agent informed me of multiple options available to the studio apartments! Way more than expected! Super excited to soon live here, quiet and great for families! I’m very excited to start my 12 month lease here!!

Just tried to stop by for a tour with my boyfriend. The door was locked. We almost walked away, but after knocking a girl came to the door. She did not introduce herself, nor apologize for having the door locked. Upon asking she introduced herself as Nikki. She never once inquired what our names were, and didn’t offer to show us any apartments nor amenities. I am so glad we had this experience to save us the time and money that would have been wasted on a community that doesn’t care about potential residents. Save the time & don’t come here.

I lived there about 4 years ago under Presidium. Our move in inventory sheet work orders were not completed for 6 months. Our apartment was not clean and there were so many issues at move in. The main concern was the roach infestation. We treated this ourselves with Combat Max Gel. It took time but we finally got rid of them after a few months. The office staff was pretty rude at the time. We did not speak with them much. We paid our rent on time and stopped complaining about our damaged apartment, so we were surprised when a temp showed up to compete work orders 6 months later. The manager at the time was let go and replaced by a male manager. We placed our move out notice well in advance of 60 days. We met with him at the apartment and he agreed to let us move out early because they were converting our 3 bedroom into one bedrooms. It took over 30 days to get a refund that we had to pick up at the office. We called multiple times with no results so we had to call corporate about it. They still had us moved in the system even though possession was turned over to them two weeks prior. What a hassle it was to live there. Worst apartment I have ever lived in. I was so glad that we got released early due to construction. This review is years late, by the way. I do not know any of the current staff.

Our leasing agent nicki was very helpful. She gave very accurate information and answered all the questions we had. The move in process moved very quickly! Definitely would recommend.

Presidium Property Management DOES NOT care about their residents. Please DO NOT move here, you will find other options for the same price that will make you a happy resident. Believe me, they DO NOT care for the residents.I signed a lease for a 3BR that looked great online but see how it actually looked like. Here is a small list of the many issues:-Flooded and leaking bathroom-Strong smoke smell (we signed lease for a non-smoke apartment)-Missing smoke detector and AC vents-Dirty front entrance

Can’t get them to fix ANYTHING!!! Whole list of things that do not work. From the dishwasher to the AC/Heat. Nightmare. Been here 2 weeks. Huge mistake moving into these apartments.Office hours said open at 10:00 on Saturday. Standing here at 10:16 and no one here. Maintenance never showed back up and now the garbage disposal has backed up. Every day is something new.I will not post my apt number on here and the number the owners left does no good because NOONE IS IN THE OFFICE TO ANSWER AND THE MAILBOX IS FULL!!!

I got approved for a studio apartment here about a month ago. I wasnt even aware I was approved until I called them, and I had to call numerous times to get an answer. The leasing agent never communicated regularly with me. I had a hard time getting in touch with her and I kept having to nag her to send me basic information. Im supposed to move in on July 3rd and she still hasnt given me the leasing information and has yet to allow me to tour the apartment Im supposed to stay in. Ive decided to not go through with the apartment since Im having so many problems with the front office already. You would think that if they wanted a resident to live here, they would provide me with all of the information when I ask for it. I really liked the location of this place and I really would have loved to live here but Im going to trust these red flags.

Roach infested .. lazy office workers. Nothing ever gets fixed. Mold reoccurring in restroom. Trash is always over flowing. Over crowded complex.

This apartment is nice and clean, the floor plans are well design too. The most best thing is the office staff here are very nice and helpful, the staff Ms. Nicole was very patiently help me through out my application, very exciting to live here!!

I’m going to use my experience and these comments as red flags and not further pursue this apartment complex anymore. I called Monday and spoke with Melanie and everything she told me was great and had me really interested in selecting this apartment. I was going to ignore all the negative comments and just make my own decision based off my experience. The crazy thing about it is I haven’t even visited the property yet and I’m already skeptical. After speaking with Melanie she was supposed to email me pics of the units I was interested in right after we got off the phone. She also agreed to send me information via text. This was Monday. Tuesday came and I still haven’t received anything. So I called to remind them. Now it’s Wednesday and I still haven’t gotten an email, text, or at least a call. I definitely believe all of the negative reviews. And I really was considering this apartment complex. But now it’s kind of hard to even trust anything. If management can’t be efficient with something as simple as emailing me pictures, there is no way they can be efficient with fixing issues with their actual tenant. It’s quite disappointing.

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU REALLY LOVE HAVING ALL YOUR MAINTENANCE ISUES IGNORED NOT TO MENTION THE CRIME AND ROACHES
