Got a call from a representative who was the negative bee as they say. I’m explaing my situation and she states well I only work with corporate companies and they will want your application fee and the first months deposit even before the approval! This review is for Stephanie Scott, we needed to help a family member get an apartment with a broken lease and she needed a cosigner. Stephanie assured us that the lease can be signed over in two months so that we are not on it. Little did we know the person has to meet the qualifications in order for apartment to be signed over for. This was NOT told to us and Stephanie should have mentioned that. But no, now it puts us in a bind for finding an apartment for ourselves because we consignee that lease. Also for the possibility of messing up our credit if the family member eventually defaults. We were clearly told false information so that she can get compensated from the apartment complex. Will never work with her again or recommend to anyone else.

I was relocating from Dallas to SA and she helped me every step of the way when I drive down to her office she drove me around for three hours till I decided on a place. My apartment finder was Sid.I am extremely unsatisfied with the service he provided. He promised the application fees would be paid for and I would have free movers. After I applied, got everything ready and set a move date, my apartment finder Sid began ignoring my phone calls and giving me the runaround via text message. Claiming the movers were booked everything was good to go when in fact it was not. I called Apartments today to reach out for help and finally recieved a message from Sid saying;Hey go ahead and cancel the movers and go ahead and put somebody elses name down under the application I dont want to help you when you try to call my broker and try to throw me under the bus God bless you and have a wonderful day but Im not gonna be giving your moversI contacted Sid for his services over a month ago and was lead on about having movers until this afternoon..I now have only three weeks until my move date.If you value your time, maybe you should pick a different apartment finder.

Went into the office, sat there with ZERO of the several employees even acknowledging that I came in.
