I don’t really write reviews but we had to write this. This was our first home and we lived for 5 years. It was great at first but it gradually started getting worse and worse. The management is very nice and welcoming to people looking to move in but to their current residents, they don’t talk right or address any of your concerns. When we moved out of here a couple days ago, they over charged us on rent. We were only supposed to pay rent for 22 days but instead had to pay 30 day rent. we paid it off because we wanted to leave with a good heart hoping we would get the refund once everything was settled. They didn’t give any refund and charged us additional on other things. If they try to overcharge you, don’t pay it. You can request for emergency maintenance and still won’t hear from anyone for days. Overall, great place at first but really disheartening to leave with such hard feelings.
HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE... DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The apartments themselves are old and outdated. Our AC, water heater, and other appliances broke multiple times during our lease and it took days for them to get fixed. The maintenance staff take forever to respond to a call even if it is an emergency (we had a leak in our apartment and our AC went out multiple times without so much as a reply to come and fix it in a timely manner). We put in a maintenance request for broken blinds and burnt out kitchen lights in February and when we moved out in May both things were still broken. Good luck trying to get the office staff to reply to a phone call or an email because they never reply. The complex is always disgusting; the trash is always overflowing and never gets picked up in a timely manner. The kids that live in the complex run around all over with no regard to anyone else. Dog poop everywhere; no one ever picks it up.We moved out of your apartment a month early because we could not stand to live there anymore! Horrible complex run by a horrible staff; DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
I walked in to check on the apartments and the property and I was greeted by two wonderful leasing agents one called Dwayne and the other one called Danielle. I like their new remodeled units with new appliances and well be moving in soon the property manager made me feel like home and I cant wait to make my future home here. The whole staff is awesome and friendly
Horrible place horrible management specially Victoria the property manager. She should be fired, doesn’t know manners and etiquette how to speak to a tenant.
Water will be off for a whole day with no notice given.. They do not care at all about tenants!! Very inconvenient… but if your a week late on rent they will charge $50 which has never happened….so what do you get for paying your bills on time!! NO WATER THATS WHAT YOU GET!!! NOT VALUED AT ALL HERE!!
Moved in a month ago and i mean just the customer service alone was awesome. Danielle, by which id say is very friendly, got me my 2 bedroom apt here and im already getting text messages like this. They are very pet friendly and care for the animals that are lost. Out of all the apts ive lived at, this is by far the only one who cares. Pets are definitely safe within this community. For those animals lovers out there, this complex welcomes you!Also gotta throw this out there that the whole managment has a positive vibe, thanks again victoria and danielle
I will be moving as of July and so far so good on customer service. Ive been dealing with Danielle and she is such a joy awesome experience and I look forward to more things to come in July
The New Staff Victoria, Dwayne and Danielle are great. Victoria the property manager made sure my new upgraded unit came out the way it was supposed to be by getting in there and helping out preparing the unit. Danielle showed me the upgraded unit which has stainless steel appliances including a microwave. She was super friendly along with Dwayne who assisted in making sure I received the unit I deserved.
Danielle was great, We just moved here and had a bad experience with another apartment giving us the run around and changing our date, so we canceled the lease and came here, I am glad we did because her and the guy in the office helped us out so much and got us in the same day. Again Thanks so much for the help today
The a/c hasn’t been working good since February and we been surviving by a window a/c Unit for almost 2 months now. If outside 98* hot and a/c not working is not an emergency then what is it. We work during the day, we may not suffer a lot but we do have 2 dogs. Did you ever think about them, they have already suffered a lot. They got heat sick and heat rashes why do you have to be so heartless and inhumane about these stuff and make us suffer.

Normally I do not leave reviews, and tried to be positive about my time at an apartment complex, but I do not have one nice thing to say about this complex.First of all, management has changed multiple times in the 1 year we were at this complex. This is a HUGE red flag. They are impossible to get in contact with and I felt like they didnt care about their residents.When we moved in, we found multiple issues with the townhome. There were lights burned out, the downstairs toilet was constantly running, the air conditioning upstairs didnt work, and there was a rolly pollie infestation downstairs.Our air conditioning went out multiple times during the summer, our water heater was broken for about a month, the blinds in the bedroom facing the parking lot fell (they didnt find time to put those back up from when we first reported it on 2/13 to 5/21 when we moved out), and there was a leak in the 2nd bathroom that seeped to our living room wall every time we tried to use that shower. We tried to get it fixed, but maintenance didnt know what to do and it was obvious that it wasnt going to be fixed in the time that we lived there.I was trying to work with this place. We moved in during COVID-19, but what we went through was inexcusable. We found a much nicer and newer place in the same area with a more helpful staff for just about what we were paying here.Save your time, money, and sanity and do not move here. This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in, and would not recommend moving here to my worst enemy.
Omg the management Victoria got down.. I have to say she one of kind great manager. She makes sure her residents is taken care of. she also have some great staff as well i just recent watch her turn a week wait for an apt to just a few days... Victoria, her ast Danielle,n lead dawyne did a great job! I was amaze how great my best friend apt came out... We are in love with her apt.. I do recommend this apt if u need a home...
This place is a mess since Shippy took over, they are behind on every thing, yet they operate shorter hours. Every new manager that comes in here only focuses on overbilling the residents instead of focusing on fixing the existing problems and issues in the complex.Calls to the leasing office are rarely answered. It so frustrating
We rented for a year, we paid $750 monthly and we had a $200 deposit, now note this time frame was from March 4th 2020 to March 4th 2021. We didnt get to use the gym and or the pool and or the pest control, due to covid, and getting in touch with the office was extremely difficult. They did not give us any discount and or knowledgement, of any improvement. Even though our lease was up on the 4th we still had to pay for those 4 days follow by water and pet and pest control it made that 200 to only $51, extremely unhappy with the out come, if you are thinking about moving there please note the roach infestation, the unusable pool, and the non-existant management.
Ever since Shippy management took over you can’t get maintenance to do anything, Trash is always everywhere, security gates never work. When you talk to the the office they always say they will take care of it and they never do anything. All they want is your money and the amount of money I pay here is way too much for the service they provide.
The management should get fired and replaced as soon as possible.
Ok, so, we just moved in last week but this complex is so nice and everyone is very friendly! We had issues with our plumbing and some other stuff but the maintenance men and office staff were very patient with me and got our issues resolved IN ONE DAY. Those men were in my apartment all day and didnt cut any corners. Our unit was remodeled so its understandable that there were small details that needed attention but I am very grateful for the entire staff and maintenance crew. I did my initial tour with Ariana P. And she is so cute and fun! It was easy to talk to her and she helped me understand everything if need to do to get into a unit. Everyone is very genuine and kind, all amenities are so clean and there are no bugs, flies or mold. Im still not done setting up my patio but the patios are HUGE and perfect for alllllll my plants lol the unit is adorable and I love it here ❤
They will raise the rent whenever they want, they dont fix anything, dont be surprised if you have no ac for a week in the middle of summer.
Horrible place to live ! Maintenance & office staff are the worst . They’ll straight up deny your request saying you don’t have an emergency and take literally months to fix the issue even if it’s a small thing.
Love all of the new renovations in this community. The apartments are always kept clean, and the inside staff are very friendly. My apartment here has been the best yet. Definitely will recommend this place to my friends and family.
Insect infestation if rampant. Maintenance takes forever to respond to a work order and then the work is either done wrong of is incomplete. Reported a water leak before Christmas and they still have not replaced damaged dry wall and carpeting 3 months later. It took 2 weeks for them to respond to a report of a leak under the kitchen sink. They finally responded when I went into the office and threatened to make a scene. Even then the repairs lasted only 4 days and now the sink leaks worse than before. I cant use the kitchen because there is no way to clean up. Maintenance is understaffed and overworked. There are a couple hundred units that were built almost 50 years ago and they are breaking down faster than the maintenance staff can repair them. I plan on finding another location when this lease is up.

We, the people of city summit, pay rent for only staying at home without even allow to step my foot out of the apartment. For some reason, when my kids come here to play in so called Play Ground, one of the manager of City Summit denies them from playing there without any reason. We pay rent only for shelter. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WALK AROUND THE COMPLEX OR PLAYING ON THE GROUND. I dont have any other reason to pay rent for these kinda apartments.
Ive lived here about 6 months now and I honestly didnt have anything bad to say for the most part. We do occasionally see a big problem here and there, and theres been a few times the water was spontaneously shut off but I definitely cant say its a bad place at all! Front office staff are friendly and the rent is good!
Great price, great location, great people. I have enjoyed my year here--its peaceful, the neighbors are nice, the pools arent crowded, and its convenient to work and shopping. Lots of renovations are currently happening, as the facility has changed ownership, and that can be chaotic, but still, the buildings are solid and well insulated--I cant hear my neighbors!--and maintenance is on point. In fact, maintenance is where this place really shines. When I need something fixed, they never give me any hassle, theyre always unfailingly polite, and if they cant get the job done right away, they at least make sure that a temporary fix is provided so that the tenant remains comfortable. I would recommend this complex to anyone that wants a clean, affordable place to live where the staff takes the tenants comfort seriously. I will absolutely extend my lease here.

Never move into these apartments, Ive been living in town home for 3 yrs its old construction and my 2 bed town home CPS Energy bill is almost 200 in summers and we are only couple with no kids and only 2 people lives here and we are out from 8 am - 8 pm. too many problems
I been living there for the past 2 years every month my A/C doesn’t work . The only reason I renew my contract with them is because my contract end it at the middle of the pandemic around June so I didn’t want to move to a new place at that moment .Stay away from this place !!Don’t waste your money because this place doesn’t care about there residents.
They seem nice at first until you start noticing problems and maintenance is horrible you put in your order and they say they fixed it when they dont even show up. The office is rude Sophia, delilah n Jessica so far will lie to you and ask you to prove it. Dont move in at all but if you have then I suggest recording every call so you can have proof.
I lived here for a year. The floor plans are huge, the pricing is good for the area, and theres ample parking if you have roommates or want to invite friends over. We had a lot of problems while living here, though. We had a year round cockroach problem, waterbug roaches everywhere outside and an infestation of kitchen roaches inside, the septic tanks would overflow and raw sewage would be strewn across the parking lots and road, it took a lot of time, patience, and followup to get maintenance to fix problems (I had a massive leak in the ceiling of my bedroom that still wasnt fixed by the time I moved out), and the dumpsters were constantly overflowing. At least half of the worlds bee population lives in City Summits dumpsters. Another weird thing, we didnt have lights or ceiling fans in the living room or bedrooms. It was depressing. People need lights.Did I like living here? No. Would I recommend this place? No. Would I rent here again if I was in a pinch? Also no.

Horrible management and bills will rip you off. They will tell water will be 50 before you move in, you will be end up paying 150 no matter what . Also many part of the units are broken.MAINTENANCE is a joke. We our selfs been fixed our issues since horrible maintenance people. They try to put a bandage on everything and make a mess and leave. I would never been moved in here. Submitted maintenance request for more than 3 months, 4 times . They put completed on the next day but never even come to your unit. Management is so rude. Very unprofessional. Really bad attitude. So frustrating to live in this apartment. Another thing there is no security in this apartment. People knock your door and leave. Steel things from patio. This is a scary place to live with kids.
I visited this location with the intent to find a new home accompanied with friendly staff and affordable prices. The end result was quite the antithesis which left me sadly disappointed. I went in the morning with a roommate and spoke with a white man who had brown/blonde hair. This guy was not even the slightest affable like many other leasing agents. He was quiet, didn’t really look at us, and seemed completely uninterested in helping. The pricing was too expensive and he left out the special deals until we specifically inquired on them. I even asked what is special about city summit that sets them apart from everyone else and his answer was “we have renovated many units”. In case people don’t know, but nearly every apartment complex have rooms that have been upgraded or renovated.We even asked for a showing and he stated there was one available to show, yet he had no dire interest in presenting this model to us. We would ask to see it and he would stay quiet. It felt as if our sexual orientation was the stem of this disprespectful attitude which I hope isn’t the case. Let’s all remember that it’s 2018 and minorities are people too. I’ve viewed many apartments and this was the worst leasing agent I’ve encountered. For the sake of this apartment complex, I hope you let him know to respect every human being who walks through those doors. I was considered on leasing here but the cold shoulder has me looking to engender a home elsewhere...
I moved in a few months ago and it has been great! I moved into an apartment that has the upgrades. The community is gated which is nice!! I was there yesterday to put a work order in and the staff is all new but very assertive.
This apartment is honestly NOT worth the money they ask for monthly. I had so many maintenance issues here whether it was a busted AC pipe that no one would permanently fix, busted water pipes that caused my ceiling to almost burst open, a sugar ant infestation when I first moved in, messed up tub stopper, broken garbage disposal.. the list goes on. I couldnt wait to get out my lease. Then come to find out they sent a balance to a collection agency for my final water bill but I never received one letter or phone call from the apartment complex to the forwarding information I provided to the office upon moving out. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They look nice from first glance but renting at this apartment was nothing but a headache and WASTE of money.
Has some nice features, but the place feels a bit shady with kids running the complex at night getting into trouble. Has a few rough edges but not all bad.

When we first moved into the apartment, we noticed the air conditioning was not working. After a few days, we discovered the entire AC unit was encased with ice. Maintenance made excuses and continued to make excuses within the next year that we lived there. They were unprofessional and came without warning, once coming at 10pm on a Monday night. I have lost running water in my kitchens multiple times, and the maintenance member I talked to always made an excuse when I called it in.The entire complex has an incredible stray cat problem. Not all of them have been spayed or neutered and you can hear them fighting at any point day or night.I moved out in April and have yet to receive a refund check for our deposit, even after many emails and unreturned phone calls. The staff at this complex on all levels are incredibly unprofessional and the unit was not worth the price we paid for rent.

This place used to be a lot better until the new company (CITY SUMMIT) took over. Currently this place is a total mess under the new management, the most unprofessional and ineffective management I have ever seen. There were fewer people in the previous management, but they were very dictated and honest. I have been living here for two years now, so I moved out my old apt and moved in to town home on the 1st of Jan 2016. As I moved in, two of the three (2/3) bathrooms were already out of order, the lights in the kitchen are not working, the carpet is so dirty that if you walk on while your feet are wet it will make your feet soles literally black/dirty. stains and dirty spots are very visible on the carpet. I informed the management of the issues in my apartment, but it has been a week no one showed up to fix the problems I have and I do follow of on it daily, but still waiting.....We have days when the trash is overflowing.The mail boxes were vandalized in August 2015, but nothing has been done to repair them yetThere are a lot of bugs and ants also inside the apartment, it is such a disastrous situation.The management is very professional in overcharging the residents with all sorts of extra fees though.think really hard before renting here and make sure every thing is the way you were promised before moving in to your new apt.
Went to visit and trying to find my new home. But staff is not ingaged, isn’t enthusiastic about details of the apartment. Not only that there were cockroaches EVERYWHERE in the apartment so disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend.
CITY SUMMIT or RADCO!!!! name doesnt matter and help at all while the people working at the leasing office are the same people from previous staff. we need to new faces and professional people who has the potential to resolve the customers problems effectively and timely. No one likes to deal with the same person who previously ignored your issue and totally lied to you about resolving it. I also noticed some recent changes in the management staff. which seems a positive sign, but there are still some members from the previous staff. which is main problem, they still behave the same way the they did before. they ignore you and they ignore your issues. this is a great location, we were packed tightly in the 2015, it was hard to find a parking spot for your car, but recently people started to move out, because of the staff behavior towards them. it looks here deserted now. they felt they were over charged, their issues were deliberately ignored, they werent welcome and respect when they visited the leasing office. I felt the exactly the same situation(not welcomed, not respected) when I visited the leasing office this morning and ran into a member of the previous staff. I waited for a while (34 minutes) and i was getting late for work, so I left without being helped. people get frustrated over and over and eventually they leave the place. some of my good neighbors left. I know many people who want to live here again but dont want to deal with the same people. I hope we have a welcoming and honest staff this year.
Just coming back to remind everyone that CITY SUMMIT STOLE $1000 FROM MY ROOMMATE AND I. They made us pay an extra months rent then refused to refund the money. We had maintenance every other weekend to fix foundation shifting damage then afterwards they accused the damage of being from pets! Pets we did NOT have! DONT RENT HERE. DONT DO IT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

PLEASE DON’T MOVE HERE, it’s the worst place I’ve lived in. THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH MICE AND I WOULD’T BE SURPRISED IF THERE WERE OTHER TYPE OF INFESTATIONS. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN SO GROSS OUT. The place has extensive damage in the kitchen cabinets and kitchen area due to the mice damage. I have told management about the damage on the cabinets and the smell of the urine and they don’t do anything about it. The property I live in is in pretty bad condition.My air conditioner has been broken since early July and prior to that I kept reporting it wasn’t working since May. It took them over a month to come check it out. I’m still waiting for it to be repaired. Don’t be deceived by the models and perks by administration. Not worth it at all, worst place ever and it’s an understatement.
Very accessible location. There has been a lot of improvements since the new administration. Manny, the maintanance supervisor, is great and very attentive.
Expensive. Not impressed. Didnt rent here. Staff was alright but didnt convince me that they are the better choice of apartments in the area
Management sucks, roaches in apartment complex when you move in and after pest control, only one maintenance man available most of the time. They don’t care to fix your problems at all. I had mold on my patio closet . All they did was paint over the mold. My uncle took the wood w mold off the wall and maintence never came to replace it after reminded several times. Complained about the mold as a safety hazard to management and corporate as well as our water heater not heating the water to the showers only sometimes if you get lucky. After bringing to corporate and regional manager Kimberly’s attention she threatened to kick us out because one of the applicants girlfriend stays their and is not on the application however when filling out application applicant on the lease asked if he needed to add girlfriends name and city summit employee promted us not to. NOT A PLACE THAT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE ITS YOUR HOME. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT TRY THEIR BEST TO HELP FIX YOUR NEEDS OR ANY PROBLEMS THE COMPLEX HAD PREVIOUS TO MOVE IN OR NOW. Please send the city’s safety team to this complex so we can do something about management and get our moneys worth in these town homes.
EDIT 09.01.2018 - READ THIS BEFORE MOVINGMaintenance enters residence (without calling, as they enjoy doing), setting off my security alarm. Maintenance calls to try and access my alarm pin. Rather than providing them with my passcode, I remotely turn off the alarm and turn on all of my cameras to start recording.Maintenance goes to the kitchen and begins working on the sink. Apparently there was an emergency leak that happens often (they had to access my apartment again just 5 days later on 10.06.2018, and mentioned this same issue has been going on since the year before). Knowing this, the complex still continues to move people in the the unit below us - disregarding the risk of water damage to their personal belongings.Maintenance had obvious issues removing my Britta filter from the faucet. Rather than calling me, so that I may direct them on how to take off the simple mechanism, they proceed to just snap it off (completely breaking the filter itself, and rendering the latch irremovable from the actual faucet).THEY DID NOT BRING THIS UP TO ME AT ALL OR NOTIFY ME IN ANY WAY.I had to come home to broken pieces all over my sink, and check the cameras to see what happened.If I didn’t have a security system, or cameras, I would have no idea what happened in my kitchen. I would have come home to broken property without so much as a call from the complex.I called them, and they admitted to breaking the filter, and told me that they would replace it within 24 hours.5 days later, and they enter the residence AGAIN to try and fix the pipe.We bring up the filter, and nobody has a clue what I’m talking about, suddenly.Luckily for me, not only do I have the conversation recorded where they admitted to breaking the filter, as well as promising the replace it - but video evidence as well!Unfortunately, most people do not have the luxury of tracking everything that goes on in their apartment. So if you own anything of value, and don’t want it broken without your knowledge - DON’T MOVE HEREEDIT: 09.26.2018Have spoken to two assistant managers, the property manager, AND the regional manager. Have yet to receive a replacement for my property that was broken by management (26 Days Ago).EDIT: July 2018Do not move here if you have any children or animals. This property takes care of the stray cats here by spaying/flea treating them and then releasing them back onto the property (This is what they tell you if you call them about it). There are currently 15 (that I actually have photos of) including 5 new kittens (I guess the spaying isnt working). Ive been here for a year now and all of the same cats from my first day are still here. The cats are so comfortable with people that they will try and walk into your house, into your car, and up to your children. Most of these cats are mangled and extremely bloody/tick-ridden. Ive seen them fight raccoons and opossums (by the pool that kids play in) - so I have a MASSIVE rabies/disease concern. When joking about whether or not I should start taking a pellet gun to detour the cats who try to enter my vehicle, I was essentially shamed for sounding inhumane. Well, Im sick of stepping in cat feces every time I step outside of my home, while management sends emails to the complex about how residents arent picking up after their dogs. Im sick of being hissed at for WALKING TO MY CAR.Regardless, my rent has still been raised along with everybody elses. I was told that this was mandatory and will happen every year. So keep this in mind when you sign a new lease.EDIT: August 2018No new information or progress - apartment has given generic response to my review. The company they are referring to in their response is the company who will be spaying/releasing the cats rather than actually taking care of the problem. Response also asks me to call them, when Ive already spoken to the complex manager and assistant manager over the phone about this problem. Watch how they respond to other reviewers to understand how they handle these situations.
Update*** on Friday after promises of repairs my bathroom flooded!! After being patient with repairs they back charge me for cable tv. I transferred my services so I dont need theirs for $41 a month but its mandatory and now I owe $160. Give me a break. The hidden fees!!Make sure before you move in you have repairs done. I have moved in to a complete disaster. Leaking sinks broken toilets electrical issues, my dryer vent is clogged, my floors were disgusting my kitchen appliances didnt work, there is a hole in my ceiling that leaks when it rains, my shower goes from hot to cold. The sinks all had faucets that were broken. The painters left a huge mess opened drawers and the paint is still chipping off. They had to replace all of the floors which took 2 months. And we are three months in and my front door is broken, room smells like mildew and they are charging me all kinds of fees. This place is a mess and the management are unprofessional. Aesthetically its looking better but the water damage that they keep painting over and holes in the ceiling remind me the bones are bad. I hope my apartment was just a lemon.
BEWARE THIS COMMUNITY IS INFESTED WITH RATS. I was moved to another apartment because of the issues with termites, I was told termites were not active. Recent I have found food and zipped locked bags bitten in my pantry. When I address my concern because I have 2 small children and one with medical needs. I had to wait 5 days to have pest control in my apartment. They confirmed that my apartment has rat activity. Till this time I have not been able to speak to the manager of the complex. I have called several times and there is no answer. I did speak to one of the new workers. When I addressed my concerns about my child’s health she hang up the phone at me. I feel that my apartment is not save for my children that they are in danger. BE AWARE people with children and medical issues. Please please be careful this is the worst place to live. Managemanet does not care. This place is worst then a zero.I have been leaving in city summit for almost 3 years. I am not from San Antonio and wanted to go back home that is the reason I have stood here so long. The manager has always be horrible and the assistant manager is so rude. In my apartment I noticed that water was coming in the first and second floor and them about it for about 3 years since I pretty much moved in. It was never addressed correctly. The maintenance guys told me it was cosmetic so it was painted. Until recently the walls were broken and they noticed that the walls were eaten by termites and possibly mold. So I was moved to other apartment. It is very frustrating because I addressed this issue so many time. I also have to small children. One that was a premature with respiratory problems. Which did not help. They pay for my move but a lot of the stuff I had to move by myself because I am a single move with a 2 year old and 6 month old. In the new apartment I addressed some issues immediately that laundry door was very lose. The follow it it almost fell on my 6 month old baby. It would have killed him. Maintenance is horrible they do not know what they are doing. I have a lot of issue with this complex it run horrible. It take forever to get something done but if you don’t have the rent on time that is a major issue but they don’t understand that they also need to provide better services. Not to mention that the laundry room is so dirty and it gust me out to wash them. I am still here because I want to do back home. However I would not recommend this complex to anyone specially with children.
Not well kept whatsoever. Apartments are very old and dirty inside. Bugs all over the place. The gate is mostly just kept open most of the time and theres no security. Laundry machines are frequently broken.
Id preferre not to give them any stars. This property and the people that work there are horrible and suck. They have no respect for there residents and there Apts are shity. They cant take care of them and never send anyone to fix anything. If anyone has a number to there Corporate Office please contact me asap. Dont live here. Not worth the money you pay!!
The worst appartments i have ever lived, very unsafe location, many robberies incidents, they broke into my apartment and stole all the valueables. The buildings are very old and there are leaks all the times. The work orders take forever here. There are all kind of bugs, but worst ones are the bedbugs. Which many apartments have it. Dont move here bc i guarantee, you will havd a miserable stay just like i did for the past year. The over all management is bad, but especially the asst manager is the most dishonest and rude person i have met through out my stay at this place. She has been lying to me sincs the day i moved in. WARNING!! BED BUGS

This place is infested with roaches and rats. The office staff lies through their teeth constantly. Everything they say is BS. My apartment flooded from upstairs leak and they took 8 hours to respond. No after hours emergency services. Moving out and repairs still havent been made. I never once got contacted after flooded. Pool was closed for 6 months. No hot water in laundromat. ALL of the exercise equipment is broken. Apartment wasnt cleaned after last tenant. Doors hanging off the hinges. All electric outlets dont work so I had to fix them. STAY AWAY!

This place used to be a lot better until the new company took over. We have days when the trash is overflowing. They also take forever to empty the cans of animal waste and it smell bad plus you have to keep on putting the waste in there and its just gross. The mail boxes were vandalized but nothing has been done to get them repaired we were just imformed by a piece of paper on the office window that they are working on it but they dont even know when it will be done. I also can never get anyone on the phone. In addition they sent some window company to change the windows, this company come in on a different date from the one anounced and broke the frame of my new bed. This incident is from back in april and i still cant get anyone to resolve they just sent me over to the window company and forgot about it when they should be the ones to deal with the company city summit hired. In addition the getto people from across the street come over to this side all the time. These people that dont even live here vandalize the area and are always using the pool when they dont even live here! I guess this could be resolved if the gates were closed but they never are they are always open which makes it pointless for there to even be a gate. A gated community? False advertisement. Only good thing here? No bugs
Overall it was okay. I have moved out since August and have not received deposit back it is now December. They have confirmed that I have a refund, but never received it. Really unacceptable since rent was never late and apartment was left clean. Have called multiple times and they never call back when they say they will.Update!!I would like to let you all know what happened after I got in contact with corporate. I received my refund in June 2018 which is 10 months after I moved out. The check was sent to my address there at City Summit within the 30 days after I moved out, but it made no sense since I submitted my forwarding address to them 60 days prior to my lease ending. They sent a check to an address that I no longer lived and then it was cashed with somebody forging the signature. They said we had already received it and sent a copy of it and that is when I knew it was forged. So long story short had to submit paperwork and then we got it. At this point she wouldve received the full amount we paid, but we did not. So changing my 2 star review to 0!
