We lived here for 3 years and had a great experience living at Azul! Ludy is very helpful and kind! She always listened to our needs and resolved anything we needed! Maintenance is quick to fix any issue and we did not have any problems with safety ever in the parking lot. Parking is plenty in the back. The closer parking spots get taken though which is a given! Would recommend this place for sure. Safe, clean and friendly office staff make it a good place to call home.

5/5! No issues living here at Azul. Clean property with a great set up. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic the amenities were not utilized but the pool remained clean as well as the work out area. During the 2021 Winter Storm Azul acted promptly to get repairs and service issues fixed. I have had nothing but good experiences and giving up my 1 bedroom here at Azul was only because of my out of state move because of my job. Thank you to everyone at Azul, residents and employees for keeping this a nice quiet place that kept me feeling safe and secure.

Went to just get some information and the lady was so rude. Made no effort, totally dismissed us. Different offer to show any options or anything. Bummed because we were really impressed with the interior here.

Renewing my lease for the 3rd time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is hard working and issues are always taken care of within a couple of days. Grounds are maintained very well. Quiet and good neighbors. Thank you Kelly, Ludy, Yvette & maintenance for your hard work in maintaining this a great community to reside.

The complex is not abiding by their leasing agreement. The contracts give residents the right to view all utility metrics used to calculate charges. The front office is unable or unwilling to abide by this contractual provision.Additionally, there is no safety protocol for residents when severe weather strikes. In early 2020, a tornado touched down close to and was visible from the Azul complex. When I inquired about the proper safety procedures for residents, the office manager laughed at the safety concern. Her solution to the problem was to challenge meteorological data by stating that there was no tornado.Overall, very unprofessional and discourteous to residents. Renter beware.

The entire staff at Azul is awesome! Friendly, helpful, and they care about their residents. The maintenance staff does an excellent job of getting to maintenance requests. If you are looking for a nice quiet neighborhood, excellent staff, and nice neighbors, then this is the place for you! I highly recommend Azul Apartments!

I loved my apartment at azul. If I needed maintenance it was taken cared of..I never had an issue there. It was quiet and safe for my kids to play there.

Kelley, Ludy, and Yvette are an exceptional team. I haven’t had any major issues since moving in months ago. Maintenance gets done in a timely manner, they answer all questions when asked over the phone, and they still try to involve residents with virtual events (like patio decoration contests) during this pandemic. Even their courtesy patrol takes care of things in a timely manner, if needed. From the bottom of my heart, I can’t wait to renew here for many more years to come!

Don’t sign a lease here! Simply you live with small roaches! I was found the roaches in our dishes and in night time on my toddler son face. Live in this complex is horrible! Last year, my husband write a bad comment on website and we tried to renew our lease contract the manager asked my husband to delete the bad review before she accepted, it was in the peak of COVID-19 time, where everything was closed and no availability in apartments! However, we were decided to leave it because of roaches. Furthermore, it’s impossible to leave the community without paying a fees for deep cleaning ($250 we are charged), changing carpet, and floor change!!!!!! However, we left the apartment clean and painted! When we tried to discuss that with manager, she said don’t worry and don’t pay too attention to cleaning because you will be charged no matter what!! And after she charged us around $935, and we tried to discuss that with her, she sent us to financing department that they do nothing with us and just kept reading from papers they received from manager.It was a really bad experience living there, very horrible and now I would share again my husband comment last year, it was about an accident where the car almost hit our balcony and kill us! We left without fence for about more than 3 months when meanwhile the manger was discussing a finance issue with labors and companies! She was really don’t care about our life and threatens was really serious. All out she cares about it is money!!!!!!! I would love even to share that many of our properties were stolen ( my son car, bicycle...etc.) Because no security guard and gate was left unfixed for about months, However, we payed for that and we moved looking for a safety place!

Apt. Inside is nice. We like it alot. However our ac stopped working for now the 3rd day and we called the emergency maintenance phone at 6pm the first day it stopped working and no answer, we also left messages and emails with no reply. Next day gentleman called and said he would be there to fix ac... 3pm he shows up its 95degrees in the apt and my children and pregnant daughter are having a hard time. It begins to rain as he is fixing ac waits n then leaves. Doesnt say Ill be back doesnt come and say anything to my girlfriend. She calls office and staff. Yvettes tone of voice was not professional at all. As she spoke to my girlfriend. Management is not ok in my book.

This is one of the best experiences Ive had at any complex. The property is kept clean and beautiful - the new blue paint looks amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Kelley is awesome, shes a straight shooter who runs a tight ship, but shes also very kind and accommodating. Maintenance stays on top of things from the moment of move-in to the moment of move-out. You can tell that they genuinely care about their residents. On top of all this, I really do believe Azul is a great value for the money. Its not overpriced as some of the other complexes in the medical area tend to be. Definitely, definitely check it out!!!

Highly disappointed, Rent has NEVER been late ALWAYS on time, why are you trying to charge me the FULL amount rent for February when my lease ends in February. This is like the best scam yet if you ask me. Please do the right thing and correct for the sake of your companies reputation. Only then can my review change for a better light.

These apartments are wonderful. I relocated to San Antonio on business, and the staff has been very professional. I wish I could stay longer, but my company is transferring me out of state again. If you want a great place, where they treat you like an actual person, check out Azul Apartments.

We only lived there for a year and I must say it was the best place Ive rented. The staff was amazing the grounds was always clean. Management was especially helpful and so nice. They did so many different activities during the summer for the kids. Had parties for the kids and different contest to get money off the rent. I love it here! I just moved in and Iris helped me out a lot. Ive lived in several other apartments around San Antonio and I can truly say Azul keeps their word here. I got exactly what I was looking for in a complex. Friendly staff, always waving when I enter the gate. Yard work seems to be kept up nicely! I recommend Azul and talk to Iris for any questions :)

Honestly a great community. The manager Kelly is super helpful and always takes care of any issues that have come up. So far my favorite apartment I have lived in!

Have lived here for 3 years so far. It’s been going smoothly. Maintenance comes when they need to and the amenities and property are maintained.Update:We were told at move-out we would receive photos of any items charged to our account. That did not happen even after we requested them. The billing is handled by SNAP. Any questions or concerns are deferred to them and the leasing office explained that its out of their hands. SNAP customer service will tell you that any questions or concerns should go through the leasing office. Confused? Me too. Our inventory/conditions sheet stated damage to specific items at move-in. We retained a copy. These items were still charged to us at move-out.The experience living here was mostly positive, but once we left they really left a below-average impression. 2 stars.

We are extremely happy with our new home here at Azul. Kelly the manager was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The maintenance man has been just as helpful with anything we’ve needed and is very prompt. The property is very well kept and beautiful. The neighbors are great as well too. Very quiet and relaxing. We love our new home!

Azul is a great place to live. The office staff is amazing. Kelley the manager always has her door open if needed. There are tons of resident events, give aways, and competitions! The maintenance staff is also great! They are so fast and I never have to call twice about my work order. I am really happy here and will be staying as long as possible.

I had a great experience living at the Azul apartments. From the leasing process, to the move-out process, the office management and agents were very helpful and caring. I appreciate the standard of living the office expects from its residents, and it could be seen in every aspect of my dealing with their expertise. Maintenance was always responsive, and handled every need that arose with professionalism and prompt execution. A great place for anyone I would say, and 10/10 would recommend. Again, so happy to have lived in a place that offers welcoming and professional care. As well as a reliable place to call home.

The apartments themselves are nice & spacious. The property is also pretty nice & clean. Prior to covid the staff had monthly events from breakfast tacos, taco trucks, morning coffee, bbqs, holiday parties etc. It was pretty awesome! Kelly the property mgr is hilarious! I really enjoyed talking with her. Ludy the assistant Mgr well she parks in handicap spots and shes not even handicap so that pretty much explains her. The only downfalls I had with the property were the walls! They were THIN you could hear EVERYTHING it was absolutely ridiculous. It was so bad that I had to move out within a month of moving in due to the SUPER loud resident above me and her ratchet child in apt #3308 God Bless the individual who lives below them. Parking was also issue for my guests because they never had anywhere to park so that was pretty frustrating. Maintenance was pretty good so no complaints there. The property itself is worth living at. My only suggestion is if your looking for relaxation, peace and quiet definitely do your own research because when I tell you the walls are thin I mean it.My reply to your response on 8/17/20 - I appreciate your apology but we have nothing to discuss being that I already moved. 🤗

I loved my apartment! Great floor plan. The staff did a great job, with different events, to get neighbors to know each other. I rented here because of the pool. It was great for my son and I have it so close. We even grill hot dogs! This is by far the best apartments I have lived.

Please be aware of the capacity in the parking lot prior to moving in. If you come home at a later hour during the night, you may want to seek elsewhere for a place to live. My vehicle was towed after there was “zero” parking spaces (other than handicap parking spots). I spoke to the management of the complex (Kelly), and was advised to pay an extra $45 a month for a carport parking space or just keep driving around until a parking spot becomes available. I don’t think management cared at all about my concern(s). You will not find parking anytime after midnight for about 1-3 days out of the week.

So happy that I live here. I have never lived at a place where the office staff is so welcoming. Kelley and Ludy have been here since I moved in over 2 years ago, they have always been very sweet and helpful. Kelley plans these great events every month. There are contests to win money off your rent those are always fun. Joel has been here since I moved in also and he is very polite and respectful when he comes to fix things. Kristen is the new girl in the office and she is always friendly when I come in to pick up packages. I would recommend Azul to anyone. The staff here is always going above and beyond to make you feel welcome and my apartment is great.

Awesome staff, starting from the front office to the maintenance guys. Great apartments, awesome floor plans and layout of the facilities. Have been here since 2011 and have had no problems. Only thing I had trouble with was AC not blowing cold, maintenance took care of it within hours. Highly recommend living here.

I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and iris was very helpful very friendly and made my move easier than expected! Would definitely recommend this place it’s very affordable calm and a nice community .. If you plan to move here ask for iris you won’t regret she’s the best very knowledgeable!

The office staff is very rude. Also, the area is unsafe. There are no cameras around the apartmentsfor safety. My bike got stolen from the patio. Someone intrude in to the house. The staff paid no heed to this incident and ignored it. If you are planning on moving with your family, I would say you to considerother apartments around this area.

Just want to say we have an amazing office staff, from the manager, assistant manager and leasing agent. The maintenance staff is great too. Anytime you need something the office staff handles it with pure professionalism.All work orders have been handled in a very timely manner. I love how they put together thing for the residence whether its a food truck, a movie night at the pool, chili off or the amazingly fun christmas party. They make you feel like you are part of a big family. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for all they do. Love the community. If youre looking for a great complex look no more.

Was planning on moving here but the office staff did not accommodate at all. My husband and I were moving from South Carolina and asked for a move in time to be in the afternoon (since they couldn’t have us move in on a Friday for some reason). The flat out said no and said they had already moved the move in date for us. However, the first date was moved because they lied to us about the move in special we qualified for. Overall this place was a headache. They did not help at all. I’m thankful another place worked with us and was able to move in on the Friday we needed. This place made our moving such a hassle.

Made our family move super easy and non stressful. We have been communicating over the phone for a week prior to our 20 hour drive to San Antonio and I must say they made me feel at home already. When we got here they welcomed our kids as if they where there kids. They made it a priority to have us in and out when it came to the paper work knowing we just made a long drive. Must say beautiful cozy units and live that they have events every couple of weeks definitely a family complex.

Horrible staff and the manager is uncooperative. They charge you for everything and when you report a problem they put the blame on you.

On 1/18/2020, I had a seizure while I was driving and trying to turn into the parking lot for Azul Apartments, where I too live. I didn’t successfully get to turn into the parking lot. Instead, my seizure caused me to go through the property line gates and landing on a neighbors patio. The patio gate and property damage were done. Yes, in case MaMoun was concerned for the drivers well-being, I am okay. All damage is repairable but my body was pretty drained. The management was so kind to me, despite the accident. Many times Kelly told me not to worry about it, don’t cry, Insurance would do their thing, to worry about me and my daughter. This is one of the safest complexes I have ever lived in. Any thing we’ve needed repaired, maintenance tended too promptly and timely. Thank you Kelly, Ludy and Iris.

I have lived on this property over 5 uears and management has changed a few times. The latest Management has by far been the BEST. They have updated the property painted exteriors, upgraded pool and picnic areas. And for years none of the equipment in gym worked. They put in new equipment. The maintenance staff is awesome and responsive. Kelly has so many resident activities outside of the normal holiday events most apartments provide their residents. And yes we have parking and trash issues but some things are beyond managements control. But what they can fix they do. Apartments are homey and of good quality.

I just recently moved into here and have no complaints. I choose to live here because out of all the places I looked at, this one made me feel the most at home. The office girls were very nice and helpful. Ive had to do one maintenance call so far and they responded right away. I would recommend it.

I have been in the apartment locating business for several years and Azul has always been a great property to refer people to. Kelly and Ludy are awesome, very nice and always helpful. I have leased several people there and a couple personal friends, they have all had a great experience!

Ive lived here for 9 months now and seeing some of the reviews I dont see any of those issues happening, except the dogs not being cleaned up after from time to time, unless its just my building. Its pretty quiet here for the most part. People usually keep to themselves around here. The only issue Ive had so far is the AC unit. I love it cold but I usually kept it at a 70~ temp. The unit tends to freeze up every so often which can be such a drag in the Texas heat. Ive had to have a shower head replaced and a kitchen light. Other then that not too shabby.Edit: 2019 After living there for almost 2 years, it wasnt a bad experience. Owners did change however it still was a nice place to live. Work orders can tend to take a long time, but ultimately we did find something better. Its also close to a bunch of food places which was a bonus but the traffic can be bad on getting out.

Honestly the staff is extremely helpful and always willing to do the best they can. The complex itself is clean and never had an experience with bad neighbors. Security makes its rounds at night till the morning. Love It here due to the fact its quiet and the office staff is very welcoming and that overall makes it easier in general.

Kellie and Ludy have been great at making me feel welcome since day one of signing my lease. Maintenance issue, although never major, have always been addressed in a prompt and professional manner, I haven’t had any roach or bug problems, which means that 1.) Pest control is doing a darn good job and 2.) Neighbors are fairly clean as well. Also cops are constantly patrolling through the area so that’s a plus!

Im thrilled I moved into Azul. I have been here about six months and love my apartment. All the ladies in the office are great and the matenance man is very good. If you want a beautiful apartment & people that care come here.

First off, I agree with the guy that gave the 2 star review. In the year that I have been here the office staff had changed more frequently than my oil change. One of the office staff members told me that she works there through a temp agency. No one cleans after their dogs, and the icing on the cake is the fact that there is only ONE dumpster on site. A trash compacter at that. People here will not open the door after it is filled (so that there is space for you to dump your trash.) In the right season or time there will be a mountain of trash in front of the only compactor here. the compactor was broken for about 2 weeks at one point, and the expedient solution was to place a huge open to dumpster in the parking lot. like the compactor when it was filled the trash just surrounded the perimeter. Id go on about other issues, but chose to let it go. Im excited to leave 4-19-15. there are better places for this price.

This place is ridiculous. The property manager Kelly will do anything to charge you at move out and will not offer any form of support. Please please please, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I have rented from many other properties, this has by FAR been the worst one.

My visit wasnt bad. But I am unsure why the apartment name has changed. I also think a little updating and cleaning is needed for inside the apartments for the price. There was also a big dead roach in the tub 🤷‍♀️. In the end, I was sold.

This has by far been the worse apartments my husband and I have lived in!! Weve only been here for 10 months and cant wait for our lease to end in June. Parking is the worse, always having to park down the way from my actual building. Next to our building theres been a car that has a flat tire thats just been sitting there for months taking up a parking space. Weve also had a roach problem since about November. They keep coming from behind the fridge and the sink and dishwasher. Pest control has come twice but they still just keep coming back so much that I hate going into my kitchen and have to check everything every time. Our next door neighbors have been leaving their trash outside their front door for at least 2-3 days at a time which Im sure has been contributing to the roach problem. This has been going on for weeks and just last week management now sends out a letter to stop leaving trash outside (thanks for finally doing something). I also cant believe there is only one trash compactor for the whole complex!!! When they dont pick up the trash for a few days the trash just builds up over there and it looks super tacky. Dont move here unless you love trashy places. June cant come any quicker for us to get the hell out of here.

So overall, we loved our apartment, the amenities, the floor plan, no crazy neighbors... The office staff... SUCKS. The manager was helpful but their staff was very unprofessional, any time I asked to speak with the manager they denied me. I received a $37 charge to replace my blinds when it was 1 strip, Im human and accidents happen. I called to speak with the manager because I had cancelled the request when they told me how much it would be, and then I came home and it was fixed, my boyfriend said they called and told him that I had consented to have It faxed, just after I denied it!! When I called them to call them out on it how convenient they denied that information as well. I paid my dues since they would not let me speak with the manager and the associate I spoke to that morning called me while I was a work, like they always do, and said I had to pay it that day, when I was never given any notice that they had charged me. The last weekend we lived in that apartment, our power went out, out of no where, and only our apartment. So we called the office to look into it, it took 3 different phone calls to finally have some type of response. We had a graduation to get to that day so we left, came home and the lights worked, so we thought all was fine. Next morning comes and I see that all appliance including the AC was still out, took about 5 hours before someone actually came back to the apartment, to fix it, and by that point I had to throw everything in my fridge and freezer away. Lastly And then when we moved out we get hit with $149 move out statement, I understand the staff has to go in and clean everything, but $75 to clean the oven? and then $20 for new drip pans? If I would have known that I would have detailed clean deeper. I just didnt appreciate the lack of urgency and lack of respect I received from the office staff. I also dont understand the small but extremely over priced charges. So not only did the fees hit me, but try throwing away about $200 in groceries on top of that and no remorse from the staff. Love my new apartment though, maintenance responds to any of needs within the hour of submitting it and doesnt nickel and dime me:)

The complex is an amazing place to live in, I love it and I stay here as long as I can. Kelly the manger makes this place a better place without her thie complex would be useless and worthless, Kelly had made my living in this complex much better and easier, I would not live her without Kelly being a manger. She is an amazing person!!!!

My wife and I lived here for a year and loved it! Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment facing the pool. Staff is great and very helpful.

I have been living here for 8 months now and I do like living here but there are a few things I think they need to address. Its very hard to sleep when people decide to move into their apartments at 1am-2am so all you hear is banging from them taking their stuff upstairs. They dont keep track of the reserved parking. There is this person that continues to park their vehicle(s) including their trailer and take up three reserved parking spots on a regular basis and its obvious theyre not suppose to be parking there because I see them park in regular spots when available. Its upsetting to the people who do pay for parking when others who dont pay are allowed to park. Other than this I have no other issues.

I give the Azul 5⭐️ And I have lived here almost two years. My experience has been fantastic without a doubt. The few times we have needed something Maitnence takes care of it. Everyone in the office is super kind and helpful and easy to work with. Kelly the apartment manager is always willing to listen when we have had any type of concern she has always done everything in her available power to fix the issue. It is a safe area I feel safe day and night. They put on awesome events for their residents which all of us families love and appreciate. It’s really nice how Kelly and her staff work hard to make our apartment complex into a little community that brings families together. I love my home and couldn’t ask for a better place while we are here. ❤️ Thank You Kelly and Ludy and the rest of your team for being so great.

Our experience here was horrible!! We moved here 2 weeks after my baby was born. First of all we were not aware this was a college area because we had just moved from Colorado and the realtor failed to tell us. Had we known it was we would not have moved here. College area + raising family= unhappy family. I cant tell you how many times we had to complain about the noise level and the consistent partying that happened every weekend and sometimes during the week.. This started about a week or two after we moved in and it never ended. I even woke up to our neighbors(college kids) doing sexual activities outside their apartment, clearly they were drunk. We have called the police a few times due to parties at all hours of the night. The loud noises and partying continued the whole year we were there. So, if you are some one who likes peace and quiet or who has a family, I DO NOT recommend this place. I under stand that every apartment has its flaws but the partying and noise level was just a bit excessive. Also, most folks did not clean up after their dog even though the property provides bags and asks you to clean up after them. We had stepped in a dogs mess and it got all over my car. The apartment was not clean when we moved in and I didnt like that the washer and dryer were outside on the patio. Pool and workout area are nice.Edited: We were living here in 2013-2014 just to clarify that part.

Been here for almost 1 yrs and love it! Great beautiful property. Management is good! Ludy is always! on top of things. Kristen great job keeping up as well. Maintenance is one of the best! Things in these Apts ALWAYS!!!! On things and honest as heck!!! Got to say my heart goes to Joel the maintenance guy who works his butt off to keep these Apts going. Great! Job to all and am a proud Azul resident.

Not Enough Parking. I literally have to park at the back of the apartment complex every time I get home from work, and walk all the way to the front where my apartment is located. Other than that the place is decent.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, I would recommend this property . Love the parties and contests, I like the location, its convenient.

I have been living at AZUL for about a year now and I have had nothing but good things to say about my apartment complex. The staff is always so friendly, especially Ludy. She was the person that helped me with the application process and always says hello when I walk into the office. My neighbors are friendly and I havent had any issues with my apartment. I just signed my lease for another year, in hopes to continue having a great experience at AZUL. :)

Great apartments but horrible management. Kelly, the property manager always speaks to everyone like they are incompetent especially if you are young or a college student. Lori or whatever her name is isnt any better. No wonder their employees never last.

We lived here 2 years and it has its ups and downs. Main issues are parking is absolutely awful, and there is only one dumpster so the trash piles up disgustingly about once a week. People have 3-4 cars and will park them and not move them for months, we complained and nothing happened. Also, someone threw up on the second stair in our building and it’s been stained there for over a month with no clean up. Overall not god awful but moving out we’re being charged for things we couldn’t prevent.

Property management team does not have it’s tenant’s best interest in mind. Look elsewhere.

Horrible experience, everything since day of move in was poorly done, the drawers were glued on and continuously kept falling. Pluming was always an issue, in both restrooms. Ludy was rude and disrespectful, raising her voice in an unprofessional manner. The only good thing about these apartments is the maintenance. I can not wait to move out and I regret moving in. In the end looks can be deceiving, the structure both with staff and the apartments are something else. Before moving in be sure to thoroughly examine everything especially the pluming. I’ve been here for 7 months now and have not been disappointed. The office crew is awesome, maintenance is great. Reading the previous reviews from petty people is ridiculously funny. Grow up, life happens, Azul apts you’re great!

Roaches. Very poor service and communication. Roaches. Nice pool. Roaches. Thin walls. Roaches. Dont live here, we cant wait to move. Did I mention roaches? Also, theyll tow your car without calling you and foot you the bill. (Battery died, pushed car into maintence parking for 2 hours, came back with cables to jump it, car was gone. Called and explained it, they said they cant help me.) Also, roaches.

It is unfortunate that google does not have anything lower than a 1 star because this apartment doesnt deserve any star.I will advice anybody that doesnt want to waste his time to run as far as possible from this apartment complex.. You read alot of BS responses from the apartment management saying that the management of this apartment changed in June 2016 and that they are changing the place. This is a BIG LIE.Here is my experience: My current lease was expiring in December and i wanted a different place. I made the greatest mistake of my life going to this apartment in October ( 2 months before my current lease expires) to pay a deposit of $299 and arrange a Dec 30 move-in date. I have been in touch with the apartment manager for weeks and i was surprised when i was called on Dec 29 and I was told that the apartment was not ready because they have roach problem and they have been trying to deal with it without any luck.Since i paid my deposit in October, I kept calling the apartment manager to ensure that my move date is not changed. I have arranged for movers and packed all my things up for a Dec 30 move. The leasing managers are now telling me that i have to wait till maybe first week of January before I can move in. Who will cover the cost of spending extra days at my current apartment? who will pay for canceling my moving appointment with my moving company?Lastly, who will be comfortable moving into an apartment where the apartment manager has been deceitful to a large extent and owned up to the roach infestation on Dec 29 ( less than 24 hours before my move in date). Hillstone at Prue, stop defrauding people. Shut down this hell you call an apartment and deal with roach problem.Also, refund my $299 which i paid in October and stop giving me the running around. I am warning anybody that has ears to RUN AWAY from this apartment.

The apartment is great, very quiet & nice area to live. The apartment staff is excellent, they go out of their way to have little fun activities for the residence!

The fitness center is the worst kept amenity Ive experienced renting an apartment. AC is never on, theres never any towels or cleaning supplies to wipe down equipment, TV neverr works, water bubbler is never filled. And theres always kids under the age of 10 playing on all the equipment unsupervised which is extremely dangerous when they have no clue how to use it. I saw one kid around 7 accidentally increase the treadmill to a very very fast rate. Unacceptable.

I can even begin to explain how bad was my experience in here. The management here has to win a prize for the worst management on the entire planet. Dont let them fool you, the have a new name now but management is the same. I received the apartment in such dirty conditions (spider webs on the corner, bird poop on the balcony, dirty underwear from previous tenant on the closet, oven grills were not even change, and this is only a small list). I wrote all this on the move in check list. The girl who gave me the keys of the apartment told me that I wasnt expected to clean the apartment before I moved out, ok, I did clean it anyways, the only thing I didnt clean was the oven. Now that I move out they charged me 75$ for cleaning, and they have giving me all the possible excuses in the world for that. Now they are just doing their job. What I dont understand is why they didnt do their jobs when I moved in, Ive had to make several calls and send several emails because they always say they will get back to me and never do. I can even explain how rude theyve been about the whole situation, the Manager hasnt even bother to call me herself. So PLEASE DONT GET YOURSELF IN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIVE AS WELL.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE PROPERTY TEAM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

Been here Six Months and my experience has been smooth no problems Maintnance is amazing as well as Staff every one keeps to themselves and a very nice comfy and quiet atmosphere Love it!
