6/30/21So I get a response from the so called owner to these apartments but the tenants at Avistar have yet to get a proper response much less any work done to apartments. As an owner of property with tenants you should fix all damages tear walls out with mold and have better communication skills then on this computer with your tenants. So called owner you have a nice day.(Last weeks post )Guy dies at these apartments in the swimming pool found dead in the afternoon looks like hed been floating all night was purple and bloated. Managers got to take responsibility for how run down the place is. So sad.
WORST APARTMENTS!! Do not move here! The first red flag, I should’ve noticed, was when I called the office on the days leading up to my move in date and I got no response after many attempts but I chalked it up to them being short staffed or very busy.…. My family and I were set to move in on a Saturday and we get to our unit and it is filthy! The floors were dirty, the door was left open so it was full of mosquitoes (of which my daughter is allergic to) the bathroom cabinets when opened were filled with gnats and the sink had brown liquid coming out of it. There was broken tile in front of the fireplace and mold in the vents. We called the office and Hailey wasn’t even a little apologetic, she claimed the unit was clean and the best she could do was have us make a list of everything and she’d have someone by the following Friday. Those were unacceptable living conditions for anyone. And she was not helpful, my family and I spent money on our uhual and gas to get to San Antonio and we were stuck looking for a place to just spend the night.
During the recent winter storms, I went to rescue a friend when he lost power and water. We expected him to be displaced for several days. The staff went above and beyond to limit the disruption. After a day or so, we were personally contacted by the manager to let us know that everything was taken care of. I was thoroughly impressed with her efforts.
As of today my lease ended. Was a resident for a 1.5 years. First apt was total loss due to a fire. The management did assist and find me a new apt to stay in. It was a rush and run down but livable. Only issue was the door frame was broken as if someone tried to break down the door. Requested to have it fixed and even though it was approved it was never done. The result was ants and dust coming in under the frame and the A/C staying on constantly. Maintenance attempted to fix it but just made it worse. Pools have never been open in the year i have been a living here. My truck has been broken into before multiple times. Constant occurrence of the water being shut off due to the hot water pipe busting in the same spot by building 17. Gym has broken equipment closed since covid. For the price and space its worth it.But honestly there are better options. This one is good for a budget.

If I could leave no stars I would. I lived here for a year, and as previous tenants mentioned they have roaches. I called several times about the issue and even though you pay pest control fees, and they “scheduled” my apartment to be sprayed, they never came. Every month we got an excuse about how the pest control was behind schedule. Maintenance is the worst every issue I ever called about (and there were so many) they didn’t fix it. If they actually did get around to fixing something it looked terrible. Management is terrible, rude, and unprofessional. There was an apartment fire in the building next to ours and while putting the fire out our bedroom window got broken by the fire dept’s hose and our room and belongings soaked. We were in a 1 bedroom and after almost a week of not being able to use our room and getting the run around on when we’d get everything fixed I had to go to the front office and start yelling about how it was unacceptable that they kept lying about when it would be done. After being yelled at they FINALLY scheduled someone to do the repairs. And now when I moved out nearly 6 months ago I’m getting calls from collections agencies when I know I paid in full everything I owe, and I also never received any notice telling me there’s an outstanding balance. I moved February of 2020 and by April 13, 2020 they had send this “bill” to a collections agency without any notice.
Don’t live here! I should’ve known to leave when we walked in day one and there was roaches. 8 months later the problem still has yet to be resolved the office is constantly lying about who said what and keeps starting pest control can only come out every two weeks but it’s already been 8 months. They don’t care about their residents save yourself the time and money.
Worst living experience ever. They do not return calls to fix things. The window was broken when I moved in. And it is still not fixed. There is a mold smell in the apartment. They are steadily increasing the rent on a month to month basis with no explanation. This is so frustrating to say the least. The water run white not clear. I have to buy water to cook food. My car and mailbox have been broken into. I do not want to give this rating a star at all.
This complex is horrible!!! Do not trust!!! Water out every week!

Worst apartment in this world.Be prepared to get cheated!!!They first told apartment for 6 months and when getting key they asked to sign for a year, tricking us to sign the document at last second as we have no option rather to move in.They gave apartment in a very bad condition and told me to clean it by spending a dollar to get cleaning stuffs from dollar tree.But they fined us 800$ upon vacating for the same reason that apartment is not clean.Worst management and worst staffs to speak to.They eat your money for their problems .Say out of this place.Or lose your money to these cheaters !!!
Ladies staff are really helpful even in the weekends to help me, Maria came to help me emergency contact, Alice the property manager is always helpful, maintance staff always do my work order in time and do a great job. I am glad that Alice got rid all the Taxi drivers and fix the gates and is the reason I am still here. As long the office has great staff with smile I will be here.
Overall it’s a fair place for the price. Maintenance is super friendly and take care of things pretty quickly. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the apartments themselves are in good condition.My only complaint is that the “fitness center” is just a broken treadmill and an a elliptical, so you better invest in a gym membership. Other than that, it’s an amazing place to live.
Very friendly leasing staff, always greet me and remember me by name! Small detail but makes me feel more welcome. The maintenance teams response to service orders is the fastest Ive ever had in an apartment. Fair price for unit in quiet area close to everything I need.
Ive been living in Avistar on the Blvd, since Nov 2016 and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff Brittany and manager Amy are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team does a very good job in closing all the requests pretty quick. I had them help me with a water emergency once during late hours. I appreciate them for making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. The apartment complex is very close to schools, departmental stores, offices and major highways making it very convenient to live here.
I really hope I get an approval for these apartments I went in for a tour today and the lady I got was awesome she showed me the apartment that was available and also made sure to fill me in with all the new remodeling that is being done! I am willing to pay the deposit of 400 I extremely love this apartment and i do have a broken lease so I hope they can work with me.
Lived here for 7 years and enjoyed my stay very much! It was affordable, location was great, staff was friendly and caring. Any items that needed to be done always got completed by the members of the outside staff. Would recommend to my friends and family.
The manager at Avistar (Ana Paula Cardenas) has great customer service skills and s great attitude! I can tell she truly cares about her residents and apartments looked very cleaned! I highly recommend Avistar on the Blvd.
I lived here for a year and I hated it. I didnt left any debt and I got called by a debt collector a month after I moved, I paid in full to avoid my credit getting affected. The building I lived in was swarming with roaches and that didnt got resolved, even if the pest control was there very often. Im adding the neighbors apartment photos two weeks after they left (the administration didnt clean it after over a month and yes, those are dead roaches).
Roaches, rats, unfinished apartments, bullying by staff (we like deon, he’s just doing what he’s told), abandoned units. All I have to say. Don’t waste your money here.
We stayed 5 months in this apmt. Unit is absolutely fine and neighbors are friendly and good. The worrying factor is staff working in leasing office. Those both ladies in working in office are extremely unprofessional and very racist(Discrimination). They behave well with American people and were very against Asian people. Especially Ms.Maria is very rude while talking especially after vacating during final settlement. She dont even have humanity how to behave or talk with caring lady. Never seen such a rude behaved ladies in our life time in any country. Eliyana (former Employee) is very friendly and far better than these two current working ladies.
Who writes the good reviews. Terrible maintenance employees. Shady office employees. No washeteria. Very expensive to have machines installed for washing. Electrical problems. Muddy when there is ANY rain. Not conducive for disabled inhabitants.
Lots of cockroaches and leasing office is not working to fix the problem. I lived there one year and pest control worked there several times per month, but the place is very old and this problem will never end. When my neighbors left, their apartment was abandoned around 3 months (see picture). Also, this place is not good for the employees, theyre fired unfairly.
I lived at Avistar for about 2 years before I finally left it. The apartment was okay. The condition of the place wasnt terrible, however I did need minor repairs here and there from maintenance. The roaches were bad too, BUT my 1-star review isnt for that. Its for the office people.On my last day before I traveled back home, I was informed thered be a final bill. I asked how I paid it. I was told they would email it, and that it might be about a month before I see it. I give them my forwarding address and my phone number + email (which they already have on file) and leave.About a month goes by and I call to see the progress on when I might get that bill.I was told that someone else from the office would get back to me another day about that, so I just continued to live life as normal.At this point Im 100+ miles away from Avistar and it has been months since Ive moved out.Out of the blue I get a phone call from a debt collector and theyre holding some charge over my head for a debt that I needed to pay or else it would reflect upon my credit. I ask what its about and they tell me its from Avistar.I paid the debt. Thats the end of that story, but the message here is that youre not dealing with experienced staff from Avistars office. It would have been not only professional but also courteous to call, email, text, mail, or even homing pigeon me the material they failed to send me before sprinting to a debt collector like that.They need to get it together, because I know potential new tenants read reviews before moving in. I would have picked a different place to live if I would have been warned this is how they conduct business.
Ive been living here for a couple of years and I absolutely love it ! Work orders get done in a timely manner . Office staff are extremely nice and helpful, there always doing some sort of resident function . Grounds are always neat and maintained . I 100% Recommend these Apartments !!!!!!
I live in this apartments and I would say it’s a nice to place to stay . Very good response on service requests and their team works really good . My special appreciation to Ileana who works at front desk, she is awesome and Friendly and always helps us . Glad avistar has her .

Great place to live. I have lived here a year. I just renew my contact. I am moving need to sub lease my appartment. I am moving out of v town. I have the big 1 bed with washer and dryer connection. For 709 a month. I am moving out end of the month. The appartments does not have any specials apartment going for 780. Still 11 months on the lease.
We scheduled a tour of the apartments. The front desk was very rude. I believe her name was britni. No CS skills what so ever. The other ladies were helpful. She just hurried us along no telephone skills as well. Seemed like she did not know what she was doing. Too interested in her phone. I would not set a viewing with these apts ever again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Rude people they have working in the office area. Well she was anyway. Hire people who have social skills please.

Roach Invested ! They came out of every nook and cranny of the apartment! Before even being able to fully move in we were greeted by roaches ! The AT&T installment guy even was mad about the situation for us. Such a financial lost.
I have went by the apartment to check remodeled for one bedroom and one bath I can say it nice no complaints which good you dont have to pay deposit if you pass credit check if you owe any apartment,medical bills, loan you have to pay $400 and $50 application fee dont get back at all which question come in mind what if you dont get approved will you get $400 or do they keep it and also come in mind you do have pay rent and water,sewerage,trash,pest control which I was told under $50 dollars which not bad but depend on your income as far as apartment
Currently live here its not to bad its pretty clean I havent had any roachs in my unit maintenance does take a bit why didnt rate 5 is that the water bill is crazy I get charged about 150 every month last month was 193 80 for trash thats crazy I asked why so high they said because the trash ppl had to come BK 2 times because they were filled up and fitness center some of equipment is broken
This apartment complex is great! Close to shoppin centers, resturants and groceries stores. The office staff worked with us during hard time and have always been nice. Its a quiet area and our neighbors have been amazing.

This complex is horribly managed. Britni, Iliana, and Paula are incredibly rude and condescending. Specifically Iliana, she really needs to reconsider her career in residential care/property management. Several times when my A/C unit went out in the middle of summer she repeatedly told me theres nothing I can do about it; thats not my job. She has the worst customer service skills Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with.The buildings are so old and decrepit theyve begun to crack. Almost everything in the apartment needed to be either replaced or fixed several times. My apartment had a severe case of black mold that took maintenance forever to even take a look at.After a almost two weeks of back and forth and push back from the office, I had to do my own research on Texas renters rights. I was forced to serve them with a certified letter citing several TX health code and renters laws stating the black mold was a physical health and fire hazard making it impossible to live in. This ended up being the light at the end of the tunnel that made it possible to terminate my lease early.Residents never pick up after their dogs. Imagine coming home to a field of dog feces? Disgusting. This lasted for weeks. I notified the office staff several times and yet not a single thing was done.Also never expect to find parking. Ever. Every convenient space is taken up by broken down vehicles that had been there for months. Again the office staff did absolutely nothing.Let me not forget to mention the dozens of unsupervised kids playing day and night in the parking lots. Not only is that incredibly dangerous yet no one bats an eye.The gates never work, the pools were never clean, parking lots remained filthy, I could go on forever but the point is I would never recommend leasing at this complex.The quality of life here was ridiculously horrible perfectly reflecting the competence of the office staff. Not a single reedmeaning quality. I would highly encourage potential residents to run away.

I’ve never left a review for an apartment anywhere...but DO NOT LIVE HERE (because it seems nothing has changed) let’s start off by saying I was born and raised in San Antonio and come from a proud mother military family.I myself was in the military. I was in the military when I lived here in 2012-2013. That being said let’s start off with when I went to “tour”; with me being military security is a big issue. The gates never worked and I was told they were fixing them soon so I took their word for it.. NEVER HAPPENED (to this day I still don’t think they’ve been fixed). The apartment I toured was nothing like the one I moved into.The apartment I did move into upon stepping into it first thing I noticed was the foundation was uneven (and I lived on the second floor) even my battle buddies that came over (during the daytime, they never stayed past sun down) would rib me about crossing a mountain to get to my room because you could physically see the difference.Then the paint, it was chipping all over the apartment like not even a little there were even paint chips stuck in the carpet. In the kitchen whatever wood paneling they used was lifting and I could see air bubbles. I opened the pantry and there were two dead Texas sized roaches. In the bathroom same issues but there was Lyme, mildew, rust and black mold in and around the tub that wasn’t even fully sealed (caulked). I ended up having to take care of those tub issues myself.Let’s move to the bedroom. The foundation was still uneven but now wouldn’t you get there were cracks in the walls and the ceiling so you know that made a girl feel safe. The windows were sealed shut because although they did ‘try’ and paint the apartment the only thing they managed to do was paint the windows shut.Now let’s talk about physical security... or the lack there of I was coming home one day from inventory (if your military you know that’s not a normal 1700 release) I ended up getting home around 1930 just before dusk I go into my apartment grab the trash and take it outside. When I step outside there is a man leaning over the railing (back towards my door), wearing all black and a navy blue baseball cap and sunglasses (it was too dark to be wearing sunglasses) smoking a cigarette. Anyway I walk downstairs to take my trash and I can feel him watching me while I was watching my six. As I’m walking upstairs he begins to walk downstairs and I took a picture. Apparently as I was told later he was part of the remodeling crew. Mind you I saw the ‘remodeling crew’ when I left that morning and came home for lunch. They were wearing powder blue shirts, blue jeans and a reflective vest. But yea sure he was with them even though he was the only ‘them’ around. I was still in uniform so maybe he got scared... but what if I wasn’t??! I had to put in twelve different work orders for isssues and they were t fixed till 6 months later after pestering them constantly. Oh and if you want to hear your loud neighbors having sex through paper thin walls and their 5 children crying at all hours of the night.Fast forward 6-7 months and I get orders out of state; I let them know way in advance I’d say 60 days at least. The military movers come get everything taken care when the date gets close and soon I’m gone. I thought everything was taken care of. I thought we were good. AND THIS IS WHAT ULTIMATELY LED ME TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW. I come back to San Antonio now that I’m officially out and begin the apartment search cause I need something immediately would you know on my credit report 5 whole years after living here they tell me there’s a broken lease for this property which wasn’t even AVISTAR at the time. And they conveniently can’t find any of my records or orders that were given to them. So now I probably won’t find an apartment anywhere because of this $2,000 balance....and they still won’t be getting my money.
I dont normally write reviews but I dont agree with all the great reviews about avistar on the Blvd. I have put in countless maintenance orders from October of 2017 to today June 12th. Lets start with the fire hazard I told them about in October? Well still no word or maintenance done. My toilet at least 3 requests. Before I fixed my__7_6qqqeqqqqqqlyself and my fridge back in March of 2018. The wasps issue that I took care of myself and ended up getting stung. And the steps outside of the apt door which 3 of my family members have almost fallen down because they catch your shoes if your not careful walking down them. I had to put in working fire alarms because luckily I woke up from the smell of smoke one night here. Thats how I found out why the alarms here are set directly in front on the A/C vents. I found out that they didnt properly install the ones that were in the apt when I moved in. And now my disposal wont drain and it smells like something dead in my drain. So far.... NONE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED, has been taken care of by the staff. I had to fix most myself or call a professional in . And I dont have proper equipment to fix the fire hazard that I fear everyday living here. Because my budget doesnt allow me to fix myself. And they like to say its because my kids are home. But when I tell them my concerns and if they can make a scheduled meeting with me. So there is not a concern about my kids. They can not accommodate my needs. And not to mention. I had a flea issue recently. And supposedly they had some rookie company fix it and I was billed for extermination nation . :$$but I still had fleas and had to fix the pest issue as well myself.

I feel uncomfortable and dont have the privacy to staying here anymore......, Because someone had the key and enter to my room to fixed somethings with out notice, that is suck! I have to move out as soon.
I have no complaints about this complex. Parking is extremely accessible. The complex is small so if you have to park a bit far it’s only adding a 20sec walk. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Maintenance team is wonderful. They have been constantly upgrading the other units and keep you updated on part orders for your unit. My ac went out in the summer; which happens when you run an ac constantly throughout the weeks; it happens at every complex, even the luxury ones; the staff was quick to get the approval for a much more energy efficient and powerful ac that I have been completely satisfied with. Had to wait a week but that’s how part orders work, nothing a few fans, cold showers, and the window unit they provided couldn’t fix to help me get through. I didn’t have a complaint about the wait time and if I did I would rather complain to the vendor and postal/delivery service... the maintenance team doesn’t build these parts from scratch so yes there is a wait time. But they sure are quick to install them when they arrive. The staff that work the office are very nice. They give you direct information that is easy for anyone to understand. I can’t imagine any complaints made against them unless maybe you think that you’re the only person living in the complex not understanding how a maintenance queue works. Yes there are kids that run around but that’s not an apartment complex issue that’s a parenting one.. they can send notices all they want but it is up to the parents to take care of that issue. The complex has already invested in signs that warn you that kids are at play. As long as you are doing the speed limit and not racing around the complex or texting and driving then you will be fine and the kids will be safe. It’s not like they are jumping out at your car trying to get hit....... The online options to make request and pay bills is super easy. The price for the area is affordable even with the yearly increase in rent. Which happens at any complex when you get a move in special below market rate. Increases are normal because that’s how real estate works.. the more additions to the surrounding area means market value increases. When rent increases that means more money to reinvest in the property to keep residents like myself happy. I enjoy this place very much. It’s a good starter apartment. The location, staff and the apartment itself is worth giving it a try. Thank you Avistar for always taking care of my needs and keeping my packages safe! Y’all are the best!

Big beautiful apartments great location fireplaces breakfast nooks gym area swimming pool and computer area but my apartment was infested with cockroaches while I stayed there.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE...MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL...AFTER 8 YEARS AS A RESIDENT THE WATER HOT or COLD GETS TURNED OFF AT LEAST 4 -6 times a YEAR...notices are given upon the issue has ...OCCURRED...BUTT DONT expect any help or apologizes from management...
I use to think this was a nice place to live but in the 2 years i left with these apartments, we experianced a fire that lead to the apts thorwing everything away that was in are unit then try to charge us rent for new unit they put us in when fire was there fault, they shut pool down for essentially the whole time i lived there because thr water tested positive for hiv. I had my tires slashed and window punched out by the guy who was married to the person that ran the afterschool program we lives with the worst infestation of cockaroaches ive ever seen and then they attemped to evict me for non payment of rent dven thoughi had the money i owed and they told me if i had the money and they dTold me if i had the money i could stay, they never showed uo to fix dishwasher after 2 year ls of asking and they promised to redo kitchen and never did
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I dont even know where to begin. Since the day i moved in there were problems with my unit. I filled out the walk through form turned it in and nothing was done. I had to call MULTIPLE times for the same maintence request then get lied to and told someone is coming but they dont. I moved in May of 2016 and some of the things on that walkthrough list have STILL not been taken care of. My first month a pipe burst in my bathroom walls which flooded my closet TWICE (weeks apart), molded the wall and carpet and it took them weeks on both occasions to come remove the padding and clean the carpet. I had to spray bleach on the wall myself just to get the mold off the wall and idk how much carpet cleaner i shook on the floor to mask the smell...not including the towel i had on the outside of the door at the bottom keeping the smell confined. My clothes were stacked all around my apt because i didnt want my clothes smelling as bad as my closet smelled. The resolution for that was sawing a hole in the wall of the closet and when they finished doing whatever they did placed that same cutout back in the wall screwed it in and left it just like that and it doesnt even fit properly has cracks all around it for any creature to crawl through and im sure alot of residents would agree the bugs dont need any additional access then what they already have. I then had a leak from my tub and bathroom sink (mold growth under the sink) the tub has holes in it which still to this day have not been repaired properly. My previous neighbor above me had water leaking from their laundry room into the ceiling of mine maintenance decides to tell me their hose was loose and they fixed it all the while mold began to grow on the ceiling and walls of my laundry room AND the ceiling began to buckle! I again called multiple times for this and all they did was come spray bleach and cleaned the wall (something i couldve done). The leak starts happening again and i again have double time the mold i had previously and even after me calling they still didnt come until i went to the office with the pictures i took and still have of all of the mold grown and the ceiling buckling. They CLAIM they were getting a contractor to tear out the wall to repair but guess what they did instead? Sprayed bleach and PAINTED over it all!! Back to my tub which is still not fixed i had to sign a form for them to replace my tub HAHA still hasnt been done. My microwave went out and they replaced it with another broken microwave which works after i slam it closed a few times i just gave up on that. My heat went out during all the below freezing temps we had which they came the same day to fix was in here about 2 hours only for it to go back out. They came back and simply just closed one of my vents to make the air flow better in other rooms which is still wasnt and still isnt and ive given up on that too since 1 i have a space heater and 2 it doesnt stay cold too long in Texas anyways. To top it all off we have not had hot water in 3 days, they send out notifications after 6 (or sometimes not even at all verses during business hours) when the office is already closed so we cant call to question or inquire when it will be fixed OR like today they have left the voicemail on im assuming so no one can call but thats almost irrelevant because they screen calls anyways. I have been here going on 2 years and this will be my LAST. I have been keeping track of all of this and have pictures..no..A WHOLE ALBUM ON MY PHONE to back me up incase they try to charge me for their short comings when i move out. The only thing good i can say is when i was laid off and late on the 1 and ONLY month since living here they worked with me for a couple weeks and didnt charge me late fees because of my payment history so i was able to re-sign my lease and pay my rent on top of the following months rent early. Im so fed up i will be putting in my notice to leave 5 months early i just cannot do this anymore and cant believe this is still an open property with such poor up keep.
The worst management in the area, they dont know how to treat thier costumer, even they dont talk to you in right way, I have been lived here for more than two years and never been happy with the management and customer service they trying to make things hard and even not helpfull, if the owner do not bring some changes in the management I am pretty sure they will lose a lot of costumers as I did, and as far as I know more than 10 families have already left in last one or two months.Not happy with office management at all

Today i was going to book this apartment but the staff was so arrogant that i changed my plans. The woman in the management was vary bad and arrogant to us. Before to book the apartment if they have such a bad attitude, how they will manage in future. Never go to them, they are the worst.

I was in search of an Awesome Property with a Fire Place in an Exclusive location in this Popular Tourist City Of San Antonio 3 years ago, I discovered ( via internet ) Avistar On The Blvd. Apartment Homes ... Ive lived here comfortably with courteous kind and friendly neighbors for three years... I rate Avistar On The Boulevard with 5-Stars ... The Hard Working Staff are Committed to Excellence for your Satisfaction, Comforts and Pleasure, from their Dedicated Maintenance Team ; Addressing issues and making service repairs with a smile in a timely manner, to their Professional Management Representatives ; Mrs. Alice, Ms. Brittany and her Wonderful Colleague Ms. Illiana - performing Superior Service Warm and Friendly for All Residents ... I Thank God for Avistar On The Blvd : Ive enjoyed living here year after year, I love all the Amenities to include Internet Access, Two Refreshing Swimming Pools to escape the Hot Texas Heat and a Convenient State-Of-The-Art Gym, for your mental and physical health ... Worst people working in lease office, does not repair the apartment when you put request
Terrible maintenance.I put an application for an apartment, for some reason they called and said no apartment was available and agreed to refund my deposit. Its been 8 months still waiting for deposit refund.
Work requests are never done.
This is the most frustrating and annoying place Ive ever lived. The water pipes have been broken at least three times within five months, theyre ALWAYS doing some kind of work on the buildings, and the worker leave everything a mess!!!!
Gates dont ever seem to be working A lot of section 8 residents .. Not as nice as it could be and, unfortunately, I would not recommend this complex to friends or family.

It is the worst apartment ever I had a problem emergency problem supposed to be quick Ive been calling for the past two days nobody even bother to call back see whats going on I cant wait till August so I can leave this place never recommended
