Weve been living here since December, and Renae and Jimmy have been awesome every step of the way.During Snovid (or whatever you want to call it), Renae did an outstanding job keeping us updated with the latest information, sometimes emailing us at 10 PM, so we felt safe and informed. We were lucky that we never lost power during the storm, and while there were temporary issues with water pressure, we always had an accurate timeline, so we effectively prepare and ration. When the apartment complex down the street had a bad fire, Renae prioritized getting our own sprinkler system fixed immediately after the storm, and even found time to offer supplies and assistance to the other apartment complex in need. Keep in mind, this was a time that the entire state was facing a crisis, and Renae led us through this perfectly. I dont know how we would have made it through without her. Renaes excellent customer service was the reason we signed with Marquis at TPC, and it was very evident through that storm that its not some sort of facade to get you to sign. She takes care of residents with the same compassion and attention to detail that she does with prospective residents. We looked at a few different luxury complexes in San Antonio, and Renae is the reason we ended up here. Since, she has become a friend as well.Notice, I havent even mentioned amenities or the complex itself yet. The area is beautiful, and theres a hiking trail next to the complex that takes you to the Hill Country Marriott. Apartments are very spacious. The kitchens have a lot of stove space, which is nice if you like to cook. Very easy to make multiple dishes at the same time. Neighbors are friendly. Its definitely on the quieter side (which is our preference). I added a picture from our balcony. As I said, the area is very nice.Service requests are usually fulfilled in a timely manner, but if its not timely, they keep you very updated. Never felt as if a request got backlogged.The gym is nice and rarely crowded.Price is very fair. For similar amenities, this was on the lower end of prices for a 3 Br.Once again, I have to thank Renae and Jimmy. There are a lot of nice buildings in San Antonio. The service is unbeatable.

I moved in mid July and since then my experience living here is truly a 5star! Renae helped me with the application process and made it so easy to move in LITERALLY ONLY TOOK A DAY, Jimmy is so welcoming also . No headaches whatsoever, before I checked the place out I looked at reviews and was concerned by one review about scorpions. Didn’t think to much of it, unfortunately I did have one in the apartment. I emailed the office and Renae offered her Sincere apology (even though it was out of her control) she did assure me she would have pest control spray thoroughly in and out of the apartment as soon as she could get someone out to me, she also gave me tips on how to keep the cridders out, SUPER kind of her . A few days later she emailed me making sure everything was okay and I settled in fine small gesture but 100% made me feel like a priority.SUPER SUPER happy on our decision to call The marquis at TPC our new home !

I had a great application process as I got ready to move in. Any problems that I thought I would come by didnt happen. I love that they have leasing options for as little as 1 month! You dont see that often around here. There are VERY helpful employees and managers throughout the whole application process. The neighborhood is SUPER quiet which is great since I read a lot. Im truly blessed to have found this place. I honestly think this rivals getting a hotel!

I have only been here for about 6 months, however my experience has been delightful! The apartments are quite nice and spacious. Also, the apartment staff is very responsive if you have an issue. Matter of fact, I had a issue with my a/c and in it was fixed in no time. I submitted the work order after midnight and it was fixed right away that morning. Thank you Jose for getting that done so quickly and thank you Jimmy and Renae for always being on top of things!

I’ve been living at these apartments for almost a year and I don’t plan on moving any time soon! I feel super safe here and the residents here are super quiet along with very friendly. I love how welcoming, helpful, and available the the front office staff are (Renae and Jimmy). From the front office to maintenance staff, they all go above and beyond to make sure residents are satisfied. The apartments are so beautiful inside and I haven’t had a single problem since I’ve moved here. Overall, it’s been an amazing living experience from day one and I highly recommend this complex to anybody who’s looking!

I moved here from a sister property in Austin, TX and nothing went right.- i was told all deposits would transfer however had to repay security deposit as they no longer honored sure deposit system and pet fee as they would not honor my previous fee (a total of $500 I was told I wouldnt have to pay when transferring from a sister property)- building 1 is very poorly maintained. Inside and out. The entrance reeked of dog waste smell, owners would not pickup after their dogs, would even let their pets relieve themselves inside the building and the garage. Some residents would also not leash their pets and let them loose around the building- in June 2020 my car and several others got broken into, not the first time that happened, the other resident told me his car got broken into twice in the same year. The security cameras in the garage and hallways are for show. Living on my own with my 2 year old made safety one of my biggest concerns. Management seemed to care less. I was told they will look into a resolution to their safety measures and get back to me - NEVER HEARD BACK.- I had 3 scorpions and countless geckos inside my apartment- once again management cared less, their reply left a lot to be desired - I have a 20 reply email chain with property manager who by the way you would have to call for weeks to get them on the phone, I ended up spraying my own place out of pocket several times because they did the bare minimum.Overall my worst living experience- and I lived in over 10 properties prior to moving here.

Jimmy Sprinkle provided me with such a great experience during my first visit. He made me feel incredibly welcomed, he was very well informed and able to answer all of my questions and was very professional. He seems to take great pride in the community and his work. I did not end up renting here (through no fault of Marquis @ TPC) this is a beautiful complex in a great area, the apartments are very nice. However, the purpose of this review is to compliment Jimmy (James), the leasing agent. He was so professional but also very kind and attentive throughout the entire process.

I’ve been here almost 6 months and this has definitely been the best experience I’ve ever had at an apartment property. Renee and Jimmy have been amazing, they go above and beyond to keep the tenants happy and the property immaculate! The property itself is beautiful and has great features. As a tenant, and an apartment locator, I would definitely highly recommend this property to my clients and friends!

Absolutely love this place!! We have been here a couple of months and honestly, everything has been perfect!! From the first time we walked in the office to view the property to now..... we are so impressed by how awesome and friendly the staff is, especially Renae!!! She is the best!Our previous place was horrible! Cars racing in and out of the gate, drama and yelling 24/7, Bexar County Sheriff there daily responding to something! Definitely did not feel safe with kids! Couldn’t even speak to staff unless you made an appointment! What a joke!We are so happy here! It is complete opposite from where we came from and totally feel safe! And, our Apartment here is AMAZING with upgraded features and appliances to die for!!! Awesome, Awesome place!! Would highly recommend checking this place out!

I visited their sister site and was referred here. The property was well maintained and location is perfect. Apartments have a great golf course view and large interiors. Close to everything but secluded at the same time. The leasing person, Jimmy, was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Still deciding but made my top 3.

MY wife and I just recently moved here, from the first day we arrived it has been nothing short of magnificent. We were greeted by Renae, who without hesitation gave us a tour of the property and answered any questions we had about possibly renting. Furthermore, her display of professionalism, passion for what she does and eagerness to get you into the perfect home is what drove our decision to move here. Prior to our visit we toured 5 other properties, but none compared to The Marquis at TPC. The community is great, the home are exceptional, its quite, but most importantly everyone on staff are true professionals. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in search of a new home that guarantees peace of mind!

I love living here. The apartments are beautiful and management really listen to concerns and make improvements as needed. I feel safe in my apartment. Having an assigned space in an attached covered parking garage have been a huge plus with rainy / cold days. The residents are also very friendly, which have not been my experience living in other luxury properties.

We have the Best maintenance guy ever at the Marquis TPC...His name is Juan!!!We have been at this complex for over 7 years and he takes care of ever service request we send in quickly and efficiently!! This man is not paid enough for all that he does but he still works hard!

This place has improved tremendously after CWS apartments took over and made it Marquis. Theyve made incredible improvements like new paint and carpets in the hallways, new fitness center and theyre building a business center. Maintenance is top notch and prompt. Office staff is helpful and very pleasant to deal with. If we have any type of issue its deal with immediately and to our satisfaction every time. The complex is only three buildings which is nice with a cool walking path behind that leads through the forest. Only thing is I wish they had an area for my kids to play

My friend lives here and told me to check it out. So far everything looks good and I may stop in for a real tour at the office soon.

I have been living here for several months now and I love my home it is quite. More than anything I feel safe, which was a lot of the reason I moved here. Ive never had any issues with my place. The only thing is the hall way was stinking so I put a plug in and that helped the hallway. I took care of the issue myself.

Great location, great property! You really get the extras here that you cant find at other properties. Love the elevator access, tanning facility, gates that actually work and really love the underground parking. Also, the interior of my home is very beautiful and I love my 8 burner gas stove. Arlene the new manager is just what they needed. She is so warm and always greets you with a smile on her face. I really appreciate the great customer service that I receive. I would highly recommend this community.

We love calling this complex home! And this is coming from someone who SWORE shed never live in an apartment again. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which is a huge deal when youre renting somewhere. If theres an issue with something in your place, its easy to put in an order online to get it fixed, and they show up within 24-48 hours every time. Ive come to know the guys who come to fix things, as well, so Im not concerned with them entering my home. Theyre very nice and respectful.Weve noticed the company working on things like landscape and fixing up the area too, so I think that they bought it from another company who maybe wasnt keeping things up as well as they should? So far, everything to do with the current company and the buildings has been wonderful since my fiance and I have been here. Its a beautiful complex, and Id recommend living here to anyone.

The Complex is undergoing repainting and new carpeting in all the common areas! The new look is really nice! The management team tries very hard to keep the place nice. Yes, as a previous poster has noted, there are a few tenants that fail to properly care for the common areas. But, if you let the office know of the problem, it gets fixed. They have regular cleaning crews, but it is up to us, as tenants to help keep the place nice to live in. I love this place!

SMall property but very pretty. A guy showed me around and he was very friendly and energetic. The only downfall would be the gym and the indoor hallways.

I will be glad to say that the management and apartment staff (maintenance and office staff) are the some of the friendliest and helpful people I have come across. I love the location as well as the setting, the pool is so relaxing and the amenities the property offers are an added bonus. Extremely pleased that we chose this property to make our home. Very happy resident.

We went in to apply at these apartments and the lady in the office was so helpful. She took us around and showed us the apartments and did everything possible to make us feel welcome. Then a few other tenants came in to give rent and one gave a key to her car for a maintenance person that was coming later when she would be gone. We asked other tenants when they came in how they liked the place and they had nothing but good things to say. We ended up moving to Houston, but will not forget the first impressions given here.

My wife and I moved to Cibolo Canyon last June. New to San Antonio we were looking for a nice, quiet neighborhood and the Stone Oak area fit the bill nicely. We immediately loved the apartment when we toured it; high ceilings, hard wood floors, open space, balcony, walk in closet, etc. Price is certainly not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and at Cibolo Canyon you get a beautiful apartment, well kept grounds, great amenities, including an always empty gym which I love and a parking garage, and most importantly, an awesome, always responsive staff. The maintenance team of Jaun and Jack are superb, quick to respond and always knowledgeable and honest. The office staff admittedly has had a lot of turnover since Ive been here, but each new employee has been very friendly and the day-to-day operations havent seemed to skip a beat despite all the changing faces. We are relocating out of Texas soon, but otherwise wouldnt hesitate for a second to remain at Cibolo Canyon.

I am happy to say, the office staff, (Renae and Jimmy) and the maintaince staff ( Juan )have been a dream to work with. Renae assisted me with my application and payments because I dont have good computer skills. Jimmy helped me with getting in my apartment after I locked myself out after hours doing the holidays. Maintaince came with in hours of putting in work requests and made repairs. I am happy with the time they take to make sure that my needs are met. I have enjoyed my time here and look forward to more great times.

Ive lived here for almost five years and the most recent ownership has been the best Ive experienced so far. They undertook a property beautification project (and the property was plenty pretty already), upgraded all the amenities and have an extremely timely maintenance staff who will not give up until the problem is solved. Ive had multiple issues with my A/C unit and their service staff has worked tirelessly to fix or replace it until it works. The current leasing agents, Renae and Jimmy are always polite and genuinely want to help you solve your problems. Ive experienced poor management at this property in the past and Im glad those days seem to be gone. The price is definitely on the high end, but I havent been able to find any competing properties in San Antonio who offer the same level of in-home amenities for the price (the gourmet kitchens in these places are simply incredible). If youre in the market for upscale living in Far North Central, this place really cant be beat.

This is honestly my favorite apartment that I have ever been in. Its quiet and the apartment complex individuals are incredibly considerate.

I am very pleased with the management/community team. If the elevators, foyers and hallways are kept clean, I am a very satisfied resident!

We have lived at this complex since January 2019 and love it! The office staff is very friendly, professional, and really make you feel at home. the location here in TPC is very beautiful and the complex is not far from the large J.W Marriott resort. The community is very small with 3 buildings, and your apartment comes with a free spot in the parking garage. The buildings have nice elevators that lead to indoor hallways (like a hotel). The valet trash is nice because it is 7 days a week. The reason that I only give 4 of the 5 stars is because the pool is small, and dirty (trees hang over it) and we experienced a lot of issues initially upon move in. The tile was cracked in the kitchen which took several weeks to resolve (for good reason), there were bugs coming from the sink, and our window in the master bedroom was leaking. On the plus side maintenance and the office staff was very quick to address all of our concerns and at the time of this review none of these issues persist!

My husband is a chef, so we needed an apartment with a great kitchen.... Im so glad that I found this little gem. We have a HUGE 8 burner stove, and its amazing compared to the other complexs that we looked at around the area. If you love to cook as much as my husband, id check this place out.

This place is RIDICULOUS. .. this place went downhill Since the new management took over this proprety ... It is overpriced compared to what you pay for rent.... I am glad that I am moving out (they keep changing personal all the time)...The only BRIGHT SPOT is Juan the maintenance guy....Management are rude as hell

I just recently relocated from Memphis to San Antonio for work/school and as we all know moving can be stressful especially out of state relocation, because to be honest youre really hoping/praying your potential new home is everything you need it to be and more especially when doing EVERYTHING online.Let me start off and say the property mgmt staff Renae and Jimmy have been nothing but exemplary in showing how proper resident and customer care should be done. I know its very clear in previous reviews the prior Mgmt staff/company were not living up to proper or even decent expectations when it came to running the property and treating residents with proper care and help. But the new Mgmt team CWS is working very hard in turning this property around. The buildings (inside and outside) are clean and up kept really well. The apartments are beautiful on the inside with wood floors, tall ceilings, and stainless steel appliances. They offer valet trash pick up and host community events for the residents (most recently was Wine Wednesday). In addition, these apartments are sitting in a prime location (Stone Oak area) and are CLOSE to everything! Theres so much shopping around right at your fingertips.Again Jimmy and Renae have been outstanding, I was relocating from Memphis to San Antonio and just had major surgery...the word stressful is an understatement to how I was feeling, but again Renae from the time she spoke to me on the phone on the very first day up until the week of my move in date...she made me feel assured that everything was going to be alright...and it was. She even sent me pictures of my actual unit! The day I arrived Jimmy took very good care of me showing me around and explaining all the property details to me. Last but not least the maintenance staff is fast and efficient with work order requests. I am proud, happy and blessed to call Marquis at TPC my new home and even more proud to have leasing office mgmt work so diligent in making their resident feel at home.I know its hard choosing the right apartment community to reside in especially when previous comments can make one nervous, but thanks to other residents and from first hand experience Im very happy I chose to stay here. I hope this helps anyone else who may be on the fence. Come check it out yourself, you wont be disappointed.

This apartment is nothing like it should be. Theres nothing luxurious about these. I moved in and left right away. There was dog crap everywhere literally. The outside of the complex smells like dog poo because there is so much. The inside hallways stink and leave that stench on all your belongings. The grounds are full of litter and the pool area is always trashed. The elevators are extremely LOUD. And the roof is leaking and has been for at least a year! The manager is Rude and never there, And the people who work in the office are worse! Dont waste your time calling because they dont answer the phone! Dont waste your time and money. Almost forgot! They let me move into an apartment they knew wasnt ready. It has mold on the ceilings and water spots from the leaking roof. Mouldy showers and broken fixtures

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! THEY HAVE RODENTS EATING THEIR WAY THRU THE FIRE SPRINKLERS IN WALL AND CEILINGS AND THEY HAVE MOLD GROWING ON BEDROOM WINDOWS. WENT OUT OF TOWN AND THERE WAS A CUP ON BATHROOM COUNTER WITH LIQUID LEFT IN IT FOR 2-3 DAYS AND IT HAD MOLD GROWING ON TOP. IF YOU COMPLAIN MANAGEMENT WILL TURN OFF THE PAYMENT OPTION AND ILLEGALLY EVICT YOU. THEY ILLEGALLY COME INTO YOUR APARTMENT WHEN YOU ARE GONE. AND DO NOT LEAVE NOTICE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THEY HAVENT DONE ANY REPAIRS LIKE THEY SAY. WEVE HAD ROOF LEAKS FOR OVER 2AND HALF YEARS AND EVERY TIME IT RAINS THERE IS A NEW STAIN. WE WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM FOR NOT FIXING THE REPAIRS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND HARASSMENT, DEFAMATION AND FOR THE STRESS IT HAS CAUSED OUR FAMILY. YOU CAN HEAR EVERY CONVERSATION AND THE NEIGHBORS CAN HEAR YOU WHEN YOU WALK BY THEIR DOOR. GROUNDS ARE DARK AND THERE IS NO LIGHT AROUND THE GYM AT NIGHT. ITS VERY UNSAFE AND THERE WAS A MURDER COMMITTED IN THE 2ND BUILDING. MAINTENENCE ARE PUPPETS AND YOU HAVE TO KEEP ASKING FOR THE SAME ISSUE TO BE ADDRESS BCUZ THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT. THEY HAD TO COME 4 TIMES TO FIX TOILET BEFORE THEY FINALLY REALIZED IT WAS CRACKED AND IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED ALL THE WHILE BLACK MOLD KEPT CONSTANTLY GROWING BEHIND TOILET EVERY WEEK. THEY SAY THEREALLY IS NO MOLD BUT I HAVE PICTURES OF THE MOLD CONSTANTLY GROWING AND THE RODENTS EATING ITS WAY THRU THE WALLS. WE HAVE VIDEO OF BATS AND EITHER ROOF RATS OR POSSUMS SITTING ON A HUGE WASP NEST. AND THERE WAS A HUGE RACCOON ALL IN THE ATTIC. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. MANAGEMENT WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR BUT ITS ALL LIES IN THE END. DRIVE THRU COMMUNITY AND LOOK AT ALL THE VACANT SPOTS HERE AT NIGHT!! PICTURES ARE OF THE MOLD AROUND AC UNIT IN ATTIC AND YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE BAT FLYING IN THE PHOTO AND THE SCRATCHES IN THE WOOD. AND THE FIRST IS THE MOLD OR FUNGUS ON OUR WINDOW SILL. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT RENT HERE.

RENTER BEWARE.....Not my real name bcuz I couldnt post private. Three (3) years Ive lived here. This place is the worst complex ever. They do not care about the residents that have been loyal. They only care about getting apartments filled up quickly. Elavators are ALWAYS breaking especially on weekends and nobody would come till many days later. Ask the countless of people that have moved in thinking they can use elevator and its broken. Guy in office says the elavators are always breaking bcuz people use them to love their furniture. He was a black guy that actually said residents are not allowed to use elavators and are supposed to use the stairs. But they dont tell people that when they want you to move in. Again the biggest liars. They will say anything to get you in door. Hallways always stink from trash chute. Its so dirty. Maintenance is good but I guess they cant hire anyone to use a power washer in the trash room so the gnats build up and your apartment ends up getting infested with them. The trash chute has two big containers to catch the trash but only one container is under chute so the trash EVERY WEEK spills out into garage area. Its so filthy and disgusting. Manager is so incompetent. What were they thinking hiring her? She leaves before office is supposed to close and no one answers the phone. She can never remember your apt number or your name. Its three buildings so being personable or having a good memory is not her strong suit obviously. Tanning bed has never worked since Ive moved in. Dogs pee in elevator and on carpet in halls bcuz residents wait till last minute to take dog out. Ive stepped in dog poop so many times walking to car. Not to mention the number of times Ive stepped in dog urine in elevator. People have no respect. Top floors are always flooding every time it rains. I heard roofer telling his coworker that the roof is out of warranty and it has to be replaced bcuz its caving in. But then they tell residents problem is fixed. The old management would use good quality appliances. New management now buys the cheapest silver plastic appliances. The floors are not hardwood, its cheap looking laminate. Pool area is always filthy and dirty. Even pool is filthy and freezing. Its so cold that even in summer its not enjoyable. The amount of mosquitos at the pool is insane. The good reviews are definitely from management. The absolute worst thing is that you can hear conversations in other apartments bcuz the walls echo. So you can never have a private conversation. Even worse when your neighbor argues with their spouse. There is never any parking either. The other resident was right when they said they are quick to close tickets before the work is even done. Juan and Jack have too much on their plate but they are actually good and honest employees. Honesty is important. The office staff you couldnt trust bcuz there is never anyone that stays long term. Not once has there been the same face. And you cant trust the manager as far as you can throw her. She is the rudest person Ive ever met. Its so embarrassing. Everyone I know that has been here for years is now moving out as quick as they can. So please know its a lie when they say you can live like a president. Thats the biggest joke. Its there job to provide service and support but manager is out of control. She definitely has hormonal problems. She only does what looks good on paper. Shes so manipulative. And she definitely seems bipolar. No wonder why turn over rate is so high. Not once has she ever been honest or nice or even in a good mood. I cant move out soon enough. Just once can they treat the faithful and loyal residents some respect and do something for them. They had a food truck come with high price food. If you are going to allow another business to come here atleast have them give residents a good deal. Again they have know respect. So please be wise when moving here. Place is the biggest scam.

This place has gone down hill ever since Orion took over. Funny thing is they still charge the amout the Towers were charging per unit.

The staff at Marquis TPC are amazing! Renae and Jimmy always go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of me as a resident. I can always count on Maintenance to take care of my service request in a timely manner. Overall great customer service.
