I had the pleasure of working with Mike. I needed to find a place in San Antonio fairly quickly (relocating from another city). It’s difficult to say enough good things about how helpful Michael was in our apartment search in San Antonio. Michael gave up an entire Saturday to help two moms from Austin find an apartment for their daughters in San Antonio. Not being familiar with the area, we didnt even begin to know where to look. My roommate and I were trying to find an apartment down town that was affordable and fit our needs. There were a lot of options and we were overwhelmed! Thats when we found Mike. First of all he came up with list of places that fit our criteria. Then he met us at those places. What really helped us was that he knew all the right questions to ask and knew about certain discounts we could qualify for, that we wouldnt have known on our own. He was super professional and very friendly. We ended up getting a better deal then we were hoping for, and I really have to give him credit for that. Before I moved to San Antonio, I contacted Michael Enriquez, and based on my criteria, he suggested appartments that fitted my needs.The main concerns I had were safety and distance from work location, and he recommended very good places. He then emailed me the appartments to look at before I headed to San Antonio, I filtered out the one I liked, he then called the apartment management to check for availability. By the time I was heading to San Antonio, I already knew a lot about the city even though, I never been to this part of the country. When I landed in San Antonio, he called me and set up a an appointment to see the appartments. We checked out few ones, and based on my feedback, he was suggesting the next place to see.
