Staff is very proffessional. Vannessa, manager, had a great staff that greated me immediatley in the Lobby! Staff seemed happy and eager to assisy. Love it!

Staff Bianca was very informative, friendly, they offer lots of free handyman services for residents living there, nice location.

So glad we found this place! The rent is well worth the friendly service and the beautiful upgraded apartments. We havent had any issues since moving here in 2020. Maintenance is very respectful and kind, and the ladies in the office are always willing to help. Not to mention, there are a handful of places right down the block to eat. Great place to live with a great location!

I will admit they were a great company when you are a resident, however as soon as they know youre lease is almost out,, theyre attitude changes. During the pandemic, I did lose my job, and was given assistance thru a rent relief program of $3000 that would go to my rent. I was approved in April of 2021. And since they new my lease would end in June 2021, they told us that the check never went thru, which we know is a lie, because the rent relief agents told us it was delivered, and we would still call to see if they had put it in our account yet. Sadly they never did. Supposedly they never received the check. Then came time to pay rent they said we had to pay or get an eviction letter within I believe 7 days after rent was due. So while we stupidly waited for the assistance to get there we racked up late fees plus rent. We called again and the lady in front (my husband knows her name) said not to worry as soon as they received the check they would write us out a $3000 check for us to use in future place. Another lie. So I would not recommend staying here during this pandemic. They just cheated us $3000 of assistance money that really wouldve helped out. We are in August 2021, and yet to received the money.. Also dont waste your money on the cleaning fee, we paid that since we werent going to have much time moving out, and then they charged us with an extra deep clean charge. FOR ANY SMALL THING they kept deducting from our deposit we were expecting back as well. DONT COUNT ON YOU RECIEVING A DEPOSIT FROM THESE CROOKS!

Very pleased with our stay. The staff and property management team met our needs quickly and effectively throughout our time at Westover. The apartment’s amenities/property were clean and organized. You could tell they make a consistent effort to keep the property maintained. By far the best apartment complex we have stayed at over the years.

My husband and I visited the complex last week and had a tour with one of their apartments, the complex is beautiful and the environment is well maintained. I like the leasing personnel who helped us she’s very sweet and helpful! I think her name is Vanessa. We’ll come back again and hopefully the apartment we like will be available on April!

Customer service oriented and a safe place to live. They keep residents up to date with every information from the covid19 pandemic to the community. My husband and I have been very pleased with management, office staff, maintenance and our neighbors. We appreciate everything you all do.

I love my apartment and the complex itself, it features two dog parks HOWEVER!.. the bars are wide enough apart that my dog can squeeze through them, please consider putting up some chicken wire around the dog park fence so dogs of all sizes can enjoy the off leash area of the bark park. It can be painted black to match the fence itself and maybe some paw print shaped decorations can be put up on the outside so it looks nice

All around these apartments are worth it. Great office staff, top notch maintenance, and everyone looks out for each other. Layout is awesome, and apartments are well kept and updated often. Come join the family.

Westover Oaks is a truly perfect place to live. The rent is very reasonable and with flexible leasing terms you can stay as long or as short as you need. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond and efficient. The office staff always remember who I am and greets me by name even though there are hundreds and hundreds or residents. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept; the pool and facilities are top notch, and the gated community makes for a very safe place to live. Id recommend this place to anyone.

Me and my family were residents there from April 2017-May 2018. My wife, son, and I stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom and it was amazing. We loved the place! From the kitchen to the walk in closets it was amazing. We worked with Bea when we did our paperwork. She was phenomenal and so kind. We miss the complex, unfortunately due to the commute to my job we moved, but honestly me and my wife are in talks of moving back after our current lease is up. We loved it that much. Our son loved the pool area. The money is definitely worth the world class customer service and amazing units.

THE absolute best apartment complex EVER!!The staff could go on tour teaching customer service courses to other complexs they are that good. They go way above and beyond expectations. We are buying a house soon and the only regret will be leaving this wonderful place. Nicole and Melissa are truly the best. Nicole came to the rescue when our car battery died and Melissa has been a delight with our family. This place is truly a cut above the rest.

Professional, friendly staff.. Nicole, Bea, Vanessa, rest of staff, were with us all the way, click or call away, from our move from NC to San Antonio, TX, The well maintained grounds are a plus, security gates, garages and covered parking available, added cost, trash valet. Main building and seating areas are beautifully decorated, rich, warm looking colors.The pool is refreshing and there is an outside, covered seating area with TV and BBQs.Nice gym, with latest of equipment to help you stay in shape. Business office with 2 computers and Printer. There are dog parks available for pet owners,to exercise their pets, and an added.. dogs kept on leashes 😁. Did not see that other places we lived.The floor plans are pretty, wood floors, carpet, large garden tubs, stainless appliances, W/D in each unit. Lots of plug- ins for your electronics, a perfect location to many places. Maintenance staff a click away if a repair is needed.One thing we have noticed, living on the bottom of the 3 floor unit, its quite. Everyone respects the feeling of others . This makes this place so relaxing and comfortable . Everyone here is so nice and friendly. We love calling Westover OAKS, our home.

My wife and I initially rented out our 1 bedroom apartment here with the intent of staying for longer than our initial year, but alas, with two cats, a dog (they have a fantastic three pet policy), and a newborn baby we need more space and decided to get ourselves a home. We absolutely loved our stay here and if the need ever arises this would be our go to if we need an apartment to stay in. The staff was always really nice, maintenance was quick and very friendly, the grounds were always well kept, and our apartment itself was rather nice, the pool area was kept clean, and the 24/7 gym was a nice addition to it all. All in all, every bit deserving of the five stars I can give.

I lived here for two years, from October 2016 to November 2018, and the staff was always phenomenal. Most of the neighbors are cordial, and the complex regularly does events to help everyone get to know each other. Maintenance was always fast and effective, even with minor issues like replacing air filters. The office staff are friendly and courteous and always willing to go the extra step to make sure your experience is the best possible. I really can’t say enough good things about them: the only bad time was when I had to leave and couldn’t find a new place with the same staff!

I’ve lived at this complex since September of 2013. After renting houses for a number of years, I was hesitate to move back to apartment living, but now I can’t imagine wanting to live anywhere else. The grounds are well kept, residents are quiet/respectful, maintenance responds within 48 hrs, if not sooner and I’ve never felt safer, even living on the ground floor.Most important, the staff/management are amazing and have always been incredibly helpful. I’m often in the office to pick up mail/packages and I have no doubt Melissa, Bea and Nicole are sick of seeing me (lol), but you’d never know it. Thank you for making my experience so positive after 6 years. I would absolutely recommend Westover Oaks :)

This apartment complex is truly amazing. I moved here from out of state and the staff made it a seamless transition! Not only are the apartments nice, the whole staff is amazing, professional, and treats everyone like family. If there is a problem with anything the office is right on it and the maintenance crew is great.

Im very impressed and satisfied with my experience thus far. Staff are very amiable and communicative with all residents. Community events are common and well advertised. The quality of the complex itself is excellent in my opinion; Im happy to be living here.

Lived here last year and wish I didnt have to move. No complaints at all! Staff were great and had a lot of events. Residents were quiet and friendly. Moved because I was tired of traffic getting to and from work. Plus apartments in my current area are less pricey. Ive learned that you get what you pay for. I miss this place!

Been living here for about 6 months and so far it has been amazing. Very quiet and well maintained.Customer maintanence requests are responded to fairly quickly without issues and overall Westover Oaks is a great experience if you can afford it, definitely recommend!

I lived there for two years. It was very comfortable, and the staff are friendly.I remember one time when it was my wedding anniversary, they give me a nice present to enjoy with my wife. Also, the maintenance is amazing, and they respond fast to your request. I really recommend this apartment complex.

My fiancé and I decided to check these out since our lease is going to be up in a couple of months, I’ve never experienced a worst tour until today. The agent that showed us didn’t say anything to us and didn’t ask us any questions because we were looking so far out. When we walked to the two bedroom that she was showing us it was complete silence. I am a leasing agent myself and that was one of the most awkward tours I’ve ever had in my life. Very disappointed.

This is such a great place and a great community that does very good with upkeeping. Very convenient to major highways. We picked this place because of the reviews and 1 year later I have no complaints. We will stay another 1 year because of the greatness to this place

Very professional and friendly staff! Maintenance request are handled the day of or the next day. Beautiful safe complex that I have lived at for a year now. The only reason I will not be staying is because I need something a bit cheaper. Great place if it is in your price range!

Don’t clean when you leave. They don’t pay your deposit. If I learnd they won’t pay, I didn’t spent a day to clean the aptment like new.

This housing was one of the most luxurious housing in San Antenio, and it had very beautiful memories .. But there is a note after I saw that the apartment arranged for them better than what I received and with that they deducted an amount of insurance from me under a false pretext.
