I am happy with the changes occurring at my apartment complex. The maintenance is very friendly and quick to respond and the office is communicating about the changes happening, which I appreciate. I love living here.

Propert management and maintenance aint wit worth a shi*. They will say they have no apartment available to show for preview just to get you to sign a lease blinded. Very very poor maintained property. DO NOT LIVE HERE EVEN AT ALL!! Save your hard earned money.

If your truly looking for home, look somewhere else. Poor management, frequent water issues, no parking, increased water bill, etc are some common issues. I’ would not recommend this to no one. Read reviews, there is no reason why someone would lie about it, it’s just not a comfort please .

My Daughter live in there Apts the Building she in is in horrible conditions I called the apartment manager Alexis and she had no concerns regarding my daughters safety because of her dangers neighbors living next-door to her only thing she said was call the police it’s not a police at issue is an apartment issue please do not let your kids or anyone you know move into these apartments who knows if theying going to make it out safely please pray for my daughter because she’s in very dangerous conditions living in those apartments

Most of the reviews on here are from the old management. The new managers are relatively good. I am satisfied with my apartment. The ponds are very beautiful and kept up. I have yet to have any problems. Plus the location is awesome--close to everything in San Antonio, yet nestled in an obscure place adjacent to a treeline. And if you are Army, then you are only 10 minutes away from the Harry Wurzbach gate. (No traffic problems).

The new management is evil. They had us pay on the first to the third, and handed out eviction notices on the forth, and that we had to ether be gone by the sixth or they will simply kick us out. They are going around doing lock outs. These people are not trust worthy. DO NOT MOVE HERE! THEY WILL ROB YOU!The conditions at this complex are a joke, safety is not an issue, the ponds are all filthy, the only one that is clean is the one right in front of the office. The pool is almost never usable. Their only priority is to get money. And the new reviews that are positive are from the new management members.

These apartments are absolutely awful. First of all about 1 month after we had moved in we stopped getting hot water (in July), which wasnt fixed until about 3 days ago. Throughout this time management could of cared less about us not having hot water (we have 2 babies in the house). Also, those beautiful ponds they show on their website are never filled w/ water and when they do have water they are not maintained and the water gets so dirty it looks black, you can only imagine the smell. They advertise a fitness center, that is nonexistent as well. Most of the people that live here do not care about one another, someone threw a rock in the rear window of my car this past week. If you are looking for a nice place to live, look somewhere else. They have recently been bought and are making upgrades but have kept the same manager, so Im not expecting much of a change. Stay away from these apartments!!!

Worst place ever! Didnt have hot water for almost 4 months (not kidding). They could care less. Wouldnt let me out of the lease even though their lease says they will let you break it if something like that happens. They said they would sue me and put me in collections if I moved out. The place is cockroach filled and they never even cleaned my unit before move in. I had to clean it myself. Worst management and property EVER!!!! They also stole some of my deposit without providing any proof whatsoever on why they took it.

Do not move here!!!! Its roach infested and all the ACs are broken!Management wont do anything about it, and there has been a freon gas leak in my apartment for a long time now.DO NOT MOVE HEREThe management are horrible people and will call the cops on you if you complain. You dont even have to raise your voice or look upset, they will just tell you that youre trespassing and to leave. All because youre complaining.THE MAILBOXES ARE ALWAYS BEING BROKEN INTOTHE GATE IS NEVER FIXEDTHE POOL IS NASTY AND THE WORKOUT ROOM HAS NO ACDO NOT MOVE HERE PLEASE

The worst apt ever! they dont have a gym like they advertise! their laundry faculties are super crappy, they rarely clean their pool, always are under construction for water damages and Ive been there for almost 6 months and their maintenance still hasnt came from the first day we moved in and weve complained multiple times! their a/c broke on us 3 times, theres cock roaches, and people go out of their way to steal! There are plenty of many other things wrong with this place! DO NOT move here!

Dont move here. Pool is always dirty & closed. They didnt clean apartment before i moved in. Everything brakes and maintenance does a poor job fixing it. They deleted my past comment and photos of their dirty pool.

Great apt, is just too dirty and the maintenance take their time to do something and I see them joking and talking in the phone all the time, other than that I like the apartment.
