The Park on Wurzbach is a great place to live. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. They are ready and willing to assist their residents with any concerns. I’m glad I call the Park on Wurzbach home!!

!!!!! THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CREDIT !!!!DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!I always paid rent on time and even paid the after fee after we moved out within 2/3 days and some how 2 years later they are trying to charge me for something I already paid for!!! What a joke/scam ! I tried calling them back and they say it’s out of their hands now!!!!??? Like whattttt ???? But yet they still knew who I leased with and what year ? But have no knowledge of me paying the deposit money because they don’t have that information anymore ? Now I have to go to my storage unit and look through boxes of old papers & receipts!!! Contemplating on suing once I find my receipt ! I’m so grateful I always save my receipts !

My five stars go out to Monica (manager) for answering all my questions, for making my move as stress free as possible and for taking the time to make a video of the Unit from the inside and out. That really helped me plan on what was needed for me to pack for the apartment and what was needed to go to storage (A BIG THANK YOU for that). Im new to San Antonio and she helped me search for things in question. Katherine, for making me feel very welcomed to this new comunity and for also helping with my move. Anthony, for helping me gather all that was needed to make this move a smooth one and for giving me a run down of all San Antonio. Maintenance staff was quick to fix a couple of small things needed and also very friendly and helpful. This community is very well maintained. Thank you all for making my move a smooth transaction.

The Park on Wurzbach, I have nothing but amazing and great things to say. The staff is so friendly and ready to help with whatever question you may have. The apartments are wonderful! It’s home. I would recommend these apartments to everyone. Anyone would be happy to be live here.

My first impression is always towards the staff because they are the ones we will have to communicate with once we are moved in so with that said. We had not moved in over 10 yrs, so my 5 star goes to them because they have made what was the most toughest move to make, physically and emotionally well worth it 100%. Monica, Anthony and Catherine thank you so much for making the transition easy and enjoyable. All we can say say is we love it here and we are so happy to call The Park on Wurzbach our new home.

Since moving in June 2020, Monica, Katherine, Anthony, and the maintenance staff have been nothing but helpful to anything I’ve needed. They are very accommodating and friendly. The apartments themselves feel like luxury and they are very affordable. The gym, pool, dog washing station (place is very pet friendly) are just the icing on the cake. I’m glad I’m able to live here and highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in San Antonio. If there is ever a problem in the apartment, they are very quick to get it resolved. Also, they do their best to make sure there’s a food truck every week, sometimes more than once a week, and that’s just awesome!

I’ve been living here for a few months now. Very beautiful apartments and amazing open floor plan. Amazing staff and they take care of you! Maintence will come and help ASAP too which is a plus. My only downfall is for the price that I am paying, I should not hear my neighbors close their cabinets/drawers or hear my neighbor’s tv. I literally hear my neighbor’s tv loud and clear. I also hear my neighbor’s slamming the front door loud and clear. The walls are very very VERY thin. Like paper thin.

I was very happy to move out of these apartments. The previous managers that were there when we moved in were awesome and friendly. Kat, who was pretty much the only one that kept in contact with us is fantastic. New management really needs some training. We were not aware of there being new management until both I and my fiancé had unpleasant experiences with the new manger, Monica. Not welcoming to say the least. We always had issues getting in the gate. Taking us 5 or more minutes for the fob to actually let us in. If it wasn’t that, the gate was just broken, period. Very unsettling to know the gates are left open for weeks at a time. We also received noise complaints when we were OUT OF TOWN. You can definitely find a nice apartment elsewhere at this price point.

We have lived here for a year, and I couldnt have been more happy the lease is finally done. During the first weekend of staying in the apartment, the ac went out for two days because of some kind of power outage in our specific apartments they said? Okay whatever. Using my desktop in our bedroom would trigger the fuses and shut the electricity off in our room every hour, and the maintenance guy blamed it on my computer after MULTIPLE visits to our apartment for inspection. The electrician finally came out after a month and a half to discover faulty wiring. On top of all of these visits for the faulty wiring, be prepared to experience even more random visits throughout the course of your stay because the housing office and maintenance people love barging into these apartments a lot.Cant answer the door because youre in a meeting? Dont worry, they let themselves in. Theyll even make a guest appearance in your zoom calls as they completely disregard the fact that you need to work from home because of COVID because their inspections are more important. I thought the random invasions of privacy were over, but here I am after experiencing some random man from the housing office barge into my bedroom while the door was closed (no knocking or anything) after walking past my confused husband in the living room since they interrupted his work meeting, completely disregard the fact that I was there, walk past me to do another freaking inspection through our bathroom and closet taking his time as my dog is running around scared that this intruder is just helping himself, and then he just walks out without apologizing (I legit didnt even get a hello) for the intrusion or freaking our dog out as she continues running through the apartment because he let her out of the room. You might as well live with them at this point. They made themselves known even during COVID and in our final week here.These luxury apartments also have hard water and mold likes to grow in the toilet because of the build up. Of course the garbage disposal went out because the entire apartment is riddled with faulty wiring. The valet trash pick up never gets picked up and the pest control you pay for every month doesnt even exist. I hope the next tenants who move into this specific apartment likes Miley Cyrus because our next door neighbor loves to sing at the top of his lungs (and very off key) every night in the room next to our bathroom. The walls are so paper thin our roommate can hear the tenants who live next door to his room whispering full conversations at night from their bedroom.I would never wish any of this even onto my enemies. Please just do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. These apartments are rigged and way overpriced for what you are getting.

From the very beginning The Park on Wurzbach staff has been excellent.Mayra has been so patient and helpful in making our move goas smoothly as possible. Staff takes the time to meet with you,answer any questions and helping us feel at home. The planned activities have been such a nice change, it shows they care about their residents and getting to know them. The fitness facilities are great, the grounds are beautiful. I would definitely recommend The Park on Wurzbach.

Me and my s/o have been living here for about a month and a half and we love it! We visited so many apartments and we stayed with this one the whole time. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and informal! The place we got a tour of was the one we ended up renting out so we got a feel of it & it makes us feel at home. The apartments are beautiful inside and out. The package concierge is a great convenience. And they are super pet friendly! Our financial situation was complicated and victoria did her best to help us work everything out which we are grateful for! There was simple little things that could be fixed by maintenance once we moved in but they are also friendly and always came within a reasonable time. There is also so many things close by. We love this gated community and we’re glad we picked it.

We just moved here a week ago, and we love it! The staff is so friendly and attentive, and the apartments themselves are beautiful! After getting our keys and visiting our unit for the first time, we discovered that the staff had given us a complementary set of dishes, silverware, glasses, and pots and pans---which was especially welcome after we discovered that the U-Haul pod with our belongings wont be delivered for two weeks. The amazing kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff here made a hardship easy to bear. Were so glad we decided to live here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to settle in the San Antonio / Leon Valley area.

Me and my husband have been living here for 6 months and we love it! The place is so clean, management is really on top of rules and policy’s to ensure the property is orderly and clean! Everyone in the office is super nice and friendly, especially Dane, and Mayra ! The staff really does great at keeping resident morale, community events, breakfast in the mornings, happy birthday notes on your door, a pool concierge, I mean I could really go on and on! These Apts are nice I’ve lived here for 6 months now and love having an attached garage to my unit but one thing I will say is that the walls are extremely thin. I can hear my neighbors full conversations while I’m in my master bedroom (or guest bedroom, on other side) which really sucks and makes me uncomfortable at times to where I feel like I can’t even speak in my own bedroom :/

The staff does an exceptional job communicating and making you feel welcomed! Very organized and proactive. I literally have no complaints since moving in. It’s always nice to find a place that you plan to stay for a while and I believe the Park on Wurzbach apartments have made myself and husband feel comfortable in doing just that!

I looked at many, many apartments before finding the Park on Wurzbach and nothing felt or looked right. If you want an apartment that feels like home you absolutely need to check this place out. All of the staff are top notch people.. they made my moving process not only easy but also FUN... yes that’s right moving can be fun when you do it here. I have been totally impressed with how much effort this staff puts into creating fun events for everyone to participate in.. you can truly tell they love what they do. I also want to give a special shout out to their maintenance team..you guys are fantastic. If you move into this place you will not just be living in an apartment you will be living in a caring, clean, safe and beautiful community. I am so thankful to be living in an apartment that looks amazing and feels right.

The management helped me set up my move while I was deployed and made my transition very easy and accommodated all of my needs and requests. AWESOME is the only way to describe my experience in renting an apartment at The Park on Wurzbach. On the first day I dropped in to look at the apartments I was greeted by the manager, Maggie Woolfork, who treated me as someone special even though I am not. She explained all the amenities and the processes involved in becoming a tenant. A couple of days later I had time to come back and tour a couple of the different floor plans and get a copy of what the lease contract would be. The fact that Maggie was open and transparent in sharing the lease contract made a positive impression on me. I had been to a couple of other apartments where they would not provide me the contract until I was ready to sign. Maggie was very transparent which made me trust her.The apartments are beautiful and a great value so coupled with my feeling that after leasing there would be exceptional customer service made the decision to lease an easy one. I enthusiastically recommend that if you are looking for a great place to live The Park on Wurzbach should be your first choice... it was mine.

At first glance the apartment was beautiful at least the ones we were shown. Upon move in as I did the new move in check list many things were done without care. Our patio was covered in paint, the floor was scratched before our furniture arrived. I made this known alongside with the carpet being poorly laid down. We were told there was nothing that could be done to fix it as per maintenance man. Also beware with the rain storms as our luxurious apartment second story got flooded during a down pour due to terribly constructed door sealing. We are a military family and gave the notice as per military clause now we have received a letter stating insufficient move out timing which is not true!! We gave more than enough notice and explained what the orders were. We gave more than 30 days notice and we failed to give insufficient notice, not true. We haven’t lived there since November after thanksgiving but are still being charged for the rest of our lease. Really we’re in another state. TO ALL MILITARY, these are not MILITARY friendly apartments, not to mention the rude staff. The staff was rude to us from the very beginning as well as the new staff who apparently likes to flirt with a woman’s husband while I stand right beside him (no shame) Anything for the horde huh!? You know who you are. Bad for business go to Tiffanys if you want to flirt with other women’s husbands. MILITARY STAY AWAY!!

It is an amazing place to be in. I am grateful to be a part of the community. Staff was Exellent, polite, and helped answer any questions I had. Mayra was very helpful and made the move in process go by smoothly. Simply amazing!

This property is so nice! We got the chance to tour the complex and we were blown away by the beautiful designs and friendly staff. To top it off, the amenities are above the rest! This property is the REAL deal, youll regret not checking it out for yourself.

I really give them 10 stars!!!From the moment I first toured this community I knew I would call it home. My existing lease wasnt ending until months later, but I had to get my foot in the door. The ladies in the office have been nothing but a genuine pleasure to work with. Mayra, Maggie, DeNae and Melyssa are the most professional and friendliest team I have ever encountered at an apartment community. They really care about you and go through great lengths to make sure you will love living here. As I move in today, 2/22/19, I am so glad to call this place home and look forward to meeting my new neighbors!!!I just wanted to thank each of you for making my decision to live here so easy. I went to visit this community this weekend and I was completely blown away. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by two sweet girls, DaNae and Melyssa. They immediately made me feel at home and not like I was bothering them like some of the other places did. The entire community was gorgeous. I have larger furniture and even the one bedrooms were spacious enough to accommodate. I am absolutely in love with the kitchen space since I cook a lot the space is needed. Definitely one of my top choices since I’m not moving for a few months.

I have had my apartment since June of 2019. Everything was perfect until last month. I have had TWO eviction notices because of something I can not control. I pay my rent the day it is due and they say they didn’t receive it the first time. I complained and told me “there’s nothing we can do you still have to pay rent and the late fee’s” I was so upset and paid it. It’s now the second time they do this to me. I called almost every day to see if my rent was taken they say yes. I called today around 10:30 am they said my rent was taken yet at 5:00 pm I’m getting an eviction notice? Late fee’s are “$10” yet on the notice I get my rent is $1,286. My rent is $1,116, how is it that high of a jump?! I want to leave but paying the fee’s just to leave is RIDICULOUS. It’s not worth me paying that and a different rent. Just do yourself a favor and don’t move into ANY of capstone’s apartments!

My friend is moving into these beautiful new apartments. The Park on Wurbach apartments are on a great location near Ingram. They have great amenities and wonderful staff. I would recommend them to others.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. We have been here since February 2019. Ms. DaNae was very helpful and courteous with all of our questions. She really had an amazing presence and she gave us an amazing tour of the property and we fell in love with the two bedroom two bath with an attached garage. It is a little pricier than our previous apartment but you definitely get what you pay for. The kitchen is spacious all new appliances and the hardwood floor is balanced perfectly with the granite counter tops. The park on wurzbach is a real taste of luxury. So glad we made the choice to live here.

Moved here two month ago. Everything being smooth. The location is ideal for me, not far from Lackland AFB and UTHSCSA. New apartments and Great management team. Submit a request, responded immediately. Also, need to mention, a lot of great restaurants around here.

Well deserved 5 star apartments. I personally always hated apartments. For me they always gave off the feeling of being in a dorm. Which I also hate. The Park on Wurzbach however is anything but that. Each apartment, no matter which floorplan, have an amazing layout and great feel to them from the moment you walk in the door.The staff are courteous and practically bend over backwards to help you with anything you may need. In fact it is because of one staff member in particular, DaNae, that I was so sold on this place. From the initial visit her welcoming nature and professionalism far surpassed that of any other apartments I visited around San Antonio. If you are looking for amazing apartments with the best staff then you have to check out the Park on Wurzbach.

Jfyi!!! I have stopped by these apartments in search a new home and I must say these are gorgeous!! Maggie and Melissa are awesome! The walk through was completely mind blowing with different layouts to choose from. I definitely was able to get the feel of exactly what I was looking for. The resort style feel of the place just makes u want to stay there off top! The pool, gym, I found beautifal views in different locations on property and even had a place to wash your dog!!! That was cool! I definitely was pleased with this place and highly recommend! Thank you!

I chose The Park at Wurzbach as my new apartment home community, because it best fit my personal needs, convenient location to work, had a desirable floorplan with attached garage and the community amenities are awesome. Ive been a resident for about two months and the community is quite and very well maintained. The staff is quick to respond to request and extremely professional. A special thanks to DaNae for her very kind patience during my leasing experience. She volunteerly extended her work day to show my mother and I whom traveled from Dallas the perfect apartment home especially considering we arrived at the office minutes before closing time. Her kindness, patience and professionalism were extremely instrumental in swaying my decision to choose The Parks at Wurzbach as my new apartment community home. Me and my fiancé moved here about 3 weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier! We were first shown around this beautiful complex by DaNae and she is one of the main reasons we chose this place, just so welcoming and friendly and will also help you with anything and everything (even a nail tech)😅All the staff here are actually amazing, they go above and beyond for you, making you feel at home from the first visit! Not to mention just how gorgeous the actual apartment is itself, couldn’t recommend this place more! Also you won’t find a more pet friendly enviroment anywhere else🐶

Rude management from Melissa & DaNae from the beginning and lack of knowledge from all of the questions my husband and realtor was asking them. Don’t be fooled by Melissa’s fake smile.

Super rude leasing assistant. Did not want to help me or show me a unit. Tone of voice, attitude and body language were horrible. I was excited to view these apartments, very disappointed. Oh well.

I LOVEEE living here so much! Maggie, Melyssa, & DaNae are so wonderful to everyone! Maintenance is great! & everything all around is just gorgeous! The location is great! I moved in on the 1st of September and there has been so many activities already with the clubhouse and I just love how all the clubhouse staff treats the residents/pets like family! I have lived in many other apartments before and this is the first one that I enjoy living at the most!

I searched for a new apartment for about three months before I found The Park on Wurzbach. When I saw the reviews and the pictures of the apartments I fell in love and couldnt wait to see them, my first interaction with the amazing office and management was with DaNae, who was and always is a pleasure to talk to and is always very welcoming and friendly. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision on these apartments and DaNae was very knowledgeable and patient with me while I made my decision ( I changed my mind quite a few times) I am very happy I went with the A2 apartment. Its space is plenty for me and all the amenities are gorgeous and make you feel at home everytime you step in the door. The countertops are gorgeous, the appliances are new and also stunning and the dark wood color of the cabinets perfectly contrasts and yet brings everything together. I can honestly say I havent felt this at home in a while :)My only regret is not renting here sooner!Thanks for all the help and for being so amazing through all of it DaNae :)

We moved in middle of Nov 2018 and I have to say....I AM GLAD WE CHOOSE THIS PLACE. The folks at The Park on Wurzbach are the shiznit :-)! Maggie, Melyssa, DeNae especially.....THANK YOU for all your guidance and patience with us thru making our decision.I dont usually do reviews lol, but this folks DEFINITELY DESERVE my praise.

So I have been here for roughly a montly now and so far so good. With my unique situation during the holday season; old leasing coming to an end; and building construction postpoing my move in date, the entire staff here have been nothing short of great. Special thanks to DaNae for taking me on my first and many tours thorugh various floorplans and being patient with me because Im terrible at making decisions, and to Maggie who worked tirelessly to get me into my new home with the least amount of stress on me as possible. Me and my little guy look forward to our time here.UPDATE: I’ve been getting notifications of viewings of my review and figured I’d update. Been here 2 years now and counting and now have come under new mgt. For the most part, the apartments themselves I have no complaints. Since new mgt there has been an increase of pet feces around the community though and residents are not held accountable so nothing changes. There has been an update to “smart locks” on the homes that constantly either jam or delay to where keys could’ve opened the door before the smart lock unlocks. The app for the lock is very delayed. Also feel they present a safety issue as far as constantly having to wipe the the key pad so your fingerprints aren’t left behind for someone else to go behind and follow the pattern not to mention the varying tones each number makes that can be memorized potentially by anybody nearby. Would I move here again with their current rates and from what I’ve observed? Probably not.
