I love living here. Maintenance has always fixed everything really fast and the office is very friendly and helpful. Guess that’s why I love lived here 4yrs
I have to update my review. I used to love living here, but I’ve been increasingly feeling unsafe and uncomfortable here. It’s not the fault of the office/management, but I still think it’s important to share.
I was given a quote for $799 but when I received my lease agreement rent was listed at $850. After talking with management they said the best they could do is $825, even though I had 3 separate documents clearly stating a $799 rent. The day I got my keys the apartment was infested with black mold (maintenance was in the unit 1 hour before and clearly didnt care), I reported to management and all they did was wipe clean the vent cover without cleaning the ducts, which literally does nothing. The microwave wasnt level, the cabinets were not level, and the kitchen counter still had sticky grime all over. This was supposed to be an upgraded unit but the only upgrade was fresh paint on the wonky cabinets. Needless to say, I backed out of this lease and moved somewhere that actually cares for their property.
I’ve lived here for 3 years and have found my experience very calming. The area is quiet even though it’s so close to the airport. There are a lot of trees on the property which I find comforting and beautiful. I’m in a two bedroom and though I’ve had some inevitable issues with my A/C the staff have always been attentive to my needs in a timely manner. I’ve seen the property grow a little during my time. We now have a dog park and the landscape has improved. We’ve gotten new doors and windows to help decrease the noise from the airplanes. The main office has even been completely remodeled. There is not a fitness center and I think the property would benefit greatly by adding one. The management staff has changed a few times which to my understanding is common. Every time it has been a good experience. Though mosaic has been the most personable and capable of making positive changes. This is a great place to live because the location is close to all highways! There’s also easy access to food, shopping, groceries and entertainment.
Ive lived here coming up in two years and I absolutely love living here.Maintenance is always prompt to my requests, security is quick to respond to safety issues, and the staff is always friendly and informative! They have proven themselves with their superior communication efforts! The holiday parties they have are great ways they bring everyone together! The property is always clean and maintained, and affordable by every means. I will be continuing my lease!
I’m so very happy with the maintenance department, especially ROY.He was called for a routine maintenance issue, And I ask him to do something Extra and I was going to tip him for it. Much to my surprise, surprise, he turned. down the tip and simply said, just write a good review for the apartment complex.I think ROY is a pretty special human in this apartment complex is a great place to live.
Ive lived here for over a year and a half. It has been the best place Ive lived. The neighborhood is nice, the apartments a large, the cost is very reasonable for the area, and the staff is amazing. Karisha, Adriana, and Alexis are wonderful and it shows that they care for their work. They are friendly, polite, and professional. If you are looking for a good place to live that is hassle free then I highly recommend Seville.
I have lived at the Seville now going on 13 years and I LOVE living here. It is my HOME. Whatever I need done gets DONE. And my people are my joy. I was so fortunate to pick the right apartment complex for me. Its just nice and lovely property to live at. I hope I new never have to leave my home!
This complex has always had the best mix of price, size, amenities and communal culture anyone could ask for in San Antonio. Ive found the staff at all times to be courteous, understanding and professional. Im very satisfied in my decision to stay with Seville for another year.
My roommate and I moved in over a month ago and we really like our apartment. The ladies in the office are really nice and helpful. My only issue is parking because at night its hard to find parking. Love the location.
I’ve lived here at Seville for just over a year now. I have to say... the main reason I moved here was because of the size of the 1 bedrooms. They are huge! You can easily fit a king sized bed in the bedroom and still have plenty of room! The maintenance staff (specifically, Rocky) is great. Any maintenance requests I’ve had are taken care of very quickly. They are in the process of remodeling apartments and grounds. I just love the new exterior paint colors and I’m extremely happy with my brand new cabinets!! I would definitely recommend living here.
Jason made our move in beyond spectacular!! Its like He stayed past closing to make sure we got our keys, left us a surprise package inside that we put to use that first night and next few days. He knew just what spontaneous move ins would be desperately needing. The apartment was beautiful, not one single complaint! The apartment and surroundings are SO beautiful with mature oak trees and park like setting. All office employees are so kind and helpful. NOT one singe complaint! Totally SATISFIED!!
I love my apartment. Its nice and peaceful. the staff is great too. My apartment is spacious. Only thing I wish they can improve on is the parking but that happens with any apartment complex.
Giving this place 5 stars because the staff is great. Maintenance is fast on repairs, the office staff is very helpful. It’s an older complex but pretty quiet. Wish they had more amenities though. But a nice place to live.
I definitely recommend Seville Apartments! The management staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They have always attended to any maintenance issues within minutes. I renewed my lease for another year. Yay me!!! The location is a major advantage central to every place you may need. Complex is well maintained.
Just renewed my lease. I enjoy living here. Perfect location and very peaceful with all the trees. Office staff is friendly and maintenance does a good job.
This is a wonderful place to live. Love how spacious the apartment is and the trees are really nice too. Property is always clean.
Have lived at seville going on a year now and just renewed lease for another. So far it has been great. Maintenance is fast at responding to issues even if its non emergency. Had to have doors to washer and dryer area fixed and they didnt just try to put back old doors they replaced them with new ones. They are older apartments so its understandable there are going to be some issues. By far the best apartments i have lived in.
DO NOT live here. Ive been here for about a month and have regretted it every single day....well, I say lived here rather loosely....I have yet to actually spend a night in my unit because it absolutely REEKS and management is just passing the buck.At first, they seemed accommodating, putting in an ozone machine, walking the unit with me, and even offering to allow me to relocate to a different unit if they couldnt resolve the issue. Well now they have changed their tune. Suddenly, the smell is not so bad and not that strong, and I need to talk to corporate to pursue it any further. Meanwhile, I cannot stay there longer than 30 minutes at a time without developing the beginnings of a migraine and a sore throat due to whatever the source of the smell is. I have tried scrubbing the floors (which were filthy), airing it out, even bought a $200 air purifier....no progress. And that is on top of mold in the bathroom and outside, broken sidewalks, shoddy painting and repair work, a leaky tub and faucet, a broken sink stopper, outdated fixtures, and most recently, my hot water up and stopped running - all within a months time.Whatever you do, walk far away from this place. They will gladly take your money then minimize or ignore your concerns. All of their photos are stock photos that bear no resemblance to the actual property, which is run down and incredibly dated. Management has not returned a single email I sent, yet will send emails about things they need from me; then they pass the buck from front office staff to the manager to corporate - the phone number listed does not work and when I asked for the corporate number, I was given a number that rerouted me in an automated system where all of the mailboxes are full and there is no way to reach an actual human. Shady, shady stuff. I never should have signed a lease here and I am counting the days until I can run the other way.
Roy is a very nice guy, he gets things done 100 percent. Customer friendly.
Soooo All those shiny new fix ups they are doing on the apartments.... yeah they get that extra money from you when you move out. Mosaic is the management company. Just say no to this apartment complex. Buy a house instead! The money you would be paying is better spent on a home.
Don’t be taken aback by the bad reviews online, most of them are old and they are under new management now. I moved here because I was living somewhere very expensive with very little space before, now I have a two story town home here with almost 1000 square feet with a dining area, wet bar, and two porches and pay $850 which is a great deal. The location is prime, it’s in the middle of anywhere you would need to go. Stone Oak is 10 minutes one way and Wurzbach and West Avenue are 5 minutes down the road the other way so it’s very convenient. Parking is always available which is a big deal for me because where I lived before I sometimes had to park on the other side of the complex. Moving in I did have a few maintenance things that needed to be taken care of and they got it done within 2 days of me putting the order in. I love the greenery and big trees on the property, they also have two pools and a dog park which is great because I have a big dog that loves open space. The only complaints I have are that there is no gym or fitness facility and the water heater isn’t the best. Other than that we really enjoy living here :)
These apartments are beautiful. theyre very well taken care of they have doggie bags for you to pick up after your dog The Grass Is Always cut parking lots are always clean the pool is beautiful they have a big tennis court nice scenery and its next to a convenience store which is convenient
I really like it here and the improvements since the new management company took over.
The maintenance man Roy is a very outstanding person my car broke down by the trash cans and he helped me safely push it to a parking spot and was very polite and caring! We appreciate you very much Roy!!
Just moved in and it was a GREAT choice. Very nice apartments well maintained and attentive staff
Remodeled, great new dark ocean blue color, and very quiet area. Love how quiet it is.
When me and my husband first moved into Seville we were ecstatic, the leasing team was awesome and we loved our apartment. We have been with Seville for little over six months now and with change in the leasing team and the multiple issues with maintenance we are baffled. I’ve lived in apartments for the past four, maybe five years and have never needed to write a google review as a way to get help. As the months went on with our apartments we would have small issues like washer leaks, no hot water, only hot water, wasp infestation, broken door, and a few others. At times maintence was fast to act, even though the end result was more a duct tape and a few nails fix, literally. If you need to use the emergency maintence on the weekend don’t bother, our AC went out, I had left four voicemails for the emergency maintenance because it was over 85 degrees in our apartment and they never contacted me back. I didn’t get any response for it being blazing hot in our apartment until Monday when I had to call the leasing office once it opened and they didn’t even answer the first phone call. Even though it continues to be in the 80s in our apartment they continue to not accommodate us in any way until the parts they need for the AC unit comes in. I’m worried after reading some of the reviews about the team and they’re lack of urgency and customer service if it will even get done when they say it will. I tried contacting the regional but that was also a bust as well. So now me, my husband, and our dogs, continue to live in a hot apartment, with loud fans (which help in no way), have to stick it out because we can’t get help or accommodations from anyone on any level. In the beginning we really enjoyed being here at Seville, but now it’s just unfortunate we are no longer interested in anyway staying here.
I have lived in many apartments, and have never written any reviews. I wanted to take the time to express how pleased i was with Jason. He made the process very smooth and fast, and was very patient with me, when i probably wouldve been annoyed, if i was in his shoes. I was very unorganized, but he never made me feel like a burden. Lastly, i had some issues with not having hot water and with a minor bug problem. Jason had maintenance at my door before i knew it, and educated me, once again, that exterminators come every week. I came from a very expensive townhome that had rat problems, so being at Seville now, with no roaches or rats and an affordable price, is a blessing. Thanks again Jason for your professionalism, and wish you the best!!!
I moved here on July of 2018 and the first night I moved in my apartment got flooded bathroom and closet. It took a whole week for the leak to get fixed. A few weeks later it rained again bathroom and closet got flooded again. Then I had to wait for the 3rd party vendors to come in and take over to fix it and I had to wait another week for the issue to be resolved. Now it’s september 4th, 2018 my apartment is flooded. All of my clothes shoes all of my personal belongings are damaged. I was told there is nothing they can do because they are not responsible for the damages, when it’s the apartments fault. It will be raining for the rest of the week I am being told nothing could be done to stop the flooding until vendors can come out. Also from the first night I moved in I complained how my A/C wasn’t working I would have to put it at a really low temperature to cool the apartment down witch has brought my CPS bill super high. Maintenance was sent I was told it was perfectly fine to close some vents to keep my room warm while I sleep because I have no fan on my ceiling. I have had company over and I’m always getting asked why is my apartment always so hot why doesn’t it ever feel good. Im always having trouble breathing at night while I sleep because it’s so hot.Till this day my A/C has not been fixed. I asked for corporates number, and they won’t give me the corporate office phone number they refuse. Offered me another apartment but they are reneging on it and trying to brake my lease and put me out instead. If I could rate this apartment complex a zero I would I don’t recommend it for anybody. Nothing ever gets done. They try to find the run around.
Being a leasing agent part your job would be to know your apartment. Know your property. Know your tenants. But when I walked in and asked for pricing on an apartment since they had none available they could not tell me a price. They cannot even give me an estimate. What kind of shady business is that? No thank you. Reading the reviews now, Im so sorry for anyone who lives here.
The best and I mean the BEST living experience I’ve had is here at the Seville! Starting with corporate, the property manager Kerisha “sorry if I have misspelled and the maintenance! Let me just say Karisha is the most helpful, understanding and caring person I have met in this business! She’s made me and my family feel more than welcomed and any concern or problem I ever had she knocked it out! The community here is lovely. That’s because I’m very picky! My children love it here my referrals love it here it’s just a great place to live. No pests, no nuisances, and maintenance is taken care in a very timely manner! Btw a lot of the renters here have been here for Years after some friendly convos here and there so that speaks volumes.
I lived in this complex for five years. We had a pretty good experience with the first management company but everything has gone to hell since BH management took over. They replaced the doors and windows (which still dont really block the airplane noise) 2 weeks after I had brought my newborn home from the hospital. I wasnt given a timeline for the repairs so I had to relocate for a week on the off chance they got to our unit. When they finally did they changed the locks without giving us a key! We couldnt spend our sons first Christmas in our own home because a couple weeks before our upstairs neighbor had a plumbing issue where their toilet overflowed into our sons room. It leaked directly into my 6 month olds crib while he slept. We had to leave our apartment for a week while it was repaired. Our electric bill went through the roof because of the dehumidifiers that needed to run for several days.Over the next 5 months we lived there we had 5 subsequent water intrusions. We finally asked to be moved into a different unit to finish out the remainder of our lease. It took two weeks and a conversation with the regional manager to accomplish this. The only thing you could say about the new unit (which was right next door) was that it didnt leak on us and it had black appliances. We became friendly with new tenants of our old unit who informed us that they had water leaking into their apartment within a few weeks of move in.We recently moved out. Our final bill was immediately sent to collections despite 5 years of never missing a payment or paying late. I was told that this is standard practice for any bill over $50. The collection agency they sold the debt to isnt even accredited by the BBB and will not return my calls. Definitely would not recommend this apartment complex.
Do not rent here !!! I lived here for 5 months and had a horrible experience. They have a tubing problem and the water is not safe. I complained several times but the issue was never resolved, the water is so bad it killed 4 of my fish !!!
I dont understand whats wrong with this place. I gave them 60 days notice and they said everything was ok, then denied that I gave them notice to the new apartments I applied to over semantics - apparently my new apartment needed to know if I gave 30 days notice but because I gave 60 they said no. Theyve literally left me with no home because of semantics. When I called I was told it was a misunderstanding. So now I will need to fill out another application and pay fees again to re-apply because I was denied based on The Seville saying I didnt give notice. I literally have no place to move to as we have hurricane Harvey coming through. Ive endured so much living here and I wasnt even going to leave a review until this happened. The entire reason Im moving is because of another misunderstanding. I came in multiple times to be transferred to another apartment because my neighbors insistence on smoking on the shared stairway and lack of parking near where I lived. All I wanted was to be moved to somewhere I can have parking somewhere near my home and after talking to a leasing agent multiple times I gave up and asked what to do to break my lease and move. I then did as instructed but then I was told weeks later that I had not completed what they needed. There are new practices that the leasing agent was not aware of. But this is after being told over and over that I was lying about telling the agent that I was giving them my 60 days notice by the manager who I was not working with nor did I speak to any of the times I came in. Somehow she believed that despite me writing the letter notice the leasing agent I was working with didnt realize I was breaking my lease... Which was the topic of the entire conversation I had with him.I have never left a bad review for anything but I am compelled to give this a 1 star rating. What a terrible group of people. I dont understand why Im having all the problems Ive have had with them. Its a shame because I enjoyed the apartment for the most part - I had 1 emergency due to them not fixing my door and being locked in but everything else has been minor. And they typically respond about bugs and other issues but dealing with anything that has to do with the office has been a horrific experience time and time again. The very last thing they needed to do is be truthful and somehow they found a way to make my life harder again.
I love being a long term resident here!
Lived here for 9 years and always enjoyed every moment of it
There nice looking but something is always breaking and the people who finally come out to fix it dont do it right and the problem is still there. But the grounds are pretty.
I currently live here at these apartments and Ive never had so much hassle try to have a work order complete not to mention when I first moved in the apartment wasnt ready but I was assured it will be finished, my carpet has stains. I went 2-3 weeks with no Hot water what so ever...so they gave me a key to a vacant apartment as if that would be enough. My plumbing issue took over a month, pipe leaks were in my kitchen and restroom. My bathroom floor was lifted, carpet had and still has red and white stains that I placed on my walk through form, I was told management would reach out to have carpet replaced....of course that never happened. Their policy on dogs is ridiculous, the manger said she walked by and because she walked by she assumed my dog stayed out side. Let me rebuttal the Seville Apartments are the worst. Weve complained over and over about MOLD growing above the shower and their excuse is they dont have a work order, when in fact we complained of everything at once. Seville Apartment do NOT ever fulfil there promise of fixing the issue but are very quick to charge me $25 because the manger walked by and assumed my dog stayed outside. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! WORST AND NASTIEST PLACE EVER.
Great when first moved in, then Maintenance took forever to fix everything especially air conditioning in the middle of July
I was discriminated and harassed by residents and management with complaints against me that never occurred. I cant even live in my own home feeling comfortable because lady underneath me is always talking bad outside my door. She has 5 dogs loud and annoying. She actually told me she was going to get me out. Management is extremely rude and I feel very cornered and harassed if I get one more complaint Im filing a law suit.
I lived here for a year and would NOT recommend it. These apartments are more slums than liveable. The AC went out in the upstairs neighbors apartment, and destroyed everything in my utility closet. More than that, the property refused to claim any responsibility for the increasingly ridiculous electric bill that THEIR lack of motivation, lack of skill or lack of caring caused. The day I went to turn in my key, the leasing agent looked at me confused and said, you are moving out? We dont have any supposedly leaving. I handed her my signed 2 month notice and havent looked back.Save yourself the hassle. DO NOT RENT HERE!
Our old AC has never worked right from day one we moved in. Our apt always smells musty & like a old refrigerator left open from all the humidity in the whole apt. Maintenance is the worst & come when & if they want. Their office gives us the run around & excuse thats its because its too hot outside or its because we have a valted ceiling which is a bunch of BS. Our AC runs about 15-19 hours straight because it cannot remove the humidity from inside the apt & we run extra fans because about 3-4PM it is 82-84 degrees inside. Were not looking forward to our electricity bill! I cant even cook because the heat gets 10x worse therefore we have to eat out almost everyday & that gets old & expensive. Weve complained over & over to management, maintenance & the leasing company & no one seems to care. All they care about is saving a buck & dont take care of their tenants. We are looking into hiring a lawyer to get out of our lease because they wont release us or take care of the problems.I DO NOT recommend moving here!
We moved into a beautifully spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. The cabinets and appliances are damaged and outdated, but the floorplan is amazing. We moved in, recleaned the kitchen and restrooms thoroughly, as they werent well prepared for a new tenant, and made the best of our new home/community. When we would visit the office, the staff was always friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. We had a bad experience once when we went in, around the month of April. Before leaving the office we prepared a coffee to go and somehow ended up with a small live roach floating around before taking a sip. Since the incident we dont indulge in the complimentary coffee or sweets, but dealing with the staff was always a pleasant experience. About 3 months ago our A/C had been struggling to cool the apartment. We have made several requests for the issue, and moving forward to August, the issue has never really been resolved and our electric bill has become outrageous. When we inquired about the ongoing issue the staff had drastically changed. They were rude, inconsiderate, and impatient. They made us feel as though we were an inconvenience to their day. They hung up the phone on us several times, they were having a conversation with others in the office while on our phone call, and during our phone calls we were put me on hold several times. In summary, the work order that was initially requested was never completed. In conclusion, we are helpless. Now it feels as though we are stuck in a place, where people who are supposed to help dont have the time. It is unimaginably too hot in San Antonio to have this issue ignored, and if this is the way these matters are handled, it is scary to imagine comitting 12 months of our money, trust, and expectations.
They NEED to RE-PAINT their aptmts a new/different color because presently, its dull n depressing!
I would not recommend someone to live here unless it’s temporary, it takes forever to get a work order done on any issue, the managers are always sitting in the office not doing anything to help, there is mold and bad piping in the apartment complex I’ve experienced many times, our washer and dryer connection does not even match the hot and cold water settings and they have not fixed it..this is up to date 11/19
It is now June and have had the issue since February there is still mold in our bathroom and has spread to the closet it is so bad in the closet, we have told them many times about this issue there is Rollie pollies everywhere now it is so upsetting having to clean them everyday, I expected a lot more...
I loved it for my love
This place is bad not a really good place to live the maintenance is the worst
Nice apartments. Childrens areas
Excellent
