Gabe and his staff are the best in the business on multiple fronts! I have referred MANY people to property managers over the years and can confirm that many times the service level hasnt been up to par, but Gabe and his team has taken better care of my referrals than I could have ever hoped for.On the commercial real estate side, he has been paramount in helping me with my office space needs and has helped my referrals with all kinds of crazy business space needs over the years. His massively broad knowledge and many years in the business is very refreshing- and NEEDED! I would highly recommend Gabe to anyone in a heartbeat.

PMI of Wasatch is ran by the most unprofessional group of people that you could possibly imagine. They literally do not return calls and emails. They like to collect money for hoa fees but not actually do any work. Once you do get a hold of them they have no clue what they are doing and how to resolve simple issues.I would give PMI management of Wasatch a 1 star because every single aspect of their company is a failure and a disrespect to anyone forced to use them.Sincerely, Sam

Went to look at a property and the right key wasnt even in the lock box so I didnt even end up getting to view the property. Probably a blessing in disguise if this is any indication of how the rest of the business is ran. So unprofessional

Ive tried to call for a simple question several times and never get an answer. The recording stated an email but you cant tell what it says. The email I got back after looking it up online didnt even have a proper greeting, body with any kind of correct grammatical use, or closing. Very unprofessional.Ive been overcharged now for 2 months and have sent 4 emails in the last month with no responses or fixes. Awful awful company

They are very disorganized. make mistakes all the time and the only impaired are us. They do not speak all the amounts involved in the rent before signing the contract. after I signed the contract I was asked to pay several extra fees and 2 months later he told me that the utilities for garbage and sewage are not included in the rent. Absurd. I am very upset, now I have to spend a year with a higher rent than what I was planning.
