Ive lived here a couple of months now and love it. Nice apartments, good security, good management, love living next to the Gateway with all the free stuff thats always going on there, and the neighborhood feels quiet compared to most downtown apartment options.

Super well-maintained complex with an awesome management staff. Definitely one of the best experiences Ive had with a multi-unit complex! Maintenance is super timely, and there have been a lot of small but helpful improvements during my time here.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have loved it. Everyone has been amazing and made sure my home is perfect and when it hasn’t been they have been quick to act. I highly recommend!

Liberty Gateways apartment staff has always been great! It is well priced for its location and they have handled COVID well. Before COVID I used the amenities and enjoyed them. They also used to have little parties to show appreciation and that was great! Parking is slightly difficult outside, there are usually a few spaces but in my opinion it is worth paying for a dedicated spot in the garage. I am on my second lease and have been here for about a year and a half so far.

I have lived at Liberty Gateway Apartments for about a year and a half and loved my time here. The apartments are beautiful, well-built, and conveniently located. The staff is always responsive and my maintenance requests were always fulfilled in a timely matter. They always kept me informed and remained responsive during COVID-19. I am only moving because I got a job in another state! I would definitely recommend a friend or family member to live here for a great downtown living experience!

I was going to wait a few months before I wrote a review, but I can’t because I want to share my experience. I had to finish my lease at my previous apartment complex, so I have been anticipating moving to the Liberty Gateway Apartments for six months. Lorena was patient and so gracious while working with me during that time. The buildings are spotless. I feel safe living here, and I am so grateful to be a part of the Liberty Gateway Community.

I have been living here for almost a year and I love it. It’s such a warm and clean place to live in. The office ladies, Lidoska and Lorena are super nice and helpful. I grateful for all of their help. Maintenance is great as well they take care of any issues right away. Another favorite thing about living here is the monthly events. They provide great food and ambiance. The coffee bar is great as well, it’s always well stocked. I just love this place.

This is by far one of the best places my family and I have lived. The office managers Lidoska and Lorena do an amazing job here, they have created a community and make everyone feel welcomed, before COVID they had a monthly activity with food for residents to meet each other and we loved it.Maintenance is great, Alex and Chris are always making sure everything works perfectly and they fix everything right away.The building is always clean and is safe, gym has water bottles, coffee area offers free coffee, chocolate or tea.We lived here for a year and a half and we have no complains. They kept us informed and were responsive with every situation: COVID and when there were events outside of the building that could affect us.

I absolutely love living here. Lidoska and Lorena put a ton of effort into making this apartment building warm, welcoming, clean, maintained and safe. We are constantly being appreciated for being residents here, theres parties, free food, gifts and even a gift wrapping station around the holidays. Any maintenance request Ive put in has been handled immediately. Online payments are super easy. I honestly dont have a single thing to complain about!

My husband and I been living here for several months now and we absolutely love it. This is a very clean and well kept facility. The office staff is great and super nice, they make us feel right at home. We love their monthly parties, I have never lived in another complex that offers this. I highly recommend this place.

I have been living at Liberty Gateway apartments for a little bit over 5 months. This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. I have lived in many apartment complexes throughout the US. All of the staff is amazing, they are very nice and very helpful. Lorena, the leasing agent is always super nice and willing to answer questions. If I ever need maintenance I do not have to wait more than 24 hours to have my request completed, but normally all of my requests are taken care of the same day. The maintenance staff is super nice too. This complex works hard to upkeep their property and make this a warm and inviting place to live. All of the common areas are always clean and in working condition. I also love all of their monthly events they offer good food and entertainment. They make me feel at home and I especially love that as I am from another country I want to feel welcomed.

Ive been living here for 4 months now and I love it! Staff here take care of things right away and are courteous to the needs I have requested. There is no access to the building without a key fob which adds an extra measure of security that I appreciate. The walls are thick and I never hear my neighbors. This place has everything that I was looking for.

This is the best managed apartment complex Ive lived in. Maintenance problems are far and few between, but are always handled promptly. The common areas are always meticulously clean. The office managers are lovely people that deftly handle every issue.Every month they have some kind of small event, usually including food. This week is resident appreciation week, and boy do I feel flattered!I cant express enough how much I love living here.

My boyfriend and I chose Liberty Gateway as our first apartment together 6 months ago and are so happy here so far. We get free hot chocolate and coffee and every once and while we get free food as well. I love our gym here and the security is amazing and Ive felt safer living here in the middle of Downtown Salt Lake than I even have living in suburban cottonwood heights. Couldnt ask for friendlier and more helpful landladies and maintenance, especially looking back at my disappointment in the way staffing has run things in previous residencies. These apartments are super rad, we are in love with them and honestly plan to stay for as long as we can.

This place is a dream!!! Ive been wanting to move here for quite some time, it was the only apartment I found with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in my price range, the area is awesome and close to everything, super safe secure building, the staff has been really friendly and fair with us, there was a problem with the previous tenant moving out late and they still let us move in on the first and even though the carpets werent ready, we worked it out together so they could address all of the issues after move in, 100% satisfaction on our end and we had lots of requests haha. Thank you guys! Super happy to be here!!!!

We have lived here for the last 10 months. This is the most well managed apartment complex I’ve seen. Ladoska, Lorena, Chris and Alex are always there to help us with anything we have asked with no complaints. Everyone I know in the building has a good relationship with them as well and love the amenities in the building. Always clean and secure, would definitely recommend leasing here.

Liberty Gateway is a wonderful place to live. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance crew keeps the building clean and they make repairs in a timely manner. My favorite thing is its a non smoking community. My neighbors were caught smoking inside their apartment and management took care of it. The staff is truly wonderful.

I’ve lived here for a year now and I have absolutely NO complaints!!! I love that there’s a chute down the hall for my trash, than me dragging it all the way downstairs. Every time I needed something fixed they’re always super friendly and fast about it!!! We have free coffee/hot chocolate and sometimes they host parties for us!!! Another plus is that it’s close to the trax and front runner so it’s AWESOME!! And so many more positive about things about this place. If your thinking of living here, I suggest you sign your lease fast before all the apartments are gone!!! 😊

I work as a trainer for another property management company and was in town with a few hours of free time. I went in and shopped this property to scout some competition. Nicole helped me as I walked in the door. The tour was amazingly professional. She covered all amenities: gym, jacuzzi, and others. She gave me a tour of the model and explained they were 100% leased up currently. She could have easily wait listed me and moved on but she really took the time to sell the property and made me want to actually live there. (although Im not actually moving to Utah. Great job Nicole!)

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in.Before I moved in, I noticed there were negative reviews, but it is actually just one unhappy person that had all of his/her friends write the same negative review.The leasing staff are very nice, always accommodating when I received packages, there is a gym with free weights and a rack (Ive never seen any apartment actually have a bar and rack in their gym), close to the freeway and downtown, and very new building with a parking garage.Would recommend living here to anyone.

The apartments are very nice. I have a one bedroom and it has been perfect for the past year. The kitchen has good storage and the counters are nice. I havent used to many of the ammeneties, but the staff is super helpful. Had some flooding once and everyone was responsive and got it cleaned up right away.

Moved to SLC from out of state and had never seen the apartments we were going to call home. Luckily, we picked an awesome place! We love the location and Lorena, Lidoska, Chris, & Alex are so nice and helpful. Our apartment is everything we needed! I would recommend to anyone!

Positives - I really enjoy this apartment. The building looks new and modern. The countertops are nice and the appliances are all new. The staff is friendly and try to get to know the residents by name. They have security that walk the property at night and you need a special key to get into any of the doors or elevators, so the building is very secure. They have special events about every other month where the apartment caters a meal for all of the residents.Negatives - The gym equipment tends to always be occupied when i get off work. There is a lot of open floor space in the gym. While all the open space is nice, I wish they would put in one more treadmill to increase gym capacity. My other dislike about this apartment is that the office staff consistently leaves early. Most days it is only a couple of minutes but some days they lock the office up as much as an hour early. This past week I had an important package that I needed to pick up from the office for a birthday party. I raced home after work and got to the office at 5:15 PM. The posted hours says that the office should close at 6 PM, but when I got there at 5:15 PM, the office was already locked up and the lights were off. I had to go to the party with no present.

Clean, safe apartments. I love living here, its close by everything and transportation is nearby!

I wanted to wait a couple months to write a review.Positives:-Quiet location and walls seem pretty thick, sometimes I hear the upstairs tenants-Clean apartments and nice gym, spa-Affordable for the area and maintenance staff are prompt and friendlynow the negatives:-Management really struggles to communicate on nearby events/construction that cause traffic concerns, how hard is it to send a mass email to all tenants as a heads up so we can plan, there is only 1 way out of the garage and if there is construction or events going on your screwed to get out. Often 500 west street parking is closed off and that is my only indication to be prepared for whatever is to come. Management needs to really do a better job to communicate upcoming issues with traffic. I had really big issues moving in due to an event which mgmt was aware of, instead of encouraging me to move in on a diff day they told me i had a 4 hour window on move in day. Really my only concern so far has been communication, please moving forward can we receive an email just keeping us informed?-Also unless you have verizon cell service is very limited in most parts of the complex and their free-lobby wifi doesnt seem to work.Overall im happy but things could always be better.

Ive lived in Liberty Gateway since Oct 2016 and love it here. Apartments and parking are very secure. The staff is exceptional and accommodating. I love it here!

This is a great place to live! I lived here for just over a year after relocating to Salt Lake City before purchasing a home and have loved it. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they keep the property spotless and are always repainting and keeping the buildings looking great. The location couldnt be more convenient with The Gateway Mall right across the street along with a Megaplex movie theatre, restaurants, and a comedy club all across the street and 3 Trax stations within easy walking distance from the complex. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to live downtown.

We have lived here for five months now. The staff is very helpful and coordinated. The apartments are spacious and there arent any homeless around here. Overall its been a pleasant experience. In our case we even got a monthly discount on our rent and I would like to highlight here that Lidowska and Stephanie have been exceptional. Im rating them 4 star because there is always room for improvement.Thank you for the great gesture Lidowska. That deserves a a five star!

High quality counters, appliances, carpeting, etc. Located right next to the Gateway Mall and a few blocks from downtown central station where you can access buses, Trax, and Frontrunner. Secure access, washer and dryer in every unit and one included underground parking space! On top of that, management is friendly and helpful and maintenance requests are usually handled the same day. The only negative is that its only a few blocks from the homeless shelter so you may encounter a few characters on the walk to the bus station and occasionally one or two will wander into the park area in front of the apartments. However, this is not a big deal because these apartments are well worth it

Dont live in here and stay far away. I stay in here for one year. I got stuck in elevator once and my cars window was broke down by a homeless guy in the garage. However, the leasing office never apologize and they dont think they are responsible for my lost. The community environment is dangerous. You dont want your kids surround by homeless and criminals. Hope this can help, stay away from liberty gateway.

I live there about 1year. Last month, I got stuck in the elevator, and this month some homeless guys came into garage and broke my cars windows. The office manager respond nothing and no compensation for all these cases. Dont live there if you think you can protect yourself, and you are not afraid of homeless people. There are so many homeless people walking around the apartment. And office can do nothing about it.

If I could give this place 10/5 stars I would, been living here for about 6 months and so far this is what I have to say:They have basic amenities like a gym (medium sized and good for some basic working out but small enough that it gets awkward when more than like 2 people are there ) a media / entertainment area where you can watch tv or movies out in the open (if you prefer not to sit in the comfort of your own apartment), a coffee and hot chocolate machine that sits in the Internet cafe (downstairs by the gym and media lounge room) which honestly is the dankest thing here. FREE coffee and hot chocolate 24/7. The Internet cafe btw is where you can chill on your laptop and even has a little bar like area to prepare food and stuff. A hot tub, and a small patch of grass if you’re feeling grass vibes. indoor parking which is soooo nice during the winter but hot as balls during the summer but still not as hot as your car would be if it were sitting straight up in the sun. And feels nice knowing your car isn’t just out on the street at night. The elevators are a nice touch bc feels cool and fancy but gets awkward when you have to get in with someone.Aside from the basics there are things that are also super awesome:Security is always available and nice. I feel safe considering we are downtown and at the gateway. The apartment requires keys for everything, garage access, elevator, main entrance, etc. which is great bc safe vibesThey will literally reward us for just existing! It seems like every month there is some cool event going on where everyone in the complex is invited and welcome to join in on some fun activities or food eating.The place is clean and quiet. Despite being by the complex you never hear it. Even on nights they have louder show I have never once heard a slight noise leaking from the building.Close to a bunch of cool things like the freeway, gateway, Dave and busters, planetarium, etc. if you’re a student or just don’t have a car blue line trax is literally down the street so that’s nice.All in all it’s a nice place to live and hasn’t disappointed me in anyway since my girlfriend and I moved here. We love this place and hope you do too!

Love these apartments....! All new stainless steel appliances...! Jacuzzi - with a big barbecue area which is rare for the downtown area! Secure living and parking with courtesy security! I lived across the street at Northgate Apartments. Run by the same awesome management company...! You need anything, and 99% of the time, its taken care of the same day...! Right across the street from tons of restaurants, shopping and a Megaplex Theater! I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to love where they live....!

Dont live there, dont trust the security guard there, and dont drive a nice car and park there. Therere so many homeless around there. The train is always annoying during weekends morning. Leasing office staff are rude. Bad bad place to live. I would rather to live in the apartment across the street!!

A bad news came from my friend, his car window has been broken by thief inside the parking garage (entrance card request). I could not believe that leasing office could shirk responsibility and shift the blame onto others.

Some stranger broke the window of my friends car, and the office would not help at all. So if you stay in this property, remember to not let random strangers break your car windows :)

Good location and one of the best property management team.Good apartments, with really nice layout (checkout King layout available for 2 bedroom unit) and new stainless steel appliances.I stayed at this place for close to a year and didnt have any complaints at all. Stephanie (the property manager) and Fernandes (maintenance manager) had been really helpful throught my tenure. I had to move out due to work otherwise would have defintly continued here.Move out process was also made easy by the property management team.

Very bad community with bad altitude leasing office. My brothers car window get broken by homeless people inside the garage and the leasing office declare that they are not responsible for my lost. You dont want your kids surround by homeless people and please dont rent here.

Do not trust the staff there. They lied to us on several occasions.
