The apartments at Nexus on 9th are beautifully built and in a great location. There are numerous coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the building itself is kept extremely clean. I cant provide a 5 star rating due to some poor experiences with management: from waiting nearly 2 months to get access to the call box to dirty exterior windows that were not cleaned prior to moving in. Overall it is a great property but the price doesnt reflect the customer experience.

We’ve been living here for nearly a year now and we’ve loved it! The view from our apartment is directly in front of Publik kitchen so you really get that ‘city feel’. At night, the skyscrapers look incredible and it’s such a cool ambience to sit on the balcony. The neighbors are all really great and the community area as well as the hallways are always clean.I do wish I had a covered parking spot for my car (only a limited amount), but it’s a small price to pay for the location, price + vibe of the building. Love living here and highly recommend!

Ive lived here just over a year, and I love it. While its a little pricey, its worth it. For what you get, it might even be a steal. Management is excellent with responding to questions and concerns, and always looking for ways to better the property. The common area is wonderful, the amenities are substantial for what I need, and the room itself is tall, well-lit, and spacious. The location is wonderful, as I am only a short walk from restaurants, a theater, a large grocery store, and a bar. The area is quiet, while 9th and 9th is less than a block away. There are two bus stops very close to the property, which allows for quick travel throughout the valley. I havent had a single problem since Ive moved in, and I couldnt recommend it more.

Nexus on 9th is a great building in a great neighborhood. All new finishes, great common area, solid workout room, and a secured parking structure. Also, the walls are so solid I have never heard a neighbor on either side of me. Given the location you have access to great coffee (Publik, Coffee Garden) Restaurants (Mazza, Pago, Tsunami, ELTH), and shopping (Stockist). 5/5
