Apartments are good for the price, maintenance is awesome doing service in a timely manner BUT as a resident trying to get to talk to someone in the office about a $100 deposit unit I was not aware of and just want to clarify is IMPOSSIBLE! I have called in the past for other reasons and all the answering machine says is to leave a message and they will get back to me....once or twice that has actually happened in the 20 messages I have left. Weve been residents for a little over 3 years and this didnt happen with the previous management group, it started with the current one and THIS is the only complain we have. And I know I can stop by after work directly to the office but having 2 small children with me and having to get them off and on a car just for a simple question that could have been answered through a simple phone call is just dumb. I hope this opinion doesnt go unanswered as well.

I just love my home at Overlook Point! When I came to live here I was going through a separation and was anxious about living alone and I was going through an emotional time. From day one the staff were so helpful, and welcoming I suddenly didnt feel so alone anymore. The few times I have needed a repair in my apartment, the maintenance staff has been friendly, timely and efficient. With lots of natural light, an open floor plan for family gatherings, and a beautiful view from my private balcony this has really been a wonderful place to heal. Thank you so much for all you do, I truly appreciate you!

👏🏻👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I have had an amazing time experience with this property as soon as Harbor Group took over! Grey star wouldn’t answer the phone or even clean up the property. Even while we have a building that is under construction it looks amazing. They really have a great team there in the office ! Maintenance is quick and responsive! Nicole and Garrett are so quick to answer the phone and respond to our voicemails! Having Harbor Group really has changed our whole property ! Victor, Rogelio, Marco, and Brenden really are an asset to this property ! Keep up the AMAZING work !

I’d like to take a moment to show some appreciation to this amazing property. My mother has been living here for a few years now and the maintenance and office staff never fail to come through with anything she’s ever needed. My mother is older, when she has a work order they are quick to do their job and make sure she’s ok and even ask her when they see her taking her walks if everything is still going well in her apartment! (So attentive) The office staff is great and very easy to talk to. I give this property 5 out of 5.

I have been here at Overlook almost 2 years now and just about a year ago the complex was taken over by a new property management company Harbor Group Management and we are extremely happy with the change! Harbor Group has cleaned up the complex and continues to do so and it’s much better than it was when we first moved in under Greystar! The new staff in the office is great as well as the maintenance guys! If I have a maintenance issue it’s fixed within hours of the request the staff in the office are a great help and seem to really care about the residents and help whenever they can! I have spoke with Garett every time I’ve had an issue and he has been more than accommodating every time! Thank you Harbor Group for making Overlook a better place!

A year ago this place was a nightmare. Possibly the worst apartment complex and management in West Valley, then Harbor group bought it and it started to get better. Now... The guys in the office are great very helpful, they listen to your problems and rather they care or not they act like they do. Victor the maintenance boss is awesome. He gets the work orders taken care of right away and these guys actually fix things the right way and they dont act like its an imposition to come do the work. If they cant fix it they replace it. I still have a few issues from the management before but these guys are 100% better.

I normally try not to review companies because I feel that one bad experience should not warrant a bad review. In this case, theft was involved and it has prompted me to move forward with this review. My brother in-law lived at the Overlook apartments for 26 years in Apt. 18. He is single and pretty much kept to himself. In October of last year, he called my husband asking him if he could come down and help him that he was having some issues walking. We live about 2 hours away.My husband went down every weekend for a month helping his brother and decided that he needed to see a doctor. They got an appointment and my brother in-law was immediately admitted into the hospital. He was diagnosed with ALS. This is a disease that there is no cure and those diagnosed with it have a short life span. My husband was devastated by this news. His brother is all he has left of his family. He was immediately bombard with all kinds of things that he didnt know how to handle. The first thing we had to do was move his brother out of his apartment because he could no longer live by himself. In December of last year, my husband approached management and told them the situation to see if he could get my brother in-law out of his lease 2 months early because of his medical condition. He was told that that was not possible and that they couldnt let just anyone come in and say that their relative had to get out of the lease. My usually calm, laid back husband got frustrated because of the stress he was under and expressed his feelings on the matter. He was then told that he needed to leave the premises immediately and that they no longer wanted him there. We understand that it wouldnt be a good business practice to let just anyone come in and say what my husband was saying, but the lack of compassion and lack of solutions they provided for him was disturbing. During the course of the conversation he was told that only the manager could make those decisions and they told him when she would be in.My husband took time off of work to come in to talk to her when he was told she would be in and she wasnt there. Twice he did this. Took time off and drove 2 hours to find she was unavailable. We started moving my brother in-law out of the apartment in January. When I saw the conditions of the bathroom it was deplorable. My brother in-law had asked on several occasions to have maintenance come in and fix things in his bathroom. He was told they were short handed and would get it to. Never did. My husband called them out on it and was told they are never short handed on maintenance. My brother in-law could barely walk and the conditions his bathroom were in were dangerous.Parts of the oven were broke off, parts of the fridge were broke off. I have never rented before, but would think this would be maintenance issues.Last but not least, when we got everything out we had left my brother in-laws Xfinity box in the apartment. We dont live in an area where you can get cable, so we have never had, wasnt familiar with all the ins and outs of boxes until a week ago. We thought that box needed to stay with the apartment. Because we are honest people, we didnt want to take something that did not belong to us.We got him moved out and 2 weeks later, my brother in-law asked my husband if he had gotten the box out. He told him he had left it there because he thought it was supposed to stay. My brother in law told him he needed to go get it. He called the office and asked them about it because we had locked the apartment and turned the keys in when we moved the last of his stuff out. My husband was told there was nothing left in the apartment. Now Im not blaming anyone, but when an apartment is locked and only the management/maintenance has keys. That box was stolen by someone with keys. We are in the process now of reporting it stolen and hopefully whoever took it enjoyed the short time they used it. Still waiting for deposit back. Unfortunately we had to pay for 2 months my brother in law was not in apartment.

My grandma has been living here for 3 years she has now went 2 years without air conditioning she has called and asked for them to come fix it at LEAST 13-14 times through the years and nobody ever shows up it makes me really disappointed in these apartments just to see that they clearly don’t care about their residents enough to make sure their comfortable in their own home and not sitting in a 94-103 degree home isn’t fun I don’t know how my grandma does it. The community is awesome the apartments are really cute but some advice I have is to care more about your renters !! Nobody wants to be in this situation it’s miserable and she shouldn’t be putting up with it but for some VERY odd reason she does.

The pool has been closed pretty much the whole summer, and every time I call and ask the front desk, all the say is ask maintenance or it opens next week. I lived here in 1994 to 1996. My husband and I moved into #217, a 2 bedroom apt with our young son, and we brought our baby girl home here. We loved it. Its disappointing to see it has really gone downhill. The complex was crime free. The staff was great. When we would call maintanance they would show up the next day. One time someone parked their car in our parking stall and it was towed out within an hour. Our neighbors were great. The apartment was in great shape, very clean, with new carpet and newer appliances. I have very fond memories of this place. I know it was a long time ago and some deterioration is expected, but Im sad to see it has come to this.

And they raise your rent every tie you renew your lease saying it is due to inflation. I would not recommend moving to Overlook Point Apartments to anyone. I placed a deposit on the apartment 60 days in advance and the apartment was not move-in ready. However, I didnt discover this until the day I was moving in. I didnt appreciate the last-minute communication that occurred constantly at the apartments. A letter would be left on the door indicating a project to be completed on the following day. I could never understand why there wasnt more of a timely notice left on the doors. All of the residents mailboxes were replaced 3 times due to personal mail being stolen in the three years I lived there. I decided to not renew my lease due to moving into a home. The closing had not occurred, therefore, I rented for an additional month. The cost was $1,149 for a one-month, one bedroom apartment. However, my lease payment was previously $800 which included the water, sewer, and parking fees. Furthermore, I did not receive ANY of my refundable deposit back from the Apartments. This is only a short synopsis of my living experience at Overlook Point Apartments. To conclude, please do not let the look of the model apartment which is shown to potential tenants deceive you. The complex continued to take a downward turn and local law enforcement was seen there often.

I have been a member of the Overlook Point community for 10 months and for the most part its been great! I would and have recommended friends and family to check out OP when looking for an apartment. Im in a one bedroom and the layout is great. It seems much more spacious than the square footage really is. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because although I LOVE the flooring (vinyl that has the appearance of wood - BEAUTIFUL), I have come to wish my neighbors upstairs had carpet throughout. chairs scooching across the kitchen floor is horribly loud. The little girl running up and down the hallway is amplified because there is no carpet to buffer the sound. But I love the look and ease of the cleaning the flooring. Ive never had any problems at the pool with kids or adults. The maintenance can sometime be a little slow. Close to bus stops so I can get to Trax easily. So far I have enjoyed my experience at OP and will most likely renew my lease.

I have lived here for over two years. Initially when I moved in the only issue I experienced was getting the dog waste bags replaced next to my apartment. Slowly management changed and there were new girls that came into the office. Since then I have had ongoing issues. Any kind of maintenance you request takes days to be resolved if not weeks. (went 2 weeks without AC in my apartment and the property manager kept telling me it was fixed when it wasn’t). Another issue I have experienced is loud neighbors. One neighbor in specific blasts music throughout the work week between 3-6 am. They also trash their used beer bottles on the ground and urinate on the side of their building. I have made plenty attempts to get this resolved with the complex with no success. I’ve even had someone attempt to break into my apartment. When I requested to get the lock fixed they did nothing and claimed they did. They just disregard all tenants concerns and do nothing unless there is physical proof. They say they are doing something but there is never anything actually done. One of the ladies (blonde hair) in the main office is very sweet and helpful but the other one just likes to argue. This place has just been getting worse and worse. DO NOT MOVE here. I recommended my sister move in, she moved in 9 months ago and is already ending the lease due to maitnence issues in her apartment they refuse to fix.

I lived here for 4 1/2 years, and i think the only reason why we stayed that long is that we didnt have much trouble with our neighbors. When we were moving out we had to pay so many extra fees and stuff that in the apartment were new. I even spoke to the manager directly and she was very rude and not polite. Didnt care at all about the situation, was trying to get me off the phone as quick as possible. Not to mention that i called the front office and some guy picked up and gave me an answer on a question that i had, then i went into the office about the same matter and told me that the person i spoke to didnt even work there. I dont understand why you would let someone that does not work there pick up the phone and provide service. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to any one. Glad i decided to move out.

I went through three months of living in an ASH TRAY. The second hand smoke exposure from stepping outside of your apartment is a health hazard. A majority of the apartments contain at least one resident that smokes. (We paid attention to the people going in and out.) The ground is frequently littered with butts. There are so many residents that smoke, that there is always someone different out there. To make matters worse, their routine chimney cleaning left soot all over my living room. They promised to clean it up and have someone else foot the bill, but the carpet cleaners left sooty water running down the wall. The master bathroom was a moldy mess which we told them when we moved in, and the manager at the time saw it. They never did anything to fix that. My husband and I scrubbed the shower tracks to minimize the mold. The kitchen cabinets were old and covered in grime. I didnt notice the grime in part because I thought it was the color of the wood. Had to spend hours scrubbing it off. We paid hundreds of dollars in deposits and got absolutely nothing back even though we left the apartment cleaner than we found it. Unfortunately, I didnt note every dirty, grimy thing in the apartment because I was then charged a standard cleaning fee and among their list of things cleaned it included some of the stains that I was unable to clean that were pre-existing. I should have charged them for my time cleaning! We also lost money for paint touch ups even though the only things wrong with the paint when we moved out were from their chimney fiasco and things listed on our move-in evaluation. I was told that it was standard procedure. I DO NOT recommend moving here at any cost.

Living here is ok. But the maintenance does not fix things. Ive been here for a year and a couple months. Our kitchen lights stay on for a little bit, then they go very dim. It isnt the light bulbs because they have changed it out(I think). So, we just deal with it. We have called them a couple of times and they never fix the problem because like I said...the light goes dim after being on for awhile. Our stairway lights(all 3 of them) have been off for a week now, and still no one has changed the light bulbs. This is a tripping hazard going up the stairs and for all four of our apartments it is a danger because it can attract burglars to break into our homes due to lack of lighting. The trash valet service we pay for whether we want it or not is not good, because we hardly use the service, but when we do They dont take our trash. Winter time we need to shovel the walkways ourselves and buy our own salt to throw down because it takes them forever to clear the sidewalks. So, I give this complex 3 stars because its ok. Our neighbors are ok. They have a gym that has no privacy. No blinds to close if you dont want people watching you exercise. Im sure someone is going to respond to my comment but please dont waste your time...please just fix your tenants issues in a timely matter, shovel our snow, pick up the leaves from Fall. Make sure that pet owners pick up pet waste. Thank you

Considering the location, and the price of rent, I thought the complex was relatively crime free. I rarely saw the police there, and had no issues with neighbors. There were fewer crime issues than when I lived in downtown Salt Lake, and from what I have seen at other complexes nearby. Considering the number of units, I was surprised. The ammnenities/inside of the apartment are ok. They are older, but reasonable for the price Overlook charges. The complex was considerably less than other apartments in the area that had nicer facilities. There was an issue with the mail room after I first moved in, and I ended up having my mail forwarded to another location. The mail room has since been remodeled and I believe this is no longer an issue. When it was an issue, the mail room was only open during office hours. This was also the case for the laundry room on site. As of a couple of weeks ago the laundry room is open on weekends, and later hours now.If you are looking at similar apartments in the area, near the price of Overlook, youd do well to go with them. If you want something more than what they offer you should expect to pay for what the market demands right now, higher than Overlook.

This is a horrible horrible place to live. Our upstairs neighbor left their dog out on the porch 24/7 so all the pee and poo fell down to ours on our chairs, grill, plants it took the apartments 3 months of this before they evicted them. Our apartment has flood many times from the upstairs unit and the issue is never actually fixed they just come clean it up. They charge for every little thing possible like dog poop by your patio that is from other people, we were charged $50. We took the blinds down in the bedroom and they charge $50 to replace them even though we had them. The office workers always have a bad attitude and the manager can never seem to be bothered with anything. If your registration is expired they tow your car and you then have to pay $228 to get it back. This is now section 8 housing and our new upstairs neighbors spend all night screaming at their children and all day on the porch dropping beer bottles, cigarettes, food, fake nails, toys, you name it, down to our apartment so now we have ants everywhere on our porch. This apartment is not worth the price when a majority of the residents are section 8 and living there free. There are also cops, dea, and swat teams there constantly. It is not a safe place for children. It is a completely rip off, we pay $1050/ month to live here and weve lived her over a year now and it just gets worse everyday and I cannot wait for our lease to be up.

Also if you need maintanence you will be lucky they show up in a timely manner or even at all. Dont bother calling about any issues you have either. They will talk to you like they care, but nothing ever gets done. It is in a rough part of the neighborhood. Also dont let the pictures fool you. It looks no where that nice. Shopping carts left everywhere in the parking lot. It is getto looking. Good luck if you end up there.

This is the worse apartment complex in Salt Lake City area! Overlook point apartment kept charging me when I paid 1200$ up front to end my contract and now I’m finding out 3 years later about it by a third party collection company. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCREWED IN THE FUTURE!! Angela said since it was in 2014, they now cannot do anything about and is not willing to look into it in anyway. Yet they are the ones who screwed me in the first place by not ending it appropriately when everything was paid for!! Not to mention, they did keep every last penny of the deposit, but let’s not get into that!P.S. they will try to lie and cover thereselves to get ppl to move in there apartment complex... DONT DO IT GUYS. They are the worse!

Garbage! These places are way over priced for what you get and thats just rent, not all the extra fees you get charged. You get charged a maintenance fee, but the landscape is not that great. The dog park is falling apart and is filthy. So much dog poop, hello maintenance fee? While Im aware people should be cleaning up after their dogs, Im not cleaning up after someone elses dog so the apartment should be maintaining their dog park. Their website says washer and dryer included but thats not true, or at least we were told they had not w/d units and we had to rent or buy on our own. If there are maintenance issues, it takes forever to get any assistance. Sometimes they have to be called for the same issue multiple times because they didnt fix it the first time i.e. They are rude and dishonest. The air conditioning. Dont waste your time or money.

All the negative reviews about Overlook Point Apartments still exist and are never completely taken care of. The staff and maintenance team there have always been a nightmare to deal with and always try to avoid actually doing what they are hired to do, which is to take care of their residents and properly maintain the complex. They only bandaid problems and hide when the problems gets worse. From what I hear from other residents and my own experience with them... the negative experiences will never end. They can say they have changed the staff out and are working on giving their residents a better experience until their spit dries but their actions speak louder than words... they dont care. I would never recommend this place to anyone. (One more thing they are only quick to answer public reviews not actually properly fixing the prolems their residents take time to tell them about directly)

Let me begin to say that this place sucks. I was gonna wait until our lease being up in December to write a review but It needs to be done now. When we first moved in we had wet carpets and it was November, our air filter looked like it hadnt been cleaned for 2 years and we got really sick the first week we lived here, weve had our neighbors water heater leak through our ceiling and it took them 2 weeks to fix it so we had buckets holding the water and those big blue air blowers in our hallway the entire time. Oh and when they did fix it, they SPRAY PAINTED our ceiling, they didnt even use paint to make it look nice!! The lady that worked here when we first moved in was really nice and she cared about what I was telling her if we had any problems. The new girls at the front are rude and everytime I talk to them I feel like they just dont care. The guy above me smokes out on the front porch and Ive told the front multiple times to tell him to stop. Well they said they have and if he keeps doing it then hes gonna be charged. Well I finally said something to him (politely) and he mentioned the front had never came and told him not too. Just out of respect youd think he would smoke in the back on his deck so Im not tracking his ashes through my house or smelling his cigarette everytime I go outside.. Oh and they say its a smoke free apartment. HA HA! And the dog park here is disgusting, my poor dog cant even walk around it without stepping in poop. Oh and right behind my place in the grass theres TONS of poop. Also we keep getting gross huge spiders in our apartment and I had told the front office to have management come and spray so we wouldnt have them in our house, the lady said were having a guy come out tomorrow to spray. Well the following day we went outside and there were still bugs and spiders around our house that would have been dead if they had JUST sprayed. And just a week ago a new family moved in and they hadnt even slept in their apartment yet (it was their first day) and they have COCKROACHES. Also 2 buildings down from us also have roches!!! The minute we see them we are packing our stuff and getting the hell out of here!!!! These are just a small portion of problems weve had.. We have had way too many problems living here for the price that Im paying. Its ridiculous and I will NEVER recommend anybody to live here and I will not be back.

I love living here at Overlook Point Apartments. Im going on my 3rd year lease. This place is beautiful clean, comfortable. I totally love are manigment. They have always made sure my needs were met. I love my apartment. The only thing is I would love new counter tops. But Im happy as far as the other reviews Im shocked so many of them blame the manigment for everything. This prices are reasonable you get a lot for your money. The grounds are always beautiful. They alow me to decorate my deck. Your free living here Im not ever moving again this is my home. Where else could I find a better place? No where. These other reviews are something that goes on in other apartment complexs so move we have a wonderful community here Im never afraid I live alone my naboriors are great and its so quiet. I could go on and on. Well I highly recommend overlook Point Apartments to everyone thats looking for a new home thank you very much I wouldent like anywhere else your all amazing.

EARWIGS Alert!!!! We are moving out!!! They would like to increase our rate for more than a hundred dollars including those hidden fees without upgrading our vintage kitchen appliances. For two years, we cant even turn on the exhaust fan because it is too loud even the neighbors can hear it. We had earwigs all over the apartment this summer and acdg to our neighbors they have it as well. If you request for maintenace it will take 2000years before somebody to comeover.

**** BEWARE**** I selected one star only because there isnt an option to select none. I would rate these apartments and the management as a negative 5 star if it were possible. The apartments that are pictured on the website ARE NOT what youll be renting. I was and still am going through a domestic situation and was in desperate need of shelter for my children  and me. The day I inquired about the apartments, I was unable to do a walk-through. Which I thought was required by law... last time I checked anyway. However, I said I wont be able to do one today but, I can tomorrow when I come in to fill out the application and go over the lease agreement. When I got there the next day the lady was in a rush to leave to a meeting so she had me sign a bunch of papers not really going over any of it, just reading off what was on the top of each page. She gave me the keys to go look at the apartment and left. As I walked up the enclosed area, the stairs were covered in ashes from other tenants smoking right outside their front doors, buckets of cigarette butts and ashes smeared on the walls where these people extinguished their smokes.  Mind you, I have two children that I dont want exposed to second hand cigarette smoke especially so close to my entry way.Upon entering, the apartment smelt of stale smoke and rotten vegetables. The fridge stunk bad, there was dirt on the kitchen floor, outlets were not covered, in the room closest to the bathroom wires were exposed from the outlets and protruding from the wall. I have a 3 year old, cmon. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off the walls, the drawers were busted and hanging off the tracks. Paint overspray on all door frames and floor panels as if someone went over everything in a rush. Basicly, It looked like they went in shampooed the carpet and left. I could go on and on. I stayed in there for a quick ten minutes, long enough to get a video of the condition I received the apartment in and left. I went back to the office to return the keys (because they said theyd be back after 4) nobody was there. I called and left a message, sent an e-mail while I was at work without a response. I went to the office and was told that I signed a lease and theres nothing I can do to get anything refunded until they could find someone else to occupy the apartment.Heres where it starts getting good, I received a letter in the mail on the 12th of July saying what my deductions are and the amount Ill be receiving by check in the mail 30 to 45 days after the 12th. Guess what, its been 65 days. Ive left several messages with GreyStar Property Management and I have yet to be called back. Ive been given the run around each time Ive been able to get a hold of someone in the overlook point appartment office. Correct me if Im wrong, but I do believe there it a landlord and tenant law that state that if a tenant does not receive there reimbursement within that 45 day time frame then the tenant has the right give them a notice that says something along the lines of, if I do not receive this amount of money within the next 5 business days well be going to small claims court. Im most likely going to small claims court with this. Im over here living in a womans shelter as a result of not being able to receive my money back. Even in the lease agreement it states if you are going through a domestic violence situation that would be an exception; you do have the right to break your lease and receive what youve paid in return. Im livid. I didnt even occupy the apartment. They will definitely be contacted by an attorney. These apartments are not professionally managed by anyone.

My girlfriend and I are moving into an aparment next tuesday here and so far so good. We have nothing but good things to say about the experience! We worked with Mike, and he made everything so easy. Nicest guy ever! He was really friendly and treated us like well....friends. He mentioned that overlook point just got new management. So give this place a 2nd thought if you had a bad experience before. Everything seems to fit in our budget they way we planned. Its over 700 sq ft which is more than perfect. Weve looked at other places and the payments were similar to an apartment with 400 sq ft. Its just a 1 bedroom 1 bath.!

Today I made a complaint against a tenant which I felt was going well at first. During the conversation about the complaint, maybe I struck one of his nervs but he all of a sudden starts raising his voice at me. He mentions that im keeping him from doing his job and that the police can handle this and to just call them. Then he walks away, shakes his head and laughs at what had just happened. I feel like they so not care about the safety of the tenants as much as getting all of their units filled.

I lived here for 2 years (moved out in November 2014). And WOW. It was BAD! Please read before moving in there! We moved in on a special. 699.00 for a 2 bed 2 bath. Which is a DEAL we were like thinking we cant pass this up! So we took it.Moved in. I will give the perks first. Yes the living room and dining is spacious. Ok now lets move on to all the cons.1)OLD appliances that constantly break. My sink has broken, several cupboards, pipe burst,Dishwasher broke MANY times, they finally replaced it about a year into my stay there. Had to do it by hand until then. microwave is filled with grease that is hazardous so I never even used that and they said just run it and it should pop all the grease off LOL. Yeah ill just use my own..2)Your mail will get stolen. it will. there are even signs everywhere saying check mail daily, dont leave mail overnight3)Maintenance SUCKS. They take literally weeks to come out and look at what needs fixed. Sometimes even forgetting about you all together. Make sure to babysit them and call regularly to be sure they didnt crumple up your request and through it away. MY AC broke in the summer time and I called to have them come out and when they said we will put you on the list I freaked out and said no! today! and she said it has to be more of an emergency for us to come out the same day. So there I cooked in my over 100 degree apartment (thank god I didnt have kids or elderly in there)4)You pay way more than they tell you at first. You have to pay for a pool key, parking spot, and other random fees that adds up to about 120 more dollars. So we got in on a special of 699. but our rent at the end of the month was 825. Don;t let them fool you! They never answer the office phone either.5)If someone parks in your spot, they have to be there a whole day before they can tow..so basically its a free for all.6)Staff is RUDE AS HELL.and lets save the best for last!7)COCKROACHES! . My husband went into the kitchen and saw this bug so he scooped it into a cup and brought it to me and said this was in the kitchen, what kinda bug is this?? I was like not sure lets look it up. and yep. It was a roach. You guys. I went through hell with this place. I told them right away that I had roaches and they only sprayed my apt only. My neighbors all admitted they had them too but apparently didnt mind them? The mexicans below me apparently were the culprits.I filed bankruptcy while living there so it would be hard to move out but finally this past November I called my mom and said I couldnt take it anymore. They blamed it on me sometimes and then they said they were trying their best when they werent. I through away my brand new RC willey couch, my water cooler (apparently roaches like water), ALL my nice expensive jackets in the hall closet. All because of the sick ass people surrounding me and the fact that they weren;t on top of really getting rid of them from the beginning. I stacked my food on my dining room table because I was so scared of them getting in my food. Roaches are a NIGHTMARE and I never want to deal with them again! And I am telling you this now so you dont have to lose out on money and a quality of life. My Bishop even said he did not like these apartments and heard complaints from many others.People in gangs live there, a guy got shot in the head there. Its just ghetto ass scum living there.
