Avenue East has been a great place to live! I love the area and the building, and have been impressed with the management team, especially through a few major transitions. Would definitely recommend!

I have lived here for over a year now and I couldn’t imagine a better apartment in Salt Lake City. I love the neighborhood and the location is so convienent. My work is only a 10 minute drive and there are so many good shops and restaurants close by.

Avenue East has pretty much all you want if you are looking for a nice apartment to rent in Salt Lake City. The grounds are always clean and well taken care of, the apartments are renovated with nice finishes, and the management is very responsive.

The last apartment I was renting kicked me out because the found out I had a dog. I searched high and low for a pet friendly complex and found Avenue East. They welcome all pets so I feel much more at home now.

I moved to Salt Lake City a few months ago and I had no idea where I was going to live. I stayed with family for a few weeks while I was searching for apartments near me. I found these apartments online and even took a virtual tour. It looked like exactly what I wanted so I decide to move in. I have been loving it so far!

Do not move in here you will regret it. The management is the worst. They increase rent every few months. The A/C has been broken for months and trying to get a hold of anyone to fix it is impossible. The landlords are the most dishonest people Ive ever dealt with. The building is a major hazard and cracks and shakes. The gas line was damaged and became a safety hazard and the management/landlord did nothing about it. Anywhere else is better than Avenue East Apartments.

Would not recommend this establishment, unless you like being frustrated, disrespected, and endangered! This building is a hazard, with repairs and maintenance that goes unchecked or outright ignored by management. Pricing for such things as trash is mistakenly billed at two sometimes three times the negotiated rate, for which management completely ignores any and all inquires. Management will not respond to failed tests for habitability. If youre thinking about living here, dont! Save yourself the aggravation!

The level of unprofessionalism from Management is unacceptable. Raising rent rates with no prior notice and increasing the cost of services again without prior notice. Don’t walk, run away from this place.

Management is super unprofessional and they never fix anything. The random raises in rent are also a no go for me.
