I went to get my pedicure, a refill on my nails and they told my they couldn’t do anything with them other than take them off and do something different. So I allowed it a day later they turned yellow and began to chip!! I use gloves to do all my cleaning so I know that’s not the problem!! I’m so upset since this was a trusted place of business my family and I trusted we’ve been going for years!!! I guess their under new management it’s definitely not a great one or a good one at that! Which I should have know better since the girl next to me was complaining about her outcome!

I told her i wanted long French tip .,. She cuts them short ….. I also said nail polish she takes out powder told her no n she continues to show me powder, at this point I was fed up let her do her thing she puts the product and I told her to stop and charge me I was no happy with my nails she didn’t even finish and she charged me full price I just paid and left.

My mom, my sister, and I had a wonderful time! 100% Recommend our nails turned out great! :) Also the staff is super friendly.

They had great service and got to me right away. Their prices are also amazing! They fixed two of my broken nails and I got a different color for each nail and she only charged me $32 for all of it! I highly recommend this place for great nails and prices :)

FIRST OF ALL, I HAVE NO OPTION TO PUT ZERO STARS AND THAT IS WHY I PUT 1. I HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. I ASKED THE LADY IF SHE CAN ADD FOIL GLITTER ON 2 OF MY NAILS ON EACH HAND, SHE SAID YES. SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DO IT AND SO,SHE HERSELF TOLD ME SHE SHE WAS GOING TO TAKE IT OFF AND DO IT AGAIN. SHE THEN ADDED THEM AGAIN. I HAD ASKED HER TO FILL UP MY NAILS AND COMPLETELY IGNORED MY REQUEST AND DID IT HOWEVER SHE WANTED. SHE THEN PUT GLOSS ON TOP OF ALL THE FOILS, PUT MY HAND UNDER THE UV LIGHT AND SAID I WAS DONE. I TOLD HER THAT I WANTED ACRYLIC ON TOP TO HAVE A SMOOTH FINISH,SHE REFUSED AND SAID THAT I CAN COME BACK AT 6 BECAUSE SHE HAS CLIENTS WAITING. I TOLD HER NO, TO SMOOTH IT OUT BECAUSE THE FOILS WERE JAGGED AND NOT COVERED AT ALL. SHE ALSO REFUSED AND SAID THAT IF WANTED TO FIX IT, SHE HAD TO TAKE IT ALL OFF. I TOLD HER TAKE IT OFF BECAUSE I EXPECT HER TO COMPLETE MY SET AND I WAS EVEN BEING NICE. I TOLD HER SHE CAN JUST PUT GLITTER SO I CAN LEAVE. I HAD BEEN IN THERE 3 HOURS ALREADY. SHE ADDED GLITTER TO THE NAILS SHE COULDNT DO ON MY LEFT HAND AND WALKED OFF WITHOUT COMPLETING MY RIGHT HAND. I CALLED HER AND TOLD HER TO COMPLETE MY LEFT HAND. SHE SAID IT WAS MY FAULT THAT I DIDNT TELL HER TO FIX THE OTHER HAND. I TOLD HER SHE SHOULD KNOW IF YOU FIX ONE HAND, YOU HAVE TO FIX THE OTHER ONE. SHE INSISTED THAT I KEEP MY RIGHT HAND HOW SHE LEFT IT BECAUSE SHE HAD CLIENTS WAITING. I SAID NO AGAIN AND TOLD HER TO FIX MY RIGHT HAND AND SHE RUDELY FIXED IT AND AT THAT POINT, I WAS FUMING. NO ONE IN THERE HELPED ME OR ASKED TO THEY CAN DO BETTER OR WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR ME.NO MANAGEMENT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ONLY SPEAKING IN THEIR LANGUAGE AND NOT TALKING TO ME AT ALL. EVEN THE CUSTOMER NEXT TO ME AGREED WITH ME AND SAID MY NAILS WERE BAD. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE OWNER. NEVER COMING BACK.

Just got the best manicure and pedicure that Ive had in a long time. Very clean and super affordable. Packages opened in front of me. Very friendly staff. Felt very comfortable and not rushed in and out. Highly tecomend!

Today was my first time coming to this salon and the customer service was not so great. When arriving I was told the wait was 30 mins, instead I waited an hour. Many of the workers would stop what they were doing to check their personal cell phones. During my pedicure, I was never asked which one I wanted and was automatically given the cheapest option (which is not what I had originally asked for). The salon is not very neat or organized. They hadnt even bothered to clean off the nail dust from my area before I sat down.The pedicure itself was good. The guy gave a pretty good massage and was polite. I was satisfied with my toes.But after being here for 2 hours and not being well attended, I decided to leave without getting my nails done as well. No worries, no one even noticed I had changed my mind.Dont think Ill be coming here again.

Very good nail salon but when mai was there. I’m not gonna lie it’s pretty neat and prices are good but not worth it at all. The waiting time is ridiculous I made an appointment for a full set at 5:40 and I got attended until 7. And even after I was being helped they rushed through the whole process. Nails are not shape I asked for and they look terrible. I most definitely don’t recommend this salon. Terrible.

Got my nails done here and would never go back. Some Chinese guy did them and messed up on them. I went back the day after because I noticed one side of my nails were thicker then the other. The nail tech was rude and was like you can’t expect them to be perfect. He was mad at me basically because he can’t do his job right. Then he had the nerve to tell me not to come back to him. There was a lady there and she was like I can’t believe he talked to you like that.

Ive been coming to this place off and on over the last 2 years and you know, for some people leaving negative reviews they were probably just have a rough day. Ive only gotten my nails done here, not my hair so I cant comment on the lady who does the hair stuff. If youre looking for a good nail tech, MAI is great. Very friendly, very understanding and does nail art too and metallic/chrome finishes if you ask for it. She did my last set and they lasted a full month. I finally was able to pop them off but they lasted a long time without getting my hair caught in them. Give them a try. For a pedi and full set youll probably be paying about 45-50. Which is a great price considering other are charging a lot for pedis nowadays

They service is nice and a great price, but they always end up making me bleed when they cut my cuticles. 😞

I scheduled an appointment for 5:00. It is currently 5:52 and I still haven’t gotten any acknowledgement from the workers. Everyone someone comes in for a pedicure and manicure they send two people to go do her nails and toenails while I’m still waiting. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could.

Terrible place is very dirty. The pedicure left me with 3 bleeding cuticles. I told her that she was hurting me but she didnt speak English. I left without getting it completed. Manager was not on site.

Bad service they did not have the colors that I liked, the girl who attended me cut my finger, the color that they put on me only lasted 2 days and I dont know why it started to fall if it was supposed to be gel even than me friend, if Selas gave very beautiful faces, but the boy who attended her left them very well, 🙁🙁

Love this place! They really take their time to get the hairstyle that you want. Very respectful staff and the place is nice and atmospheric.This place is my favorite for a haircut. People have a lot of experience and it is the only place in Salinas that I go for a haircut; I have been to so many places and this is the only one to date that makes me feel satisfied with my court. I recommend it to everyone!
